on 7/1/2015 I have had the worst experince with Dish TV customer service . 1st they double charged me when I signed up they did refund me and gave me a credit . on 7/4/2015 Then when the day came for them to show up and set up my service was the worst . My set up date was on 7/4/2015 . At 7:30 AM I received an e mail stating that the tech would be at my house be tween 7:30 and 8:45 I also received a phone message stating the same . I waited until 11:30 . I called Dish TV customer service and asked if they new when the tech will show up I was told he is running late and he will call .At 1:00 I called again . I was told that the tech left a note on my font door stating he showed up at 8:43 and waited 20 min . This is a lie I was home all day no note on my door no phone call stating he was on his way or that he was at my house . I asked to have some one come out anyways they stated they can not come out for 5 days . they pretty much called me a liar stating I wasnt home and he was there. they are the worst customer service I have ever delt with stay away from them if you want to be treated right

    1. Topped up my account on 29 jun 15, for 240 rs. 2. No signal on tv after recharge. Complain sms sent to complain no. charging 3rs from consumer. 3. Company executive called next morning, and assured that problem will be sorted out by our technician today or tommorow. 4. Nobody visited since than, even after 7 days. I sent a complain mail regarding my problem, but no reply till now. 5. I called company on toll free complain no. two times and after waiting and holding of 05 min and 10 min, the call ended. And company charged me 10+20 rs even for a toll free call. 6. With each passing day my topped up amount is being subtracted for 10 rs even though i have not seen a single channel for a minute. 7. After all complain and efforts final outcome is same NO SIGNAL.

      my plan was new super family pack, but after change my set of box with HD Box, they changed my plan game on HD and now they are denied to changed it old pack.and said that it cannot be change coz it is locked for one month . but dish tv do it for six month or one year according to their hooilganism Ashok [protected]

        I have recharged 468 rs for three month subs with extra 5 days offer but still you have not given extra 5 days and you hsve given 2 and half months only why come on phone and explain me as a old customer you have give this type of action and I am not understood about the current acct 477 rs ?

Also we are calling dish tv customer care constantly from last 10 days, but the representatives are very rude and dont want to solve the issue.               Dear sir, i want to bring your kind attention towards trailing that i had super family pack on vc no-[protected], when and how it has been changed? i remember that 20 or 21 feb-15 i had make a request to change my present SD setbox to HD setbox.for which i had paid 599.I also make sure that my current packs(superfamily) should not be changed which i had recharge for one years after receiving e mail from you i came to know that my account has nil because you had changed my super family paks to all games on HD packs without my information. you are requested to look into matter and resolve this matter that without my request how packs has been changed. thanks & regards sushil kumar rao [protected]

                Sir, i am r.Venkatakrishnan, having dish tv card no: [protected] had complained yesterday through email about my disgust in getting my recharge amount paid on 13.06.2015 for rs.250/- i recharged my above recharge from singapore shopping center, madipakkam, chennai on 13.06.2015 and by mistake the data card was recharged to [protected] instead of [protected]. I complained the same to your section head mr. Ajay, dish tv office, who in turn paying a deaf ear since last 18 days. The recharge shop had given the transaction id for the amount rs.250/- as srec[protected] and the same was conveyed to mr. Ajay since last 18 days. When i called him yesterday morning, he told me that he will call me back again after 1.00 p.M. Since then, i am getting a busy tone and he is refusing to take my calls. Unfortunately, i had to recharge again a sum of rs.350/- on 24.06.2015 to activate the connection. While checking my account on dish tv, there is no updating or last recharge date. I am deeply hurt with the negligence of your officials and once again request you to take up the matter within 24 hours from now. Failing which, i will be forced to take legal action against your company's negligent officials. Mr. Ajay's telephone no. Is [protected] who is refusing to take my calls. My next step will be that the voice recording conversation with mr.Ajay will be sent to the higher officials without any mercy. Hope you will take immediate action and call me on [protected].

                  I am having a old version of dishtv set top box which i purchased in 2010. now it has some power problem. i want to buy a new set top box, i inquired in my nearest dishtv outlet, they gave a offer that if i do 5 months of recharge in advance i will get a new upgraded settop box with recorder, i just want to know wahat all things will i get with that box, will i get a new remote. please reply me as soon as possible.

The payment was made through OXI payment of STATE BANK OF INDIA on 22 06 2015 around 12 15 pm online. The amount of Rs.555 is shown debited from my banl account and shown the reference no as OXI SBI 5666421GOAFIBRZ[protected] oxygen services. But I have not yet received any intimation of receipt of the amount in my RMN [protected]. please check the position and intimate me in my RMN

                        22nd June 2015 I have been a dishTV customer for many years now, I moved from the standard STB to HD STB few years back. Recently I also upgraded to child connection from DishTV. I have been a loyal customer of yours for all this time, however, now I am feeling cheated and mistreated by DishTV. Recently my main STB (or parent box) developed a problem where it would freeze up or hang, the only option is to restart the STB after switching of the main power and switching it back on. For this problem I raised a service request with DishTV and this has been my ordeal. DishTV technician came over to my place asked what the problem was and simply stated that the box needs to be changed. I said ok and what will be the charges to which he quickly totaled all applicable taxes and arrived at a charge of 1130 rupees. I said fine and allowed him to proceed with the replacement. To my horror I found that the box he was replacing with was a repaired (in elegant terms - refurbished) STB. This had no cover, no paperwork, no guarantee or warranty card. It did not even have its own adaptor or other wiring but just the used box. Now, my question is, is this how you treat your existing loyal customer base by providing such sub standard warranty less services. Is this what I deserve for being a loyal customer of DishTV all these years and for even multiple connections. You charge full cost and provide something so horrible and the customer service has nothing to offer. I am highly dis-satisfied with your product at this point of time and will certainly never recommend your products to anyone because of the kind of treatment your company has given me at this point. I am in fact going to explore the offers available from other such service providers in hopes of finding better options.

