I m a daily passenger of this route
I was at the shahbad dairy stand in the que arranged by some of marshals of that stand, A very old lady was the first in the que to get into the bus, when bus arrived all stand marshal gave him the sign to stop at the stand and open gate exactly at the front of the que but bus driver didn't didn't responded and stop bus before stand and opened the rear gate then the other public who was not in the que and was not following the instructions of the Corona period they get into the bus first with so much dhakka mukki after them I also some how get into the bus, then the very old lady get into the bus also but the lady marshal of that bus who was already having her lunch at the time of her on duty at the front of the all passengers also without mask at the time of on duty and in running bus, that lady marshal of bus 0616 used abusive language to that very old lady and lady marshal get very old lady to outside with forcefully gave her dhakka from the bus, on the next second the very old lady was on the floor of the road she get wounded then she used abusive language then the lady marshal came back and slapped her very hard after that the very old lady get unconscious. Then other stand marshals get into the bus and after showing this incident, the lady marshal was again started her lunch to eat...she didn't gave any answer of her immoral actions, also she get angry and used abusive language on other marshals who were doing their duties properly. Then the stand marshals reported about this incident to PCR and filed a FIR against her (the lady marshal of cluster bus No. 0616 time 12:30 date 26/09/2020) then they also called ambulance for that very old lady and get her to the hospital, she was really hit hard by that lady marshal, bus driver didn't did his job properly so that the lady marshal had her lunch and didn't get interrupted it was very wrong and after that what the lady marshal of that bus did to that very old lady was not good. The very old lady could die at the moment...it shows that the lady marshal of that bus isn't safe for public and also she wasn't doing her duty properly, she was having her lunch at the time of on duty when passengers were set in the bus, the lady marshal has no sense and moral education how to react with the people and how to talk properly not to use abusive language against the passengers whether she is old or not she shouldn't done this with her the very old lady...I am the witness of this incident and I want her higher authorities supervisor, incharge and DM's to please take strict action against her and discharge her from her
marshal duty without any failure, she is not safe for the public and also she is not fit for the type of public duty. She was absolutely wrong also the bus driver was wrongly stopped the bus. Take strict action against that bus driver also and change his route from 165. It was very wrong what lady marshal did to that very old lady she could die at the moment and she was without face mask at the time of on duty and the conductor was also the without mask. I m requesting her marshal higher authorities supervisor of depot. Incharge and DM's to please take necessary action against her that lady marshal of Bus NO. 0616 route 165 shahbad dairy to Anand Vihar date 26/09/2020 time approximately 12:30 PM.

I boarded an orange color bus at 5.20 minutes from Sir Anand Vihar, the conductor said that this bus will go to the new place you want to go. So me fast I quickly removed my bag in this, there was some clothes inside the bag, 1 Aadhar card, 1 debit card, 1 charger and 1 slipper. I am at Maharajpur check post (anand vihar ke samne)

Today exact at 9:09 Am near najafgarh metro station a cluster bus broke my side view mirror and the right side bumper and thn he drove away his bus very fast i want compensation of this damage

Today dt 12.09.2020 at 2:45 pm way to badarpur border (Gt road) near appolo hospital before the flyover this orange bus (Route 473/ badarpur border) stops on 2nd lane at bus stop and took passengers then the driver suddenly increased the speed while changing the lane 2nd to 1st (As so much traffic was there on third lane) and i was passing through this orange bus at the same time on two wheeler by the 1st lane the driver nearly got me killed if i didnt pulled the brake lever in seconds and stops between the heavy traffic on 1st lane at 40 -45 speed. He deliberately did this as i know he saw me passing through.

Then i followed this bus to the next stop and i talked to the conductor and the driver of this bus about the bad driving. But the conductor behaved rudely to me and said do whatever you can, we don't care. Even he told me to take his mobile number.

My question is
Why they are so confident?
Why they drive like this?
Why they drive on third lane?
Who allow them to change lane like this?

Pls let me know the complaint email id of dimts.

I want them with heavy panulty.

