Dl 1p 0023 from uttam nagar to khair bus route at 1.15 pm on 13/05/2019 rash driving and misbehaving with other on complaining about rash driving and breaking bus tightly and people hardly safe to get injured both driver and conductor using haryanvi and not stoping the bus at bus stop and due to over speeding and overtaking stop on the middle of road 100 meter above bus stand.
Please take action against this bus driver and conductor.

I m regular traveler between new seema puri to moti nagar on the morning time and there is always a problem that there is no any fix schedule of buses in morning between 08:00 am for this route and some time 3-4 buses operate at the same time and some time we wait for more than 01 hour that is the reason the peoples are compel to travel in small buses (Rtv) which is always packed badly, once i noticed that the rtv driver was saying to the bus driver that don't start the bus now and come after i me.

I just want to request, you to the senior management please look in to the matter and take the strict action so that people can relive from waiting for long on the morning time for the buses and travelling by the packed rtv.

I will request your management that do the schedule of bus on the route journey on morning time between 07:50 am to 08:20 management can get the proper benefits of this route as this route has huge number of travelers.

Dear sir cluster bus service delhi transit thease days, the drivers are behaving like a fool, they do partiality with male passengers, this was the incident of today' s morning where i was going to safdarjung hospital at my job i was asking for a seat then all of a sudden, bus driver yelled at me and ask not to sit on the seat i took the bus from badarpur village bus stand and then some girls entered through the front gate and they asked the same and drive thankfully provided a seat to her. May i ask you one thing why do they unfair with male passengers often this wasn' t happened for the first time, i' d faced these kind of situations many times. The diver was young enough to impress a girl and then the girls stepped out at lajpat nagar bus stand and they travelled without a fare. They didn' t borroewd a ticket just because' s of drivers sympath even the driver beat me up he hit few punches over my face this was so annoying, disgusting and insane. Today at 22:47 on 02/04/2019 i boarded the bus from madhuban chowk bus stand i take a ticket for next stand saraswati vihar new delhi the conductor is so rude he’s misbehaving me using abusive language and driver told him that not to use that language be patience but the conductor is getting angry on me and beating me on the way to next stand also when the saraswati vihar stand is coming driver open the door, and conductor beating me and push me hard during running bus so i fell down on the road and bus driver didn’t stop the bus and he ran away bus doesn’t have proper display board, after that i tried many times to call dimts complaint number but no one was answered the call so i wrote the email so that some action should be taken for the rude conductor, i got scratches in my body.

Please look into this matter bus conductor is so rude he’s talk rudely with everyone but it’s my bad luck that conductor beating me hard.

I have commercial car.. I gave my car on lease
So when ever i track my car it's not give me full information sometimes it shows place and time but mostly it show only date and time
Now my problem is why dimts gps is not working properly, why it's not showed car location.
This is very serious issues pls resolve it asap
Otherwise if driver did anything wrong then we are unable to track it and it will impact our india

Respected sir/madam,

I am sidharth arora i reside in shakarpur, new delhi.

On 13/02/2019 at 10:30 am, at ito bus stop driver (Aman) did not stopped the bus, he just slow down the speed of bus.

Somehow i managed to get on the bus but a lady passenger fell down on the ground while boarding the bus at ito bus stop.

He was talking to someone on phone while driving & when i told the driver to not to use mobile phone while driving, he started shouting at me, it seems that the driver of the bus had consumed alcohol because he was driving the bus very fast and rash.

As and when i started making his video of rash driving and misbehaviour, he took my phone and throw it. I was totally scared at that time and i called police and registered a complaint at shakarpur/laxmi nagar police station.

I have registered complaint acknowledgement number issued by shakarpur police station and all the videos of his rash driving, talking on the phone while driving, his misbehaviour while driving.

Please see the attachments of police complaint, ticket and videos.

The driver is responsible for the injuries of the concerned lady passenger and his act of violence with me.

Requesting you to take remedial legal action against the driver (Aman).

I will definitely submit this complaint to pmo & cmo and file a suit against him.

Sir my name is imraan and i'm from uttam nagar sir today i'm visited seemapuri bus depo, sir i'm go to uttam nagar by bus im reached 5:57 pm sunday your bus number dl-1pd2324 standing 1hour 15 mint i'm asking bus conductor sir witch time bus run his not give answer and smoke in the bus and your bus service very bad no timeline your bus service.. And i'm waiting with my family..

