Sir maine ek setup box purchase kiya apne friend se jab mera set up box kharab ho gya tha. Jab maine apne cable operator ko bataya toh usne kaha ki jab tak chale ise chalo uske baad transfer kara lena. Ab after nine month who box purane cable wale ne band kara diya kyuki jab se ye box uske naam se chal rha tha or wahi tax pay kar raha tha. Jab maine apne friend se baat ki toh us purane cable wale ne apne tax amount 1200 rs. Ki dimand ki lekin mera cable operator ne dene se mana kar diya tha jabki cabel wala mujse regularly monthly payment le rha hai. Ab one month se mera box band pada h jab ki maine advance payment ki hui h cable operator ko. Please help me

    My set top box is changed second time. Because our cable operator take 2 connection (Den & sea). When the box of den is bad then he changed into sea with new connection. And when sea dish set top box is bad then its changed into den network with new connection. Because of this policies my t. V. Set is also going bad. So many days my t. V. Set is closed and its spoiled.

      I have den tv network from service operator satish cable at krawal nagar east delhi i already paid amount but they demand unnecessary amount again again and i complained to den tv network but not solve the same.

      Also, i inform you that there is one person mr. Arvind cash collection executive and his nature is very wrong against women.

      So, i request you to take necessary action immediately.

        I had 2 connections with den, in july when guy came to take the payment i told him i want the second connection disconnected temporarily as i dont have a maid and dont need the other connection, (This guy had been coming to take past pymts as well and took the card number for disconnection). I gave him 1100 cash and he returned 10rs back. The guy said he is not able to get the receipt as there is no network and he will leave the receipt with the guard. I checked with the guard a few times but there was no receipt, i did not get any calls for payment neither did anyone come to take the payment.

        On 3rd sept i get a call stating i haven't paid for the second connection. I told them this was disconnected in july itself. I was told the 2nd connection was not disconnected and i need to paid 520/- for july and august, a new guy came this time and took cheque of 520 again took the card number for disconnection and went.

        On 21st sept i get a call again from den cable that i havent paid for my primary cable. I told them i had paid cash but they said if you dont have a receipt we cant help you
        * i dont understand why did they not contact me for 2 months no call no person coming over to take the paymet
        * on 3rd sept when they called they just told me i have only paid for one tv for 3 months (July, aug, sept) and amount pending for the 2nd tv
        * when the guy came to collect the money he said pending amount is 520/- (For second tv for july and aug, we will not disconnect the 2nd tv)
        *after another 15-20 days they realized the first tv was also not paid for.

        I asked them to send the previous guy who used to come, i asked dhirander the second payment guy to send me the number of the previous payment collector, since then dhirander is also not picking the phone, i have called him like 200 times but only the bell keeps ringining.

        I called the office about 30-40 times but did not get any help, seniors are always busy or not available, now i have been told the previous payment collector ajeet has left the job.
        I did not take the receipt in good faith, but this surely is a practise it seems as i did not get any any phone calls for 2 months, no guy came to collect the money for 2 months and now they have disconnected both the cable connections due to non payment.

        I had to pay 520 without using the second connection and informing them in june, and now they are asking for another 1100rs.

        Please do not pay cash to these people. This seem to be a well planned thing and practise.

        I have spoke to deshraj but no one is ready to listen and just want the payment again after almost 3 months. It is sad and can only happen in our country as there is no law and order and all these malpractices are followed.

                  I disappointed with the cable operator misbehavior and services in our area darya ganj (Chandni mahal) location, (7 star cable operator). I called 7 to 8 times in this month regarding payment collection from my home and but every time he replied i will collect the payment within half an hour. I have an call record, every month we were facing the same issue and finally, i cable connection has disconnect. When i have visited to cable operator office for payment deposit. He refused to take payment and said you previous month balance is pending i replied i do not have any balance you can check you records. He was speaking continuously and he did not listen an single word.
                  Please this is an humble request to you solve this issue

                  I am trying ur no. Several times but fail to connect with you . Using den broadband from last many years but now I am facing the problem there is no one to help me or sort the problem. Your deep concern will be highly appreciated. Tried customer care and [protected] numbers of times. Please arrange a call on [protected].
                  In jodhpur rajasthan this den network is not providing channel zindagi of your zee network
                  we have complaned several times but no complince of it and only a excuses are made by the service provider named space channels chopashi housing board jodhpur rajasthan
                  I've done recharge on 26/08/17 but my internet connection wasn't activated till 27/8/17. The Customer Care Executive says it's a systematic problem but this is the third time I'm facing this problem. They get payment earlier and enjoy it's benefits and fool the customers.
                  My setup box is not receiving signals from two day. I have called my local operator but idid not get any positive responce.

                    I am a customer of your broadband service in delhi. I subscribed for this internet connection on 19th august 2017.
                    From the very next day i am facing internet instaibilty and lesser speed as promised by the service provider. The internet suddenly stops at times and when i registered the complaint, no response was received by me.
                    I am highly disappointed by your services and i want you to resolve my problem as soon as possible and take a quick action upon it. Otherwise i am going to discontinue this connection and will register a complaint in consumer court if needed.

                      I am not getting 90% of channel for the past one month. Contacted local operator he will tell will come tomorrow, day after tomorrow. No one came and sort it out for 3 weeks. Then contacted den customer care and they will say someone will call with 24 hours. No one has contacted nor my problem is resolved.

                      Please take it little serious.

