Net gets frequently disconnected. And it has been 17+ hours there is not net. Service provider is unable to respond and resolve this.

    I apply a new den broadband connection. The local cable operator told me we don't have materials.we try to give you new connection next week.

      Hello, its been three days i am not able to excess internet, i am complaining again and again but there is no use because of you guys i have lost my 3 working days jobs, i am changing my network so give my money back urgent.

        I'm using Your den internet approx 3-4 year, Your den internet is so slow, slow actually is not a thing the internet should also not work properly, it takes 5-6 hours daily To get Run properly, I'm so glad to say that Your Wifi den is a Worst internet or experience of mine.

              Hello sir i am having den set up box in my house, i went to lucknow for 5 months, when i returned i asked the den cable operator to recharge my set up box.he said he will come at my house at 11:00 am but did not came, and when i tried to call him later but he did not even bother to pick my phone, he is constantly doing this thing, constantly ignoring me, i am very furious with this .please reply fast.

                            I have faced the connection fail issue at the date of my bill payment, I have never skipped any payment till date and they have collected the amount by door step every morning month. The guy in the local network office have some app which automatically put the connection on block at the bill date. I am working in niyt shift, connection goes fail when clock tick 12 am and my bill date comes up and my connection get blocked, I cannot work after that, I called the person in the office, no one picked the phone, I know it late still my work is more important to me, I keep calling one person took phone and speak very bad even I don't say a hello ... .. I had a worst servise, and this is not the first time . I will be discontinuing den broadband and cable soon, will express my bad experience to others too if I get wrong misbehavior once more ...

                              As I recharge my Den internet service, it is not working properly, not giving the perfect speed and sometimes the internet is well and sometime not. Most of the time it is not properly working. It is not the value for money.

                                Need my money back, I got 6 months recharge however the service was pathetic that I have to suffer every day at work. I am working from home and was taking leave die to this.. I tried to call customer service but was never assisted, neither provided any complaint number. Sent email but no response.. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM was there. So I changed to Airtel .. dh21216268 is my id I need my refund for the months I haven't used due to ir poor service..

                                  This is to update you that i have got Den connection installed at my home on 2nd Jan'2021. Before the connection was installed the sales guy (Mr K.P. Singh - (Den Sales) had confirmed that i will be getting a constant speed of 20Mbps on my connection and used call me every second day for getting the connection installed.

                                  Post installation the issue of low signal strength started from the very next day. I called up the sales guy (K.P. Singh) and he gave me the icell number of the technical person who cofirmed that the signal strength supported by the modem installed is not going to support more than 5 mtrs which no one told me till now.

                                  I asked for immediate disconnection and noew these guys have stopped answering my calls. I called up the customer care and the officer there told me that 500 Rs will be deducted incase i opt for disconnection and the i will have to call once again after the connection is disconnected for refund request.

                                  I have paid a total amount of 1859/- for three months to K.P. Singh.

                                  Request your immediate help in this matter, as these people are actually looting and fooling the customers.

                                  No resolution provided till date... The technical team says that the modem is designed to support a distance of only 4 to 5mtrs...I have asjed to uninstall the connection and refund the entire money and no one has spoken on that till now... i am still looking for a resolution else i will be lodging a legal complaint in the consumer forum cell.
