I Sachin Murari Agharkar recharged my dish TV A/C for Rs 500/- on 11/7/15.Since 14/7/15 my A/C is deactivated.Despite of frequent complaints the issue is not resolved yet.Even your customer care seniors are not worried about customer's problem.They advised me to call corporate representatives in Delhi to solve the issue. It is disgusting that after 72 hrs my problem is not resolved.As your poor customer care is unable to solve the issue...please advise disconnection procedure & refund my dues. Thank you.

    I Madhav Kavale, want to complaint regarding pack change for Dish Tv with VC No. [protected]. Pack for my Dish TV account that of Rs. 285 pm (Maxi Sports) was changed to pack of Rs. 335 pm (All Sports) without prior permission. Also current website of Dish TV do not registers complaints regarding pack change. Instead it directs to an option for upgrading pack. I do not intend to upgrade pack. I intend to restore it back to previous pack.

      My VC No. is [protected]. Name - Rathindra Nath Karmakar, Mob No. [protected] Address - A-306, Sargam co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Chharwada Road, Vapi- 396191, distric - Valsad, Gujarat.Recently I have exchanged SD set top box to HD set top box by paying Rs.599/- as per the offer announced by M/s. Dish TV. My SD set top box was connected with Sony Home Theatre System.The mechanic came to install the box, he take out all the wires and he cannot reconnect the HD set top Box with mentioned Home Theatre System. To reconnect I have to call other technician and I have to pay Rs.200/-. After that I have recharged my VC No. is [protected] account with Rs.1440 on 10.07.2015. The same day I got message from M/s. DISH TV that I can see GAME ON HD pack absolutely free for 15 days, but with my new HD set top box HD channels are not activated and I cannot enjoy HD Channels gifted by the company. My TV is Samsung HD LED TV with 42" screen. I contacted 5 to 6 times to customer care personnels but nobody take initiative to resolve the problem. Last of all one of the personnel informed me that they can send the technician, if problem is of Hardware I have to pay for that. My question is why I have to pay for Hardware as as I have purchased new set top box hardly 15 days old. Now I doubt that either the set top box given to me is not able to catch HD Channels or the offer was not at all given to me.

      On Sunday (19.07.2015) representative from Dish TV has contacted me at 5-30 PM and assured me that my VC will be checked by Technician (without and service charge) and as I have exchanged the set top box recently, if required it will be replaced with new one without any charge.Immediate after that local distributor / agent contacted me and it has been surfaced that their technician had not attached the special attachment (they call it Camera) with my dish Antena which is required for activation of HD Channels, instead they had left it in my residence. At the time of installation my wife was only present in my residence, The local distributor informed me that yesterday (Sunday) itself their representative will visit my residence but nobody came yesterday. I was waiting for Technician up to late night in my residence. M/s. Dish TV should not given this type of responsibility to such an irresponsible organisation, This will definitely affect the goodwill of the company. I am not sure whether the technician at all visit my residence or not.
      Happy to inform you that today (20.07.2015) at 12-30 PM Technician attended my residence and resolved the problem. Now we can see HD Channels. On 10.07.2015 I was gifted for 15 days GAME ON HD pack for 15 days. But in fact it is activated from today (20.07.2015). Requesting M/s. Dish TV to count 15 days for this gift from today. Hope that M/s. Dish TV will grant my request.

        first of all this is ridiculous that a customer need to pay for a call he /she make to the customer care. That is also waiting more than a 5 minuets and guess what we have to pay that waiting call. Totally obnoxious and unacceptable. this is Your so called customer satisfaction??? Disgusting !!! Secondly after paying for all those waiting minuets if a customer run out of balance than i guess its your responsibility to cal back, isn't ? That guy whom i call he eventually didn't call me . And My complaint don't have any value any more. i would say You DishTv provide third class customer services. Now i have decide to cut My DishTv Connection !!!

          i had buy STB few months back and after three months it stops working, sometimes play channel and hangs in between your engineer visit my place and saying that box is faulty and can not be replaceable you have to buy new, do you have any warranty on box or not or you are selling faulty pieces solve my issue or i can take it legally, you have pathetic customer care service your customer care numbers are always not working vc no.[protected] contact no.             I have shifted from Ahmedabad to Navi Mumbai (Vashi) recently. I called Dish TV Customer Care for installation of dish antenna. The customer care informed that they do not accept installation request directly and that I will have to call their authorised dealer "Ravi Enterprise" who does this work in Navi Mumbai. I Called Ravi Enterprises several times, on 9 of the 10 times either his mobile is switched off or he is busy on other call. Despite seeing missed calls he does not revert back. By chance, if he takes my calls he assures that he will arrange the installation of dish antenna. However, despite lapse of 4 days (from 10.07.2015) no one has come to install the dish antenna. I again requested Dish TV Customer Care to arrange the installation of dish antenna however, they refused to accept my said request and advised me to contact Ravi Enterprise only. I do not know how Dish TV can be so irresponsible to hear their customers. My VC No. os [protected]. I which if Dish TV can help in installing the dish antenna.

