Dear C.E.O, DishTv,

I would like to bring it to your notice that enumerate times Dish Tv set top boxes are showing de-activation error even though sufficient amount is there in our account.

Lots of times we are forced to call your call centre or local dealer to rectify the error. Our hotel guests will be thinking that we have not recharged the Dish Tv connections. This situation is tarnishing our reputation and we do not tolerate it anymore. Due to low quality set boxes or faulty software in your system, we are facing problems daily.

I am using Tata Sky at my house since 5 years. I have never faced this type of software errors with their set-top boxes and I do not have any issues with their servie what so ever.Its high time for you to give a deep thought about this error or escalate this matter to higher authorities or the concerned technical team.

We were very peaceful with our old Local Cable Tv boxes but, since taking Dishtv connections, we are facing hell of problems. If you are not kind enough to solve the Set top boxes software errors or unable to provide quality boxes on par with other competitors, we will be forced to discontinue your connections as we have better options in the field.

We can not run a 3 star hotel with 59 Dish tv connections with a lot o[censored]nnecessary and unwaranted errors and wasting our time to set things right.

Please see to it that from this point of time onwards, no such inconvenience is caused to us.

    Hello I am Ravi Here Sir Dish tv not Removing AlaCarte From My Dish Account No [protected] .Even They Remove Option From There Web Site. Now Thy Unnecessary Thy Charge me every month. even i am trying to Down my package but that option all so they remove from there web site. plz take action .

      I am not a customer of DishTv but i am getting messages and calls from Dish tv

      i never seen a company such a worst behavior

      i blocked almost 15 number which belongs to Dishtv
      but still i am getting calls from another number..

      i suggest Not to buy dishtv
      i dont know how this dishtv customer are happy with often calls

      i sent a mail still no responce
      i spoke to customer care as i am not a dishtv customer, so dont call me
      but still i am getting calls and messages from dishtv

        Sir, I am unable to watch not a single tv channels on my tv from 15 days. Except 201 your vc card deactivated & the other Is 301 Signal not found. when I complained on their helpline no. all channels display but on the next day same problem continued. It had happened thrice. While watching serial the massage shown on tv scree 201. When I complained they said that your dish antenna dislocated . So you need technician. I don't understand that how my dish antenna dislocated when neither there is rain nor nobody touch it. So please start my dish tv services immediately. My VC.No. is [protected]

            Today in the morning i received aphone call from dishtv and the lady on phone offered some extra chennals without any extra payment and also informed about some cashback scheme, although i was not interested and informed that i am not interested in any extra chennals, but after some time i received a message that my plan has been upgraded to platinum sports pack, which is a fraud.also my renewal date has been preponed to 15/02/2016, again which a fraud as i never consented for any change of my plan.Hence, my original plan be restored immediately under information to me and also the matter should be taken up with the staff cocerned who payed this fraud with me.hope for your early response. s p basra. m.no.               Hi, On 20 sep I requested for new dish tv connection for req no. 19988658. Installation is happened from local dealer, but connection is still deactivated. Today on 22nd sep dealer has changed the yesterday's setup box with new one as box was not on his name, as told by dealer. I feel some thing wrong here as they are not lifting the phone at all. Thought to have the good experience but I m struggling for activation. Kindly help and request you to initiate the refund process if required.                 VC no - [protected] Worst customer service by Dishtv. Its been more than 25 days, since my Dishtv services are not working. There have been more than 70 phone calls between us, and still no progress. Customer care says, the new set top box replacement will cost around Rs 899, while technician Mr Mahesh Jadhav asks Rs 1800 for the same. There is no resolution even after escalation to head office. My last recharge of two months will also go waste, without any service. Every time Dishtv people calls, to frustrate us, asks for the problem details. Looks like there is no status maintained for any complaints. And nothing happens after that.

                    In spite of paying my monthly subscription on time, and confirmations made to my cell and email, my connection has been deactivated, while I was watching my favorite channels, with my family, two days after making the payment. I felt it highly embarrassing and humiliating. You had discontinued in providing a service to me, for which you had already been paid 48 hours prior to the discontinuation and had acknowledged for the same. It was restored again after 2 days after myself calling at your contact number and making a complaint over your email. I demand an adequate compensation for your failure in service, with intimation to me. You are also not bothering to answer to regular mails sent to your email id: [protected]@dishtv.in, which is again building up the level of customer dissatisfaction.

                    I am in receipt of your mail, trailing below, and have noted the contents thereof.

                    My connection has been activated two days after sending complaint mail on the September 12, 2015 and intimating the disconnection of your service.

                    You are requested to refer to my mail again, wherein I had requested you to look into the matter and let me know the real reason for such a goo[censored]p, and thereby compensate for the humiliation, embarrassment and agony caused due to the disconnection of your service in spite of my payment of your subscription amount well before your stipulated time.

                    I am yet to receive any mail or written official confirmation regarding the same.

                    It is a serious question of a Breach of Contract and Non-Performance between your organization and myself, your customer. You had discontinued in providing a service to me, for which you had already been paid 48 hours prior to the last date of payment and more so, you had acknowledged for the same.