I boarded cluster orange bus 479 DL IPC 5326 on 7 sept 2020 at 4:35 from Apolo sarita vihar.
I was brutally thrashed and assaulted by driver jay Rana and his co friends conductor, marshal didn't intervened
I have filed police complaint against driver at new friends colony thana complaint no 53A.
I just want to say driver has no right to raise hand on any passenger.
I hope you will take action against him and you will protect the dignity of DIMTS.that is been tarnished by some unruly driver

I want to complain against driver and conductor. I got into the bus no.DL1P D5576 the driver did not allow me to sit in the bus even when there was two seat in the bus. one he said was for conductor and the other he was reserving for someone. as i raised my voice he let other person sit on the seat and and threaten me to complain against me that i was extra passenger.
the timing of this incident was 4 sep 2020 at around 6.50 PM. when i asked conductor about complain book he threatened me as well.

Today I wait for buses for dabri mod then route No. 741 buses came I given hand for stop but they few slow the bus when we went for get in bus driver Speed the bus and didn't stopped at the keshopur stand. I click just pic of that bus no. So pls take responsible action on that driver and conductor so in future they don't do.

लोग आधे घण्टे से बस के आगे वाले गेट पर लाइन लगाकर खड़े रहे, आधे घण्टे बाद बस ड्राइवर ने पिछे का गेट भी खोल दिया जिससे आधे घण्टे से लाइन में खड़े लोग नहीं चड़ पाएं, जो लोग उसी समय आए वो पिछे के गेट से चड गए, और तो और मार्शल की बत्मीजी तो देखो कुछ कहने पर लोगो को धक्का मार कर बाहर निकाल रहा था, मै DIMTS, से रिक्वेस्ट करता हूं इस बात पर थोड़ी अमल करें । बस न०, 5384 मार्शल और ड्राइवर की फो टो नीचे दिए है

Misbehaviour of marshall while I was travelling from maharani to safdarjung Terminal at :6: 30 pm, with bus route no. 543 havin bus no. DL1PD 3649 on 25.8.20. He physically touch my mouth and said he will deborred me without any reason. He was sitting in the bus and I object the same. In safdarjung Terminal he again physically touched me while I was taking picture of the same bus.

This morning i just boarded in a bus at 9:25 am from anand parbat bus stop. The bus no. Was dl-1pd-4997.
The bus driver open the bus gate before reaching the stop.
When i shown my hand to him on stop for getting into the bus to me. Bus driver started saying that there are no seats left from the bus. On the free ticket, i come to the bus.
Is this the way to speak with a girl. Both conductor and driver started shouting.
While that space was available. 5 persons landed at next stop, yet he was speaking like this.
Instead of giving the ticket to me, the conductor started narrating that do not argue.
Driver drove the bus after 5 to 6 minutes. I have attached the bus ticket and bus no. Picture also. Please take necessary action towards them.

How can they even say that i come to the bus on free ticket. For women government did free ticket policy. How can he say like this to a girl.

I took cluster bus DL1PD4340 route no 835 from dhansa stand 110043 and I have to go rawta crossing (more) and conductor charged me 15 rupees for tickets which I believe ticket cost is 10 rupees from dhansa stand to rawta crossing, I'm also sending you pic of ticket given to me by conductor

Madam/sir,
I m complaining about dimts officials & dm of driver who didn't took any action against the driver who could nearly killed 4 persons.
Nobody took any action therefore this driver is driving on the same route as i m noticing him on same bus dl1p 6967 and same route 410.

At this rate no public will travel in orange buses because of this type of officials and dm's who don't take action and not doing his/her duty and responsibility as per they have to do... But they aren't doing their responsibilities just because of their greed of some money which they got from drivers and conductor for not doing duty properly.
I have already given a complaint against a driver of 410 dharmender gupta date 13th august 2020 who could nearly killed 4 persons... I have given a written complaint against this driver but nobody took any action against him... His supervisors or his officials dm may be they did this for some greed of money or something... Or maybe they are his family. That's why they are protecting him... This might be a chance for not doing their job or duty properly.

