Actually i made my payment on 17 august 2018 at 10:06 am for inr 5502 (Plan: run_5mb_150_y_4662_wb) and the payment which i made was successful. My concern is that den customer executive saying that the payment is not cleared or failed on their end.

As my internet was not working even after making the payment, i did one more recharge of inr 5502 from another credit card on 18th august 2018 at 2 pm. According to this i made two payment

I would like to share my upset about the customer support given on this. The executive not able to solved and get my concerned and he did not resolved my concerned. Any how i have made the payment twice however, you have to refund me this amount inr 5502

    I got den broadband yesterday evening n suddenly at same night it has stopped working. Till then now almost i continously trying to talk with local so called field engineers of den. And they are giving lame excuses. N most intersting thing there is a complaint number[protected] which nodoby is attending. Worst service ever in north delhi. Pls, guys dnt go for den

      This is to inform you that the den cable tv service was interrupted since 15.7.18 at our home. There was a continuous message on tv screen which reads – system update please wait! We didn't call the service provider for 2-3 days assuming that the same would be rectified automatically as it was a system update process.

      Finally, we registered a complaint on 18.7.18 telephonically. A technician came on 19.7.18 and informed that our set-top box is out of order and can be repaired at a cost of rs. 300/-. For us it was surprising as this system update issue was with our neighbours too which we shared with him, however, he was adamant for repair on cost. Then, we advised him to re-activate our another set top box (We took 2 boxes simultaneously for another room). As per him it had to take 3-4 days, we said “ok”. Till a week further, nothing happened. As per them, the request was still under process and would inform as and when active.

      Observing no progress against the complaint, we enquired about returning the boxes and refundable amount. They straight away rejected the request saying there is no such condition. Again a surprise as while issuing these set top boxes, it was informed each user in the area that the cost of the set top box i. E. Approx. Rs. 1200/- was refundable. We were not in a situation to fight for this as there was nothing in writing... And also were under loss of approx. Rs. 2400/- + rs. 125/- of advance monthly payment for rest 15 days of the month due to “no cable service”. We all know, a local cable agency works only on verbal communications.

      After a month of this problem, the agency sends their person to collect the payment... What rubbish!! A complaint, against which the issue was discussed 10 times in a week wasn't updated in the office. Even after explaining the things, another person comes after 3 days asking for payment with an update to us that there was no such complaint in the office yet and harassing the parents at home.

      The concerned agency details are as below;

      Note – these are the only contact nos, they don't even provide the details about owner of the agency.

      Losing a single customer may not be a concern for den but den management must know about the service, being provided to the customer by the agencies down the line at den.

        This has gone as a serious issue now. Most of the time we do not have cable network. When called for complaint no one even gives a damn about it. Most of the time there is no network during sat and sun. Those days when people get some time to be at home and enjoy the television entertainment, there is no network the tv is blank and dead. We do not have a proper list as well to check for which channels are we actually subscribed for. Sometimes the some channels show up and sometimes they don't. What is going on with den. You guys are like forcing people to go with the brands of dish tv's. We still think that cables channels are still better than the dish providers. Please do not force us to change our thinking. Kindly take this complaint in consideration.

          I have taken a den broadband in gurgaon sector 52 wazirabad gurugram. I have pain the 2004 rupees to abhay ([protected]) in paytm and he forwarded the amount to prateek kumar number ([protected]). Its already 3 days passed after payment. But still my connection is suspended. When i call customer care, they use to tell me that we will resolve your issue in 24 hours. But from last three days, the issue is still the same. What is going on, is this the way den use to treat there customers. If you are not able to resolve the issue, then i will mark a complaint in consumer court against den broadband and all the members mentioned above.

            Hi, my name is nikhil behl. It was my biggest mistake to install the broadband of dennetworks. Since i shifted my plan to rs. 900 which offers me 50mbps speed but i'm only getting the speed of 15mbps on a average basis. Maximum speed i get is of 30 mbps.in this whole month i have called customer care number for like 7-8 times and all they say is that they re sorry for the in convinience. But what am i supposed to do with your sorry? The engineer visits my house after every complaint and gives me vague reasons that you are not getting speed because at the time of checking speed you are not selecting den server and when i selected den server speed was only 3 mbps. They are doing fraud as it is their intention not to give the proper services. They promised me the speed of 50 mbps but what am i getting? Only sorry. I am attaching the screenshots of the speed. Not only this when i call customer care number i get to wait for like 20 minutes. When i ask for senior they always senior are busy on other call. Now they have put my complaint on the priority basis by mrs pooja rajat. Please, do someething about it.

