I have made a Payment of Rs.5366/- on 14/02/2017 by cash to Den Executive but did not receive any acknowledgement slip nor any message of the same. Guys please help me, it is a large amount for me and as I was promised 20mbps speed and 150 gb data for seven months (5366/- for six months and one month free) thats why I made the payment. I have been your customer for the last one and a half year nad have never faced any problem regarding payment or services, this is the first time please help. Waiting for your response.

    My den boomband userid is manan_64385 it is ia 20mbps plan with 30 gb data usage, its an advance rental plan.
    they are now recharging my account with 15 gb data every 15 days. They throttle my data speed in 4 or 5 days saying 15 gb data has been consumed where as their own login portal shows much lesser usage. They do not listen to any complaint .

    they are totally cheating customer who have paid one year charges in advance.
    DEN Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      My connection is going to get expired on 30th JAN 2017 and i am getting daily calls for recharge
      I tool this connection two months ago and was not able to use it at all - same is reflecting in my usage - and this happened only due to the fact that the installation was not proper.

      I gave it to my father who is a senior citizen and "partial memory loss" patient.
      he coundt complaint on time and in turn we kept on using our TATA photon only.

      My only Request from the company is to compensate me for 1500 Rs which i had spent in taking this conenction but was not able to use the same.

        I have tried lots and lots of time to talk to your executive to the Den officials, regarding the pooorest network ever i had in my entire life.Nothing happened as of now... This is so sad to say that your network is the worstttttttttttt, never had such a bad experience .. The downloading speed is just 0.40 MB/S. What's happening man...
        I use a package of 1700 wala, where i got 100 gb... and today is the 15 th day, and my usage is over...
        I was out of station for 2 days...
        I have checked my usage details and in those 2 days it was 10 gb and 6 gb day wise..How's that possible... WHen i have changed my passward intentionallly, so that nobody can use it...
        If no Action has been taken now, , , , than i willl file a compalint in consumer court and would through ur box ...

          Hi I just wanted to inform that DEN boomband offer us 3+1 offer on telephonic call it means pay for 3 month and use it for 4 month. But now their executives are saying that offer was not given by boomband. This not good. Actually their executive are give fake offers for getting money. I want that some action should be taken against this company as they are doing wrong by given fake offers.

            DEN Networks has installed a new cable connection through local cable operator YEN at my house. I have been charged for a new connection but a "Used and Old Set top box" is installed by the cable operator. Now Local Cable Operator is denying for replacement of the same and DEN Networks is also not able to provide any support in this regard. I have lodged 2 Complaints with DEN Networks but no resolution till date "4139424" and "4132168.

            Need your support in replacing Set top Box at the earliest.

              I asked to the den network services provider that i want internet connection so i paid him money rs 748 and i was registered but after 1 week they couldn't setup connection, so i asked to refund my money. They made excuses but hasn't solved the problem. They told me call to our customer care no. So i made call but this company has not refunded till 3 months after that they have paid a cheque that had spelling mistake, so bank has refunded the cheque on same address. I again called their customer care so he told me send your details by mail and i did it. I called them more than 20 times and 2 times mailed but no response. Today i again made him call so they told me again revert on mail. Please ask them when they will refund money? They already had taken 4 months.

                Your salesman Name Prem Mobile No [protected] took Rs1683 for 20mbps 50gb plan and next day your technician came in and said that wifi line is not available in my location. I raised the request for refund through your den customer executive so many time oct nov dec and he told me that your money will be refunded. Cheq was dispatched your area manager mukesh Gupta. they will provide . I called them on again that i didnt get the refund your executive told me that he is raising the request and den team will contact me with in 24 hours . I waited till time, and then i called again and your senior team assured me that he is also raising the request and within 24 hours someone will call me from Den team . And now Today 22 dec and i am so much fed up that now only way i can see to get my money back is By filing a case in consumer forum and i will not go with den neither i will suggest someone . Either Refund my money back or get ready for the legal action that i am planning to take against you people.(Naresh Kumar Bagoria) [protected].

                  Internet service was down for a week. Tried calling local service provider, no response. Wrote email to customer service, it was resolved and internet was up very next day. However my internet is down again as service agreement is over. I paid for 30 days of service, 7 days there was no internet service, still I didn't get full 30 days of service and no response from local service provider. It's really pathetic service I have seen. I would say BSNL is much better than Den when it come to service, as I had BSNL for more than 10 years. And I am done with DEN just in 2 months.