I m requesting to higher authorities of dimts to please take necessary action against those officials, supervisors and dm's and change the driver from this route... This driver is not safe, i m a permanent passenger of this route and i have noticed him so many times on this route with his misbehaving and rush driving but this time he could killed 4 persons because of his rush driving and he always uses abusive language to everyone and also comments bad about ladies and specially he always like girls ko chedna, bad comments krna, gandi najar se dekhna, galigloj krna with ladies is his everydays work. As per this attitude and personality he don't deserves this type of public dealing job. Please also consider my last complaint of 13th august 2020 about this driver as a reference.

Sir, I have noticed that fix driver of evening duty of bus route 410/20A Dharmender Gupta, The evening fix driver of
this Bus No. 6967, route 410 is very rude, unreliable, abusive and dangerous person who could nearly killed 4 persons because of his rush driving first at Gol chakker just after stop of rakabganj a person with his scooter was coming in his normal speed but our bus was in surely 50+ and second for three persons in which one on bike and 2 on another bike, the bus driver hit them because of his rush driving and over speed, the bus marshal was good co operative, supportive and helped very actively but they didn't file an FIR nor called the police, they just thanked to God for they are alive but I was witnessed of this incident and accident so I m complaining about this fix driver, I always noticed him to do ruse driving, Using abusive language daily with every travelers and ladies and girls child ko chedna to uska roj Ka hai. He is very aggressive, amoral, tyrannical, very abusive person, ruse driver etc. Please change this driver from this route because saare passenger isse dar k rehte h is route pr, sabko mout dikha deta h, gandi language use krta h, Kuch bolo to bus band krke dhamki deta h bus kharab h niche utro, or jub utar jao to bus leker Chala jata h, sawariya sab presaan h is route ki sabhi is driver se.
As he is not a good person nor a good driver,

Please change the driver from this route or dismiss him.

आम समस्या कलस्टर बस वाले आधी बस 10 / 12 सवारी लेकर खाली. दौड़ रही है, सवारी नहीं बिठा रही है सीट खाली होते हुए भी। रोजाना लड़ना पड़ता है, परसों की ताजा घटना 24/7 सुबह 7.30 बदरपुर बॉडर्र की बस न.5308, रूट न.460. सवारी उनको बिठाता है Driver जो permanent सवारी. है औऱ जो पैसे तो देते हैं लेकिन टिकट नही लेते।

यह समस्या बदृपुर ही नहीं पूरी दिल्ली की है.

When i board cluster bus route no 479 to reach sarita vihar but driver drop out from bus while this bus passes through this rout. I sat my seat as per rules with wearing 😷. Who is responsible for the same.

Sir complaint regarding for cluster bus no-dl1pd 4508 (135 narela to delhi secraitrate) incident time approx - 8: 45 am incident place alipur road.
Sir main narela se hun, incident - bus driver ne 20 zada passangers ko chada diya (Lagbhag 35 se 40 logo ko) tha alipur road se jb sabne usko mna kiya to kehta hai ke main to karunga kyuki driver me aur usme jo lady conductor thi wo dono ek dusre ki bat sun hi nhi rhe the lady conductor ke mna krne ke bad bi wo man nhi rha tha.
Aur agar koi sawari uske pass jake khdi ho jati thi to kehta tha ke piche jao.
Usko apni jan ke to itni parwah thi aur jo itne sawariya thi wo janwar thodi na hai
Pls sir iske khilaf koi sakht action liiye, nhi to corona aur badh sakta hai is driver ki wajah se.

Mai 4/7/2020 ko karib 1:35 pm par narela iti bus stand par khada tha, tabhi route no 175A bus stand ke pas se nikli driver ne bus nahi roki, jab ki bus mai 4-5 log hi baithe the. Mai bus ke pichhe bhaga to driver ne bus stand se karib 50 miter aage bus roka, or mere puchhne par ki bus stand par kyu nahi roki to batmiji karne laga. Mai bola mai complain kar dunga to, driver bola jo karna hai kar le.
Sir yah bus public ke liy chalai gai hai to bus stand par kyu nahi rukti?

Dtc cluster bus route no. 740a (Bus no. Dl 1p d 1025) at 5:32 am at uttamnagar terminal, driver forcefully deboarded 3 passengers having monthly password and after questioning him why he deboarded us? His answered that he don't get money for tea from the pessenger having pass.
