Hi,
It has been 4 months now that i have been complaining about the no show of zee network channels. Every time the customer care has assured me to get the services back within 15 days. Clearly, the same has not happened till yet.
Although, when the same has been discussed for discounting the bills in lieu of missing channels, i was told for zee channels i should be paying extra - over and above the regular bill amount.
This is such an unprofessional and time consuming argument which is leading to nowhere. Have raised consumer complaint earlier as well, but none was heard. Trying again.
Hoping at least this time i would be heard!

Also, as per the customer care, few Den cable users have Zee channels working on their set top box and other users would be activated sooner - statement I am hearing from 3 months now!!!

Den cable network customer care doesn't care or respond to any queries. Plus, they are incompetent and less trained to handle anything. It is just a check point, I feel. Passing this message to their customer care is never gonna solve the problem.
Also, as I indicated above, I came down to this forum only because all other attempts including talking to Den Cable network customer care had failed.

    My 2 den connectionCARD NO/[protected][protected] numbers are our vendor is globevision rajouri garden new delhi 110027 owner mr rajiv .all their contact numbers are switch of once they picked the phone .but no use.
    i have also made repeted complaints to den customer care on 29.mar 18 4 apr and two times on 6 apr .everytime its told to wait for 24 hours but invail.
    they have taken secuity of rs 5000. for 2 set top box and also deniyng that it was activation .we will not return if you surrender. they did not issued any receipt at the time of connecttion please look into matter an oblige.

      This is very poor experience as associate with den broadband connection i am the user of shubh enterprises (Den franchises partner) since 8 years from last four month i am facing huge problem with staff member as well as services
      See i dont want looses this connection, because of many reasons but finaly i dont get better solution i will go through some other connection

      Problem is my office time morning 09:00 to night 08:00 den is charging with us full amount that is 2950 -/ only proving me internet connection between 10:00 am to 06:00 pm if i raise the voice they ask me to purchase fibre optic cable if they are not comfortable same situation why should i invest more this just harassment to the consumer so kindly resolve this issue asap

        Zee channels are not visible since 2 weeks though i paid monthly and i am complaining this first time.. Please look into this matter otherwise den customers will decrease day by day even i am also planning to change the den set top box and stop this service.. Very disappointed with this service as there is no such order to subscribe these zee channels though i am not receiving it

        Den cable tv network is erratic and channels are vobbling off and on, , some channels which we have subscribed are removed-channels ASIANET NEWS, ASIANET PLUS, MAZHAVIL MANORAMA .CUSTOMER SERVICE CTC NOS ARE NOT ATTENDED..EVEN THE CHANNELS RECEIVED ARE GOING OFF INTERMITTENTLY..

          I am using den cable in titwala.
          From the last 1 month the important channels are not displayed like zee talkies, & pictures, and lot more.
          The cable operator mr. Dilip khismatrao and their teams does not receive any calls for cable compaints, neither they allow to let us change the cable service. Its total monopoly market.
          I wish the consumer court should take action against this.

            There’s no signal in my set top box. It seems that it has been disconnected without informing me. Though i have paid advance rental for the month of march. I have been a very good regular customer who paid on time but the behaviour of local service provider prabhat cable network is not tolerable.
            I am complaining since 11th of march about this problem but their attitude is very irresponsible. I have also lodged my complaints to den customer care.

              Im not getting zee channels from past 3-4 months. Even after giving multiple complaints with the local operator at kochi, kakaknad, kerala, no one bothered to look into it or even to give a reply. After multiple enquiries now they are saying that we need to pay an additional cost for getting it. I have taken yearly subscription and it seems to be complete waste to me.

                Dear Zee Team,

                Greetings of the blissful Monday!!!

                Would like to bring your kind notice, that I (Abhishek Dubey) a resident of Gurugram, having DEN services from Sheetla cable, Sector 12 Gurugram.The cable operator is not telecasting ZEE News since three months, on asking the same he stated some disputes is going on between Zee and DEN and post the redressal of the issues, the cable operator will be able to telecast Zee News.Further he came up with a list of channels having extra charges mentioned if, I want to opt that channels, extra payment needs top be done(earlier it was not the scene, the cable rate was Rs 250 with all channels, less then a year cable operator increased the rates till Rs. 300 per month plus asking extra charges for the mentioned channels, if opted).

                With this regard, I checked on net and found that, honorable court has ordered DEN to telecast ZEE channels till further order, but regret to inform you a contempt of court has been notice.

                I request you to please, look into the matter and make our favourite ZEE news available, so that we can again rejoice at the end of the day(DNA).

                    This is regarding my complaint, ticket no tkt279 dated 11/03/18. I made an online payment of rs 2004 for my next cycle of denboomband user id-ti[protected] starting on 16th march 2018. The payment was done online on 6/03/2018. As i will not be using the boomband service for next few months i would like to cancel the recharge done and request for refund of the same. Kindly provide a solution for the same asap as my next cycle will start within 5 days.

