On 11.03.2021 the bus came from shivaji stadium route no.171 to holambi kalan j.j colony registration no.DL1PD 4485 did not stop at dariyganj bus stop and therefore i had to wait for next bus very long also i am disable person

Complaint against the bus driver.
1.The bus driver didn’t stop the bus at the designated bus stand at Jhangir Puri.
2. He stopped the bus on a busy road, the consequences of that could be a fatal accident.
3.When I complained about the same he hurled abuses at me.

This bus was leave source station i.e. New Delhi Railway station at near about 5:10PM and got break down around 16:35.

Sir,
I am commuter and I want to draw your kind attention towards the irresponsible behaviour of the driver and conductor of BUS NUMBER DL1PC6591.
While travelling by the bus which is designated for Kair Depot on 02/03/2021 at around 6:05 pm on Pandwala Bus Stop, Near Hans Nagar Ashram, New Delhi, the driver stopped the bus and both the driver and conductor de boarded the bus went to eat gol gappas and they left the engine of the bus in ON.
This irresponsible behaviour happened during the duty hours which is unacceptable. As they didn't only cheated on there duties but also wasted the time of the commuters.
I have attached an video to support this.
Kindly look into the matter and take some strict action.

Hi,
Today @ 1:58 PM i took a bus from Punjabi Bagh club
"448 Hamdard Nagar"
Bus RTO registration number "DL1PC6239"
Conductor's name is "Ramveer"
Lady bus marshal's name is "Renu Sharma"
Driver was not ready to tell his name
Driver is driving so recklessly and voilating the speed limit
Unfortunately i was on the last seat of the bus
And it was so much sudden and sharp cuts he was taking while driving
Even a lady bus marshal was in that bus
But nobody gives a damn
After facing it so many times
I shouted from the last seat
This is purely irresponsible activity performed by the bus driver

I was standing at mother dairy bus stop, I requested bus driver to stop the bus but he denies and goes straight, seats are available in that bus. But still driver denies and didnt stop the bus. Bus no. Is DL1PC6792. You can check the cctv footage as well which are installed in a bus.

Route No. 260 Yamuna Vihar to Kendriya Terminal Bus Depart before time today on 26.02.2021 depart time 840 but bus depart 8.28 A.M. kindly action and instruct the bus staff not depart before time and I am lodge a complaint after 8.40 A.M. next bus time at 10.00 A.M. 8.40 and 10.00 A.M. 1 hours 20 minute after kindly arrange the at least one bus between these buses due to morning time required this bus service due to reach office at time.

Dear Sir,
This complaint is for Dasrathpuri Bus Stand.
We are facing problems since last two months in getting into bus numbers 772 and 801, Drivers are not stopping buses at this stop or they are not allowing passengers to get into by saying bus is full. At the same time, they stop buses further and take passengers who are their known or Delhi Transit Staff etc.
It takes always 30-40 minutes to get a bus here.
You are kindly requested to resolve the problem at earliest.

I just traveled on your bus today. It's number is DL 1PD 0137.The conductor of this bus is very insolent.I took the ticket and sat on the seat next to him.He talked profanely and forbade me to sit there. It's a very bad experience.Please look into this matter and take strict action against him.Waiting for your kind revert.

Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention for not operating trip from Route No. 124, MukhmelPur, Bus No. DL1PD- 5269 at around 6: 15 pm yesterday dated 24th Feb -21. Yesterday I was having extreme emergency to purchase some medicine for my grandmother and looking for bus to start from my village stand. When I reached there and asked conductor what time this bus will start trip, he straight way very rudly denied and said " Ye Bus Nahi Jaigi, Ye late ho Gayi hai Traffic Jam me or ab ye apna Agla chakkar 2 ghante baad start karegi". I was surprised to get his inappropriate response and no time schedule to start bus.

I am looking for your support to take this case up and understand how this is critical and what is the way to resolve it.

Route no 885 .m bus me jhroda crosing k stand se bus me chada tha or I am sitting in the front sheet of the bus and the driver says that ki is sheet par sitting allowed nahi h . Bus route no 540 from Tara apartment to kandriya terminal is not available at 9.00am to 10.30 am at tara apartment.
My complaint is that around 120 commuters awaits for bus at this particular time but no service of route no 540 at this crucial morning time.
Through this request/complaint I wish kindly inquare why the supervisory staff doing this corrupt practice.
