Recharge payment made twice but not credited into my Dish Tv A/C

VC deactivated even after payment for 3 months

I am having DishTv SD connection. When I bought this connect I was informed that it comes with unlimited recording. There is no internal storage on STB, I am okay with it. I am using my pen drive on 16 GB. Now the issue comes. 1. In SD STB there is only option of recording for 30 min, 45 min & 50 min. 2. I can not record and watch different channel at once. Extra 9 days not given to my account

Today i saw a offer on dishtv website ( recharge of Rs-750 for 3 months super family pack and enjoy extra 7 days ). Then i recharge my dishtv ( vc no.-[protected] ) through paytm online payment. After recharge was successful extra 7 das not credited to my account and and my switch off date is 29.08.2015 and i recharge 27.08.2015, i recharge 2 days before the switch off date. After recharge my account i see next recharge date is 24.11.2015....

Poor customer service

Inspite of calling toll free and paid customer service no, nothing has been done. I have been wondering how many have been fooled like me. I think have to take them to consumer court if not resolved...

Error 102 viewing card decativated - after payment is made

My dish tv VC[protected] . I was a little late in making the payment (the last date was 13th August ) I made the payment on the next day (14th) but it was not reconnected.
