Dear dtc cluster bus service,

Today morning (Dated:[protected] i was travelling from bus no dl1p02750/ 840 at 09:46 am from karol bagh to inderpuri.

On a request to stop the bus at red light the driver very arrogantly replied using bad words that it will not stop here. On asking that why is he talking so ruthlessly, he just to make me fall down applies brake so strongly that one of the child behind me fells off to the very last stair of the bus where as i some how balanced myself. Other passengers helped me to get that child back to normal position. Then he kept on arguing saying go and lodge a complaint on me. "i do not care of any authority".

Is this kind of service worth? Where your employees have no fear of any action against them? Or all this because such people have strong believe that no action will never ever be taken against them.

Hopelessly i am writing this because somewhere i know that no action will be taken to punish him so that he will never repeat this in future.
Though i am concerned for the safety of passengers more, please take action in order to make your employees more responsible & not the boss of your authority.

I used to travel from krishna vihar to shivaji park daily by cluster bus route no.962x that runs from Kanjhawala to karampura depot. Today(29/01/2018) at 7:25am, this bus was coming towards my bus stand and driver stopped the bus approx 40 steps after the bus stop. When i was about to board in the bus, he starts the bus. It was very dangerous for people to board in the bus. Anyhow we managed, and when i complaint this thing to conductor he said nothing. And driver was too showing very careless attitude. He was even using very cheap words. Please it's my humble request to the officials to look into my matter and take appropriate action on this. Otherwise there may be any major casualty in future.

On[protected] at about 1:15 pm cluster bus no dl-1pc-6517, driver do not stop his bus on khan mkt bus stop while he was driving his bus from vasant vihar side towards shahdara having space in bus. I was given to signal him for stop the bus on above stop but he avoid rules and regulations to stop this bus on bus stand.

I sent two complaint on same day by phone and internet and the confirmation was received from your side. After a long time i don't received any intimation from your side regarding my above mentioned complaints so i contact to general manager anupama, dimts by phone, she informed to me, there is no complaint received in her office by me. She has advice to me that sent your complaint again. So i am sending this complaint again for necessary action be taken against the defaulter driver and informed me accordingly.

On[protected] at about 1:15 pm cluster bus no dl1pc6517 driver route no 623 while he was driving v vihar towards shahdra not stopped on khan mkt bus stop whenever. I was given to signal for stop above bus stop but the driver avoide the signal i was send the complaint by phone and internet and confirmed to me about my complaint by the authorities. After a long time no any message given to me so i contact to miss anupma gm dimts by phone she told to me there is no complaint in her office and advise to me that sent again my complaint so i sending this again and will hope you will take a suitable action against defaulter driver

I am sourabh jha. I am a student and a future of the country. I am a responsible citizen. I was traveling in the bus route no. 310 from ito to jheel terminal at 2.30 pm on 18 january 2018... Bus conducter took the money and not gave ticket. When i said to him for a ticket, he abused me and said 'tujhe bus ke tyre ke niche de dunga'... I am requesting you to take serious action on this.

While i was standing on[protected] at about 1930 hours, in front of dhaula kuan bus stop (Arsd college), i indicated bus route 727 driver (Bus registration no dl1pd 0980), driver replied, "bus route has been diverted, hence bus cannot stop and take passenger and cannot issue ticket." i being a senior citizen, carrying dtc bus pass, boarded behind another bus route no 727, conductor's reply was similar that they have been instructed by the management accordingly.
Such directives are highly irregular and not in the interest of public, for the very purpose bus licence has been issued. Such actions are arbitrary and condemnable.

I had applied for the learner license from dimts site which i had received but now i want to take appointment of my permanent license but from last 1 month appointment taking site is opening always showing service unavailable what can i do in that case my learner license are going to be experied in march plz tell me is there any other option for taking appointment from dimts.

Sir i board at bus no dl 1pc 4855 today[protected] around 8:40pm from vishwavidyalaya to azadpur for which took two tickets he gave two ₹10/- ticket in which it was written old secreteriate to punjabi bagh where as on board it was written azadpur terminal. When i asked for my information why it is so conductor said - "meri marji jo likhun apna naam chaap k dunga bol k krega" when i re-questioned him he started speaking abusive language and said "ek mintute laagegi kanoon smjhaane mein azadpur par pta lag jaega saara knowledge tanne". I was travelling with my father so for our safety we deboard at model town stop. I am having my ticket with me and pic of conductor which i took very hasitately as conductor was seeing us with full anger and was like he will beat us. Kindly take very strict action towards conductor as today it has happen with me tomorrow it can happen with anybody else. Please contact me regarding detail issue and action taken for this @ [protected]

Today at arround 8 pm i am waiting for bus with another 4 passenger at dwarka sec10 modern school stan. Dimts bus route no 774 from dwarka sector 10 to dichow depot having vehicle no dl1pd2991arrived at stand but driver dont stopped bus at stand. I have facing this problem many times. I also know that they have take money from rtv's for non stoping bus on stop. Please look in this metter and resolve the problem.

Today[protected] at about 1:15pm the driver of bus no dl1pc6517 did not stop the bus on khan mkt bus stop while running from v vihar towards shahdara having space in the bus i given the signal to the driver by my hand for stopping the bus on khan mkt bus stop but he saw to me and avoid to my signal intetiosnaly and running regularly there are more passenger with me they creatsise the bad act of the driver

Sir, i travel every day to work and take dtc or cluster buses to travel in delhi. Since about last six months, i have observed many cluster bus drivers resort to smoking while driving. This is rampant when bus is caught in a jam or at a red light. These drivers light up biris and smoke even if the bus is crowded. Some how this practice seems to be restyricted to drivers only and has not yet percolated to conductors as yet. I request you to kindly issue general warning / guidelines to all bus drivers and conductors not to indulge in smoking when they are working (Driving or issuing tickets, etc). Thank you.

