I had log a request for Multiconnection of DishTV after three day they had installed new dish box but they have not activated my connection since 5 days are pass since Monday 31 Aug 2015 . Every day when I call Call help line At the call center they are saying they will resolve within 24 hrs but not yet completed

    I have taken a new multi connection. Even though I requested for the connection on 6th August, the actual connection was made on 8th August after many follow ups. But they have considered 6th as start up date for considering charges on my set top box. When I told them that I want to finalise my package, I was told that first one month is free and after one month I can choose my package. For safety, I paid Rs.1001 on 13/08/15. When I contacted Dish TV customer care on 2nd September to finalise Jumbo Family South + Jumbo family HD (Rs.215 + 140), I was told that I am on south Platinum pack and I cant downgrade. I am surprised because who has fixed me for South Platinum package. If I was told this in the begining, I would not have taken this connection at all. I want to add other required channels as per my wish on al-a- cart basis along with Jumbo Family South + Jumbo family HD. I am getting unneccessary channels but not getting channels which are important for me. My requirements apart from Family South + Jumbo family HD are Channel Nos- 90/91/92/93/917/919/950/963 and all kids channels 511/512/513/515/518/523/524/525/531/532. I am not interested in any other channels. Please allow me to choose my package instead of insisting what I should take and what I should see. I had to contact DISH customer care three times and each time it has taken 25 minutes to make them understand what I want, but without any result. Please help me. Thanks & Regards, M.Prabhakar

      Hi,
      i have recharged my dish tv for 5 months last week. but it is still not active. When i contacted customer care they told me to wait 24 hrs. they are repeating this 24 hrs Since Saturday 29 Aug 2015. Every 24 hrs i am calling them and i am getting the same reply from them. I tried recharge online it was not working. also i am not able to login to my dish tv account. it seems to be very bad service from Dish tv, last day they told me they will refund me within 24 hrs. Nothing happend.

        I have a dish tv connection from 5 years. But now i am facing very bad signal problem although i am calling customer care several time but problem remain same, no one come to my house to solve the problem.Its really embarrassing.         Yes DishTV is giving very bad services they also taking time for new multti connection already weak is past but it is not activated better go for Videocon good service in mumbai also less charges or go for TATA dishtv connectiion, Sharuk Khan give add but those
        Dish tv admins does not work like Sharuk.

          I booked a new dish tv connection on 21st aug in one of their offer which was for axis bank salaried employees, the true HD offer is for rs999 -the details which you can find on - https://www.dishtv.in/axis website. i paid Rs 1329 online and for which i received an email saying - Dear Sana Alia, Congratulations on choosing dishtv, India’s No. 1 DTH service provider. We welcome you to our family. We wish to inform you that we had received the online payment of Rs.1329 for1 nos. dishtv new connections. We will deliver the product at the following address: Delivery Add: Emerald flat number 203 2nd floor telecom officers Emerald flat number 203 2nd floor telecom officers, HYDERABAD Your booking Reference number is 555001 Please save this unique Reference No:555001 for future reference regarding this transaction.           the thing is that i have sent 100 emails and several calls but no response from their useless dish tv customer care initially they called several times to get the feedback and now when i have really got issues and giving u feedbacks then all the uselss feedbak callers from useless customer care has stopped,

            My VC no is -[protected]. I got it installed in Nov 2013 . I am facing signal problem & called technician on 30 August . He came & did some adjustment & charged Rs 225 for visiting but after 15 minutes again had same problem. I registeredcomplaint again on 31 August & technician came & did something but again after sometime the problem is same. I am really dissatisfied with Dish TV.               On 28/08/15 an amount of Rs 750/-(Seven hundred fifty) only was paid as Recharge of my Dish TV through SBI internet via INB Avenues Private Ltd and the reference No. of payment is[protected]GOAPDZF16 TRANSFER TO 4 . But still payment is not credited into my Dish TV Account. On getting no service ANOTHER PAYMENT of Rs 280 was made as Recharge amount through SBI internet via INB DISH TV payment the reference No of which is DSBI[protected]IGOAPJXNV7 TO . The second as well as first payment has still not been credited to my Dish TV account . Your are cordially requested to get both the payment credited into my Dish TV account .

              On December 20 by miscommunication we recharged our dishtv twice in a day. 1st recharge done through Amazon pay and another is from retailer. But our dishtv switch off with in a month. Vc no is [protected]. I connect with dishtv support care but they are saying they received only one recharge of Rs 350. From our side we had made twice the recharge of Rs 350. Our monthly plan is near about Rs 377. They are not able to trace from which side they received the recharge whether it is Amazon pay or from the retailer. Please help us. Thank you

                COMPLAINT against "Dish TV" Cable for unwanted price increase without intimation to me and unilateral decision by the said cable operator by their executive.
                I called up on thier phone no and spoke to Mr Piyush kumar, a senior executive of Dish TV Cable operator.
                I am a subscriber to Dish TV India Pvt Ltd and having one connection side VC no [protected] since[protected] and subsequently 3 (three) child connection for which i was asked to pay RS 265 for main connection and RS 225 for each child connection.
                now, when i checked for my date of recharging i found that it had been cut off my date of recharging.
                I was told by the executive of the company, he told that the company has increased the amount by RS 110 on my request for an explanation, i was rudely replied to that officer that it was as per their to policy and they need not give an explaination and i have to pay according to their decision and policy of price raise of monthly subscription of recharge according to them and they are not bound to give any intimation or information about it to any of the customers.

