Dear Sir

This is regarding the case of not following the proper route and also misbehave by the driver and conductor of the cluster bus no. DL IP D 1154 on August 26, 2016 at around 1.00 pm in Dwarka.

I boarded bus route no. 751 from Sector 3-4 bus stop to get down at National Law University Sector 14 Dwarka but it took another route to make the route shorter. When I asked the driver misbehaved with me and said "Jo karna hai kar lo".

Can something be done.

i took this bus from masjid modbus stand and the way driver stopped the bus was horrible, the moment i was standing, he didnt even waitted and suddenly jerkly he geared and moved the bus, the reason i ask was foolish given by conductor but i did analysed that, driver was trying to do race with another bus 764 same orange cluster..whole route he drove rashly and applying break was horrible i felt down due to jerk brake while taking ticket..again i complaint conductor..both were laughing, this is not the way to treat customer or they are driving bus. whole passenger responsibility is in their hand, but it was not worth traveling, kindly see to this matter and take action !

Of late frequency of bus no 624 a (from anand vihar to munirka) has become quite erratic, specially in the morning office hours. bus reaching balco around 08:30 towards munirka does not come regularly.

You may agree that the route is very beneficial for office goers from ip extension to ito, upsc, safdarjung, rk puram. ip extension is full of residential societies and office goers. it badly needs an ac bus with greater frequency. it is requested that this bus may be made ac and frequency be made at least four times during office hours. it will be a great help to residents of ip extension.

This is to bring the issue to your notice that the bus service of 47A, whose itinerary is between Inderpuri to Central workshop has been changing its departure timing for past few weeks. The person who assigns the time have been doing this willingly. The Bus which used to leave at 10.30 AM is being kept on hold for hours without any proper reason. This has created a lot of problem for the passengers.

Kindly look into the matter.

Today i have taken the ticket of bus conductor saket metro station to parhladpur bus stop . But conductor has been given fake tickect to me krishangujng . That time i did not see the ticket after 15 to 20 min ticket chicker came to our bus, he checked my ticket and told me you have taken the ticket kishan gung, i already told him conductor has given to ticket . He charged me without ticket travening in bus . After ticket cheker went than codoctor told me why have paid the money rs.200/- and bus details is given below

Delhi transit, receipt no 427342, bus no 6352, route no 717 date[protected]

My driving licence dispatched through speed post bar code no. Ed[protected]in on 10.03.2016 not delivered to me.

In this regard i would like to inform you that licence was not delivered due to post man of our area on leaves as infirmed by a.K. Mohangarden post office.

Wrong status updated in online software.

I personally visit to collect the driving licence but they are ready to deliver.

In view of above i make a complaint in this regard on india post mail id but no reply received till date.

I request you to take the necessarry action as you are relying on the india post services for delivery of driving licence.

Conductor has not allowed to sit me on the side seat of conductor seat forcibly, he rudely behaved and after removing me, gave seat to his friend.

I know that seat is meant for passengers. Kindly take action against the conductor so that we will not harrass or suffer in future.

Aaj maine 108 inderlok se hari nagar ke lie li. Maine pure 15 ₹ conductor ko die ticket ke lie but conductor ne mje 10₹ ki ticket di. I am logging a complaint against the bus driver of 874 Route no bus. At tilak pul today around 09:15 am, bus arrived at stand but trying to skip, I followed the bus to step in but driver accelerated the speed. As I was about to catch it, he closes the doors and my hands stranded in it following dragged along with bus for few meters ahead and next bus was just about to hit me. Public inside yelled out to hold the speed then I boarded. Sir, I didn’t say anything to driver but to you only since I believe you may restrain these life threatening incidents. Respected Sirs, we are the students of IIT Delhi, Hauz Khas. Sir we boarded the bus No. DL1PC 5424 because our actual bus (whose tickets we had i.e. DL1PC 5425 ) met with an accident near IIT. Sir the driver of this bus DL1PC 5424 didn't take the bus to IIT hostel gate stand even after our and other fellow passengers' request many no. of times. He dropped three o[censored]s near the starting of flyover on very busy outer ring road. It was very risky for us to even cross the road because of very heavy traffic and that too one o[censored]s was a severely ill (for his treatment only we had gone to AIIMS, from where we boarded the actual bus which later on met with an accident ) The time of deboarding was 7:06 PM. We hope you will take prompt action against the unruly and misbehaving driver and bring the same to our notice even. FEEDBACK ONLY. If DIMTS wants to improve the service of it's fleet. They have to do the survey. One observer should sit in the Bus for one trip on different routes. Once a week. He should note down what is wrong and submit it"s report to DIMTS. By doing so DIMTS can increase it"s revenue and better the services. Sir their is only one solution to make ramp in the center of bus stands on all the newly constructed bus stands. The floor height is too high. It is not easy for the blind person or senior citizens to climb this high floor of bus stands also when the bus comes to climb down is also not easy. Please do the needful at the earliest. At 10:am today, I call your customer care[protected] where some room boy Mr SONU told that no body is avaialabe here & staff will come at 10: 30 am.I wanted some urgent enquiry which could not be got . your office time is 09:30am & your sraff were not present upto 10 am. please see

The bus driver has not stop the bus at the bus stop ISHWAR NAGAR around 9' am, when I came to point them out, the bus driver n conductor misbehaved n abused me n said not again stop the bus. The cycle renting stand at moolchand is operating at highly unorganized manner. 1. The person incharged of renting cycles does not follow any system creating problems for public. 2. There are hardly any cycles which are in working condition according to him. 3.He refuse to rent cycles after 6 pm for which the supposed time is 8pm. 4.He rents cycles to unauthorized people known to him without submitting their IDs while refusing to lend the same cycle to common public saying that the cycles due for repair. 5.Moreover there operstes a whole gang made up of cycle stand employee, some guards and other jobless people who create an unsocial environment at the cycle stand. I request the concerned person to kindly look into the matter and schedule inspection of the cycle stand so as to put it in use for common public.

Today morning at 8:45 am on delhi gate crossing an orange cluster bus dl - 1p c 3562 was been driven by a mad driver. The light turned green for user from aruna asif ali marg to jln marg. This bus driver driving from old delhi towards ito even after seeing the light has turned red did not stop but instead turn on the gas. A person who was riding a moped / bike just then came in front the bus and was hit badly by the bus. The driver had noticed the bike but then also he did not care to apply brakes. Had it not be low floor bus there would have been a mishap today. The driver was ashamed of his deed. He was then also smiling. And he tried to reverse the bus back as if nothing had happened. After seeing the anger of the public he came down to see the injured. It is requested that action be taken against the errant driver. So that others should learn the value of other peoples life.

Dear sir there were accidents involving two wheeler due to broken manholes (Two numbers)
Location; at intersection of brt and outer ringh road at chirag delhi red light just before turning left towards gk 2 from brt (From moolchand side) .

Kindly do the needful.

after filling up the all required details on DIMTS(service for taking appointment for driving licenece), when i made the last step of payment by using my debit card of oriental bank of commerce, then i got the message of deduction of the amount of Rs.325/- on my mobile phone but the screen showed me the message of the appointment failure.
I want the complete refund of my amount as soon as possible.
the amount got deducted on 05-JUL-15, 4:53:10(evening)

please resolve my issue as soon as possible
