I recharged my dish tv vc no. [protected] with 295 rs. On 28 june 2015 but you closed the channels on 24 june 2015...why..??only 26 days you provide the validity instead of 1 month you bloody ..give another 4 days within 1 hour..otherwise i will complaint in consumer forum..

    I am extremely upset with the service I am getting from Dish tv. I am using Platinum Sports pack but I am getting 'Signal Not Found' error for most of the channels. I had tried to contact the customer care but all the time the number is busy. The 1800... number is horrible.It gives some unwanted promotional message and after that line got disconnected. If you have enough number of customers and don't want to provide service to them, then why don't you shut down the customer care division.The customer care people can't even communicate with the customer properly also. I am from Bangalore and the service here is horrible. After a stressful day if I can't watch my TV after paying around 450 rupees per month then why should I continue with this connection?

        Most Urgent: Am forwarding the previous mails for immediate resolution to my renewal date error complaint pending for the last 4 months. Have to repeat that there was no request for package change/upgradation made on 22/03/15. It was rather for the missing news channels & My A/c that was blank.The same was restored .However the renewal date changed to 21/07/15 from 31/08/15. Reported the same while the complaints were being addressed . Was surprised to be told that the change in the renewal date was due to the package cost increase from February '15 although should not remain applicable in my case since had made the renewal payment in January'15 for the package validity till 31/08/15. Kindly therefore restore the correct renewal date to 31/08/15 & revert action immediately.           New set top box installed has sound problem. Problem complaint was registered. Dish TV representative arrived rectified the problem however demanded for extra money. We had to pay additional amount of Rs.170 which is not correct when there was problem from service provider for new set top box Req No.18975457

              My VC no : [protected] At the time of wiring done, from dish antenna to setop box there was a join inbetween the wires. My connection was around 2 years over, since this is fault from service person, now there some water went inside this wires due to rain so some of the channels not coming. Need a solution for this

              This issue based on yesterdays topic,
              The name of the shop where i have purchased the dishtv connection is "Mangalore Radio House" in mangalore (PINCODE:575001). I have also attached the images of work they have done here. Also the name of the shop.

              You can see in the wire picture, that how the technician has done the knot, without any connector and all. Which is not a good quality work.

                Charged 750 instead of 500 to replace set top box by the service technician in Nawa City, Rajasthan (S.K. Electricals Nawa city). Apart from this, the technician fiddled with the dish and now we receive half the channels. Upon asking him to recheck, he is demanding 250 Rs.

                    have recharge my dish tv VC NO.[protected] retaler on dishtv Rs.1025 On 17/07/2015 at 05:51:19.I have recived a deduction SMS of transaction refrence from retaler but the amout did'nt transferred to the account and my dish tv is switched off.Please refund my amout of 1025 rupees in my account..                       This is proof that I have selected channels third and last time. Sir I feel defeated in front o[censored] and don't have this much time for this silly job. U r totally time and money wastage. After 3 days I will file my petition to consumers court here in Chennai, kindly send ur rep. My dishtv acc no is [protected]. Kindly treat this as last msg from my side. Next time we will meet in court. Also send me recorded voice conversation with your rep, in which they are falsely blaming me that I denied for pick up channels, selected from my side on 10&12 Jul. Dishtv is totally baseless and a fraud org, not complying govt. broadcasting rules. I will challenge ur poor service in consumers court.

                        Very disappointing service by Dish Tv, As my last date of recharge was 16th July and I have done recharge on same day through PAYTM (its order number is [protected]). As per paytm, they do not receive confirmation from Dish tv about my recharge. So, I was waiting for your confirmation from 8 am of 16th July to 4 Pm of 17th July 2015 and I do not received any reply from you. I called your customer care on 17th July approx around 4 pm, Your executive (Miss Shubhangi Patil) told me that I have to pay grace charges now as my connection was deactivated at that time. I asked her "what is my mistake? why should I pay Rs. 25, whereas Rs 1000 was already debited from my account and I am not getting any service from you for more than 16 hours." She told me, "Sir please speak with our senior executive about the same. Then Call transferred to senior executive and connection dropped. I was trying to call you back, then I put my number in CLICK TO CALL service on your site. I got a Call and before completing the conversation he discontinued call. Again e-mailed you about discontinuing your service and I was waiting for your reply, still I tried to contact you till 6pm, again no any response from you.
                        After 6 pm, I requested to paytm about returning my money back to my account and I got it within 10 seconds. So, I dont know, who is responsible for this, either dish tv or paytm, but I am not going to pay any grace charge and hence I am going to discontinue your service. Thanking You for serving us more than 8 years, but I do not see any respect for loyal customers by your side.

                            My set top box stopped working from last Friday and raised a complaint on Saturday morning on customer care number and came to know from the servicing person that set top box will be replaced with an old repaired set top box for Rs 1000+. I have requested for a new one and was asked to reach out to customer care number. Spoke to the customer care and got confirmation that I can pay for a new connection (1800 for HD) and get the new connection and pair up the old vc to new STB. They also said they will send a mail to the nearest servicing center ( I live in Nizampet, Hyderabad). However the person incharge at the servicing center (Akshay) is claiming that he had not received any communication and pressing to take the old STB only. I do not understand why he is pressing me to take old (refurbished) STB and not willing to install a new connection and pair the old VC to new STB. I have contacted customer care and Akshay numerous times to get this resolved. I request DISHTV to get this resolved immediately. I am not able to use my connection from last 4 days. My VC No. - [protected] My RMN - [protected]

                              We have dish channel from 2010 .and in between one person we are paying every 3 months, HIS NAME IS Mohammed Thanweer Kandathil ..I ask this gentle man give me mobile no which is registered .our vc no .and he is not willing .
                              our VC .NO .[protected] .NOE RENEW Date is last day 23/7/2015.

                                  Myself Manoj Kumar from Noida sec-49 Barola. At the time of my new connection I was get error 301. I was tell to the technicians that what that problem they tells me that it will working properly after some time but some channels are not working after one year of my connection . And your customer care services is very poor in spite of calling them 50 times they don't respond and claim that the system is not working.                                       I have recharge my dish tv VC NO.[protected] via SBI Online throug Oxigen Rs.240 On 17/07/2015 at 01:51:19.I have recived a deduction SMS of transaction refrence No.IG0AJAVTH4 from SBIINB but the amout did'nt transferred to the account and my dish tv is switched off.Please refund my amout of 240 rupees in my account..                                         I Sachin Murari Agharkar recharged my dish TV A/C for Rs 500/- on 11/7/15.Since 14/7/15 my A/C is deactivated.Despite of frequent complaints the issue is not resolved yet.Even your customer care seniors are not worried about customer's problem.They advised me to call corporate representatives in Delhi to solve the issue. It is disgusting that after 72 hrs my problem is not resolved.As your poor customer care is unable to solve the issue...please advise disconnection procedure & refund my dues. Thank you.
