I want to raise a complaint about dtc cluster bus route no. 185.

Total 7 buses are running on this route even though between 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm. Drivers don't drive the buses.

They keep them parked on kendriye terminal or nathupura and even respective dm's don't take any action against these drivers.

Later after 7:00 pm most of these drivers can be found drunk.

Even after multiple complaints on complaint no. [protected] no one takes any action.

Today on 14 september'18 i raised a complaint # 1998/18 because no bus was moving out of kendriye terminal.

Their service is getting pathetic day by day.

They have hired bouncers as ticket checker where as they are supposed to hire bouncers to monitor their drivers so that these scumbags do there duties properly.

They have such a good tracking system still they have no control over their conductors and drivers.

Today on 13/9/18 at about 9 pm while i was coming towards najafgarh, the bus driver named unknown driving the bus no dl1pd 3271 in drunken state and stopped his vehicle in middle of road without any reason when i asked him about same he openly misbehaved with me by saying that mera baal padva diye i have video of same and can produce when needed i also called no 100 and informed police as well as he would put anyone life in denver by his acts and deeds

I was standing at Inderlok metro station bus stop, first and the formost thing is that there is no bus stand rather than a so-called stop.In fact the bus service is going to worse to worse that the bus doesn't ply on time therefore they don't come .There is no proper time management of buses at terminals that all the bus of same route hit the road at once and commute back to back.

There are many buses that i watch daily which don't stop, but one day i took out my phone and clicked the bus no and its route,
The bus no is DL -IP D 0852 and the route no is not clear in photo.However time was exactly 3:30 at inderlok metro station.
I guess this complaint won't be in vain and turn in the filthy yellow paper under the dust in the dark room where rats and cockroaches wonder around instead of the workers.
I reckon that there is no action being taken against them, if it's not like so, they would not be like so.
I hope the punitive action will be taken against the rash drivers.Theire particular amount of monthly salary must be cut on every complaint against them, so that they won't be witnessed to be worse drivers.
I'd like to expose the carelessness of cluster bus drivers, since i have been commuting everyday.
1)They invariably jump the red lights.
2)They burn the roads and drive like zig-zag which is why the the passengers inside the bus undergo many problems while standing as well as sitting.
3)They don't stop the bus at the bus stand.
4)They don't stop bus properly for passengers and passengers have to be un risk to get off.
5)They don't know how to behave and talk with passengers.They speak very Smitty and bad language.
6)The condition of bus is so worse, no cleanliness, no proper facilities, torn chair to sit and no lights as well.
7)Conductors and drivers emphasis comman men to stand behind drivers seat and pay without ticket and former one asks straight forward people sit beside them and pay more than half of actual ticket, i saw it with my eyes.
8)The drivers don't take on uniform and listen songs with earphones while driving like hell, that can be proved very dangerous and terrible to anyone.
9)The drivers are fascinated by women and girls, why so is that when a boy shows his hand to stop, they turn a blind eye, but on the other hand when women show hands, they stop the bus instantly even if it's green light.

I request officers to take strict action because i have already given BUS NO.AND TIME&PLACE OF INCIDENT.

Dear authority cluster bus conductor of 214 down on 28 august 2018' at 7 am was very unethical 'he was speaking very rudely ;making tickets wrong destination 'giving change late as well as coins by forced. As i was a passenger in that bus, when i opposed he argued with me, said me that i could travel in another means of transport. That is unacceptable thank you

Main aaj morning 6baje bus 717 dt bus no. Dl.1p c6356 me mahipalpur rangpuri se kapashera ke liye ek ticket li 10rs. Ka but mujhe vo kapahera crossing ka diya main nahi janta tha ki crossing alag hai uske baad ticket checker aaye aur meri ticket invalid batate huye meri pocket se saare paise khinch liye aur police ka dar dikha rahe the mere sath abhadrata ki.. Bataye esme meri kya mistake hai..
Mujhe apne paise chahiye aur jo eske liye jimmedar hai use responcible maana jaaye otherwise main delhi transit ke against court me claim karunga aapke helpline call connect hoti nahi hain...

Conductors often misbehave. I handed over rs50 note today and asked for rs 10 ticket and conductor gave me coins of rs 1, 2 and 5 which were really difficult to handle. I requested him to give me at least two rs 10 notes along with coins for my convenience. He snatched ticket from my hands and started abusing and forced me to get down from the bus. His aggression was too high. I will never board cluster bus again. Route no. 891 dl1pd2396

When i was returning home on 30 july 2018, i boarded on 764 towards najafgarh (Dl 1 pd 2649) fro dwami malai mandir. When i asked for ticket of 15 rs than condutor gave me a ticket on which its depot name (Dichaon depot printed), there was nothing else like date., timing, stops nothing, when i asked for a proper ticket the conductor refused and said machine is not working properly, i want to know why he didn't gave me the printed tickets from the blocks he probably had?

