I have complaint against you unprofestional Den boomband field executive Mr. Vikram Singh who have mobile no. [protected]... 30th Sep. 2016. At 11:10 a.m. He came to my home nd collect payment of rs. Arount 863/-.. and nd he said abhi apka net start ho jyega so i said ok... then i call him again around 4 p.m he said kal banda bhejta hu morning me but still no one visit to solf my problem...this is very bad.. he is nt pick my phone since morning... this wrong 2 days wasted from my 40 days... befre the yesterday day 2 typs he called me... as he got my paymeny he ignore me...

Take necessary action agains mr vikram singh he said i am from okhla branch..

    This is the worst net connection I have ever seen they run behind you at the time of installation if connection but once you purchase it and then no one even care what speed you are getting, I opt for 10 mbps plan 75gb free n I am getting the speed of 0.24 mb means the speed is in kb and I raise the request for payment collection from my home as I was not able to recharge the plan on theire site getting some error I raised yhe collection request 3 times but got no response and whenever I told the agent to connect me with supervisor or manager then they reply our manager is busy on different call oh really everytime how can he be busy everytime I just don't get it and then promised me call back from manager in 24 hours this also happened thrice but no one called and when ever I call the manager busy this shows they dont care about there customers and they dont know what is customer service and even one there emplotee whom I get connected 2 times each time he disconnected my call

      You have expressed your concern in the email dated 18th Sept’16 regarding using our connection, we would like to inform that you cannot use the services in the current location due to technical constraints.
      We take pride in enhancing our customers with our response and friendly approach. It has always been our constant endeavour to ensure, that our customers are delighted by our inimitable approach

      Den Boom band mentioned that i cannot use there service due to technical constraints. Than why it's taking time to refund my money also you are the one who offered your services in my area now you are the one who cannot deliver services due to your own issues. So, i want you to not only refund the charges for the services which got interrupted from Aug 06 but also i want you to refund activation charges as well because the issue is from your end not my end.
      Now take it as a final reminder send the person to collect the hardware tomorrow itself & process the refund asap or else if i escalate this to consumer court than you guys have to suffer a lot & will end up paying the huge amount. Also update your customer care team as they don't have any information & they ask me to recharge & my services will be back to normal.
      Please expedite the process as since Aug 06 onward i have send you numerous mails till date & have not got satisfactory response till date.

        My internet plan was for 20 mbps and 100gb limit. For the past 8 months, my internet gets over prematurely even though we never seem to use it. It was fine the first few months, then suddenly our internet started getting over in 15 days even though our usage hadn't changed. Upon calling their customer service, they say that their system is foolproof. Their internet speeds vary and we get an average of 3-5 mbps which is a quarter of what we pay for. Their gross negligence of our issues has led me to file this complaint.

          My Customer ID is S_126538. On Sep 13 i recharged my account for Rs 1036. After an hour from paying the recharge amount i called up their customer care since my account was not activated. Customer care person said account will be activated by 12.00 am, but account was not activated till two days after that. But my account again got deactivated on 22nd Sep. When i called customer care they said my account was activated with a 5gb data pack till 22nd september as a gift pack, since the servers in our areas got updated. Since 22nd sep i am trying to get my account activated with the Rs 1036 pack i paid on sep 13. Customer care people are saying it will get done, but till now nothing has happened. I have been without internet for last 3 days, although i have paid for my account on 13 Septemeber.

          Customer care people are the worst they have no idea what is going on, they just say they will forward the complaint but after that nothing.

            I have got two smart cards for two Tvs in my house for which I have subscribed. The company although has taken through cable operator maximum charges but deactivates channels for which money is already connected. Despite repeated complaints no action is taken. In fact sometime channels are activated and immediately thereafter additional channels are deactivated. I have asked the company either to provide all channels or refund my money to enable me to shift to other network. No response..

