For last 10 days we are not getting any bus from mahipalpur to lado sarai after 6:30 pm on daily basis. As a result passengers have to take auto or cab.

Why there is so much problem with orange cluster bus specially route no: 717a after 6:30 pm on daily basis.

रूट नंबर 258 कश्मीरी गेट से चौहान पट्टी यहां पर बसों का कोई टाइम नहीं है नहीं है यहां पर बसों को खड़ा करने के चार चार गुम हो जाते हैं समय पूछने पर बदतमीजी भीड़ बढ़ जाने पर गेट खोलना बूढ़े बुजुर्गों को उसी के अंदर मिक्स कर देना देना क्या टाइम की पर भी नहीं बैठता यहां पर सब मजदूर किस्म के इंसान हैं और यह जो गाड़ी बाद में आती है उसे पहले ले जाएंगे और जो पहले खड़ी रहती है उसे बाद में ले जाते हैं जिसमें सवारी 1 घंटे से बैठी हुई है उसको नहीं ले जाएंगे जो बस एकदम से जाएंगे कई बार कई बार ऐसे हादसे हो चुके हैं एक्सीडेंट हो चुके हैं जो बहुत बुरी तरह से पैरों का कट जाना आदि कई केस आए हैं कृपया कर इसमें सुधार लाएं यदि इसमें सुधार नहीं आया तो मैं उच्च न्यायालय में से अपील करूंगा मैं आशा करता हूं मुझे मेरे भारत के कानून पर व्यवस्था पर पूरा विश्वास है कि बदलाव जरूर आएगा

Dear sir, i am living in hiran kudna village. Route no. 967 - tikri border to daulakuan via ghevra mor, hiran kudna, dichaon kalan, najafgarh, uttam nagar, tilak nagar, kirbi place, daula kuan, is very old bus route. At the time o[censored]nder dtc service very good service of 967. After that there is not any bus in this route. Route no. 967 is in kair depot in cluster 8, now every old bus route is start but 967 is not started till now. This is a humble request from our village to start route no, 967 as soon as possible bcoz theirisnt and bus service. Please look at this matter and start bus route 967. Thank you

I want to register a complaint against driver rude behaviour, driver opened the front gate i entered suddenly he closed the gate and i got stuck he said why r u entering from front gate i said u opened than i entered he said bakwas mat kar jyada jor ho raha hai toh aa ja jungle mai chalte hai waha dikhaio jor and when i reached my destination he said aa ja na kya hua darr gaya this is too much. Lekin hum jyadatar office k liye late ho jate h, kyonki ye bus bich me shahbad village ke ander jati h or wapis bahar aati h,
Jiske liye do baar railway fatak ko cross karna padta h, jo ki jyadatar band hi milta h.
Kai baar to ander jane or bahar nikalne me dono baar fatak band milta h, jiske karan daily pareshani ka samana karna padta h

Please jaldi se is route me sudhar kijiye, taki hum sab pareshan sawariyo ko thodi rahat mil sake

I am ankit and i daily travel from nanak pio to najafgarh metro station in the morning and evening.

Today around 40-50 min before i travel from najafgarh thana station to nanak pio.

I take you concern towards my issue i ask for stop the bus at bus stop najafgarh thana station it is having route no 822 issapur village registration no. As dl 1p d 5202, he only reduce the speed of bus and i little run and take bus i asked bus conductor this is bus stop and you have to stop the bus at stop. My ticket no is 91616 of rs. 5/-

The ticket checker is in the bus and he shouting on me and tell there are lot of bus going if he not stop you take another bus i simply tell its a bus stop and he has to stop i asked to stop the bus on bus stop not any other place.

Then he started abusing me and come to hit me thanks to other people they come and stopped him.

It is request to you please check that person and you find him from ticket no and take strictly action against him.

I'm traveling in bus no. 816 at 9:38 in dlf towers bus stop that driver miss behave with me as i asked for stop the bus stand he said that he stopped the bus previous and the people around me goes out from the bus while bus is running and then he starts abusing me "chal tu ab nikal" on next bus stand. This is hilarious that someone who behaves like this with a women.

He get 32 thousand from me and he is from dhasha gaun on 08/march/[protected]@9 pm on Thana road najafgarh.i had an bus ticket for Delhi gate but I reached to chawla stand.he pick up my a.t.m card.in which one checker had drunk and one are understanding little but one who old they want to earn money more

Respectfully, it is stated that the bus route no. 134 the service of which was closed for many years started their service again from ibrahimpur village to kashmiri gate/azadpur terminal since 1 month (Approximately). There comes a village kadipur between this route. The driver of the bus does not stop bus here which was the main bus stand for many years before the service of the was stopped.
For many days many passengers waits for the bus for more than 20 minutes in kadipur village bus stand but driver does not stop the bus. The bus no. Is dl1pd4804 & route no. 134 (Ibrahimpur to kashmiri gate) (9:50 a. M). It is also inform you that no other route no. Buses are running in this area.
You are requested to please take necessary action at the earliest so that no inconvenience is faced by the daily passengers.

At 08:47 AM on 21st Feb 2020 at Palam Village, I was crossing the road while suddenly your bus DL1P D-0862 came towards me and driver didn't even applied brakes. I was shocked. I very hardly escaped otherwise I was going to be crushed. The driver took a very fast and sharp turn ignoring me and put my life into danger.

Bus registration number - dl1pd4870
Bus stop - vishwavidyalaya
Time - 23:10 hrs

The driver didn't stop the bus at vishwavidyalaya stand even after waving hand from a large distance.
They just speed up the bus near stand, leaving passenger to wait for another bus.

This is second time i am facing the same issue.
One of co-passenger already complaint to ditms but no action has been taken before.

Today dt 10.02.2020, 09:28 hrs
Take the bus route no 219 bus registration no dl1pc4100, from zakira fly over to power house (Punjabi bagh).

Asked driver to stop the bus on bus stop.

He straight forward dined to stop the bus.

When asked conductor for complaint book he refuse to give the complaint book.

Marshall does not help, he was sitting near the seat of conductor.

Driver misbehaved and said"bus nahi rukegi uss stand par, baal paad liyo mera"

This driver is a serial offender and this is the second time my experience with the same driver.

Please take a strict action against the driver as well as conductor.

As they both have not perform there part of duty.

Driver doesn't stop the bus,
Conductor not even bother to stop the bus,
Conductor doesn't provide complaint book which is a right of a consumer.

And he also declined to register the complaint in complaint book. When I tried to contact with helpline the bell rang but nobody pickup the phone.

Dl 1 pd 2983 cluster bus route no. 723 is divert there route and people anxious of driver behavior.

Please take immediate action.

Driver make excuse that cng is empty and take wrong route. Don't give refund either. Cng is not empty because he is run bus around and around. Very worst behavior.

I take bus at 7pm. He takes more than 1 hour 30 minutes. All the passenger is very sacred, he wasted all the passenger precious time for fun.

Dtc email and helpline number is not reachable. Please take proper action and forward my email to dtc department.
