Today again bus route number 780 bus driver changing the bus route between mahipalpur red light to igi airport he should be go via santoor hotel but driver turn the bus from mahipalpur red light to right side for igi airport our fare is totally wasted. Kindly take necessary action on driver
Many passenger facing problem most of day. Details mention below.

Dear sir I am regular bus passenger I live in mangolpuri and works in uttam nagar some driver takes bus over the flyover of peeragarhi and mangolpuri flyover. Isaid him I have to get down at mangolpuri but he told me abusive language and said "ye bus uppar se jayegi tere baap ki nhi hai" as a responsible citizen I didn't complaint police I want please take a suitable action against driver and bus Marshall. Dimts is a reputed company I am providing detail along with photograph of bus no. DL1PD3568 time 5.20 p.m.

Today, while returning to home I boarded a bus from Mayapuri with destination on bus being Manglapuri. Details of bus are:
Route: 911A (Azadpur Terminal - Manglapuri Terminal)
Regn Number: DL 1PD 3016
Depot: Dichau Kalan
Location: Dabri Mor
Time: 7 o'clock

INCIDENT:
IT WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS DRIVER IS ERRING. Several times I have complained about him but no strict action has been taken. NOW IT'S HIGH TIME AND I DEMAND A STRICT ACTION AGAINST HIM.
when I asked the driver to stop the bus on RAGHU NAGAR bus stop he denied to stop there. I said that it is a recognized stand as per RTI and your portal also shows the same. He simply denied all facts, then I requested the conductor to show the BUS STOP LIST he said that DEPOT MANAGER hasn't given him any list. Then they both asked me that who I am, when I replied them that I am a college student, they started abusing me and also told me that I can't do anything against them and they can harm me in several ways.
I, therefore, request the authority to take strict action as he has been counselled many a times and he tried to violate my rights and has tried to harass me mentally.

I baught a ticket from sagar pur to delhi cantt by metro card i say to conductor a ticket for delhi cantt he give me a ticket of rs 10/ when i asked from him they reply you said metro station plz clear me route no 724 no any metro station famous any staion in came in route than place name i hve no any taxi book & secondaly bus no wrong in ticket dl01lpc 0853 insted of dl01pd0853 why

Tomorrow (05.01.2020) at 01:15pm, i picked up cluster bus of route 728 from dwarka sector-6 & 7 crossing. For 15 rs ticket i gave rs.105 to conductor. Then bus got breakdown at dhaulakuan and i forget to take my money back from conductor and conductor also did not write balance amount on back of ticket. Shall i get my rs.90 back. Please help, if someone can do.

Today i boarded a bus from andrews ganj and took a ticket to maharani bagh.
I was not aware of the maharani bagh and i was sitting in the bus. Ticket checkers boarded the bus and told me that my ticket is invalid as maharani bagh was the last stand.
They pulled me out of the bus forcefully and told me very abruptly that i have to pay fine of rs. 200. When i asked them to give me my ticket then they also tear the ticket and threw it. I told them that the way you are misbehaving and saying wrong words against our cm and police is not right. Then i called 100 and sat in their van. They also told me that i cannot sit in their van as i am not their boss and i have to come out.
When i called 100 for police help then they snatched the money from my hand and pulled me out of the van forcefully and rushed away towards kale khan.
They were 7-8 in number and they are ran in the vehicle number dl-8c-ad-4462.
One of them who has snatched all my money from my hand also showed me his card saying
"dekh le andhey, mera naam hai dheeraj, dekh ley mera department, aur jo ho sake kar liyo mere khilaaf, jaa ke bol diyo police ko kejriwal ko aur jisko chahey bula liyo aur bol diyo. Teri police aur kejriwal bhi hamara kuch nahi kar payengey. Dekhta hoon kaun kya karta hai hamarey khilaaf"
They said this while running away from the spot.

I want to inform you that today[protected]. I was waiting for the bus of route number 473 towards vivek vihar to anand vihar with several passengers. But the driver of this bus didn't stop it at bus stand of vivek vihar. I want to request you to take drastic action against the driver. The details of the bus are as follows —

Colour - orange
Type - cluster bus
Timing - 09:15 am

Direction of departure - towards vivek vihar to anand vihar

Driver picking up passengers without stand and stops the bus in the middle of the road. I asked him to obey the traffic rules he replied in a very abusive language. I warned him that that i file a complain against you he replied - (Tujse jo ho tu vo krle tu mera kuch nhi bigad skta)

I have travelled on cluster bus from patel nagar to khyala colony on route no 410 on date 21 nov 2019 & bus no is dl1pc5849. The conductor issued me ticket of rs 5 which was from patel nagar to khyala but actual cost is rs 10. It is clearly point of tampering of ticket machine that ticket will be generated of 5. 5 rs ticket is valid from patel nagar to raja garden on normal. The conductor takes me 10 rs.

