Respected sir/madam,
I want to draw your attention towards the issue regarding my permanent driving license.
Actually i applied for the license of following categories of vehicle:-
1) lmv
2) gear 2 wheeler

I already have a non-gear 2 wheeler license before applying for the above said categories.

The trasport authorities have made my lmv category of driving license and not made license for gear 2 wheeler inspite i was passed in the driving test.
Now when i went to the authority they are saying that i have to apply again for the gear 2 wheeler category of vehicle.
The inspector who took my test was not even willing to respond my questions.

Right now i am carrying 2 driving license. One for the lmv vehicles and the another for non-gear vehicle.
I am a student right now and its such a hard task for me to again pay the fees for this.

Please have a look into this matter and take a strict actions as soon as possible.

I want to inform you that a bus driver of (Dl — 2827 from dichaon kalan depo. On dated 20-06-17 about 7.30 pm) did not open the back door at dwarka mode where i was waiting for bus for nahafgarh, i was asking to the conductor to get the door open but he say that he can not do any thing because driver does not listen to me, any how i get into the bus from front door and ask the driver why are you not opening the back door, he rudely said i do not open the back door "tumhe jo karna hai kar lo" what ever you can do you do, when i said what is the problem if you open the door, again he shouted at me and say "mai nahi kholta kiya kar logo ja kar phiche chup chap baith ja". I went to the conductor and take a ticket and asked for complaint book to complain the driver but conductor did not provide the complaint book. His driving was also very rough.
Hope, if possible you will take proper action against him.

I am a regular passenger of route no.336a traveling from jagatpuri a block to ina market. Today on 19.6.2017, i alongwith other five passengers were waiting for the bus. At around 8.40 a. M. A bus with route no.336a came to jagatpuri a blcok with speed and did not stop at bus stop, despite our request. I could not see the bus number as it was with very much speed. But as i saw it was dl1pc6457. Please take action against the driver and also issue directions to stop at each and every stage, so that the passengers would not suffer.

Hi, this is to inform you that today 23 may 2017 - 09:00 hr's morning while i am going to office, at dhaula kuan bus no. Dl1pd 0136 is coming towards from dhaula kuan flyover. Bus route is not mentioned on display board due to display board is not working. Driver is doing rash driving. When i have asked driver why are you doing so he is saying this is non of your business. When i have say you are not obeying traffic rules he is saying, go & complaint to any body i dont care. This type of behavior is not at all acceptable. Pl. Do some thing.

I here writting a complain for bus driver as well as for conductor for not stopping for at Ashram bus stop for last one week but when i take this bus at lajpat nagar then he pick up but when i was and will be at Ashram bus stand then he is not stop bus so please take action as much as possible and i already complain before 10days about this problem but didnt get any response so this time you take action otherwise i will complain directly to the AGM of delhi transit because i have number of him

It is requested to extend dimts cluster bus route no.921 form rani khera to mundka metro station (Just 2km away) which provide better connectivity to many passengers of rani khera village, bhagya vihar, madan pur dabas village, shaheed bhagat singh colony, karala, begampur, pooth, rohini, rama vihar and sukhbir nagar with delhi metro. This also benefits dimts as mundka metro station is just 2 km from rani khera & many passengers will daily use it to connect with delhi metro by this service.

This is regarding the RASH/Negligence Driving of Bus Reg No. DL-1P C-4432, Opp. Flour Mill Road Roshanara Road at about 9:25 AM on[protected].

The bus was heading to Baraf Khana.
I was waiting for my turn to cross the road from Nirankari Bhawan side to Delhi Flour Mill side through the cut on my scooty. Without looking right Side, he was driving the bus. I had a narrow escape just because I hit my scooty to next of my scooty crossing the road, but the bus driver was driving the vehicle in speed and least bothered about the other side on the road. Back Right side of the bus will have the scratch marks also (i think). These are narrow roads, there are cuts given to cross the road for two wheeler etc. Today this could be major accident, if i would have not hit my scooty to the next of mine.

Day by day the bus service of 182A get worse and most important the conductor and driver u picked from haryana they plie these buses on their own time it may like i[censored] wait for 182A u had to wait for 30-40 ...for a bus this is the worst bus service i get and today i face a experince so i finally decided to file a complain that is wait 1 for 182A at kamla nagar then it comes and guess what it comes on 4:30 nd my waiting time starts from 3:30 after that the driver said that at shastri nagar that bus got breakdown and the reason so funnish that front door is not opening intead of running the bus he jst stop it ...plaese look towards the 182A bus ...service ...sir these haryanvi ..they making ur dimts service like.a local RTV type ..service but RTV had better frequency rate than your local type 182A bus ...so thnaksfull regards a common educated men...

Complaint against driver

Hello sir, ma'am my self Nishant Sharma I want to compliant against bus driver name Ankit bus no dl-1pc6580 route no 883 he doesn't ho how to drive I had meat with accident on 20 march 2017 in this case I have lost 10000 rupees I had already compliant against his but no one take a serious action I have one requires to you plz my benefit thanx [protected]

I here one Complain regarding Delhi Transit Bus Service.Today i sit in Bus No.-507 with vehical number-DL1PC5416 at 12:30PM and i take ticket of Rs10 from Shaheen bagh to Andrew Ganj and i give Rs100 to the Bus Conductor and he not return me the remaining amount that is Rs90 by telling me lie that he have not change and forcing me to take a ticket of Rs5 more but my route is different so i change my bus from Andrews Ganj so please sir tell me the procedure of getting my remaining money from the Transit bus service, for this i will be very thankful to you.