I want to know that is there without ticket fine is 500/-.. the ticket checker name is hemant, was stand on sardar jung. I think the fine is 200/-.. I don't know how much is fine..So I pay them 500₹ but they did not return any amount to me.my mobile no is [protected].. when I asked his name and place of posting he did not told me anything.. you are requested to kindly provide me my balance if it is unauthorized

I am writing this just because each and every time i am facing problem in delhi transit bus due to unprofessional behavior of bus staff.
Today i was traveling in a diya bus dl1p5256 from delhi railway station to badarpur border. When bus reached at dariyaganj then bus conductor left bus without any information. After waiting more than 5 minutes i ask to bus driver about him the he said he don't know, after a while he came to know that conductor gone his personal reasons. After some more time driver said that he stopped bus for rear view mirror adjustment.

Finally conductor return back more than 10 minutes. Further that when i ask reason to conductor then he said catch another bus if you are in hurry. And he said me leave the bus otherwise bus will not move ahead.

Is this the professionalism which we can expect from form staff.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue i had while travelling in dtc bus (Route no.764) on 20th june (Wednesday) around 7:45am. I boarded the bus from dps matiyala stop (Dwarka) as i had to reach dwarka mor metro station for way to my ongoing summer internship in delhi jal board. When i was just taking out and counting the money i had to pay for the ticket (₹5), from the next bus stop...

Delhi transit (Dl1p 5019 / 405up), dated: 21/06/25018, time: 08:59.
I catched the bus from ashram chowk bus stand and asked for a ticket to crri bus stand. The fare is rs 5/- but condutor charged rs 10. I constantly requested him to charge actual fare but he couldn't heed to my request. He showed his rude behaviour to me. He gave me a ticket to badarpur boader of rs 10. I'm very sad that such a illiterate person in our public transport system. Please take action as soon as possible for the benefit of society.

When the cluster buses's times off at Uttam Nagar after 6.00 p.m. all the drivers do not changes electrical Board of cluster buses and carry direct Kair Depot/Dichaou Depot after closed the both window of the bus. They do not take any passenger from Uttam Nagar. I have number of times complaint against the cluster buses but no action has been taken by the authorities so far. Please you may take action in this matter and may also please check gps who are plying in rural area side, as like Route No.835, 824, 827, 822.

In bus no - dl1p c6453 between 11:30-12:00 on 12 june 2018. I was going to vasant vihar air india colony i took a ticket from a lady conductor at mohammad pur our bus stand (Cost is 10rs) but she has given me a ticket of 15 rs and when i asked her why she is giving me a old ticket? Then machine is not working but just after that machine started working a she started giving tickets to other she was very rudely that i didn't not argued too much. And. After this incident the bus driver was not following traffic rules he was jumping redlights driving at overspeed and did not followed a traffic's rules as well as. When i told them that i will lodge a complaint against the then driver replied very rudely that "jaa karde kuch nahi hora" pls take action against this

It was happened to me on 21 may at 4:35pm in palam. Driver had earphone in his ear. As i was stepping up into the bus he run bus without looking back mirror. I fallen this could take me death but fortunate was with me. Still he didn't care and continued his driving with earphone. He used to smoke while driving. He wasn't even in their uniform.

Driver wore red t-shirt. I know this is very common problem but this took life of innocent. Please look into the matter

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 9th May I asked driver Krishan who was driving bus no. DL1PD-2738 on route no. 723, at Mangla puri at 8.34 am he did not stop the bus and abused me which is not acceptable. I lodge a complaint on consumer forum on same day.

I need necessary action against Driver Krishan, otherwise I will go to court.

I was traveling on 11/05/2018 two guy came and ask me for ticket so i saw them. Now i am want they show their card but they dot after little fight they show but i think they are using fraud car or something the id no is 2136 so if you provide me detai of all checker of kair depot cluster bus it is very helpful my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com if there is process to know who wher the checker on date 11/05/2018 it is helpful

I catched the bus from GTB Nagar bus stand and asked for a ticket to IG Stadium bus stand. The fare is Rs 10 but Condutor charged Rs 15. I constantly requested him to charge actual fare but he couldn't heed to my request. He showed his rude behaviour to me. He gave me a ticket to Punjabi Bagh of Rs 15. I'm very sad that such a illiterate person in our public transport system. Please take action as soon as possible for the benefit of society.

I was on the sitapuri/new dwarka road bus stop, waiting for a bus to reach mahaviri enclave part-3. Dimts bus no.[protected] arrived at sitapuri stop at 7:27 in the morning on 28th april 2018 but didn't stop. What kind of service are you providing? Sometimes, these even donot provide tickets but do take the fares.
Please do take this as a serious complaint so that you improve your services.

This is against bus no. Dl 1pd 0054 on 25 april 2018 at 11:15 a. M on router no. 764.
While traveling to my college, nsit, from this bus, the bus driver and conductor changed their route to some other bus depot and make me stand there for 15 minutes in s scorching heat till they fill up cng. Then they took the bus towards my college. We all know the bus starts it's jounney with full full tank from its depot. So troubling it's customers is not satisfactory.