                        Dear sir/madam
                        I am a resident of vp block, maurya enclave, pitampura, delhi-110034. My local cable operator (Runs by the name of royal cable) provides set up box connection of den networks in vp block. He has been charging three hundred and thirty rupees (Rs.330) including all taxes for over two years from us for supreme pack whose actual charge is three hundred and five rupees (Rs.305) including all taxes.in fact, he does not provide us with any bill and not even any valid justification for overcharging.
                        When i found that he's been overcharging, immediately i lodged a complaint against him at den networks' s customer care on 13th july 2017 and i was assured that stringent action would be taken within 48 hrs. But it has been more than a month and no action has been taken yet.in the meantime, i lodged more complaints regarding the same but no action has been taken yet despite of having the conversation the with a senior executive at customer care of den networks.

                        Now i have shifted my place from pitampura to rohini and that cable operator has renounced me to provide the noc. It's been more than a week since i shifted and my setup box is without any connection till now

                          Hi, we had den tv cable connection pas 10 months, and we deposited amount of 2000 rs, for which they had provided a cable connection with setup box on a monthly rental of 350rs. When i asked to disconnect, cable guy denied giving full deposit amount back!. They took 2000 rs at the time of installation. On aug-2017 asked to disconnect the cable and take the set top box, they denied. They telling give only 500 rs as the return. Den customer care people also not responding properly.

                            Hi,

                            We are staying at ekta apartments, paschim vihar near jwala heri market new delhi-110063.

                            We are getting cable services from gandhi star tv network. It's been 2-3 years we are not getting good cable service. Sometimes we had to observe long black out in terms of cable for 20+ days. We reported this to the owner repeatedly but he did not take any action. Last month when we reported this issue again of disturbing cable service, he lashed out at us outragiously and asked us to go to apply for other cable service like tata sky. After that he disconnected our services.
                            We have always made the payment on time, this behaviour is simply unacceptable and bad.

                            My request you to return back the den set up box and kindly repay our amount of rs 930 because your service provider disconnected our services and harassed the senior citizens.

                              Our cable operator (Win cable, sector 4, gurgaon, haryana, india - phone no.[protected] "win cable" is not providing us packages of paid channel form after continuous follow with him from last 2 month (Since june).

                              He charged on flat amount inr 300/ p. M. & now after gst we suppose to pay inr 354/p. M.

                              Every time i ask for form they (Win cable) said not implemented at gurgaon, haryana & once implement they will provide form.

                              Please resolve issue, really appreciate your extended support in this regard.

                                  I am getting this issues for last one month and it is very frustating. My modem suddenly stops recieving signals and keep on restarting it self. The up light on the modem start blinking
                                  And i am paying for 20 mbps speen but from last night im getting only 4mbps. I want this issue to be solved at the earliest.
                                  And please if there is any kind of defect in modem kindly replace

                                      I have been a customer of den for the last 4 years never ever have i had so much trouble with the services until two months back where i have been harrassed by my cable operator multiple times. My set top box was not working fine so i complained about the same. The cable man came and took it away from us saying he will be repairing it pretty soon. He came back with the same set top box in half an hour saying that he has repaired it and it costs 300rs total. First of all you cannot repair any set top box in half an hour. Still due to satisfactory services for all these years w trusted the man and paid him rs 300 for th same. After two hours, the settop box started troubling and this time time the frequency was more. Whe we told the cable amn about it agian he said thetrouble is from den network and will continue for next two months. Saying this he left taking rs 600 (300 for repairing + 300 montly fee). Not forgetting to mention that ths guy kept on forcing us to take hd set top box and the trouble will not be there any more. Anyways, after a week the set top box finally gave up and withing a gap of two minutes there was always no signal on our set top box. We called this man again and he refuised to take our call he then send us anothre number asking us to contact a different guy. We called the secnd man teling hime the problem he immediately cam in and looking at the cnnectivity said there is no problem from den it is the set top box that needs to be repaired. Moreover, eh also said no set top box can be repaired in half an hour. Now, saying this he assured us that he would come thenext morning to replace it. We waited fro 48 hours so obviously that is not the next day. When we called boht guys, recognizing our number they refused to pick but somehow we are meant to be smarter and called them from a diferent numvber. Surprisingly they both picked it. Imagine the level of furiousness in my mood. What should have been my reaction to such kind of misbehaviour? I shouted at the top of my voice beacuse i paid for a repair work and monthly fee afor a service that i did not take the entire month. Funny thing happened that their ego was so high that they turned up to my house immediately after i shouted forgetting that they prommised 2 days back of coming soon. The set top box couldnt be repaired and they had to give me a stand by. Today, 24 july 2017, our services have been interrupted saying that we have not paid for it. Now tell me are we still supposed to pay for the service that we have not availed the entire month. Finally i am so fed up that i have made up my mind of leaving den and switiching to tata sky.

                                        User id ag47932801, den boomband is not providing my refund.. Anfter so many times calling and sending mails they dont want to resolve the issue.
                                        They say that they will call me back in half an hour and no call comes from their sde. Theey are now trying to take the money and dont want to return it. Neither they want to add it to the next recharge. I have been complaining about it since 18th july, 2017. And intentionally they raise some other request. First they raised the request of home pick up for the recharge. Then again i complaint then again they raised the same request instead of raising the request for the payment refund. I think this is the worst experience with den services ever. Seems like they will never return my money.
                                        It has been a week and now its out of question for resolving the problem.
                                        Calling them again and again thrice or four times and dropping mail everyday but no response.18th july, 2017 to 24th july, 2017.
                                        This is the worst service i have ever seen and experienced with n number of internet providers.
                                        DEN Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