                          My Disht TV VC no. [protected], not working since 17th June 2015. I spoke with customer care 2-3 time but there is not positive guidance provide by them. My set-top-box light is automatically blink red to green or green to red, and TV screen is completely black. So where is the issue why they could not shorted out this problem. We pay 400 Rs. every month. Then whey they are not taking serious customer's complaint. So request you kindly resolve the problem as early as possible.                           My dish tv vc no.[protected], not working since 20 june 2015. i am try contact with customer care 20_30 time but i am not spoke with customer care and my tv screen is blank to 6 days. So where is issue why they could not shoted out this problem . and i am take pay latter service before 3 days but my setup box is not start and take pay latter chage.                                 Respect Sir, aapke kanpur, up. me Sri Hari Om Trading co. me kisi bhi complain ke charge liye jate hai. Warranty hone ke baad bhi, costumer care aapka uss complain ko charge free batata hai. lekin service centre me usi ka chagre le liya jata hai.. Sir, Upbhokta aapke is service centre ki loot se pareshan hai wo pahle bhi ek baar paise dekar kaam kara chukha hai, jiske koi charge nahi tha. (accourding customer care). aaj fir se problems hai to fir se charge liye ja rhe hai.. maine iski complain costomer care me kai baar ki lekin koi Jawab nahi aayga.. aapse nivedan hi muche santosh janka Jawab ke sath DisTv se Juda rahne me Madad kare.. mai pichale 2 saalo se chala raha hai.. aur Yearly Recharge karta hu...                                   we doesnt require monthly sports package and even telgu language package, we just require hindi, kannada and tamil languages, and without our knowledge you have activated sports pack and we are charged simply for that package from past 2 months, so i request you to deactivate sports pack and telgu language pack as soon as possible

                                    No of times I made Complain regarding the service of DISH TV which may be put into the GUINNESS Book of record :- 1ST :-I made a complain in customer complain forum vide complain staus ID :-1072870 dt :[protected] My DISH TV CARD No[protected]. . Recently I have changed my residence. Before two months a technician Mr. Pramanik came from your authorized service center .and fixed the dis on the wall of my flat. Just after two days the dis fell down from the wall and we were unable to view the programme as the message was coming THERE WAS NO SIGNAL We booked complain, , technician attended our call after 3 days after 08 times of our follow up. .. He came and fixed the dis with a two Nail only. When we requested him to fixed properly with nut & bolt on the wall . He did not respond our request. As a result yesterday in the evening when we open the TV ., we see it became out of order, no picture is viewing. the message is coming as there is no signal. After investigation we saw that the DIS has came out from the wall and lying on the floor.. and we are unable to view the programme . Today at 08.00 am I have logged complain in [protected] and my complain/ service request * tickect no is[protected].. The quality of work is very poor, they dont want to listen anything. for which we are facing the problem again & again. . Kindly do the needful as such your authorized service center should render the proper service to the customer otherwise there will no other way but to disconnect the DIS TV Connection and have to go for other agency. Further to my yesterday I regret to inform you regarding the false assurance of your concern executive . That is just after my complain a gentleman Mr. Rahul from DISH TV ( KOLKATA)rang me from his mobile no-[protected] and inquired about the problem . Then he assured that he advised the concern local service center ( M/s Vinay Enterprise, jamshedpur)and my problem will be resolved by yesterday. Then I got a call from service center vide Mobile No-[protected] that, the Technician will come ( yesterday on[protected] and will resolve my problem. Since then we waited up to 10.00 pm but we were unfortunate that nobody turned up. I rang 15 times to Mr. Rahul in his mobile and 10 times in the mobile no-[protected] & 5 times to[protected] local service center) of M/s Vinay Enterprise, Jamshedpur. But nobody lifted the phone. I could not understand what action you have taken on my complain. For your ref.I would like to inform you that on[protected] I made the complain on the same problem. and the technician attended after 3 days of my complain I have paid Rs 175/- to him. The same problem has been occur on[protected] for which I made a complain on[protected]. After my physical inquiry I saw that the disc was not grouted properly for which during storm the disc has been thrown on the ground. Fortunately nobody was passing through this way otherwise there was every chances to have a fetal accident. . Any how, WITHOUT GETTING ANY HELP NIETHER FROM YOUR SIDE NOR FROM THE AUTHORISE SERVICE CENTER I was bound to call a private party & fixed the disc . Thank you for your so called help and thanks to your so called customer greivance cell.. Thats why our country in not growing. Nobody cares about ethics & value. 3 rd Complain:- dated[protected] vide complain No[protected] :- We made complain as we can’t view the programme as there is no signal message is displaying on the screen. Then a technician attended the complain but the problem not been solved . its remain as it is . 4th Complain on[protected] vide complain No[protected] and request no[protected] :- Today we made a complain that, there is no signal message is displaying on screen and no channel is showing on the screen. After making complain a message came from DISH- TV that, the technician will attend the complain on[protected] between 18.31 -19 : 30 hours . My earnest request to you all, either you send a expart technician who can solve this problem permanently or be kind enough to disconnct my DISH-TV connection with immediate effect.AND GIVE ME RELIEF FROM THE MENTAL HARASSMENT..
