I'm Nitin I am work from DDA I was travel 07/01/2021 at time 13:05 pm in Ayuvigyan nagar to INA market I give in 10 rs to conductor but not give him to ticket I was again ticket take but conductor to miss beahave and rong word and hit me Bus no DL1PC6569 route no 540 ALS conductor was strike action..

I, Sonia Girdhar resident of Tilak Nagar New Delhi would like to bring this to your notice that many passengers travelling from Tilak Nagar to Dhaula Kaun are facing inconvenience due to change in route of bus no. 793 .

There is only one bus i.e 588 running on this route with very low frequency.

Requesting you to re-route bus no. 793

Dear sir.
I inform to you that orange dtc route 85 from anad vihar to punjabi bag bus no DL1P D3146.
I have taken @15 ticket for anand vihar to shivaji stadium but
Bus conductor mis behavior regarding windows open. He force me . Very rough behavior date 4 Jan 2021 time 13.20
Kindly sir take a strict action for conductor

Today I.e. on 05.01.21, I travelled through cluster bus no. 988 (From Pooth khurd to Mandir marg, delhi), the bus crossed Pooth at 8.10 A.M.

On asking show u r pass I saw my e pass, (Screen shot), as net is not working. Conductor asked me to get out from bus and talked rudely. I asked him in case of internet not working, screen shot is permitted.He didn't accept it. Please clarify on the rule.

सर मेरा नाम वरुन कुमार है सर मैं 16 अक्टूबर को शंकर रोड से गोविन्द पुरी जाने के लिए 8:30 सुबह रुट नम्बर 47 बस नम्बर DL1PC 6299 मे चढा था सर बस में मार्शल श्री सविता कुमारी थी जो की खाकी रंग की पैंट शर्ट और फेस पर मास्क लगा रखी थी और सही तरीके से सवारियों को संभाल रही थी सर मैंने कंडक्टर को 15 रुपये दिये गोविंद पुरी के लिए वो बोले आप सीट पर बैठो आकर टिकट देता हु और मोबाइल चलाने लगे सर दो स्टैंड बाद चैकर आ गए और कंडक्टर साफ मना कर दिये की मैंने कोई पैसा नही दिया है मैंने चैकर से कहा की आप मार्शल श्री सविता कुमारी जी से और कैमरा चेक करवा लो पर चैकर नहीं माने और मुझे बस से उतार दिया और दो घंटे तक रोक के रखे और सौ रुपए का चलान किया सर कंडक्टर और चैकर की गलती से मेरी एक दिन की ड्यूटी के 500 रुपये और 100 रुपये का चालान देना पड़ा सर आप मार्शल श्री सविता कुमारी जी और कैमरा चेक करवा सकते हैं सर प्लीज मुझे मेरे पैसे दिलवाये जाये

I was riding in a cluster bus around 1.45 pm in 83 number route bus on 18 December 2020 from metal forging to Hari nagar ghantaghar and the bus number was DL1P 5303 in which conducter took the ticket money but not gave the ticket inspite of asking 3 or 4 times.

I am a resident of Pocket 1 Sector 20 Delhi 110086. Bus route no. 102 has opreated by your office between Rohini Sector 22 Lakhi Ram park to old Delhi Railway Station. All buses are not running on official allotted. Due to this I and many other resident's are facing many problems to reach to Rithala Metro Station and railway station. This only bus available to connected to Rithala Metro Stations.
You are requested, please look into the matter and necessary or instructions may be issue in this regard.

Hello sir I m a regular used to delhi bus services cluster or dtc both
I understand that there are many problems during covid session
The bus Marshall and bus conductor are Rudly behave to passenger and
They both take two seats and sit there
But govt not allowed to Marshall sit in the bus
They can't give seats to passenger this is very inconvenient
So kindly attention toward the problem
Specially route no 258

Dear team
I am a daily commuter in dtc bus as well as in orange bus.

After opening of new flyover at shastri park we are facing security issue for women and men duo too taking wrong routes by orange bus in late evening.

So please issue some advisers to your fellow drivers, marshal and conductor (GL 23) too .

Conducter not given tickets to passengers

Hi sir,

my name is vivek kumar, residence of jaitpur gurdwara badarpur 110044. today on 22 Nov 2020 at 9:48 am i was coming from bus route number 405 and bus number is DL-1PC-5390 boarded from badarpur border. behavior of driver was very annoying. i just asked why this bus getting too late for departing. he said keep silent other wise i will kill and then he started to pick an iron roahd for attacking on me but he left then of bus surface. marshal, conductor and driver all were without mask too.
he came to me for attacking but marshal stopped him. i have a video of this scene happened.
kindly help me. I am afraid that he will find me and beat me or kill me because i daily come from badarpur border for my duty.

Mis behavior conductor in bus /no _DLIPD1545 kapsheda border
P/z sir take a strict action for driver and conductor

Sir, I was driving my car and this bus DL 1PD 5003 was coming full on wrong side driving parallel to another orange bus, both bus drivers were talking while driving. When I raised objection, he argued badly and said do what ever you can do .
Please take strick action against this bus driver, he is in the photo attached.
Location is near vehicle inspection center, Jhuljhuli, Delhi- 110073.
Time of incident 7:45am on 14/11/2020.

Today 2nd time again i am complaining about the same ...i am traveling daily from Harewali border to shahbad dairy bus route no. 123 at morning 8.00Am ..

1.Driver is driving the bus without mask and without seatbelt.which is a offence under delhi police traffic rules.

2. Driver is playing vulgar songs in bus in high volume while driving.