                    Expect to receive a prompt response from you on the matter mentioned with necessary action regarding compensation for your failure in service.

                      Dear Sir, My mobile -- [protected] VC No. - [protected]. Ramkrishna Kulkarni Please note that my DISHTV HD package is active but I can not view the channels from last 20- 25 days. The complaint has been registered immediately then technician has visited and he check dish antenna, HD Box etc and inform us that there is some blockage of HD signal in the box and its need to change. He collected his service charge of 250 Rs immediately but not bother further process the request. Afterwards I again call DIShTV and register complaint no[protected]. Again local service technician visited and change the HD box and charge 75 Rs to change the connector. HD channel starts for 10 - 15 minutes and again No Signal message come and stop HD channels. I also get message from DISTV that service request no[protected] is closed by DISTV without checking actually the problem is solved or not. I am paying for HD channels without seeing the channels from last 20 - 25 days. I request DISHTV to immediately attend the problem at no cost to us on top priority.                         I have opted for All sports pack of Rs.345/-pm and paid Rs1380/- on Jun30'2015 for four months subscription as per scheme which also states that 9 bonus days will be given on four months recharge but surprisingly I am receiving messages stating therein that my next recharge date is 21sept.2015. Kindly look forward in the matter immediately and correct my next recharge date which should be 8Nov.2015.

My V.C.No. is [protected] Sir maine dish tv ka set top box change karne ke liye 15.09.2015 at 8.29pm complain launch ki. uske baad muze dize dishtv se service request no[protected] ka sms 15.09.2015 ko 9.28 pm ko mila. 24 ghante me muze service deni ki baat unohone ki. uske baad 16.09.2015 ko Siddhi enterprises Jalgaon se muze technician ne baat ki aur sms aya ki 17.09.2015 ko apke paas 3.30 to 4.30 ke beech technician akar box change karne ka message aya. But 17.09.15 ko vaapas 3.30 ko Jalgaon se phone aya aur muze kaha gaya ki aap ki complaint cancel kar di gayi hai aur aap vapas complaint launch karo. Mera 1200+ rs. balance hone ke bavjud mere tv screen par recharge ka message aa raha hai aur daily arount 8+ rs. cutting ho raha hai.Pl. do something urgent.

                              I have recharged new super family pack for one month on 14/09/2015, but after recharge I have Received Platinum Sports pack for 12 days. Then I contact Dish TV customer service No.([protected]) they told me no change the Platinum Sports pack. so I want new super family pack for one month instead of Platinum Sports pack . so kindly solved this problem as soon as possible.

                                I have recharged my dish VC N.[protected] on time on sept.8, 2015. On same day dish blocked my pay channels without any information.I contact customer care about 10 times by SMS nd mail to sort out my problem but no body help me and told me that my set top box is faulty I called a technician from dish TV he told that the same box is gud running condition today I also contact customer care the man name Abhishek said Jo channels chale h unhe bhi deactivate kar dunga mera kar Lena Jo karna h kya ye h India's n. One dish TV. My card is deactivated from Sept 8, 2015 I requested again nd again but no one care my problem so I'm going to buy a new DTH from other company bye dish tv

                                  I am dishtv subscriber with VC No. [protected]. ..off late my connection is not functioning properly. whenever I call the helpline nos. of the company my call lends up on some payment mode..more than that even sms call back by them seems (an sms costs me Rs. 3) to b a befooling exercise as the executives are just connecting the call for namesake..

                                    I was having issue of 301 signal not found even if there were clear sky last week, technician came and fix the problem and took 250 visit fee but now i am getting same error and sky is also very clear.i got this error on[protected].30pm. concerned technician called up and said that he will visit by 2 pm and i was following up with him rite from 2pm and- by -4.30pm he stopped picking up my call .even dish tv customer care was also clearly helping me. i am really pissed of and feeling like cheated. dish tv says that it is number 1 company, yes it is number one in being fraud and cheating.                                       My mo. no. [protected].My VC No. is [protected], I had talked at Compare DTH services he/she (Compare DTH representative) told me again you have to pay more 100 Rs. & our representative will come & change your set up box from Normal to HD. I have done payment at a time. But till time your service person not come for changed my set up box.

                                        My VC No.is [protected]. We are facing a problem since 2 week about hanging setup box, i called up to customer care they told me to take setup box to the dishtv service center they told me to change the remote but after twice i changed the remote but also the same hanging up problem occurs, Again i called up customer care the service man came and this time he change the setup box but the problem again the same as it is. Again i called up the service man know he told me to change the VC card and about to change the vc card he told me to pay 450 Rs. But know the point is in past 2 week i spend around 1000 Rs with out knowing the problem my concern is if i change the VC card and again the problem which was facing occurs then again they told something to change. Know i m requesting to the distv responsible person to short out the problem or i do not have any hesitation to say that dishtv do not have the service to say they are number one service provider then my last step is to stop the connection and go for the other service provider.