                    I think to try Den Boomband due to their attractive plans and data usage allowance. But trust me that was the wrong decision because 90% data usage left unused due to disconnection. So I suggest Den to provide low data usage but without disconnection. I have weekly holiday on sunday. So my sunday's morning always start with no Internet, whenever I call customer care they have some predefined iterative steps which they try on all users as I believe and eventually in all problems.

                    They will ask you to tell router name then switch it off and wait for 30seconds. Guys I am waiting from last 24hours and I don't know what rocket science you are putting remotely in those 30seconds. In that 24hours I switch off/on my router 20times. But you guys are giving hope to the users that we are listening to your complaint and trying to troubleshoot.

                    So after this 30seconds fun, they will tell you complaint number, so one more complaint get generated at their end.One more suggestion to Den Boomband, please clear your complaint database routinely else it will cost you so much to save million of complaints. Now you are with complaint number and one more newest thing in market which they call "Happy Code". They will told you to give this code to an engineer who will visit your place and will check all wires and router. But there is one more twist, no one will come because they already know no problem is your end, they don't have enough bandwidth at their end, so they repeatedly close network on all areas for certain time. Your internet will work automatically after 48 - 70 hours for next 6 hours or so. Now you have to give "Happy code" who fixed your internet or might be he fixed internet of hundred of people at a same time.

                    I request you guys please don't get attracted to their plans. Think of some other network which is stable either they are providing less data usage.

                      I subscribed to den boom band based on their assurances of a new cable technology and high speed internet at low speeds. Please don't fall for the trap.

                      For almost half the month the internet connection will be dead. When you call up the customer care they'll tell that some repair work is going on in your area. Don't know how long the repair work is going to continue but since we are paying in advance, they are taking us for a ride. They always make you fool, we will solve your problem within 24 hours but they do not come at you door within a week. His technical team is totally illiterate they do not know how to respond to his customer.
                      Note:- do not take services from den boomband.

                        To whom it may concern,
                        Every month den cable operator assigned in area with my den card no.[protected] come up with nonsense hopeless actions that hampers the services every fortnight.
                        This time when I am writing you this complaint mail, my services suddenly were stopped today on 23rd Nov'16, for which I first called den cable customercare wherein I was told that services are stopped due to non payment. Then I clarified and I was told by customercare that cable operator is the one who has to collect the payment, which my cable operator didn't come till date to my place to receive the latest due payment and hand me my bill. Moreover, he already standing on fault for not coming to receive payment on time, has cut off the services for the reason of non payment which otherwise is his duty only.
                        I claim my services to be restarted with immediate effect and ensure that den cable operator Ravi mobile no. [protected] assigned in my locality stop these deliberate nonsense acts to entice irritate customer due to his unprofessional behavior towards his job, because of which customer has to suffer everytime.
                        I have put a complaint on this matter to customercare as well who again are very casual in their commitment for resolving a complaint in given deadline that is never achieved. So with customercare too, I have bitter experience in non resolution of my complaints filed in past.

                        Keeping den customercare attitude aside for this time, I want den cable operator to start my cable services with card no.[protected] immediately and come to collect Monthly payment.

                        Yesterday, it was confirmed by customercare that my connection is disconnected due to non payment. Aafter that I called my LCO, who told me with surprise that why my services got cut off. In the morning today, I got to know that payment has already been done for the latest bill. In the meantime, when I wasn't aware that payment has already been done, I got call from some Rahu l; mobile no. [protected], saying that he is calling from Den Delhi Head office and asked me to share my debit card no. with him in order to pay my latest bill which he was not aware that payment has already been done by my father to cable operator. Despite that in the same call, rahul told that there is no problem, if I don't have debit card for paying my dues which I later got to know that payment has already been done, services will be resumed in two hours.
                        Later, after 02 hours, problem persists and I called rahul 3-4 times, which he was getting disconnected every time without listening to me properly and despite my repeated requests that what conversation he has made with my LCO, he in these subsequent calls started pushing me that I need to have debit card, only then he will help me and was not at all telling that what conversation he had had with LCO Ravi. Moreover, besides disconnecting my calls everytime in the middle of conversations, Rahul in last call misbehaved with me and irrespective of fact that I am den cable services user, shouted at me saying that you are not our customer and said that he has also other things to do.
                        Apart from my den services severe problem being faced by me, Rahul who claims to be calling from DEN Delhi head office misbehaved with customer and didn't help at all in resolving my aforesaid complaint.
                        I want to take strict action against Rahul who lack professional approach while dealing with custome. which in this case is me and resolve my standing den cable services problem since yesterday.
                        To reiterate, payment has already been done by me and customercare told that services are cut due to non payment and your LCO not seem interested to solve the problem like any otherwise and Rahul acute misbehavior and incapability in dealing with client.

