From shiv ratan, kanpur near rave 3. Our den service provider is insisting to select the package designed by him only and not providing the channels of my choice and he disconnected the cable connection for not opting the channels of his choice. Please look into this and arrange to do the needful. At least he should have informed us,.

It may be noted that i have already given him the completed form to select the channels, which was handed over to us for completion. An early action in the matter will be highly appreciable. Looking forward for your assistance.

    I had paid rupees.310 rupees monthly pack to cable opreater sec 15 sonepat branch .but i found some chaneels are not coming on cable.they are include in my pack.i had many time call to cable operater.but cable operetar did not take any action.i am suffering from mental and fhysical pressure.kindly plz take action sonepat cable den operater.
    Cable Operator cheats us as they are charging Rs. 300 around and channels activated is of Rs. 135 to 140 only .

      Hi,

      I am using den networks service to receive cable channels. I have total 4 stb at my home. After new trai regulation, i prepared a channel list on https://channel.trai.gov.in. as per trai, i have to pay total rs1099/- for four stbs but den is charging rs1270.
      I talked to cable operator and he informed me that den provide a basic channel pack of total 100 channel and they are not allowing me to choose free channels. Due to this my total channel cross limit of 100 channel and i have to pay extra rs170.

      Please do the needful to ask all cable and dth operator to provide a pack of 25 must free channel so that all desired channel can be added on that basic must free channel pack.

        I p k agrawal den kashi subscriber den kashi is not showing dd sports channel while it is government of india channel which is free for broadcasting and channel operator are duty bound to show the channel without fee this is gundaraj by den kashi by not showing dd sports on the time when india australia match is going on rest of time it is showing. I have not aubscribed for star channel hence only dd sports channel is showing live matches this is against the right of broadcasting rules which no one can interfere the right of indian citizen to see the free channel of dd sports kindly see the matter and solve as soon as possible

          My cable operator (Adi shakti cable network, airoli navimumbai) is operator for den network and is not providing form for channel selection even after asking for number of times. They always give reason that forms are not available. So every month i have to pay fees as per old price which costs me more. So please tell me how can i solve this problem.

            My complaint no with cable tv service provider is 5232805, service provider is saying that it will be activated by local canle operator while cable operator is saying it will be activated by network provider, both are blaming to each other.
            Kindly look into matter. I have selected some broadcaster packs and some individual channels, total channels will be under 100 nos and my total basic cost is rs 205. I have personally visited local canle operator office but he is not responded to my complaint.

              I am regularly complain about channel package that will not provide me as per my choice instead your operated force me to choose as they selected that is 350 rs pack in which zee TV is not given
              My complain nos are 5186428. 5230040., 5230705, now operator cut my connection . I also choose online on your site and by telephone that is called by den. But still not resolve my problem

                Hello sir.. I had subscribe for den network and brought the set of box for one year.. With stb id. 4d041a94.. But now it's not working and i cannot see any channel. As promised by the company they should provide me with the service for one year.. But now i can't see any channel and the set up box is also not working.. Please do the needful...

                  I had lodge two complaints against my dth provider, complaint i'd no. 2246750 on 21 feb 19 and another complaint i'd no. 2255109 on 02 mar 19. I'm not getting any reply or any positive steps taken by trai. If there is no advantages for this complaint service then there is no necessity for having such type of service. Govt is making full us only. If trai don't have courage to talk to dth provider, then give us solution what will be the next step by customer to get rid of this problem???

                    सेक्टर -11, प्रताप विहार, ग़ाज़ियाबाद, पिन 201009, den operator द्वारा ग्राहकों को गुमराह किया जा रहा है। fta channels 130+18%gst जो कि 153.40 रु. है। जो कि ग्राहक दे भी रहे है। मगर चैनल पैकेज पर भी प्रति पैकेज पर 20रु.अतरिक्त शुल्क लिया जा रहा है। जैसे :-star pack 49+20रु.। जबकि trai द्वारा सभी चैनल पैकेज का जो रैट दिय गए है। वे tax जोड़ के दिया गए है।कृपया हमे पूर्ण जानकारी भेजने का कष्ट करें। जिससे अग्रिम कार्यवाही की जा सके और ग्राहकों को लुटने से बचाया जा सके।

                      Den kashi said 100 channels of rs 130 are free to air, if you select any paid channel it will be counted 101, and you pay ncf rs 20 also upto 125 channels, as per trai news and app, only 25 dd channels are mendetry than you choose rest 75 channels (Paid, free, banquet), but they do not accept, please help me

                          I am from shrirampur. My den cable operator not broadcasting dd sport channel. Saying that case is ongoing between den and star sport, we didn't blocked dd sport channel. I have selected 98channels in which i did not select any star sport channel on which india australia one day match is live. Please ensure me as soon as possible. Is there any fees for changes of channel selection??

