Hi,
On 20 sep I requested for new dish tv connection for req no. 19988658. Installation is happened from local dealer, but connection is still deactivated.
Today on 22nd sep dealer has changed the yesterday's setup box with new one as box was not on his name, as told by dealer.
I feel some thing wrong here as they are not lifting the phone at all.
Thought to have the good experience but I m struggling for activation.
Kindly help and request you to initiate the refund process if required.
I got this connection by calling customer care and following dealer contacted me for same:
