I have newly shifted in varanasi at sunderpur... Last 5 month i am using den service but only in a month i use this service only 7 or 10 days
Generally it always says no signal or it work like bad cd running in tv..in proper way
I have complained to my operater but he dam donkey mr vijay yadav
I am very upset please help me

    Mera tv 15.08.2016 se kharab hai mera set box aur mere padosi ka sath sath set box sahi karne ko le gaye the padosi ka set box sahi karke turant de diya lakin mera abhi tak nahi diya kai bar mai gaya to kaha hamare pas worker nahi hai tab maine 16.08.2016 ko cudtmer care tf no [protected] par phon kiya to kaha 48 hours mai sahi ho jayega fir maine 60 ghante bad phone kiya to kaha ek din aur wait kar lai kai bar sikayat karne par bhi koi nai sunta den local cable operator bab bab pareshan karta hai phone nahi uthata dabang admi ka turant sahi kar deta hai jab ki mai samay se payement karta hoon kafi paresan karta hai

      We took den cable connection one month before with hd setup box... They took the whole amount without any receipt and when we call them for service either they do not pick up our call or they they say "coming within 10 mins" but they never come... Hd channels are not working and now from last four day we r without tv... Connection is totally gone now...

        Dear Team,

        With reference to ticket number CAS-659545-N5P5 I am very much sure that you guys are not customer oriented and not interested in providing quality services. In present scenario you are just focusing in how to make a customer stupid and selling you world's worst internet connection. From today's morning I am only receiving calls and making them understand about the issue and every time a new guy calls and ask me about my complaint. I have already gave a request to disconnect my connection and refund my whole amount.

        It is my advise that please provide a better service and hire some professionals who knows how to deal with a customer/

          I requested for relocation my den connection on 30 July ticket no.CAS-625716-Y5C1
          It was closed without any information after i wait again i called den customer care and they have said we are working on this with top priority and SLA is 5 days.

          Its more than 11 days and still not a single move on this task.It is a part of my daily routine to get up and start following up with Den customer care.

          Not only people at agent level but at Supervisor level person are very much irresponsible and no concern for customer commitment and no one has done anything on this as well.

          After that daily called den Boomband care to know the status and they have said they forwarded it higher level.


          It is very bad customer service and very pathetic experience with company like den Boomband.

          I am suffering last 12 days.

            Hi,
            I am using Den Cable network from last 7 years, After digitization of network, I got the set top box from Service Area Provider, but from last 6 months the service of den and service area provider consultant goint to be worse day by day. In every 10-15 days few channels does not work most of the time English Channels, when i call to service area provider they didn't pick the phone 8 out of 20 times, but when they came for monthly payment they told me the service will be start today, after calling again and again they told again and again issue will be resolve in 1 hour, 1 day, 2 day and sunday they told we can't do anything in sunday. Many times i called to your customer care when my cable netword got down they told me we didn't get payment from your side that's why your service is stop. But This is going to be very bad condition day by day and from last 1 month english channel service is stop, and before 15 days service will start for 10-15 minutes and agains goes down with voice cracking. I am paying 300 monthly but i have seen on den network site top package is 280.Also i asked to other neighbours and found they are facing the same problem. Now i am fed up and going to be switched to another network. I will just wait 1 week more for this service, if it will be resolved then will think about it to going forward with the same network. One more thing if the service is stop for 10 days then why they are asking to pay full payment.Now this is the time to move some other network. Good bye

              Dear sir my name is shri nath pandey, i am from hathras up, sir mere house main den ka dish connection hai jo ki 4 year pehle ka hai. Abhi 7 month pehle settop box house par laga hai mera settop box 7 month old hai. Jiska sirial no - den serial no-[protected], nds serial no-[protected], smart card no[protected] hai. Mera setop box 2 month se work nahi kar raha maine cable opretor se complaint ki par koi responce nahi mila fir maine den costomer care par bhi complaint ki to usne 24 hours main solve karne ki bola par kafi days baad bhi kuch responce nahi aaya mere setop box ki 12 month ki warranty hai lakin koi meri problam solv nahi kar raha please sir meri problan solve karne ki krapa karen thanks shri nath pandey mo-[protected]

                My Den smart card number is[protected]. I have lodged complaint almost 10 times to DEN cable network address is Basement Galleria market DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon. Every time they are saying that they will get it resolved but no positive response from them. Have made then 10 call a day but these people are not even telling the update on services. It is highly disappointing after paying them on time. Please help .

                  Please talk to their seniors, they are saying that my street Association is not allowing them for repair. I had a word with my street Association and what they are saying is that whenever their engineer came to fix the wire they break others wire in process to fix their wire, Association is asking the permission letter from their seniors to bring whenever they are coming for the repair.

                    [protected] sachin. Den network executive he was cheat with me. So dont beleive on this number. Sachin is cheater from den network.

                    I was interested for connect with den broadband, and called sachin. Sachin name and number mentioned on the tamplate. He came at my home and collect 2000 rup. And asked your network will connect tomorrow. After 2 days his number is off and i called many times but not pick my call. He cheated with me. So i am not interested in den network. I reaised a complaint agianst den.

