Respected hon. my vc.no--[protected] my name is PATEL KAMLESH NARAYANBHAI PALANPUR(BK) GUJRAT To day change my old set box (KAIN company) and installed new set box dish tru HD plus with recorder (serial no=DST [protected] AND MODEL NO=AF-8012H and chip ID- [protected]) by NANDI TRADIND CO. PALANPUR (bk) had not updated and not given reply so now I am not enjoy to see dishtv

    I was on a vacation for a month. when I returned from my Vacation . I found that my Dish TV HD member ship has been deactivated. . Now I am not getting any channels . Just message saying that that it has been deactivated. I have full subscription till the month of september. Please activate the channels as soon as possible

        TO, DishTV Customer care, Hi! I have a serious complaint to make. I have a DishTv HD connection with the VC Number [protected]. On June 5th I recharged my DishTV connection for six months by making the payment online using credit card. I received an e-mail confirming the receipt of the payment as well as the recharge period of six months. I was surprised that the service provider “ F. Ali DBA Dishtv Channel.” charged me for the recharge...

        Respected Sir, Please I, Sathi Das, VC No. [protected], request you to kindly replace the registered mobile no. [protected] with [protected]. It is because my mobile have dual sim [protected] & [protected], someone named Brijmohan in my registered mobile no [protected] is using my payment i dont know how, let the issue stop, each month i pay the bill and always i get the message that you have to pay the amount today, i cant say you from which mobile no it shows " plz pay", it is going with me last 1 & half year but as i cannot connect you due to my busy schedule i apoligise, it really irritates me now.           I got a phone call from DishTV call center offering me 20 days of FREE channels which were not available on my current package. After repeated enquiries, I was told it was absolutely FREE. So I agreed to it. But later I got a message saying that my pack has been upgraded and that I will be charged extra from that day itself. Even the next recharge day was preponed.

            Signing up with Dish, they try to up sale the service protection, which I said no. So my dish gets installed not fully tightened up, and the first windy day my dish gets blown out of adjustment. So here within 2 months, I get the told of getting a service charge for having a tech come out to find problem and fix it, and they try again to up sale the service protection plan, ( how convenient ). I knew it was not installed right, not being tightened, ( maybe on purpose ), so they get close to 30 a month instead of 20, and told them it needed to be fixed for free because of a bad install, which they did, but tried the service up sale, which I said no again. Because I bundle with frontier and pay threw them, I don't see charges from dish. I get extra channels and my bill goes up and I think they are upping the cost of my package. 2 1/2 years later I find out they have been charging me for the service protection package, and after hours fighting, trying to get reimbursed for over 2 years being charged for something I asked not for, and threatening to cancel did I have to settle for 20.00 off for 6 months. I think they should had fully reimbursed all charges plus something to make it right. Goes to show, Dish is first and customers second.

              Hi, I got my recharge done on a 10 year old connection and wanted to downgrade my plan. So, I sent a "CALL ME" sms on 57575 on 05 June 2015. I got a call from [protected] and the person I spoke was very abusive, not forthcoming, did not solve the problem and disconnected the call saying he had to go somewhere! I was surprised at the behaviour of this call centre executive. I, then, messaged again and this time got a call from [protected]. This guy, when I told about downgrading the plan and behaviour of earlier call centre person, also did not solve the problem first but, rather, telling me to talk to his superior, put the phone on hold for 10 minutes after which the call got disconnected. I had to send the message again and this time I got a call from [protected] with a lady on line who did the job and connected me with the superior also - who identified himself as Sumedh, but the moment he heard that I wanted to make a complaint about previous call centre employees, he too disconnected the call, saying he is getting network disturbances! This message is for DISHTV people to ponder over what kind of call centre companies they are handing over contracts to deal with the customers - who are manned by ruffians and don't know how to deal with customers. I've decided to get my services disconnected now and get a Tata Sky connection. Thanks a lot, jokers of the call centre - Please feel free to destroy the brand! -A Disgusted Customer

                    My vc number is [protected]. I am very disappointed with one particular issue. This is the 3rd time my pack has been upgraded without my permission... This is just not acceptable... Seems dishtv is just looking to fleece money from customers... I had raised this with customer service in the past... But this just prevails... Not acceptable.

                          Hi, My dishes connection number [protected], it has been around 3 or 4 year old connection my problem is on 18th may 2015 I recharged it, from 28th no channel is coming, when I talked to the customer service they said there is some problems the technician will come and he will check, then I have to pay 250 plus service tax. Exactly last year they did the same. With this they talk about annual amc. When last time the technician came he did nothing simply played with remote and it was OK. I am damn sure they do some malfunctioning from there control room to make money. In my building there are other user of dth from airtel and tatasky older than me. I have never seen them in trouble. Kindly take my problem to the concern and please do the needful. Thanks a lot

                              I have recharged my ID 3 times ([protected]), on my DishTV HD, yet no channels are being shown (Only free channels are shown). I want to enquire why it is not showing any channels, and how to enquire which pack do I have? I bought DishTV before 2 months and did recharges of Rs 240, Rs 195 & Rs250 all on a single day.

                                My DIS TV CARD No- 0151372. . Recently I have changed my residence. Before two months a technician Mr. Pramanik came from your authorized service center .and fixed the dis on the wall of my flat. Just after two days the dis fell down from the wall and we were unable to view the programme as the message was coming THERE WAS NO SIGNAL We booked complain, , technician attended our call after 3 days after 08 times of our follow up. .. He came and fixed the dis with a two Nail only. When we requested him to fixed properly with nut & bolt on the wall . He did not respond our request. As a result yesterday in the evening when we open the TV ., we see it became out of order, no picture is viewing. the message is coming as there is no signal. After investigation we saw that the DIS has came out from the wall and lying on the floor.. and we are unable to view the programme . Today at 08.00 am I have logged complain in [protected] and my complain/ service request * tickect no is[protected].. The quality of work is very poor, they dont want to listen anything. for which we are facing the problem again & again. . Kindly do the needful as such your authorized service center should render the proper service to the customer otherwise there will no other way but to disconnect the DIS TV Connection and have to go for other agency.                                       Dear sir I have a complaint regarding the dish TV which I have been using for last 4 month only. From last two days I am not able to see all channels because of problem accured in dish. I have contacted customer care but they didn't provide me the solution besides they are saying me to give service charge. Although my dish is newly installed hence I am not liable to pay service charge. I have been recharging my dish account time to time and problem still there.