                        Apart from my den services severe problem being faced by me, Rahul who claims to be calling from DEN Delhi head office misbehaved with customer and didn't help at all in resolving my aforesaid complaint.

If these two no. are actually den genuine no., then call me in next 15 minutes, otherwise tomorrow I will go to police station with these 02 no.s and then authorities will ask you for what intention, Rahul and landline caller called me.
                        Call me now with proof that you are from den, or mail me from your official den Id with your name and no., otherwise be ready to face trouble tomorrow.

                          Hi, i am an old customer of den cable network and residing at casa rio, palava city, dombivli east, thane. My cable get disconnected due to non-payment without any information or asking for payment. As and when i came to know, instantly i made the payment thru cheque and i have been assured by the franchise aditya cable network that post payment thru cheque it will be activated instantly and without any further delay. He has also share two mobile nos out of which one no [protected] associated to the company representative mr. Sunil chaudhary and another no [protected] associated to the franchise directly, have asked me to give a call to mr. Sunil for reactivation of set top box.
                          Since yesterday i am trying to reach mr. Sunil over given no so that my set top box can be reactivated and we can enjoy watching tv but surprisingly even after making 100 of calls from different nos mr. Sunil is not picking up the call and the another no is switched off.
                          Our problem is that we do not have any other option except den cable as lodha palava city doesn't allow that but i am really fade up with the poor customer service of den cable and escalate the issue to palava management thru several society and social media.

                            Hi,

                            This is Rohit and I have recently moved from Noida to Delhi, therefore, have shifted my setup box ( Company Name – Den) also from Noida to Delhi. Moreover, have submitted my NOC on last Friday, 4th Nov, however, my setup box has not been activated yet.

                            Have made multiple follow-up with the concern authority/local opearator, however, I have not received satisfactory answer and my setup box is not activated yet, however, 7 days have already been gone.

                            Today I have contacted Mr. Khem ([protected]) who is the company official and spoken to him in this regards, however, he is not taking any action.

                            Can anyone please look into this matter?

                              Dear sir, we have using den cable since the time we have shifted to navi mumbai. However, after we have shifted to a new sector in nerul. Our den cable service provider has been trying to dodge us. Initially we have a sound coming in from the cable on our tv with normal cable connection to which when we asked our service provider what can done as we don't want to spoil the tv. He advices us to change the tv connection to hd. After a couple of months hd cable stopped working. He replaced the setup box back to the old normal cable setup box. And said he will get us a new hd setup box within a week. It has now been 2 months and alim
                              And his brother still continues to tell us it's on its way. And will reach us in 2-4 days. Not to mention alim has promised us 6 months free cable and now he has refused to acknowledge our agreement as compared to earlier where we would manipulate the agreement. And lastly my father who is 69 years of age has been following up with him, has diabetes and high blood pressure. But they just dodge us with manipulative answers.

                                Greetings. yester-day october 27, 2016 i had interacted with your customer care executive, who requested me to send this mail to your organization. nearly about for the last more than 7 (seven) months i am requesting our area sector -15, noida., service provider images, to provide me with a hd set top box. i am always getting a negative reply only.

                                  Received a mail from them on the same vide email dated fri, nov 20, 2015 at 6:08 pm. but my

                                    My den cable I'd is 34BDFA5FB92A
                                    I have been follow up with my cable provider since June. One of the person who take care of our cable service named monu took 500 for changing set up box and after that he never turned up. We told to the service provider but he make silence into the matter.

                                    We have not seen our TV since june . kindly provide solution for the same.

                                    Toonami is the most awaiting kids channel for all people in india i have called your customer care and complained about it but still no response. Its a shame on den network. So please make toonami on den in Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh).

                                      I have made the payment on 8.10.16 and received the confirmation msg as well from den nd from my bank as well but i am shocked to know that my payment has not been credited till date despite the several reminders given to customer care day nd night as a result i am unable to use the services.
                                      This is really bad and i should say harrowing exp. M going to escalate it further.

                                        I recharged my plan 3 times in 6 months. Every time for 3 months but after 6 months Den is telling that my plan is expired.

                                        I have provided them with the automated generated mail received from [protected]@den.com and they are telling this is not a valid Proof.

                                        Will never recommend DEN to anyone and will force my friends and others to discontinue.