I was travelling in DTC Cluster Bus No.DL1P1304 Route No. 729, Mori Gate to Kapashera Border, I have my ticket no. T[protected]-0009. On reaching my bus stop at Shiv Murti Next to Rangpuri in the morning at 10:52 AM today on[protected], I inform driver to stop the bus duly before coming stand but as he was busy on his mobile phone doing some text message while driving, he didnot stop bus on stand, Then again when i request him to stop bus after passing stand, he shouted on me, that he will not stop bus as the stand passes away and say "tu apne phone pe laga raha" and misbehave with me. and then he stops me at Rajokari stand from where i come after travelling 5 km again which take half an hour more.
Respected authority request to look in to matter and do needful and take necessary action against driver (Using phone while driving, Misbehave with passenger, Not stop bus on proper stand).

The bus conductor refused to give ticket instead of paying for that, on forcing him to give ticket he says he is here dont take tension he will handle, and when checking occurs passengers have pay fine without any fault.
I have seen this many time with different conductors but on same route " 761 manglapuri " .

This totally unfair and disguistable as passengers have to pay fine instead they have paid for their ticket.

I request you to take strict action against these conductors .

Sometimes I always think are drivers are the owner of transit bus?
Why they don stop the bus at bus stop?
Dl 1pc 6331 at 12.35pm at prehladpur bus stand route 717...
Waiting from 1205pm when it's reach at 1235 at stop he has not stopped...

Second report today after thinking to continue and make more to make report more..
Today again 26feb at 12.30pm again bus has not been stopped.

Waiting from 12.05 pm at prehladpur after a long haul at stand bus come at 12.30pm, bus no. Dl 1pc 6376 route 717.
Then I plan to take cab and take over that bus so I can add one pic

So dear all Where are we wrong?

This is to bring into your kind notice that on dated 3.2.2017 time around 9.30PM when bus was about to close duty and put bord of 901 STL Kanjhawala depot.
we took bus at budhvihar stop but after while move Mr Conductor was sitting on senior citizen sheet . A very old person took bus and seek help and asked conductor to vacate sheet but conductor was very rudely behave the old person and shouts at him.
meanwhile when bus just moved ahead of 200-300 meter conductor forcefully told driver to stop bus and threat every passenger that bus is ahead of time and shall move about 11 PM .
every body of plied passenger get down and took another bus.

this is the against discipline and harassment to senior persons in night time .
should take a serious punishment.

Sir/madam, I want to draw your attention towards the bus route no 221 plying between Anand vihar isbt to Mori gate terminal by Delhi transit buses.
Dtc buses of this route no are plying under the shahadra flyover as per schedule by transport department to provide transport facility to a large number of population living under the shahadra flyover.
But buses rendered on this route by DIMTS are not plying their buses under the shahadra flyover. Dimts buses plying over the shahdara flyover. It is a very serious crime that these buses are plying over the bridge.passengers are forced to spend a lot of money on transportation. Passengers are forced to use other wrong commmuting transport, which are not safe for them. We need some relief to get buses under the shahadra flyover. Thanks

I took bus route no 805, bus no DL1p0728, time 2100 hr date 4/12/16 from Azad pur bus terminal, driver took bus over all new flyover Azad pur, madhuban chk & Meera bagh flyover, he deboard me at foot of Meera bagh flyover I told him to go through below flyover as I have to go to CRPF camp bus stop but he completely denied me, & deboard midway at 2145 hr, I have purchased up to CRPF camp of Rs 15/-, kindly take necessary action against driver & conductor for not following authorised bus route as per transport department for 805

It has been found that the drivers of cluster kair depot do not take the passengers from uttam nagar while going to kair depot after their duties off. All the buses would have been closed their windows and show the board of kair depot, while going to kair depot. Please give the direction to kair depot's drivers to take the passengers from uttam nagar, otherwise their pay will be deducted.

I boarded bus route 832, bus no dl 1[ 0859, orange colour bus, from raja garden at about 1320 hours on 15.11.2016 for my destination to c2b janak puri.
When the bus reached red light near maharaja surajmal institute the driver diverted the bus from its scheduled route to wards harinagar/backside of bharti college.
I had to getdown at c2b stop but i was forcedto get down at c5a stop.
The conductor and driver refused to provide complaint book
they remarked-you cannot do any harm to us, nobody in dtc will take action against us
i am senior citizen and arthiritis patient. I had to walk down a distance of 1.5 km approx
i request a stern action against the erring driver conductor and driver of the bus

सर में रोज सुबह अपनी कॉचिंग के लिए मुखर्जी नगर जाता हूं जिस बस में जाता हूं उस बस का रूट 185 है और बस नबर 6530 डाईवर का नाम
सुधीर है जोकि बुरारी 6 लोगो का ग्रुप है ये हमे आगे से चढ़ता है ऐसे ही आगे संतनगर से 4 सवारी आगे से चढ़ा के पैसे ले लेता है जब कन्डक्टर अपनी सीट छोड़ के आगे उन्हें टिकट के लिए बोलता है तो डाईवर बोलता है यही उतरेगे तू अपनी सीट पर जा जब कन्डक्टर नहीं मानता तो बोलता है लाल किला खरीदेगा या डिपो में सफ़ेदी कराएं ग आप से विनती है इस डाईवर के खिलाफ कोई कार्यवाही की जाये ये इस डाईवर का रोज का काम है

Sir, I have made e-payment for issue of DL and was successfully on 29/09/2016 for on line DL. The payment details:-

But, Again I paid Rs. 250 on office payment counter on 01/10/206 as on demand of South West, vasant vihar . Receipt No.01-87297.
Kindly arrange the refund directly to my bank. thanks
