    I am Chandra Mohan resident of Fatehpur Beri New Delhi. I would like to inform you that yesterday(28.10.2020) I took a cluster bus(717-yellow) from QUTUB MINAR METRO STATION to go MAHIPALPUR. I asked the bus conductor to make a ticket for the same and he gave me a ticket of Rs. 10. When I was getting down from the bus at Mahipalpur two officers of the transport dept. stopped me. They told me that your ticket is not valid and they will impose a fine of Rs.200. I requested them that my ticket is valid but they didn’t listen me and taken my ticket and made a challan of Rs.200. The person who made the challan having name Mr. Yatin as he told me. Bothe people misbehaved with me and also were using wrong word for me.
    Today I called to transport department customer care no.[protected] they told me that they don’t have any bus with having number(1472) in their record.
    Request you to kindly find the attached copy of challan for your reference and investigate the matter.
    Kindly let me know the fare for cluster bus from QUTUB MINAR METRO STATION to MAHIPALPUR?

    I trust on transport dept. and Delhi gov and I hope I will get a satisfactory revert from you. If there is no fault/mistake from my end then I want my refund of Rs.200 which I paid for challan. And I also want that transport department will take legal action against the both that people.

      I am regular passenger on bus route no.179 from narela. today at 4/11/2020 i went to ramdev chowk at 6:45 pm to board a bus which is scheduled to leave at 6:53 PM but no bus came at the scheduled time and thereafter another bus which is scheduled is 7:13 PM but still no bus came. one bus whose no. is DL1PD 4954 was standing at Ramdev Chowk from 6:45 PM but when i asked driver that when this bus will leave he abuses me and said ask the conductor but no conductor was sitting in that bus. so i replied and requested him that no conductor is there so plz tell me the time he again abuses me and said 7:30 PM. so, i decided to sit in the bus with all other passenger. At around 7:30 PM another bus of same route i.e Route no. 179 came. driver ordered all the passenger to leave this bus and board that another bus and also lied to all passenger that the other bus will leave first. so all the passenger leave the bus no. DL1PD 4954 and board the other bus. By this Mischiveous act of driver he wasted the precious time of all the passenger and befooled them by that lie.

          Aaj me DL1PC[protected] orange bus mein bus chadha to conductor so raha tha. Mene use uthaya south extension ki ticket Mangi. Uthte hi Nind mein sri niwas Puri bus depot se Andrews Ganj ki ticket kat di.
          Main us South ki ticket Kaha Tha aur wo ulta bahas karne Lag gya.
          Ek to conductor Job time pe so raha tha.
          Aur ulta Ladai karne Lag Gaya.

          Baat 5 rs ki nahin hai. Lekin Bande Ko bolne ki tamij Nahin Hai.

            In early morning at 08:40 am 31/10/2020 a bus driver with a bus number DL1PD 0999 with route number 883 was doing a rash and rough driving and the bus driver jumps the bus breakers and passes away speedly.. He was driving very very rough on a round about.

                  This letter for your information. Cluster driver is not perform his duty not proper way. the cng gas is filled by him on working period in while the meantime evening time . for this cause every passanger to face some problem.this activity is in a routine.please my humble request to you please short out this type problem. please give order that every driver not to allowed fills cng gas working time

                    Puchase a vaild ticket from mahipal pur to kapeshara in bus no 6367 route no -717.From kapershara to mahipalpur purchased daily 10 / ticket as daily passanger. But tc sumit charge 200/ fine vide 167247 reciept no dt15.10.20.Paid by me.But is i have no suffiecient balance in pocket, who has given him right to check money from my pocket and bag, tc put his hand in my pocket to check money inside bag documents.This is unfair practise for a senoir citzen.I has purched 10 ticket unknown to retun fare rs-15/ mahipalpur to kapeshara.If i have no suffient balance than take legal action .No right to put hand in pocket and roughfly talking to me.Purched vail ticket, want to deptt dimts take action against tc sumit under nagafagarh zone. Either send to pgms if deptt reply is not satisfy me, try to talk with senior officer present on side has no respoce for above such type pratice

                      As we know that these days public faces difficulties in travelling via buses due to sear issues. Today in the evening around 6pm, waiting for almost 40 minutes at Mangolpuri bus stand near CNG pump. Bus no. 761 route Azadpur to Manglapuri ( DL-1P, D-0073 didn't stop at bus stand even 7-8 seats are vacant on the back side of bus. When people run and reach at red light, he didn't open the door even after so many requests. When I click picture of bus, he used the words do complaint anywhere where ever u want. Kindly do needful as 70 percent of cluster buses staff didn't care about public, they are just completing their rounds. They didn't have manners how to talk with Ladies, senior citizen... Kindly do staffing carefully as most of them are such illiterate people.

                                    Cluster bus route no 191 starts from Village Harevaly with 20 passengers on board. Upto Mori Gate the driver stops the bus at every stop and starts by changing the gears. When asked why he is stopping the bus when there are no passengers to get down.
                                    It is a humble request to the higher authorities to look into the matter and save the valuable time of passengers. Also by sittings In the bus for a longer time chances of COVID 19 spreading are more.

                                      This is to inform you that, i Harish, am an employee in the Delhi High Court. I regularly commute from Cluster Bus from High Court to my home(at Shahadra). For this purpose, i take bus, from Zoo bus stand (near high court) for my office and Shahdara terminal for my home.

                                      Prior to CORONA there was no passenger limit to travel in the bus, however, due to COVID-19 a limit of 20 passengers had been imposed on every bus.

                                      On 29.09.2020, on my way home from High Court, I went to Zoo bus stand at 7:15 p.m. in order to board Route No. 418 bus, with Bus no. DL1PC 6779 but
                                      the conductor and driver of the bus didn't stop the bus on the zoo bus stand stating that the bus is full i.e. 20 passengers (as per new govt. guidelines) were sitting, however, the driver & conductor of the bus stopped the bus on the next red light after zoo (around 50 mts. from the zoo bus stand) and picked up 3 girls, when the conductor was confronted with it, as to why he didn't allow me to board the bus, as noone got down from the bus, the conductor as well as driver abused me and misbehaved with me and pushed me out of the bus. He further stated " yeh toh mere baap ki bus hai, jo mann karega karunga, aur kal se tere stand pe bus bhi ni rukne dunga, jo ukhaad sakta hai ukhaad liyo".

                                      Since then, the Driver & Conductor of the bus regularly cross the Zoo bus stand, but doesn't stop the bus and made illegitimate gestures towards me. Furthermore, because of the acts of the Conductor and Driver, I along with several passengers have to suffer regularly.

                                      Kindly, take immediate action in the matter and punish those persons immediately.

                                        Today bus no DL1PC6652 Route no. 336 from Munirka to New Seema puri didn't stop at Sarojini nagar bus stand bus was more than half empty time was in between 03.00pm to 03.15pm i was waiting for more than 30 mins.