              I am DEN network customer. Last 1 month i hae face the problem about den network set of box. I have many time call his cable operator bt his not solve my problem. He is not respons to me. This cable operater a misbehavior and very bad communication to me.i have fully pay her connection payement and advance pay to current month. Her network was only sell his cable packkage to custemer bt do not care custemer complain resolve. .pleas action on this cable operator and DEN network.

                My box is not receiving signals from day before yesterday.and my operator promised to me of resolving issue by 10 A.M of that day.but he did'nt. and till now i called him so many of times and visited his place but he is so much unresponsive and snub people.Please take a appropriate action against him.his name is 'Doubly' and his contact is [protected]. and also i registered the complain by your toll free no. & they had also promised to solve issue in 24Hr.but still my problem is unresolved.I feel frustated and cheated as no one want to be listen my complain.

                Very poor customer services. Pathetic. They dont know the rules and regulations. Everyone has their own opinions. Pls avoid. They disconnected the internet without any intimation and even after 24hrs, they are unable to connect. I called the Customer care 10-12 times in last 2 days but all in vain.

Cable operater says ic prblm, & ic is nt available in control room& he will suggestion purchase new box.. I'm already did complaint consumer form.. Because some few months before my set box transfer realated prblm solved only consumer form only.. Pls my humble request to replace or rectify my set top box, as soon as possible solve my problem...                         Juz like other people!! Den sales executive rakesh & his partner visited my place!! Filled up the form and took rs 1000 connection charges on 12th of aug 2016. Setup location is shyam nagar vishnu garden!! Till now no team has visited me. They dont answer my calls. Visited den cable office at ganga ram vatika three times. They assured me that someone will call me but no answer. This seems like complete fraud 420 with local cable operator. Filed 7 complaints at den toll free customer service number, they alwayz assure u a call bak within 24 hours but non received. Complete bs, this is what this company is about. Dont know how many other consumers has been ripped off like this. Waiting for another couple of days. Thn filing the local consumer complaint at tilak nagar police station and pushing the charges of 420 and complete harrasement. Someone gotta teach this company about real business practices.                           My name is Rahul Mehra .
                          Yesterday a sales executive Mr. Hari visited my home to sell the DEN BOOMBAND broadband connection.
                          As i found the deal beneficial and attractive, i gave him the documents..
                          When they asked me to pay the 3 months internet charges in advance, i was pretty shocked but still after checking his id card i gave him 3450/- rs. and there i made a mistake.
                          Till now they are not responding my call and i even don't know where the local office is ..
                          I live in Sagarpur (west delhi )and the agent's number is[protected]..
                          I tried calling him several time but everytime he is disconnecting or not picking up the call .
                          In this case suggest me something, what can be done .!

                            They talk very softly nicely when they want you to become their customer or if they want you to recharge but when they done with you they will keep commiting false commitment. They will say sir i just can't help you i have forwarded your complain n [censored]s.sometimes you wont get speed and even sometimes it will get disconnected. They even change their tariffs without informing you.

                            I was not recharging my internet because of their poor services. After long gap of without recharge i got a call that they are providing offer 3+2. Means you have to pay for 3months and you will get two months free internet. I paid for it. The guy who came to collect the money was not able to provide bill. He said m just the collection guys and i am not provided the receipt. When i contacted their customer care they said they will provide me confirmation email and SMS which i am still waiting for. I keep calling for it but they keep promising.
                            Anyway my internet get started and after 3months my internet was off. I called then i got one day recharge. Next day again same thing n again n again for 4times. Finally they recharged for 15 days. After 15 days again started showing me round n round like m culprit and they are introgating me for a crime. Again they recharged my internet for 15 days. After this again my internet is disconnected and now they asking for bill n written proof which is very cheap. How i suppose to get one if they ain't providing. I called almost for 20 times. Even their call center number us not free. They are keep saying they forwarded my complaint. And i am still waiting.
                            Very cheap n pathetic behavior for getting business.
                            Dont ever fall for their false promise n sweet talk.