                      I have any den account with you ph no [protected], my internet is not working from the past 1 week i have already registered complain ticket no (cas 582600- y6f8) and requested you to sent tech at my place on saturday as i m only available on saturday and sunday with i was promised, i called your customer care number several time on saturday on number [protected] talked to arif, parul and several reps who put me on hold and never cameback and was dropped after wating on the line for 9 -10 mints.

                      Now there is a humble request please get me online this weekend or cancel my account.

                        Cas-483769-c4j1. it was closed without any information after i wait again i called den custmoer care and they have said collect the documents and connection will be shifted 24 hour the ticket no cas-545007-s5n2 but no one as done anything on this as well. after that daily called den boomband care to know the status and they have said they forwarded it higher level.


                        It is very bad customer service and very pathetic experience with company like den boomband. i suffering last 21 days and i hope you know very well internet importance of today life. it's hamper my lots of important work and now i tired for daily call to customer care.

                        I recharged 11th month plan. kindly refund and disconnect your connection. it is very bad experience.

                        I am facing picture freezing issue from past 3-4 days but did not get any response from cable operator.

                        I called den customer service center and then cable operator comes and found no issue but after 7PM i faced the same issue everyday.

                        Please check as i heard that DEN cable network resolves everyone's issue.

                          I recharged for internet connection from denboomband.com which was paid via there website on 3rd july 2016. prepaid details
                          Price : 1150
                          Speed : 5mbps
                          Validity : 1 month.
                          The internet stopped working after the second day 5th july. so i raised a complaint which took them more than 5 days to resolve. so i have asked them to extend my expiration by the number of days which were lost because of the fault at their end. so they denied for this provision. then now on 10th the speed degraded from 5mbps to 0.6mbps. which is not supposed to happen. again raised a complaint they again took around 24 hrs to fix. and now again on 12th the internet stopped working.
                          So initially my complaint with them was technical. which has now evolved to a mental level. i along with my sister have called there service center and customer support more than 100 times in the past 8 days. this company is harassing the consumer by taking money on advance and provides pathetic service.
                          According to this company a complaint is supposed to be serviced in 24 hrs and only when customer shares a certain code then only the complaint is serviced, if we go by this my internet is yet to be served even for the first complaint.

                          I have asked them to return my recharge and disconnect the connect.

                          Please find below complaint number.

                          1. ca1077642 took more then 100hrs.
                          2. cg1084033 logged for the latest issue.


                          Please help me get my money back and they should be penalised so that the same is not repeated to another consumer.

                              I paid rs 1380 on 30th june'16 to an executive named varun (mobile no. [protected]) who assured me of the internet connection within 24-48hrs, however it has been 7 days and nobody has yet turned up.

                              I have spoken on customer care no. [protected] and lodged complaint no. cas-549918n1w7, but despite repeated follow up from my end all my efforts are still in vain.

                              I am highly dissatisfied with the response from the customer care and no response from sales person.

                              Hence, need urgent help on this.

                              Just after i lodged this complaint, my brother received a call from [protected] who asked him to share his card number and VCC no. in order to process refund into the card. Since he was unaware of the refund process in such scenario, unfortunately he shared the details of my Mom's card which had approx. Rs 20000/- account balance which is now zero. They have withdrawn the entire amount.

                              My mom is a retired pensioner hence this was the only income in her account. I really want help in this matter and demand a strong action against all those who are involved in this.

                                On 27/05/2016, i had registered and paid rs.2100 for den broadband. as informed by their collection agent aamir (mob-[protected]), that within 24 hours, it will get connected. but even after the payment and with all the identifications provided, till the 3rd day, no response from the people about connection. i went to their cable office and requested them to cancel my connection on the evening 8 pm 30th may. they gave a number of mahesh ([protected]) and told to get in touch with him, who in turn informed that within 15 days, my payment will be delivered.

                                When nothing was heard, even after repeated calls to the mr. mahesh, at 17th june, i lodged a complaint with their customer services cp1054856, where i was told that within 10 days, i will get back my cancelled money.

                                Today is the last day of june, still no resolution.

                                Need advise for proper escalations or any other methods, if possible.

                                  I faced so much connectivity and speed issues on my Wifi and whenever I complaint about it on the helpline numbers the complaint goes to the technical department of my area. Then when he contacts me and ask the issues I'm facing he gives the same reason that main server is down or there are some problems with the main server. And then he himself closes the complaint all on his own without asking my permission. If this keeps on going again and again I'm going to change my network to some other company.

                                      I am getting a speed of only 2 - 3 mbps instead of 20 mbps from last 11 days.

                                      I am not getting any response from the person who installed it.

                                        I made a payment of 1150 to den boomband via online account but it shows transaction fail and my balance got deducted from the credit card.
                                        I then called to customer care and they ask for transaction ID.
                                        there was no transaction ID generate so how can I provide it?????
                                        I ask him to share the bank details which clearly mention payment to den but they deny.

                                        I am pissed off and will go to consumer court.