                    I am an existing customer of Dish TV and my VC number is [protected]. Having moved to a new place, I contacted Dish TV on 10 Jul, 2015 afternoon on their Dish helpline number[protected] requesting them to send a technician who could install the dish at the new place. However, the call center executive informed me that the system is currently not able to get in touch with the technician and instead shared the contact details of the technician, Mr Jadhav[protected], who will help with the installation of the dish. I called Mr Jadhav soon after the previous call and he informed me that the installation cannot be done on Friday and to give him a reminder call (customers are supposed to remind them!) at 10.30 AM the next day (Sat). I called him again the following day at 10.30 in the morning and was told that he will call back after an hour. After waiting for another 2 hours without a callback, I contacted Mr Jadhav again. However, this time the call was answered by someone else and the person told me that Mr Jadhav is busy and he will give a call in sometime. Having received no call till evening 6.30, I tried calling again but all of my calls were unanswered. Its already Sunday midnight and I haven't received any call from Dish or their technician. I am clueless on how do I get the relocation installation done as the representatives at Dish do not seem to care. I have a cable plan that costs me Rs 450 for 30 days. I would like Dish to get the relocation installation done as early as possible and also refund me money commensurate to the number of days for which nobody is attending to my installation request. Pathetic service. Unhappy.

                          vc no. [protected] there is a service provided by dishtv to customers in the name of movie on demand, where we pay for watching certain movie on a particular channel. customer also has an option wherein one can redeem the reward points earned. we earn reward points only if we pay distv on time. to my understanding i have around 1100 points, which means i have always made the payment before the due date. i have many times ordered movie on demand by calling the customer care no. of dishtv and everytime have got a confirmation that the request has been taken against my earned reward points. to my surprise last time when i ordered one movie and requested the customer care executive to adjust it against my reward points, i was told that all my previous requests have been taken against cash and not reward points. this is a clear case of cheating where commitment made to the customer is not honoured. i want dishtv to pull out all my call records where i have requested for a movie on demand and confirm this(i have been told everytime i call that all calls are recorded) i have put across this concern to dishtv customer care but no action taken. nobody even made a courtesy call. this time on 11.7.15 when i ordered another movie, my account was deducted with Rs.100 and i didnt even got the movie on my TV i want this Rs 100 refunded and also all my previous money deducted towards movie on demand to be refunded and adjusted towards my reward points

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, On 24 June 2015 I ordered for Dishtv connection. This is the booking Reference number is 550212 regarding the transaction. After 2 days the technician visited and confirmed that due to unavailability of south-east location, the antenna cannot work. So the money will be refunded within 2-3 days. I'm calling the customer care and they always make to wait on the call for hours and not resolving the issue. The order was for DishTV HD+ and paid money was 1700/- online. Kindly help me to get this refund money from dishtv.

                                    my vc number [protected] myself sunil mishra.i was activateing pick by channel but some different channels i got i was add starsports 1, otv, taranga but i get star sports 3, sarthak tv, wb, aajtak...and after give a lot of complaints the probelem does noe resolve yet.and no option for change channels on website, , and also if add then 3 month recharge maintain must, , i will very much worried to your service, , and decided to never use.

                                      Moved our dush tv connection from one room to another for which they charged 500 rs a couple of months back without valid reason. Everytime there is little wind blowing, we get "signal not found" error. When called the helpline they said technician will come to righten the connection and charge around 200 again. This is a common practice. Since the dish is at a high end of the building you can't always do it yourself and the company uses it as a trick to make money.

                                        i have an connection of your company with VC no [protected] and on last sundya i had booked a movie th movire on demand and this booking is th bonus points with you but at the same time Rs 100 has been deducted fm my account and after complaing they assure us to retured the same in my account max with in 24 house.
