    Hello, I am tushar mehta. My register mobile number is [protected].I had already one dish tv connection but In the month of july 2015 i watched your advertise for new HD connection in rs.599 so i called your customer care number they arrange call back for me and installation done in rs.599. Now i want to disconnect one of the connection for 3 months so i called them again, noe they told me that you can not continue with one connection either you have to discontinue both connection temporarily or separate the connection by paying 1050 rs., because your new connection is buy back connection. I am shocked, I am totally unaware about this. Because no one had told me at the time if installation or before installation about this. Now they tell me its not our responsibility to tell you those terms and connection, contact dealer who installed that dish, its their responsibility to tell you this terms and condition. I dont understand why i contact dealer?? Its not my job to do so, i have purchased it from dish tv, how can i know about that dealer? After that i got number of the dealer from dish tv customer care. When i called dealer and told above matter than he told me its not our responsibility to told you terms and condition. Call dish tv customer care, our job is only of installation, its not our look out. I again called in customer care, then they told me sir nothing has been done in this matter. It is one kind of cheating with each and every customer. I am shocked that such a brand name company play such a games with customer. Solve my issue as early as possible. And he told dream service ia newly eatablished so they are not aware about anything. Do not go for dishtv ever. Very bad experience.

    First of all thanks to consumer complaints for solving my issue.Best authority for solution of any issue. Dishtv coverted my multi connection into individual connection. So tht now i can use both connection individually.

      I have recharged my dish TV for a year. As per the advertisement, additional 28 days would have added to my expiry date. Inspite of calling toll free and paid customer service no, nothing has been done. I have been wondering how many have been fooled like me. I think have to take them to consumer court if not resolved

        My dishtv vc-[protected] mob-[protected] I wasa little late in making the payment[the last date was 19th august] Imada the payment on the next day [18th] but it was the not reconnected. now whenever the set top box in switched on- it displays the error 102 and for the last 3 days it has been the same .Please resolve this matter .as soon aspossiblle.I have been a loyal dish tv customer for the last 10 years

              My dish tv VC[protected] . I was a little late in making the payment (the last date was 13th August ) I made the payment on the next day (14th) but it was not reconnected. Now whenever the set top box in switched on - it displays the error 102 and for the last 5 days it has been the same. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.                 Please provide as much information as possible...I recharged my dishtv but it doesn't activate. I call the customer care but he didn't help me to activate my dishtv a/c and told me that your remote is not work properly .I wana ask what do u mean by say that we customers are foolish so called you. my money and time is westing behind this process. I politely requested to dishtv please activate my account otherwise I take any legel step against this company.

For the last 15 days, I noticed that due to poor signal, colour TV, some time sony channel, star plus channel, Movies Now is not coming properly showing a message .' No signal".                     I am using Dish TV Tru HD under my Dish Account No :- [protected] and I am running Maxi Sports Pack on my dish. On 14.08.2015, I opened my Dish TV account through internet on my laptop, and I was checking my account and instantly I received a message that GAMES PACK has been activated for Rs.30 per month. I have not subscribed for it, kindly deactivate this pack and revert the amount back in my Dish TV Account. For above Issue i had send "Call Me" message 3 times, and send 5 times emails regularly. But Not a single person responded Call and Email. So I request you to Kindly look into matter and do needful. I shall be very thankful.

                                  Our vc no.[protected] from the begining we are following the FTA pack recently on the recharge the pack is shifted to another one of which 250/- per month so kindly change the pack to normal one which costs 250/- per four months with telugu one and telugu two packages which are selected by us at the starting so shift the pack to FTA

                                    MY ID IS [protected](mahendra kulkarni), DESPITE regular recharge i am not able to watch many channels like colors marathi, zee takies, & tv and many others channels, even free channels too not showing. recently i had talked with customer care and they said that just put channel no.999 and hold about 15 minutes but after even 2 hour channels not showing so plz help...

                                      Dear sir/Madam, This is with reference to the complaint regarding Price increasing day by of super family pack, firt it was @ 230/ month and after that they increased the rate @ 240 telling the customers that call rates are increased by govt. and after 2 month they again increase the price pack @ 250/ telling the same problem, and now they increased the price pack @ 260/ whether all the other subscribers has done so. I want to know whether the government is increasing the call rates on Dish Tv only or they are cheading the customers. I WANT TO SAY ALL THE PEOPLE WHO IS USING THE DISH TV CONNECTION PLEASE LEAVE THIS SUBSCRIBER WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT TO TEACH HIM WHAT CUSTOMER CAN DO.

                                        Mera dish tv vc no [protected] or us main HD World pack ka recharge krwaya tha 4 aug se 301 error de reha hai. costumer care pe call ki unho ne keha ki 30 min k baad chal jyega. jo abi tak nhi chla. ab dish ki re setting krne k lyi service charge mang rehe hai. ab app btao pehle jab cable tv ka koi problem ata tha to kya cable tv wale koi problem solve krne k paise latey they kya? dish inka hai or paise setting krn k ham de kyon ? or na hi abi tak mere paise refund kr rehe hai... 3rd class service hai dish tv ki. dont purchase dish tv set top box