My name is gaurav and i use delhi transport buses service in my day to day life.
Today when i was traveling from aali village to nirman vihar in orange dtc bus with bus no#dlipc6246/473down i gave the conductor ₹20 note and asked him for the ticket for nirman vihar which cost ₹15 but as he was not having change so he asked me that if i’m having but i said that i’m also not having ₹5 change then he wrote ₹5 on back of ticket and asked me to collect later in the meanwhile time when i checked in my bag i saw that i have some change and asked the conductor to take change and give me ₹10 note but the conductor replied in a rude and abusive manner and said i’ll give you the change at anand vihar and asked me to stand quietly otherwise he will throw me out of the bus then i asked him to give the complaint number but agin he abused me and said do whatever you want to do.
Then i asked him for the complaint book but he answered in a rude tone get off the bus or i’ll give you all and i’m not in the mood of argument or fight and my destination stop was close so i got off the bus and i had called on ‭[protected]‬ and told about this scenario then he asked me write a mail for a strict action against conductor.
I’ll be waiting for your action and response against this.
The marshal (Pradeep jeena) was siting nearby the conductor and was enjoying the all scenerio.

I traveling from zoo to nehru place in bus no. 425. After buying tickets for my destination i ask bus conductor to give the seat beside him but he clearly refused he told me if you sit here bus checker fined him ₹5, 000/- when i called your customer care number for more information they told me he can't refuse for seat and guided me to complaint there i want some strict action takes in this regard. Bus registration no. Dl1pc5389.

I took a bus from delhi gate with my father on 13/10/2019 around 1:50pm on route no. 214 cluster bus the driver of the bus unnecessarily diverted the route of the bus from delhi gate where as other buses were going on their designated route, the conductor of the bus namely mohit kumar said "yeh bus bhar se jaegi andar se nahi jaegi" after this my father asked for the compaliant book whose condition you can see in the picture was so pathetic. afterwards my father asked the driver to take the bus on the usual route which he totally refused to go and started abusing us and said "jaa karle compalint, daal de whatsapp par" he was totally in a mood to fight with us. i am also uploading his picture along with bus no. as
"DL1PC4789". I REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES TO TAKE STRONG ACTION AGAINST THE DRIVER OF THE BUS AND FOR UNNECESSARILY DIVERTING THE ROUTE."

Bus conductor gave me three tickets fron janak puri c 1 to mangla puri
Charged 30rs for three person but in tickets 5rs, i asked then he told me sit there and come again after some time
After some time again i asked then he gave me again 3 tickets according to 5 rs

But in tickets boarding points to destination was same printed.

Driver not stopping the bus on the bus stop even he listen my call and also see us and it's a incident of rural area bus route no 834 bus no dlipd 3007 and the time around 13:30.
When he not stopped the bus we follow the bus by scooty because i was come on stop to drop my until, then we reached the bus... He rudely stop the ignition of the bus on the main line and says (Kar le complaint), do the needful and if possible take me in loop.

महाशय, मैं बस नं० डी०एल०१पी०सी०३६३८ रूट नं० ४१० का दैनिक यात्री हूँ । मैं कल दिनाँक १३.०८.२०१९ को ५.४५ बजे अप० को रेल भवन से ख्याला के लिए यात्रा कर रहा था कि सादिपुर से बस की चाल बहुत ही धीमी गति से हो रही था सादीपुर के लगभग दो-तीन स्टैैंड के बाद ड्राईवर को कहने पर की थोड़ी तेज गति से चला लो तो कहने लगा कि बस खराब है महाशय, ताजूब की बात यह है कि ख्याला जबकि सादीपुर से लगभग १० स्टैंड है फिर भी टिकट काटता जा रहा था । सुबाष मोड़ पर बस खड़ा कर दिया पूछने पर बदतमीजी करने लगा यहाँ तक की मार-पीट करने पर उतारु हो गया और कहने लगा कि जिसको चाहो शिकायत कर लो मेरा कोई कुछ नही बिगाड़ सकता । हद तो तब हो गई महिलाओं एवं बुजुर्गों के साथ भी गलत शब्दों का इस्तेमाल करने लगा जिसे बयां नही किया जा सकता है ।

Myself Raj Kaushik daily bus passenger from Mandi house to Shankar road today I got a cluster bus no. 770A from Mandi house to Gurudwara rakab Ganj Bus no. DL1PD3003 cunductor give me wrong ticket Mandi house to krishi bhavan insteed of Gurudwara rakabganj. After it he asking for ticket at Shastri bhawan I gave him and he saying for debording bus at rail bhawan goal chakkar I told him my ticket is vallid till Gurudwara rakab Ganj but on ticket he change for krishi bhawan but acttual ticket of 5 ruppey Mandi house to Gurudwara rakab ganj. After my sentence he abused me and multiple slapped me and to tear my shirt by bus cunductor and driver also support him for this.
I request you Kindly look into this matter

As the conductor s friend was sitting in front of conductor site on female site. Iasked site from that boy. Both conductor and his friend refused. I again said iam pregnant can't stand conductor relpy main kya karu pregnant h to. Apni car lati. And i come standing till dansa stand in this condition. And both were laughing on me. When siad i will do complaint. Conductor said aisi complaint roze hoti h i don't care ja kar le jo karna h.

Conductor of bus no. Dl 10 d0652 on dated 27/06/2019 at 8:45 am, behave very badly with me and also scolded me and intimidated me in front of all passengers.
I want the needful action as soon as possible.
Because of gathered in bus, i have not taken any video or photos. If i did this, may be he fought with me..

Kindly take the needful action.