              I had applied for your Den broadband connection in March 2018. I had paid 5340 rupees to your executive. After that your executive told me that Den connectivity is not available in our area(Naraina Industrial Area-1).
              He told me that my submitted amount (5340 Rs) will refund after in few days.
              But this amount is not refunded to me yet. Whenever I call to him, each & every time he told me the amount will refund in that week. but it is not refunded yet to me

                Its been 3 days my set top box is not working... The operator is not showing up... Give us false claims of visiting but yet didn't solve any of our problems... I am sick and tired of den... There is no connections some whole days... All my neighbourhood is tired of this... The operators only shows up to collect charges... I called him for more then 10 times once he said i will come and check and didnt showed up yet... All are fake people with fake promises

                  Local cable operator is harassing me a lot.
                  He has taken rs.600/- in cash for may, 2018 & june, 2018 but has not recharge my connection.

                    Team Den one of your team approached me for a new connection, then after discussion, i finalized to take a connection from your network with a mutual agreed of Rs 393 Plan/month of 5 mbps upto 60 Gb, Accordingly i have made the payment of Rs 400 on 14 Apr 2018 in Paytm. and my connection was installed on next day. But after the one month when i tried to recharge the amount reflects is Rs 786. Which is almost double. When i tried to communicate with den broadband customer team they are not responding what a denied team DEN they are to not respond.So kindly provide me same plan of Rs 400 as agree in the starting.

                    For your reference i have attached the payment snapshot.

                    Check and solve the problem ASAP.

                      I am sandeep kar. My den card id is [protected]. Since 1 month i am facing issue in my den cable. So many times contact to customer care, sometimes they are received my call sometimes not. They are taking complaint and told that it will resolved within 48 hours. But nothing happen after that.
                      Den i am giving you 250 rupees per month for viewing my tv not for your profit.
                      So, kindly take it seriously and solve my issue.
                      Otherwise refund my all money so that i can buy other service provider.

                        I had place dthe order online from the given wesite but I have received totally different SAREEcloth (some low quality roadside stuff). When I received the order from xpressbee, they made me sign the document and took the payment first before handing me over the product. The delivery guy made me talk to the concerned person from xpressbee on phone and they denied taking back the parcel and returning mre my payment when I checked that it was not what I orderd. I am unable to apply for a return from the website as there is no option and the help center and contact details are not provided on he website. Therefore, I request you to guide me through this mess.

                            Hi i have purchased new connection (Hd box) from cable provider here in south city gurgaon (Golden cable - bobby) on 10th may 6pm. I have paid 2450 rs for new connection. My cable has not started yet after 4 days. Cable provider not answering my phone calls. I have reported the same on den customer care but no solution has been provided yet even after 6, 7 follow up calls. Please look into this urgently as it seems like i have done mistake by purchasing den set top box. If it will not start today i will request for refund.

                            The worst part is cable provider bobby not answering to my phone calls since i have made the full payment. Also the who have installed connection here nazimul mohammad he is also not answering my phone calls and seems like he blocked my number. Pathetic customer service by company.

                              The cable network is totally unavailable for last 15 days. Monthly subscriptions are made promptly online in time. Despite repeated calls to local cable operator, there is scant response from them. Advise local cable operator to either redress the complaint or remove the facility forthwith as the the service is totally unsatisfactory either in attending to calls or repairing the faults. Action needs to be on lightening speed. Thanks.

                                The service of den network (Modern satellite) in banashankari 3rd stage is the worst one ever i have seen. Pathetic service, it's been 15 days we have complained about issue no action yet, they are very good at followup only regards to payment and irresponsible team. They are absolutely sick n tired of their service. Please unsubscribe this service.

                                  The den local operator named modern satellite situated at bangalore is not providing good service. From past 10days many channels are not coming and when we complain the same they say they will come and check but no-one is bothered to come. Even after paying the fees on time from past 10days we could not utilise the same. Could you please contact the cable operator "modern satellite" situated in banashankari 3rd stage bangalore. The people over there never provide correct information when asked about it. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                      From many months after recharging for hd channels also i have to followup for atleast 10 days every month for starting my hd subsription. The cable operator people are very rude in talking and never bother about problem.

                                      This is cheating, as cable operator is taking advance payment (Recharge) and they behave whatever they feel.

                                      The people working there are illerate and shout at us when we call everytime and threaten us like goons.

                                      Strict action should be taken against them.

                                        We are using den network for the last many years. We are facing a great problem from last 6 months that zee news channel is delibrately removed from my cable tv, although i payed for all the channels. On repeated complaint to my service provider, ie den cable meerut, they outright denied to show zee news channel on den cable. Payal telicomunication owner mr mp singh ph no.[protected], was also contacted but he also shows his inability to broadcast zee news in meerut tp nagar area. You are requested to intervene as we are big fan of yours.