                              This complaint is being posted after making several failed attempts to get the proper Den cable services to me.
                              WheneverI call local cable operator to apprised him for cable service interruptions faced, sometime his phone is off, sometime he picks and tell to rectify but don't rectify it and when called 2 nd time either he disconnects phone or his phone is found off. Sometimes it is their infrastructure problem, sometime their system faults, sometime box at poll is loose and etc. When customercare is called, they tell to resolve complaint in 24 hrs and again these 24 hrs are such that even electricity company brings power back in 24 hrs, so cable services will obviously be corrected in 24 hrs, but again these 24 hrs of complaint are encountered by me every 3rd day. Sometimes I drop a complaint, sometimes I don't put another complaint, because previous complaints are found still open, even when cable services are back. Either Den is smart enough to play with customer via its cable operator & customercare pathetic services or customer is fool enough to keep faith in Den even after endless failed attempts to provide proper services to customer. I don't get any revert on my complaints and when I call customercare next time, I am told that Sir your last complaint is still open, so what is point of 24 Hrs deadline to resolve a problem sincerely and is it expected by customer to drop a complaint every 3 rd day for interruption in services which involves frequent breaks in cable service(atak atak ke cable ka aana), no cable for 2 hours or more, non acknowledgment of complaint to local cable operator, non addressal and resolution of complaint made via customercare . If Den deal with its customers this way, then I don't see any hope for Den services. Request to resolve it on priority basis as it has been a prolonged issue which is not resolved by cable operator and customercare as well.

If you will not able to provide me 5mbps i am not using facebook whatsapp youtube and any browser then i will not use your connection and refund my payment.

I request you to start this channel as soon as possible. Also the signal strengths is weak some time pixels get distorted. Our cable is Sham cable operator near chopda court.

                                    My cable is not working from last six months. i am complaining the complaint to my cable operator i.e. solianki cable (mr, Ajay, Mobile No. [protected] and Mr Ravi mobile No. [protected]). last two and half months the cable operator also not receiving my mobile. i am also complaint to DEN customer care (No. [protected]) vide complaint No. 3589628 dt 20-5-16 and also remind on 24-5-16, 3615273 dated 24-5-16, 3768012 dt 21-7-16, 3836372 dt 16-8-16 and 384356 dt 19-8-16 and remind today i.e. 27-8-16 also, in all the complaints customer care executive give assurance that they will solve the problem with 24 or 48 hours and non of the above complaints are solved. please do the needful.

                                      I complained about a not working den networks set top box around two months ago with the local dealer, he took the set top box and said that it will be replaced. He didn't respond for over 15 days, we registered the complain with the customer care service as well. No action has been taken yet.
                                      First complain registered - june 2016
                                      Customer care contacted - july 2016

                                      Please look into the matter as this is one of the basic needs in any one's life, and no action whatsoever has been taken for the same.

                                        I have been trying to contact the Den Boomband team for so many days for getting a WiFi connection but the team just do not bother. They do not have toll free no.s either. They say they will call back but they just do not.
                                        Den boomband connection is not available at my place.(motiram road, ram nagar, shahdara, delhi)
                                        Juz like other people !! Den Sales Executive Rakesh & his Partner visited my place !! Filled up the form and took Rs 1000 connection charges on 12th of Aug 2016. Setup location is Shyam Nagar Vishnu Garden !! Till now no team has visited me. They dont answer my calls. Visited Den cable office at Ganga Ram Vatika three times. They assured me that someone will call me but no answer. This seems like complete fraud 420 with local cable operator. Filed 7 complaints at Den Toll Free customer service number, they alwayz assure u a call bak within 24 hours but non received. Complete BS, this is what this company is about. Dont know how many other consumers has been ripped off like this. Waiting for another couple of days. Thn filing the local consumer complaint at Tilak Nagar Police Station and pushing the charges of 420 and complete harrasement. Someone gotta teach this company about real business practices.
