Den cable sushant lok gurgaon staff is most of the time behave in an irresponsible way, recently when they shifted their office and caused 2 days complete service failure without prior info, and now for last 4-5 days again no network and no response on calls even after so many follow ups and calls.

      I have been complaining for the internet connection again and again at Jhilmil, Vivek Vihar Office, Delhi-95. Called them 100 times but didn’t receive any response. Tried to text them as well still no response.

      Zero work culture

      Pathetic customer service

      I would recommend not to go for CCN DEN while choosing internet service provider.

            Lodged complaint do many times regarding frequently disconnection of den cable wifi network. Servicr provider not able to rectify problem. Kindly resolve the issue or disconnect permanently. So that i will be able to arrange another service provider of internet connectivity.

              I applied for new broadband connection from den networks last friday. But till today there is no response from co. Side. No one is responding on their mobile phone.                   Hi,

                  I have recharge my den broadband connection on 18th june . But for last 4 weeks my connection has technical issue. And whenever i call they say its in your whole area and we are trying to resolve but when i ask for the contact information of the person handling this issue. They denied providing the same.

                  I have recharged for 6 months and 1 month has gone in this issue and they are not even providing me an extension of a month nor they are resolving my issue.

                  Because of this my office work is getting hampered .

                    It is very poor service giving to customer. And i have total change a 5 time setup box and i am paid multiple time money

                    But ur opreator is not giving any resolution they have not any idea how to talk to customer and how to give resolution

                    This all guys is very digusting and uneducated and humiliting to customer

                    And plz check these branch how this uneducatied people are working

                      From last one month, i have been facing internet issues with den broadband for 4 hrs avg. Daily.
                      On 11th july 2020, internet was not available for almost the whole day.
                      Area manager never pick the phone. When i tried to customer care, no response and when i raised concern repeatedly on mail. The response was always an auto generated mail.

                      The service is really bad and i don't recommend this network to anyone.

                            I recharged my broadband for 6 months on 15th june 20 with 20mbps speed plan. However, due to frequent calls and continuous work from home, the speed is not enough to cover my professional commitments. I reached out to their customer care twice and asked them to help me upgrade my plan by charging anything extra that is to be paid for the renewed plan. They clearly refused to help and said that no money will be adjusted if i want a changed plan. The money for 6 months 20mbps will be forfeited and the entire charges for new plan will be charged. Not sure how at all it makes sense and considering these tough work from home situations, how can a company not support these kind of changes.

                                    Hi team,

                                    This is to inform you about pathetic customer service from customer care & field executives. I got a broadband connection last month for which i paid 2950/- for package. Now, i am not satisfied with your connection and requested to refund the amount, your customer care executive has put me on mute for a very long and drop the call. I don't why you hire such types of executives. On the other hand your field executive told me in case you want refund you will get that. Now, he don't know anything about the policy.

                                    This comes under fraudery with the customers.
                                    Kindly do the needful and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                        To whom may i concern i am the customer of den broadband connection my cust id is ch[protected] and i am facing this problem from a long time and i send about 7 8 mail to them but they are not responsive even their technician are very confused instead of solving the issue they start to manipulate things i send many mails to them regarding for speed connection after 2 3 mails about 10 days after they sent the technician for inspecting the problem and the technician is also agree the problem is genuine but at that time they dont have device which support 50 mbps internet speed they told me that they would came in 2 3 days to replace the old device but nothing happens after that i send 4 5 mails but no action has been taken from den broadband when my plan going to be expired in 6 of june they called me for recharge the plan and i discussed the problem to executive also he told me that your plan is inactive you have to recharge your plan when your plan get active the team will register your complaint even they dont care about the problem what is happeinng to the device they just care about the money recharge amount and that day i recharged the amount for hope that now they can take action against my complaint but i was wrong its has been third day the plan was not active and i recharged the amount but the amount is not shown in their account after all this # i called today cutomer care they told me that they dont no when your plan is going to be active may be its take 3 to 4 working days you can recharge the amount by paytm by this step your plan can be active from 2 min i am helpless and i have to do my office work and i do the another recharge for the plan now the plan get active but they charge me double for single plan and they are just avoid my mail for compalint of speed and they just fooled me for double recharge due to this i can't suspend their connection acc to them that amount is not refundable and that amount can be shifted to future plan for active this is not a solution if they want to earn money they solve their customers problem instead of manipulating them. Kindly find the screen shots for the all proof