                      I am a registered den boomband customer with registered mobile number being [protected]. My internet is not working from the past 4 days. I called customer care after one day and they assured that the service has been interrupted and it will start in 5 hours. Now it's been 4 days that i have been waiting for their "5 hours" to end but all in vain. I have been calling the customer care each day and they simply don't have a specific answer for when the services will be resumed. I dropped them a mail too but they hardly bothered to respond. I have made advance payment for 2 months. I asked them to refund the amount if they can't offer me the required services. But they simply refused to refund the amount.

                      Please help me for what should be the next step i need to take against this company.

                        This is the most horrifying experience with den network.in-spite of several mails no action being taken so far.
                        Since, 27th feb, i have renewed services for new plan & still speed & coverage remains unresolved.
                        In between there is outrage of their services in our area in our area for last 2 days & no internet services are activated /up till now
                        Even, if t was up, am was/unable to get the desired committed speed & coverage for which several discussions being done & visits conducted by den team
                        Had tl, pradeep pandya along with sr. Technical person harsh visited on 7th march in the afternoon & had changed the router & wifi & had promised to visit again the evening
                        Even after speaking to them & updating on the no change in speed, no one had courtesy to turn up * even call back for resolving the issue
                        Post your visit, performance had further deteriorated & average speed was 20-22mbps as against commitment of 50 mbps.
                        This clearly reflects unprofessional & unethical way of operating & providing the services to customers.
                        Considering, the way things are have been with den, the soar experience had, would not be interested anymore to continue with 50mbps plan anymore & it quite apparent that den doesn’t have bandwidth to offer 50mbps & offers posted or claims are fake
                        In case, they can offer me better services or plan, i can still consider for 20mbps plan …since, i have already purchased plan (50mbps) of 6month for rs, 4200, would want this to be adjusted against 20mbps plan & should offer this with aggressive offer additional months or even for additional year at same price.

                        there is no head way on the complaint. worse is their Technical team has unethically closed my ticket without my getting my issue resolved. I haven't shared happy code still, ticket has been closed.
                        I had to raise anther ticket yesterday, but no one still called or turned up to address the matter.
                        Please advice the next action plan

                          I am a subscriber to den tv networks and for which i paid 12 months payment in advance. Last 60 hrs i am not having network connection. Your customer supporting guy not taking any calls and no idea what happened. Any way this is a violation of agreement as far as i am concerned as i am a consumer. Hope you will do the needful.

                          Dispite of full payment den is not showing ZEE channels. They have removed 51 channels from that plan but havent made any change in the plan amount/price.

                          Means though I have paid the amount but not getting the product.
                          All the zee channel are unavailable and also another few channels are not in service like & Tv and Pictures, music channel etc from last 2 months...Please solve this issue otherwise i have only one option to cut the cable...And will install the other cable provider...

                            This is to draw your attention towards the problem we are facing these days
                            Myself rishi a customer of your cable connection facing a serious problem from previous 2 months. Around 2 months ago there is a change in list of tv channels but because of that i have noticed that many of the channels are not working showing no signal on the screen and some of the channels are even not present anywhere.
                            Recently i was searching for "zee cinema" the famous and very old movie channel but it is not there in the list anywhere. The cable service provider of our locality is always giving the same reason for the problem that it is happening there from the company itself and they cant do anything.
                            So, i have taken this step to complaint forward to the company.
                            Kindly, take neccessary action towards the problem consumers are facing.

                                I purchased a pack for ₹750 for this month, but the internet speeds are not even upto the mark as they used to be. Further more the internet is disconnected and the servers are not working in many cases, another thing that i cannot check my plans and my usage as my service provider tells me the link 120.89.72.2 is being blocked from the server. I need this problem resolved as i am a student and i need a good internet connection as i have to give online exams and to give online interviews, i feel like i don't get the services i have paid for.

                                  We are not able to view all zee channels despite paying increased subscription fee. Initially the fee was rs.250, which they increased to rs.300, but stopped telecasting all the zee channels excpt zee tv and zee cinema.

                                  On calling on the customer care no. [protected] it always notifies a busy tone.

                                  We also called on the customer care no.[protected], but of no avail.
                                  We also called the cable operator for den connection in our area (Manish cable - [protected]) numerous times, but no came to address the issue despite repeated reminders.

                                  Request you to look into the matter and address the issue at the earliest.

                                    Hi i am subscriber of den cable in shalimar bagh for the last 5 years through scn digital services 106, kailash bhawan, wazirpur complex delhi - 52. I have registered complaint to them atleast 5 times that no zee channels are getting broadcast, they are continuously saying it will get started. We pay rs 320 per month to them. I have asked them to reduce my monthly charges as no zee channel are coming for the last 2 months but they are saying we cannot reduce the charges and you have to pay full 320 rs. This is customer harrasment and not acceptable at all. Pls. Look into the matter and bring justice to the same.
