I m a resident from dombivali palava city. I was facing some issue with my den set top box last sunday, so i called up the den cable operator to have a look at it. So they sent a technician to my place and he said that the set top box will have to be taken away to test and then if there is some issue will be sent for repairing to dombivali stn. Since last sunday i. E. 16th july, it has been a week now, not a single phone call or reply has come from the cable operators about the status of my set top box. Also their phone lines are either busy or switched off whenever we try to reach them. Also one of their technician named marshall is very arrogant and rude to the customers and also the operating staff.

I' m very much pissed off by their behaviour and their lathargic way of work. Their service is very slow and bad and not at all consumer satisfactory.

    My user ID AG47932801, i have already called many times to resolve the payment issue(Refund).They say that the issue will be resolved by the evening & there comes another day and no action is taken by the DEN BOOMBAND service provider.I am calling them since 17th, july 2017 everyday and they say by the end of the day issue will be resolved.even i have send them emails regarding it but they just reply that your issue will be resolved soon.This is not the first time i am suffering because of the lazy service, its almost every month some or the other problem.This time i am stuck with the refund problem and i wont recharge for this month untill and unless my refund issue is resolved and the payment is not included in the recharge. My service request no is CAS-1517925.

    On 16th june, 2017 i did the payment to money collector executive mr. vikas (phno- [protected]) of rupees 760. Due to some problem in the area the plan of 760 could not be done. so after calling them again and again and complaining every day they reached me on 19th june & they asked me to take some other plan, . SO i opted for 383 plan .
    760-383=377
    so, Now they already have rupees 377 extra with them.i want that this time while making the recharge, i pay only the amount excluding Rs 377.
    I am trying to reach them since 18th july and after complaining so many times, also they have registered the complaint but they have'nt taken any action yet. now i have decided that i will wait for sometime more and if not resolved i will not be the part of this service anymore. and i think it will be the best to cut off the plans from den boomband. & i should go for some other service providers.

      I reacharged plan rs.777 of den network. It said in this plan they give us network speed 20mbps initially 120gb deta. After that they give us 5mbps speed unlimited. Yesterday 10/07/2017 i reacharged and give him total (Include gst) rs. 917. But den network is providing me speed only 3.7mbps initially. Always den network is doing same thing previous few month.         The services of den cable services provided by Manisha cable (Old Nangal delhi cantt) is really pathetic in Old Nangal Delhi Cantt of south delhi.
        No proper signals for the past three months in complete Old Nangal Delhi Cantt area.

        In-spite of repeated complaints no action is taken by them,
        The customer care person also expresses its helplessness to resolve the issue
        And on being asked to resolved the complaint expresses their
        Inability and when we deny to pay monthly charges they not only cut my connection but also used very filthy language with my wife and son.

        They also refused to settle full and final charges to discontinue the services so that we can opt for another option to run network on my television
        I request you to take necessary action against Manisha cable of old nangal delhi cantt. An early action and acknowledgement of my complaint is highly solicited

          Hello, i was using den connection for last 1 year. Now i got hd smart tv so i m moving to hd cable but our cable operator doesn't have that facility so we are switching the network but when we told our cable operator that pls take ur den st up box and refund our 1000 rs he totally denied.

          Can u pls look into this matter

          I've called like 3 times to your customer support for a TV connection in Sector 40, gurgaon, and every time your guys say that someone will come in 24 hours but nothing has happened till now. Never been so disappointed in any service till date as I am with yours. Like seriously no responsibility.

            I would like to complain a fraud internet company where i was promised a better internet connection with the speed of 20mbps which only happened one day. From the second day of the connection i started getting trouble with my internet speed.

            I filled several complaints and informed techs about the problem but no one is responding and illiterate technician who doesn't know anything about the internet calls me and ask the useless question which makes no sense.

            I am an it professional and know how these fraud internet companies are filling up the profits.

            Even after multiple complaints, i got no improvement but the speed downgrade with every passing hour.

                Hi, we had asked for the tv cable connection from den networks 8 year ago, and we deposited amount of 1200 rs, for which they had provided a cable connection with setup box on a monthly rental of 250rs. Now today, when we asked them to disconnect the connection and refund our deposit they are denying to refund our full deposit money, without giving any particular reason for the deduction. They are deducting full of deposit money without any reason. That is why i am seeking help from consumer office.                   Very very poor speed
                  My den boomband register number [protected]. I am complaining for very poor speed. You have provides 20mbps. But now i am getting just 1 45mbps. If you will not able to provide me 20mbps my all work is suffering regarding your service your engineer not able to solve the problem even they not interested to solve the problem i am feeling cheated. I will not use your connection and refund my payment...

                    I am den cable costumer in lucknow khadra area. My cable operator is asha cable network. I have payed my bill till may 2017 but my service is disconnected even after payment. I also informed my cable operator but problem not resolved. Then i called den costumer service no. They provide me a complain no.[protected] on thursday morning they gave me a complain no. 4352103 but problem is still on. They said that i have not payed my bill of month of may 2017. But i payed it on 28th may 2017.