सर मैं और मेरा दोस्त कल्याण पूरी बस स्टैंड पर खड़े थे जिसके बाद शाम 6 बजे लगभग 348 मोरी गेट टू मयूर विहार फेज 3 को स्टैंड पर रोकने के लिए हाथ दिया जिससे पहले ड्राइवर ने बस का डिजिटल बोर्ड बंद कर दिया बस रुकी तो मेरा दोस्त आगे से चढ़ने की कोशिश की तो ड्राइवर ने बिना सोचे समझे मेरे दोस्त को गाली देने लगा जिसके बाद मेरे दोस्त ने उसे समझाया आप बड़े उसके बाद भी वह नही माना और गाली देता रहा है इस बीच एक बार भी कंडक्टर ने आकर ड्राइवर को नही समझाया इसके बाद मेरे दोस्त ने फ़ोन पर ड्राइवर की शिकायत की जिसके बाद ड्राइवर और पागल हो गया और गाली गलौज करने लगा जिसके बाद मैंने उसे काफी समझाया लेकिन ड्राइवर मुझसे ही हतापाई हो गई जिसमे बस में सवार लोगो ने बीच बचाव किया है उसके बाद लोगो ने समझाया तो हम लोग अपने स्टॉप पर उतर रहे थे जिसके बाद ड्राइवर ने जान बूझकर मैन गेट बंद कर दिया जिसके कारण मेरे उल्टे पैर में चोट आ गई जिसके बाद मैंने ड्राइवर को मैंने बोला तो फिर से गली गलौज करने लगा मुझे गुसा आया और मैंने एक पत्थर उठा लिया और मारने की सोची लेकिन मैंने नही मारा क्योंकि यह सरकारी प्रॉपर्टी है इसके बाद एक अंदर का आदमी मेरे को बोलने लगा जिसके बाद हम चले गए। यह ड्राइवर बहुत ही बतमीजी करने लगा इसके खिलाफ विभागीय कार्यवाही की जाय इसने मेरे को इंजर्ड कर दिया है [protected]

Today 24dec 2018 i raj kumar sharma going from anand vihar to preet vihar by the cluster bus no. Dl1pd 2561, as per mention on display that you can take tkt by metro card, i show my metro card to conductor to take tkt, he shouted me & throw my card & say i can't give the tkt by metro card & you can go by another bus, i surprised, after interfere a fellow passengers he give me the tkt in inr

I am very sad with the conductor misbehavior.

The bus driver (Panditji) of bus no.770 today (Dec.12, 2018), didn't open the boarding gate at sector-13, dwarka (Mrv school) bus stop at 0830 hrs, despite my indication to him. He was plying bus with registration number-dl-1pd/3215. Though he stopped the bus at the said stop but didn't open the boarding gate. He is a habitual offender and does the same till he reports in time at madhu-vihar bus stop. My complaint no. Is 2608/18 of date and the same would be pursued with higher authorities, if i am not informed of the action taken against the erring driver within a week of the registration of my complaint.

Hello sir/madam,

I am Manjeet Singh I live in Sangam vihar, New Delhi, and I usually travel in dtc buses. Today 20th of November 2018 time 05:00pm, I took bus from munirka to Sangam Vihar route number 448.
It seems that the driver of the bus is untrained or could have consumed alcohol because the way he is driving the bus is totally unresponsibl.
Requesting you to take legal action against the driver.
Bus number DL 1PC 6236 (448 up).

After writing the complaint I started making a video clip that time we were in traffic that's why we can't see his bad driving.

I waived hand to the driver to stop the bus as i was standing before 100 mtr of bus stand as there was a long que of bus alredy on the stand, instead he ran the bus ahead of all buses nd doesnt waited for 30 secnds for passengers to carry, i even ran to catch the bus nd was behind the bus, still he drove away

