Receiving back to back unnecessarily promotion calls to renew my expired den broadband connection (Id: ja4053691) still after clearing them that i don't want to opt den service again due to its poor after sales service.
Also, have 3 recordings for the same but unable to upload the same file format here.
I strongly recommend to boycott this company for their poor after sales service and uneducated employees at their company call centers.

    I am a resident of dilshad garden b46/f2/b block. Almost 10times a day, daily feature there network gets spoilt no picture no sound sometimes error 200, sometimes error300. Best part is they are not even aware of it. They say when you ring up then only we get to know. They charge the full money /monthly payment in advance, nothing is online, if the person concern does not come to take the amount your tv will be shut due to non payment. Channel band karna, naya laina never on time. Due to advance payment u are stuck up.

      Dear sir, i am residing at b 402 yashaskaram society sector 27 plot 39 kharghar 410210 and availing services of den networks from om sairam cable operator from last 4 months. Often i am facing problems of 4 to 5 days every month regarding cable services. I have been calling to cable operator 6 to 7 times everyday but still issue is not resolved.
      Moreover i purchased set top box from den networks but did not give invoice or guarantee card of the product. Previous month adapter of set top box did not work well. I asked him to replace the same but he refused to do the same.

      Sir you are requested to do the needful as early as possible and oblige...

        Our cable operator harshit enterprise for delhi 94 is not working efficiently. Every month we face issues with his services. My month start from 12 of every month and my cable stop working from 7th october. We always make payments on time. Please help and take action on this provider or else we will change to different service providers as this guy wok on his own way.. And give very bad customer support

          From past 2 weeks i am facing problem of no internet connectivity continously and no technical engineer is being send over to solve this issue. They keep on telling me that their is technical issue in the area and it will be resolved in 5 hours.
          I have registered complaint twice in 2 days still no engineer has come to look over the issue. The person who was supposed to visit is also not answering the phone or he is delaying by saying that he has already sent someone to take care of the issue but no one has visited yet.

            After repeated requests they keep calling & says that your recharge is due will you pay on line or shall we send the person. We have stopped using den broadband & they have taken back the modem its been 20 days & they keep calling 4 times a day. Everytime they call i keep telling that we have already submitted the modem & we have discontinued using your service they keep telling sorry & again after 2 hrs they will call & keep telling sorry this will not be repeated

              I took connection from den network on 10th feb'19 in 2 tvs (One hd and one non hd) for which i made payment of about rs. 3000 including security deposit.
              During last 6 months, i faced many issues regarding service especially in hd connection, to which i complaint many times. The issue resolved when complaint made but then again problem arises. Till date permanent solution is not got the problem and yesterday i disconnected the connection and took connection of airtel tv.
              This may also be noted that den boy climbed by terrace from other neighbor terrace yesterday without informing me.
              Now i want to return the box to which he is refusing and telling that he will not refund the security deposit.

                Hi i m a den coustmer i m using den broadband since 5 month n have taken 2 year package with 50mbps plan... But i m not getting the services as my broadband is mostly not working.. There has been an issue every week.. And no response from the den broadband guy they have not been reciving my calls also... I have complaint but they said i m sending the guy but no one turn up... This heppens regulary with me...

                  Complaint from shantilal bagrecha, house no.79, adinath colony, old fatehpura, udaipur rajasthan.
                  In every five or six days the reception is very bad. Channels showing big big horizontal lines on screen. Distracting sounds. Horrible to see tv. Is this den network?
                  When collecting payments you all are prompt but when providing services you guys are not at all professional.
                  When complaining to local agent, he is not at all bothered.
                  Please look into the matter.
                  We can only complain you, becoz you have already taken money, we always have to suffer.

                    I am nonnection from j k cable network nashik. Every month he received payment but most of the time his service not available. Specially during weekends his service is mostly not available. Then what's the use of den cable if it's service is poor than the other cable providers and also at high rate in the market. Also he used to keep all his contact numbers switch off when such service break down.

                      Den cable operator is not receiving phones and there is no signal for last 3days. Where to complain against such rude operators. Also many channel signals are weak. No signal booster is provided. Sony channel and english movies channels are not displaying due to weak signal. Plz do neccesary it.

                        Hello i have den cable connection. There is no signal shown, this is happen 10 times in a month for around 48 hrs. When we try to contact the cable operator he disconnected our calls and if he receives the call he is doing misbehave with me and very rude in calls. When i said i will complain, than he said ' jo karna hai karo'.
                        Kindly check. And do needful

                          This is really infuriating that last 8 days not a single channel not available (Including free channel) in my tv channel. And you are out as d worst service provider anyone can ever get.

                          I paid my monthly payments in 1st september and till now set top box isn't recharged..

                          And your pathetic local operator every time charge extra money as per subscription monthly pack for the 3rd class service. We refuse them then he not recharge my subscription pack.

                          I also contact customer care more than 4-5 times against cable operator and subscription issue but still problem not solve.

                          And after asking complain number to customer care but i will not receive them everytime after complaining.

                              This is regarding issue in the service offered by den. It has been a couple of days since my tv screen states that "you are unauthorized to view this channel" for all the channels.

                              I have been calling the local operator since 2 days and he isn't picking up the calls. I then called the customer care at 8:30 am. And he told me that the status is inactive, although i have done full payment if this month! He assured me that the team will get to you and the complaint number he gave me is - 5612213. I reminded them at 1:37 pm today, but they always say the assistance will be given.

                              I just wanted to know is it the kind of good service you guys are offering? If we have paid for what we want, should we wait for almost a whole day to get it? Is this much time required to just contact the operator and change the state from "inactive" to "active"?

                              Till this time, still, the channels remain the same. I request you to take some necessary action and take this request as priority. Even i write yesterday to nodal officer, but all in vain.

                                We are not getting maximum number of channels, it says signal not found. This is happening for last three days. We have

                                    I m from varanasi my cable operator is maurya cable service, soniya, sigra, varanasi (221001). His service and behavior is very poor. They also collect the money before the end of date of recharge. But after paid the money they cut the connection and not sure that when they will do start again after many more calls after many more request they will start the connection but for how many no one knows. They are making public harresment and doing very poor behavior plz take a action for ajay maurya's

                                    1. DEN cable TV at 2/463 chiranjeev vihar ghaziabad charged Rs 307/- for a pack since 6 months back with spedific request to include ZEE news. operator collecting money but not showing requested channels.
                                    2. Due to quarrel between inter contractors of area services are shut down since last 3 days. Even no office & mobile [protected] no reply.

                                    2. Speed is only 1-2 Mbps but as per plan it should be 20 Mbps.
                                    3. Internet downtime is more than 22 hours.

                                      I am den broadband customer from jagadhri..
                                      Recently i have shifted from roopnagar to sector 18, jagadhri (Distance around 500 mtrs).. And i requested for the shifting of my broadband connection as well..

                                      Its been 7 days already still i am not getting any response from them.. They are not responding to my calls as well..

                                      Moreover they are telling me (K hamare pas aur bhi customers hai).. This is how they behave.. Their customer handling skills are very bad..

                                      I hope you will look into this matter..

                                        I have never seen such a ridiculous and pathetic services in my life.

                                        I was shifted fron azadpur to shalimar bagh in delhi. Approx 2 km from my previous location and i asked for shifting my connection. Given noc to shalimar bagh cable operator of den on 11th august its been 17 days now and have not got any connection activated.

                                        Called customer service and they always give me tat of 48 hrs. But no services.

                                        Called up nodal department and now there is anothwe tat of 10 days i received.

                                        Lets check what next.

                                        Really very poor services.