                      I am cheated by denboomband as they promised me that they will provide me 60 GB data with 5 MBPS speed but plan activated by then was 25GB with 5 MBPS speed. I complaint against it but no action is taken even after 1 week of the complaint locked date.

                        There has been a constant problem with this service provider. The transmission is so poor that the cable transmission goes off almost every hour. Most of the times it goes off the air at 2030 hours and then gets restored only in the morning next day and that too not before 1000 am. There is not a delay of a day to collect the subscription. Their man knocks the door on every 2nd or 3rd day of the month and collects the subscription. Please do the needful lest i will be constrained to knock the door of consumer court.

                        My cable showing error as "this DEN viewing card is not authorized for use in your setup box" and cable operator told. Me that my box is needed to be repaired and asking me for 300 to fix it. I believe my box is perefect but he is charging undue charges..                           I gave a missed on a number for a connection
                          I received a call of your representative and den a representative named Arun Sharma came to our place and took the required documents as well as rupees 1788 for the wifi plan on 13th april 2017
                          No installation or registration has been done against dis
                          I have been sending mails since den for the same and still 2-3 days bck i received a call asking the information problem happened wd me and promising to solve the problem within 24 hours and still i dint receive any calls, refunds or the connection gor the same
                          I am fed up from the service that you have given me
                          The way you are treating you customer is actually pathetic and i am fed up from ds
                          Kindly consider my problem

                            I have purchases pre-payed service from den. I have been facing frequent connectivity outages from DEN since "Apr 25, 2016", but when i requested them to provide me extra internet service for all those hours in which i was unable to use the internet because of issues from their end, they just do not reply to our requests.
                            This is against the consumer rights.It is like a mafia going on, taking payments in advance and then not fulfilling the service .

                                    I have DEN satellite cable (smart card no[protected] since last 2 years. We have Sairaj cable (mobile no [protected] / [protected]) as our local cable operator.

                                    At the time of installation he gave us new set top box(STB) with cable connection for which he charged 1000 Rs installation charges. Reason I shifted to DEN was Star sports channels​ which were not available with other cable. For few months star sports was working but after some days it stopped working as the he may have recharged​ channel​ pack for some months.

                                    When I asked him about star sports channel, he said STB has some issue and needs to be changed​ which was off course a lie. Then he took new STB, saying company will repair it & it will take time till then he gave me old STB which was already repaired two times (repair dates mentioned on STB)

                                    Now suddenly old STB stopped working. When I asked about my new STB which was installed during subscription, he started shouting and said as warranty period is over that STB can't be given back to me. Also even I paid yearly subscription charges, still cable disconnects after every 3 months for which I had to take follow up every time. He is not giving service & always gives some irrelevant answers.

                                    He always speaks harshly & rudely. He asked me to pay 500 Rs repair charges for the faulty STB. I have taken this matter through mail to DEN satellite executives but received no response. Even customer care is not helping and always suggested to sort out the issue with Cable Operator. No use of customer care.

                                        I was interested in getting DEN boomband connection and was contacted by one of their executives, Abhay Kumar Malik. Since I could not meet him at the time, he provided me his bank account details, his photo ID proof, and asked me to transfer the activation and plan amount of 2300 to his personal account. This was on Feb 12, 2017. The personnel from DEN came within the next few days setup my connection (210 GB, 2 month validity, 20 MBPS plan) and everything was fine until February 27th.

                                        On February 27th, 2017 I return to find my internet not working. Couple of hours later I call DEN to be told that on Feb 17th the cheque I gave for payment had bounced and that's why my account is terminated. Apparently, this Abhay used his own cheque to make the payment from the account I sent him money, but his cheque had bounced with the reason of 'insufficient funds in account'. On Feb 28th, I speak to Abhay and he says that matter will be resolved by evening 5 PM. It wasn't. I call him again, he says it will happen by March 1st, by noon. I call DEN again and they raise a ticket claiming it will be resolved in 24 hrs. Nothing happens. I call Abhay at noon and he says 5 PM again. Nothing happens. I called Abhay at 5 PM and he says on March 2nd by 12 00 it will be done. Nothing happens. Evening I call him he claims 'ladka gaya Delhi payment karne ke liye'. Today, March 3rd, he says 'ladka wasn't able to meet the person' and he will go again today. I am still waiting. I have sent emails to the nodal officer, raised yet another ticket with DEN customer care and have tried other methods.

                                        Utterly disgusted by this man's behaviour and daily lies as well as DEN's inability to inform me about the failure of payment when it actually occurred. It is rather pathetic that they arbitrarily wait for half a month and deactivate the customer's account without even the slightest bit of information. The customer care is very prompt in calling you to ask for feedback but zilch in getting issue resolved. The only thing I can do now, is to go on all public forums until someone from DEN takes cognizance of the issue and gets it resolved. If it still doesn't get resolved then I will have to approach the police to lodge an official complaint against DEN.

                                        After 3 days Abhay finally seems to have managed to complete the payment process and I received an email from [email protected] saying that the issue was resolved and my net was activated.
                                        DEN Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