आज की दुनिया मैं जहा हर जगह किसी न किसी बात पर प्रॉब्लम होती ह.. पर ट्रेवल को लेकर यह प्रॉब्लम बढ़ती जा रही ह. सिर्फ और सिर्फ क्लस्टर बसेस ही जिम्मेदार ह इसके लिए.. इनको बिलकुल बी समाज नहीं ह की पब्लिक परेशां ह आपकी इन्ही हरकतों से बस इनको किसी का सपोर्ट मिल रह ह आज बी बस नहीं ह रास्तो मैंने क्यों की इनको अपनी ही पड़ी ह. पब्लिक जो पहले ही परेशन रहती ह उनके सात यह और बाडमीज़े करते ह. जैसे टिकट ना देना, सीट न दिलवाना अगर कोई सीनियर सिटीजन हो उनके लिए. बात करने का बिलकुल बी दांग नहीं. स्टैंड पर बस का न रोकना. ड्राइवर की बादमेजे हर जगह बस को ब्रेकडाउन बता करके आधे रस्ते मैं बस रोक देना. क्लस्टर बस की गुंडागर्दी बढ़ती जा रही ही. जल्दी ही इसको रोको नहीं गया. नहीं तो वो दिन दूर नहीं जब नायक मूवी की तरह हर जगह यह रोड बंद करवा देंगे, और कितने ही लोग परेशां और मरने ही हालत मैं आ जायेंगे. बस की मनमानी अब नहीं चलेगी. गलत हो रहा ह. जल्दी ही लोग ईकडा हो और बताये इन लोगो को की यह सब अब इंडिया को पसंद नहीं.

I am senior citizen aged 73. I boarded bus no. Dl - 1pd 2738 on route no.764 upto madhu vihar at old palam more at about 7.50 am on 9/10/2018. All the seats reserved for senior citizen were occupied by senior citizens. However at the front seat just at the exit door at the left hand side of driver a young boy was sitting. I approached that boy to give me the seat. He was nearly ready to vacate and looked at the driver who immediately intervened and asked that boy not to get up and let this man (Me) to stand. I told the driver that being staff of cluster bus service he was supposed to follow rules and observe some discipline and show some courtesy at least to the elderly commuters. After all they are travelling with due payment for each travel and the seats reserved for senior citizens should be allowed to be availed of by them. But he appeared to be most undisciplined and vagabond. He was without uniform and extremely authoritarian. To showoff his might he was also twisting his mustaches and was challenging me to be quite and do whatever i could. He meets so many senior citizens like me and he damn care.

Would you, please do the needful to check the authoritarian and vagabond behaviour of above driver. He should be made to observe discipline, civil behaviour and bear uniform while driving the bus. I will be grateful if i am informed of the action taken.

No action will obviously embolden this unruly driver to continue his dadagiri and boast. I also made this complaint to mr ibrahim on customer care no.

Iam sitting in bus no 1700 route no 764 after see the ticket ticket checker misbehave with me check my wallet and saying wrong words and saying kahin par bhi meri complaint kar do main nahi darta kisi se. Does not allowed me to get out of the bus and forcefully took fine from me please take stick action as soon as possible

. I was coming from duty last night dated 06.10.2018 at the of near about 10:45. I picked up a cluster bus from dwarka more for kair. Bus conductor had drunk to much. He was not giving the ticket any one. I asked him for ticket he send me out of the bus and telling abused language badly as per govt rules any conducter could not ignore to give the tickets to any passenger. I request you please take the action about this the bus no. Is 00079 this bus belongs to kair depot.

I am writing this letter to bring your attention towards high handedness of checkers today around 4 pm when i was coming from bhogal i board the bus from nizamuddin pull as i have to go to nizamuddin railway station i entered in the bus from back and ticket checkers enter in the bus from front gate and asked me for ticket i told them "abhi aai hun mai paise nikal rhi hoon le rahi hun ticket" but they start forcing me to pay fine but why i would pay fine i didn't make any mistake they start checking my bag who has given them the right to check girls bags or mobile phones i still pay them 150₹ as fine as i have to catch my train and when i ask for fine slip they gavee me a slip of 100₹ but they had taken 150₹ from me and then scare me that they will take me to the police station.. As i am a daily passenger i hv seen the hooliganism of checkers is increasing day by day..
I request you to kindly look into the matter and take stringent action towards checkers..

This is to inform you that when i take the ticket i gave him 100 rupees note and he give me the change but there was one such note which is not in good condition, so i request the conductor to change that note but inspite of changing that he use abusive language and stated misbehaveing with me and didn't talk properly. He also said that he didn't change the note do what you want to do. I have a photo of that conductor which i will upload with this message. So i hope that you will take the action against my complaint as soon as possible.