                            Our local provider fortune networks and service provider den networks is no help at all. They proactively took monthly payment (Rs 299 inclusive of taxes) but refuse to provide channels of choice. My complaint# 5233917 and # 5238644 is registered with den networks. Payment made on[protected]. Package selection made on[protected]. They are neither responding as to why they are not giving selected channels and ofcourse no service. My consumer# with den is #[protected]

                              Worst experience ever in palava city, dombivli.

                              Your vendor yogiraj cable vision is the only cable service provider for whole palava city and is only interested in taking money without providing any services.

                              Doesn't pick up phone ever, worst customer service and never comes to see the problem.

                              First of all you disconnect channels without any prior notice.

                              Then you don't bother at all till the customer comes to your office to ask about it.

                              Then you send him back multiple times giving stupid reasons like it's lunch time, come back later after seeing which channels are in pamphlet etc. Like to sit at the cable vendor's office is our only job in the world.

                              Took additional money from me for diamond pack in february and still l can't see one extra channel that was not viewable earlier before moving on to the expanded diamond pack.

                              If you ask them they always complain back to you as if they are your customer and you have taken money from them.

                              They even forget to start your service after you make payment. (Never forget to cut the connection and channels though!!)

                              Give lame excuses like there is so much rush etc., but even after 3 weeks of payment no additional channels are seen.

                              Why the hell did you take money if you can't provide any channels?

                              Pathetic service, frustrating and unresponsive staff and cable vendor, as if they are doing some sort of charity by providing us cable service by taking exorbitant charges more than anywhere else.

                              Den services please improve your quality and keep some sane people instead of incompetent bunch of guys as cable vendors else you will lose entire palava city customers.

                                I am a den customer vc number [0000], mahalaxmipuram, bengaluru. My cable operator is mr 00000 ([000]).

                                I have created a list of channel requirement as attached and submitted to our local cable operator, the total amount is 327.98 (Inclusive taxes) the list was generated using trai app. I can understand there may be some difference in pricing but your local cable operator mr 00000 is asking for rs 130 additional & rs 1 extra for each channel plus gst extra on the rs 327.98. He is not ready to discuss reasonably & asked me to move to other service provider if i need the required channels at actual prices.

                                There are already many angry customers in our area & few have moved out of your services. There is no way provision from his side for channel selection

                                  Local cable operator of den network bluestar den network has changed channels without any consultant with customers so most of the channels r not working. I have registered complaint in customer care 20 days ago but no action taken in my complaint. Cable operator is charging more money than actual price of pack confirmed with customer care. They r not giving options to consumers for any channel selection as per recent trai rules.

                                    I opted for den broadband high speed internet plan 25 mbps with monthly data pack 600 gb. The cable was laid yesterday on 02 march 2019 and was functional from the afternoon of 02 march itself.

                                    On use of installation of promised plan and on using it i found a lot of lag in video playing only with very frequent and annoying buffering giving you tension headache.

                                    I will be absolutely correct if i complain that promised broadband internet speed is not provided by den and it’s distributors.
                                    On checking download speeds at different timings on 02 and 03 march using app speedtest.net the results are each day a down load speed of 7 to 8 mbps only of the promised and purchased plan of 25 mbps.

                                    I would also like to inform you that no receipt of installation charges of rs 3000/-paid to the den distributor as well as no receipt for money rs 1143/-paid for plan 25 mbps was issued in spite of my insistence.

                                    Similarly no warranty or guarentee documents of the the supplied adapter and router was issued to me.

                                    This proves therefore the hardware supplied are inferior quality and not meeting the standards required for highspeed broadband internet spoiling the reputation of den company.
                                    Please confirm and reply back as to the brand and other related specifications of the adapter and router recommended to be supplied your distributors across the country to all den customers of high speed broadband internet as well as the warranty period promised by den for supplied adapter and router.
                                    I am confident of your reply as well as required action by den to provide the promised quality services and all documents filled in / signed and stamped by distributors on behalf of den
                                    I am sorry to hear that i have been grossly overcharged with no receipts and warranty and supplies of inferior adapter and router.

                                    I would like to inform you that i am an army officer of indian army. If this is the standards of den services to army officers, then what what must be happening with general civil customers.

                                    Please reconcile.

                                      I am den con. No:[protected] and my stb id is : 4d04b8f4. I am not able to watch the free channels of my choice and also i am not allowed to opt for my choice channels. The den local distributor says that i have to watch channels like "asianet" and "surya" as they have popular demand for these channels. Though i argued that i do not want these channels and instead i want some sports and news channel, the local cable operator says they can not do so since whatever they are providing has to be accepted by us. And i have to pay minimum rs.200. I have already paid rs.200 today, but i have paid it under protest. I should get the freedom to select the channels i want and not what others want. Can you help me please.

                                        Calling customer care but no one is picking up the phone since one month
                                        When someone has picked up the phone then no one gave the correct reply
                                        Many channels are not functioning
                                        Then visited there office they said person would visit
                                        Thereafter he said that there is problem in set top box
                                        He said i would get it repaired and will provide the same by evening but no body came and then no one again picked up the phone
                                        When i visited again they said it’s not possible to give you back you set top box today