Today morning around 8:30 AM I boarded on a cluster bus
Route No. 143, Semapuri Depot
Bus No. DL 1 PD3035
from Kaushik Enclave Bus stand the conductor refuges to take Rs 10 coin. When I asked him why he refuges to take this coin... He told me that the Depot person didn't took these coin... And they had no instruction to take all Rs 10 rupees coin/all coins are valid..
But RBI has cleared that all Rs 10 rupees coins are valid...

Please take necessary action against such kind of people and circulate the RBI circular to all of the Bus Depot employee including bus conductors..

Sir,
I have complaint about your bus service route no 211UP. The mostly bus not stops at shastri park metro depot stand after 5 pm. a lot of passengers have to wait 1-1.5 hours to take the bus srvice.I have complaint many time to bus drivers and conductors but they have no any proper answer.
Today Bus No DL1PD2304/211UP dated 28.11.2017 time 18:06 has not stopped at shastri park metro depot stand and also at shastri park stand . I reach in this bus on many risk of traffic at shastri park red light.it may occured the cause of accidents.
I have also complaint to name by Mr. Mukesh /dimpts control room about 18:20 pm.

Hello, my name is subhankar and i am a student and a responsible citizen of delhi..
Today (26 november 2017, at 4:00pm) i taken bus from piragadi to baipaas..
To take ticket i gave money to conductor but he didn't given me ticket by saying"main dekh lunga koi baat nhi"..
He also not giving tickets to other passangers.. Please do something and take strict action against all these people..!

Dl - d[protected] m bawana gas agency se 7:30 baje evening m batha tha. Jab maine paise de diye the ticket conductor ko p usne ticket nahi diya. Usne baya tha ki bus break down h aur bola peeragardi tak jayegi. Usne bus m sabhi passenger ko ticket nahi diya. Bus m 60-70 passenger the. Usne kisi ko ticket nahi diya. Ticket manga to bola bus se utar jao. But bawana gas agency m 1 hour wait karne ke baad lai thi bus isle batana pada. Bus full thi usne kisi ko bhi ticket nahi diya. Pls action immediately. Agar bus break down thi to passenger bithane nahi the bus m. Maine apna dharm samja complaint type karne m. Maine complain no. P phone bhi kiya but kisi ne phone pic nahi kiya (8:54, 8:56, aur 9:00 baje). Bus peeragarhi tak aiye thi. Actually bawana m bus ganto ganto tak nahi athi. Bola jata h ki peergarhi ki rtv (Mini bus) nikal di pehle unse paise khate h eis liya government loss m. Pls action immediately.

I am Karsin Manocha Law Student at Jamia Millia Islamia.

At 7 Pm At Sukhdev Vihar Bus Stop, 2 Busses on Route 534 Towards Mehrauli Terminal didn't stop at the bus stop even after I waved my hand and speeded up when came close to me which give me no chance to board the bus and it was a scary moment as the bus was too close to my body.

At night, when service is itself on lower end, catching a bus is a difficult task.

Kindly have the driver pay for its negligent and rash act.

Irregular service of bus route no 108 and misbehavior of drivers with the passenger's traveling in the bus moreover they are not in the time and start competing the another bus near by location. Recently old lady was travelling in the bus she was standing in the bus the bus driver was driving rash the lady requested drive slow immediately driver bus has been brake down but when conductor request again started the bus to take its route and another incident is driver misbehaved with the passenger's and giving gali, slapped him immediately asked the behaviour of the staff otherwise they will trouble.

मुझे[protected] को रूप नगर के स्टेंड पीआर पकड़ा गया था उस दिन मेरे पास नकद मे पैसे नही होने के कारण दोस्त का पास लिया था जिसके कारण मेरे पीआर फ़ाइन लगाया गयामगर ये केवल 200 रूपय का होना था जिसके जगह पर चेकर दावरा मुझे दारा कर 800 रूपय ले लिए हैं जो की गैर कानूनी है क्यो की एक दिन का सरकार द्वारा लगाया गया बस जुर्माना केवल 200 का है।
उन्होने उझे उसकी कोई स्लीप भी नही दी और मुझ से एक लेटर लिखवारा येव कह कर की ये हैड ऑफिस जाएगा मगर ये मुझे धोखा लगा है अगर जल्दी ही इस पर कार्यवाई नही की गई टी मे[protected] को उन पर केस करने को मजबूर हो जाऊंगा इस लिए मुझे जल्दी से मेरे 600 रूपय जो एक दिन के जुर्माने से कहीं ज्यादा लिया गया हैं।

Dear sir,
I rajni tanwar, was travelling today (Nov 15, 2017) from nehru place to palam in a cluster bus route no.:764, bus no:dl1p0042 at 5:55pm. Inspite of saying the driver to stop the bus at the bus stand of palam, he did not stop the bus and he stopped directly at dwarka sector 1 and when i asked that what was the problem in not stopping the bus at the bus stand at palam (Previous) stand, he misbehaved with me by saying "yes, i was having problem" and "there is no bus stand at palam" infact there is a proper bus stand having board also.
Please take strict action regarding this issue.

I, shivam gupta, had paid rs 415 (Through online banking of axis bank) on 08/11/17 for driving licence renewals of my father, anand gupta. The amt has been debited from my bank and the officer in janakpuri deptt. Is saying that their system is not denoting any payment or appointment made. I want to know the status or kindly process the refund for the same.