महोदय, आज दिनांक26 सितम्‍बर 2018 को शाम 6 बजे मैं अपने कार्यालय केन्‍दीयजलआयोग से घर जाने केलिए निकला 6 बजकर 5मिनट पर मैं सेक्‍टर एक आर.के.पुरम बस स्‍टॉप पहुंचा तभी 623 बस आ गई मैं उसमें चढ़ा मेरे साथ तीन चार यात्री और थे, मैं पास में खाली सीट पर बैठ गया और किराया केे लिए खुले पांच रुपया निकालने लगा इतने में ही बस चेकिंग वाले आ गए और मुझे टिकट के लिए बोला मैंने हाथ में पैसे दिखाते हुए कहा कि मैं टिकट ही ले रहा हूं। उन्‍होंने मुझे बस से नीचे उतरने को कहा मैं उतर गया उन्‍होंने मुझसे फाइन के लिए 200 रुपए मांगे, मैंने पूरी बात बताई ओर फाइन देने से मना कर दिया। फिर कुछ देर रवि जोकि ओखला डीपो का कर्मचारी बता रहा थाउससे बहस होती रही कुछ देर बाद इनकेे साथ का ही एक कर्मचारी ने कहा कि आप सिर्फ 100रुपए दे दो और जाओ मैंने मना कर दिया। इन्‍होंने कहा हमें कमसे कम 12 से 15 फाइन दिखाने पड़ते हैं। मैं नहीं माना, तब इन्‍होंने वही पास मे ही पुलिस वाले चेकिंग कर रहे थे, जिनमें एक मोहन सिंह हेड कॉन्‍सटेबल और दूसरे अजीत सिंह कॉन्‍सटेबल थे उनके ये मुझे ले गए, वहां पर भी बातचीत होती रही, मुझे घर जाने के लिए लेट हो रहा था, और इन लोगों के दबाव में आकर मैंने 200 रुपए का फाइन दे दिया। जबकि मेरी गलती नहीं थी, बस में चढ़े हुए सिर्फ एक मिनट हुआ था, तीन यात्री और थे वो टिकट ले रहे थे, तब तक मैं सीट पर बैठकर खुले पैसे निकाल रहा था। मैं अपनी बात साबित करने के लिए सिर्फ इतना कहूंगा कि जहां से मैं बैठा और जहां पर चेकिंग वाले खड़े थे, सिर्फ एक मिनट से ज्‍यादा नहीं लगता वहां पर आने का आप चाहें तो मौके पर आकर देख सकते हैं। मैं साथ में यह भी जानना चाहता हूं कि ऐसी स्‍थिति में यात्री के क्‍या अधिकार हैं, क्‍या यह फाइन मैं किसी अन्‍य अधिकारी के सामने अपनी बात रखने के बाद देने के लिए कह सकता हूं। मेरे ही सामने एक लड़ेके को इनहोंने पकड़ा उसने कहा कि मेरे पास पैसे नहीं हैं तो उसकी तलाशी ली और कुछ लेकर छोड़ दिया। मैं, चाहता हूं कि मेरी बात को सही ढंग से सुना जाए और जो मेरे से गलत फाइन लिया गया है, उन पर उचित कार्रवाई हो। फाइन की कॉपी अटैचमेंट में संलग्‍न है।

Id 10233 दीपक कुमार हमारे dephu मैं कुछ दिन पहले सभी कोंडक्टर के रूट चेंज हुए थे.जिसमें सभी कोंडक्टर को दूसरे रूट पे भेज दिया गया था. लेकिन हमारे superviser मनोज कुमार ने कुछ कोंडक्टर से रूपेय लेकर उनको वहीं पुराने रूट पर भेज दिया. जब मेने यह बात उसको बोली के तुमने सिर्फ़ उनको उन के पुराने रूट पर क्यूँ भेजा हम सब को क्यूँ नहीं नहीं तब उसने मुझसे बोला के तुम चुप चाप 2000 rupiy देय दो तुमको भी तुम्हारा वही रूट मिल जाएगा, sir मैं आपको बताना चाहता हूँ के हमारा superviser मनोज कुमार हम सब से rupiy लेकर हमारी duty fix करता हैं.
