Sir, i have tried many times to work on net banking, i have inform branch for same but t hey where not able to help, i have even complained on toll free no and even on even mobile SMS was send my me but no reply only IB was created and told we will send u user ID and i have to create new password. call me on [protected] or Email on [protected]@ yahoo.com

We have submitted forms before 20 days in kosamba dena bank still the forms not yet open and in file.professionally we are newly appointed government teachers in Haji A.M motala high school. We requested a lot and visited frequently bt all in vain, even they behave mannerlessl.
plz take some needfull steps and inform me as early as possible.

    My bank account is in dena bank devaliya branch(ta-kalyanpur, dist-Devbhumi dwarka).
    My complain is that bank not transfer my money through neft from my home branch to other bank.bank says that'it is not possible to transfer money in other bank without cheque/net banking'. But the dana bank helpline no.says that' it is possible to transfer money without cheque'.

      Before 25 days i purchase a thing and i swipe the card and miney is deducted from my account but the shoppkeper did not get...so i contact bank but still today i dont get the company back in my account...i tried many time with bank person but they didnt solve my problem still yet...

      280/- amount deduct of my account but tata sky recharge not successful.
      Refund my amount as soon as possible.
      Already talk with paytm company said coordinate with bank.

          Sir, i have complain regarding online transactions through net banking and atm debit card. Many times i do transaction from net banking or a atm debit card through paytm. But my transactions is always failed because the reason, bank is not accepted our transaction. Due to some reasons which i do'not know bank never tell us. Please i have kindly requested to u sir help me from regarding this problem.
          My current a/c named satyam sales in branch dharsiwa, raipur C.G.

            I have S/b account[protected] in Dena Bank Barra branch. In FY[protected] I got total interest Rs. 9042 and TDS Rs.1649 deducted. Similarly in FY[protected] I got total interest Rs. 5716 and TDS deducted Rs. 786. Kindly arrange to credit the amount Rs. 2435 in my s/b account as it system failure of the bank.

I swapped my debit card at Solapur on 4/1/2017 at 1.pm to 2 pm to of 5300 but the transition fails and above amount gets debit for my saving account.[protected] had given complate at my bank . But after 8 days has been passed the above amount had not been revert my account . So please have a need. Bank address . Dena bank Angar . Talk . Mohol . Dis. Solapur .

                I need information about your bank's Bearer cheque cash payment policy.

                I am not your bank's customer and I have received a self bearer and atpar cheque of Rs. 24, 000/- for cash withdrawal.

                I wanted to know, may I withdraw the cash from other SOL of your bank with this bearer cheque. please clarify.

                If yes than why your Nehru Nagar Bhilai BM Mr. A. M. Ghatge and your asstt. Zonal Manager Durg were refused.

                And

                If not allowed than please send me your bank cash withdrawal policy for my reference, which are defer from RBI's Guidelines.

                That r mailed like We understand that, the refund of Rs.1000 under order [protected] has not been credited to your bank account. Trust, refund has already been initiated and your bank has shared a reference number (ARN/RRN No.) 30001270047004181514755 as a proof of successful refund with us.
                We would request you to kindly get in touch with your bank ‘Phone Banking Customer Care Team’ to further validate for refund authentication by providing above mentioned reference number.
                5th January I transferred money from paytm wallet to my bank, still I didn't receive money, paytm customers service center telling we r transfered and they given references number 30001270047004181514755 for transferring, please solve my problem

                  This trouble im facing from last 2 3months

                    Respected sir,

                    I have issued a chk of rs 50, 000/- to one of my friend on 10/11/2017. However i was not able to deposit the amt on 10/01/2017. Spoke same with branch manager of kudasan branch, gandhinagar. Gujrat. Said need to deposit the amount on 11/01/2017 as bank starts operation. Did the same however received a message from bank stating need to deposit the amount before 12:30pm. After having sufficient balance in my account check was returned. This matter was informed to branch people also, they also stated that if i deposit amt before 11:00 am of 11/01/2017 check will get cleared. All checked issued 10/01/2017 were cleared however rs 50, 000/- check was not cleared. Even though i have not received any information from branch about the matter.in past we use to receive call from bank, even though we have account with other banks also. Ever never happened incident like this.
                    After this incident attitude of bank employees was very rough and pathetic.

                    Small people have small concerns but this small concerns are large for them because this concerns are respect of small people.

                      I had transferred some of amount from my dena bank a/c. (Through mobile banking) on dt.28.10.16 to other account. I received a transaction failure massage but amount sill not refunded in my account.
                      I had visited my branch about ten times but they did not solved my problem. They said that please contact with dena iconnect we can't do anything at our end. I also contact with dena iconnect through email but not getting any reply. Please go through attached scan copy of my account statement and do the needful.

                            Rs 5500 should be debited from my A/c[protected] on dated 06/01/2017.same amt should be credited to my A/c from kotak Mahindra Bank on 17/12/2016. through Mob.banking.plz replace Rs 5500 to my A/c.

                                I am customer of Dena Bank from 5-6 years, now I received my new ATM/Debit card through post but my ATM pin is not received till now after many month. I am calling in branch of Registered No.[protected], but no any one picking the phone.
                                I want to ask that, why they are not picking the call, is all the employee are on leave. At least they have to pick the phone for one time, if any person like me is calling again and again.
                                I am out side from city, and don't have time to go in branch to take PIN of ATM manually,

                                Please help me to make recover the same as soon as possible.

                                  Respected sir, i swaped my atm debit card at govind jaikishan danda jwellery shop nashik road dist. Nashik on 8/12/16 at approx. During at 11.00am to 11.15 am of rs 9500/- but the transition fails and above amount gets debit from my saving account no.[protected] i had given complaint on same day at my bank.                                       I made a payment at paytm of a product 3 times of rs.1485 each i.e. total of rs 4455 and all the 3 times the payment was rejected by bank. Its been 2 months now, neither the amount has been reflected back in my bank account nor in my paytm wallet. i contacted paytm, and they are saying that the money has been refunded from their end.
                                      Please look into the matter and refund my money back.

                                        and holding a debit card [protected]
                                        I received a call from cell no: [protected] on my cell no: [protected] on 04/12/2016 & I was asked to tell my Aadhar card number accordingly I gave the details of my Aadhar card number to the caller around 3:12 pm.
                                        I came to know on 5/12/2016 that from my account, 4 debit’s transaction happened from unauthorised person
                                        Below are the debit transactions details

                                        I went to Vinoba Bhave Police Station to lodge a complaint. However a cop at police station suggested to first lodged a complaint at bank first. I went to bank and as per suggestion from cop a complaint was registered at bank by T.P. Prabhu by email at 5:18 PM on 5/12/2016.
                                        As the above mentioned act is an offence under criminal law involving modern I.T Laws therefore I am lodging this complaint for wrong unauthorised debit transaction of amounts.
                                        Requesting you to register, enquiring, and investigate above criminal case & do justice by punishing the criminal’s involving in this case and return my money back to me.
                                        Did you get any help? I know someone who has the same problem and she doesn't even have ATM/Debit card / net banking. Someone to her bank signature and who is closely connected with the bank probably did it.