                    Dear Sir, I have installed a DishTV at my residence dated 25.04.2015 Receipt No. 702 Model No Dish+ with Recording V .C No [protected], after two months it automatically stopped working, I complained at various No’s & talked to the C.C executives regarding this problem, but I deeply regret to say that they never give me any satisfactory response the complaint no are[protected] & the executives name are om. I kept all the recording and on the basis of that I want to lodge complaint against this fraud persons, my settop box is under warranty and they are not changing it, I requested serval times but everyday they avoided me by that I have applied for HD Box whereas it is not true, I spend more than Rs. 1000 on phone calls but till date they didn’t replace box, these people deceived the customers by providing faulty set top boxes. Please look this matter & take serious action against these people.

                      We have been away for holiday for the past 10 days and upon returning we are unable to view dish tv as a Viewing card Deactivated msg is on the screen. Our subscription has been paid till sept. 2016. We have been sending you sms and mails regarding this issue but the problem has not been resovled so far. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

                          I am having DishTv SD connection. When I bought this connect I was informed that it comes with unlimited recording. There is no internal storage on STB, I am okay with it. I am using my pen drive on 16 GB. Now the issue comes. 1. In SD STB there is only option of recording for 30 min, 45 min & 50 min. 2. I can not record and watch different channel at once. I have to watch the same channel which I am recording. I check the STB recording setting, there are only these 3 option. If DishTV is claiming unlimited recording than why there is recording duration Limit. My concern is if I am using my storage devices than why there is recording duration Limit. Please help me to get rid from this recording duration Limit.

                              Today i saw a offer on dishtv website ( recharge of Rs-750 for 3 months super family pack and enjoy extra 7 days ). Then i recharge my dishtv ( vc no.-[protected] ) through paytm online payment. After recharge was successful extra 7 das not credited to my account and and my switch off date is 29.08.2015 and i recharge 27.08.2015, i recharge 2 days before the switch off date. After recharge my account i see next recharge date is 24.11.2015. They didn't give me ( 7 days offer + 2 day for my advanced recharge ) 9 days.                                     Add more important tamil channels mentioned below - decrease south pack price - give pack price at rs. 99 include all the tamil channels -my vc no is [protected]

                                    *decrease south pack price with low price as < new south tamil pack > include all tamil channels in these pack. (For the examples *zing digital tv in tamilnadu gives maximum tamil channels with rs. 99, per month only, it's also a dishtv product, why dishtv only high price rs. 195??. . Now tata sky, sun direct also give maximum tamil channels with rs. 99 pack per month only!!. . .

                                    I am not satisfying with dishtv. . . South pack price is not to be decrease till now. In south pack, we don't need hindhi channels, so remove hindhi channelsfrom south pack and then add more important tamil channels specialy give tamil pack include all tamil channels with low pack price.

                                    **then please note technicaly, raj digital and vendhar tv are not coming on nss6 tp, it's direction not covered in dishtv. . So it'scoming on tp nss6 on as no signal, we can't watch this. . So give it on nss6 dishtv basic tp. .

You are cheat tamil customers. . 19 tamil channels only giving from dishtv with high monthly price rs. 195 / mnth it's higher basic price also with compared other dth's, dishtv provide us to high cost with low tamilchannels. . . So you cheat us. .

But other dth's like sundirect and airter, videocon provide less price like rs. 99 - 135 per mnth with high amount of tamil channels (50+ channels) example videocon d2h, sundirect, airtel. . . "dishtv is cheat tamil customers". . So decrease base pack price and increase more tamil channels. . . If it not then we (Tamil customers) change our operator from dishtv to another good operator like sundirect, airtel, videocon d2h. . ** iam waiting many of long times, butthere is no use from you, so finally decided i will changed my dth operator from bad, worst, wasteable dishtv to another good operator. . .

                                    Dear Dish tv, you are having very very less number of Tamil channels .please add more Tamil channels to the pack. Tata sky provides nearly 58 channels but Dish has only 30 at max

                                      I have never ever experience such a pathetic signal problem.ever since we purchased this Dish tv we are regretting on our decision from the day of its installation. its signal are so poor and pathetic that even a local cable is much much better. if its raining after two days this pathetic dish tv will stop today only n will resume after two days n u will get a error of 301. even if there is bright sunlight then also you will get this error code of 301.i urge everybody not to purchase this dish tv ever. its better to go with local cable or any other company but a BIG NO NO for this Dish Tv
