My recharge was valid till 19th feb and suddenly on sunday 3rd feb all sony channels stopped working...I tried complaint all the way possible...When i call customer care they say here technical updation is going on please select package from website...I did the same ...Selected new packages for all individuals channels i need...But channels never came...Instead on monday my other channels zee tv &tv zoom colors and all other channels stopped working...I tried login in to their website ...They ask to provide mobile number and otp...Not less than 100 times i treid to provide otp and tried to login but i was unable to login it says invalid login details...Tried to call them so many times but in vain...Even i wrote a complaint to their email id but got no reply...This pathetic service is frustrating me...Please help me with my rights and sue this company...Thanks

    I am experiencing continues problem with my dish TV account from last couple of days. I couldn't login to my existing account to manage my pack. Every time I generate OTP and after getting it in my registered Mobile number when I put it back, it shows wrong. Even not able to log in with Facebook or Gmail account. Neither got any call back from their end after several SMS request nor I am able to contact them at their provided customer care number

      In my dish tv connection vc no. [protected] as per TRAI new guide line i am trying for select my pack. while selecting my pack i was surprising that Dishtv not giving option to select FREE TO AIR (FTA) channel. i can only select channel which are paid.
      As per trai guide line customer can select FTA channel but it is not there in dishtv.
      The same problem i have informed to dishtv customer care but till date not resolved same. last four days i was trying but nobody in dishtv helping me.
      As i am not able to select this pack i have to lose money as existing pack is costlier for me.
      I am losing money but nobody helping me.
      Please help me.

        मेरी डिश टीवी पिछले 4 दिन से नही चल रही है मैने 31st january को अपने चैनल चुन लिए थे पर जब में custmor care से बात करता हूं तो वो ये कह देते है कि सिस्टम अपडेट पर है इसके कारण मुझे हर दिन कस्टमर केअर को फोन करना पड़ता है पर मेरी समस्या का कोई समाधान नही हो रहा है आपसे विनती है कि आप मेरी समस्या का समाधान करे!

          Hi,

          I am using this connection from last some year. After TRAI i saw almost channels are not coming. I want to connect with them but facing these below problems.
          1. Their site dishtv.in is not loading the page. I am unable to create my package.
          2. Try to call the customer care no[protected], it hold the line for 21mins. I tried again and it put on hold and there is no IVR sound also. For the call I have spent Rs.50 already.
          3. I have sms also to 57575.

          Please let me know how can I proceed?

              Dishtv is not just a terrible service provider but a bunch of scammers as well. Sony channels have disappeared from my TV (VC No.[protected] all of a sudden. When contacted customer care, they told (lied) to me that Sony channels will come back in an hour. It's been two days those channels are still missing.
              I am going to ditch them now and go with another service provider.

                I was subscribed of hd plan of rs 500 monthly and also gave advance of 5 months i. E rs 2500. Three months have been passed and now in my dishtv account only rs 933 balance is remaining. The deduction of rs 17 approx has beed deducing everyday form my account. The site is also not working for choosing my pack. Please respond to this complaint immediately otherwise we shall loose faith regarding dishtv.

                    I have written to dish tv regarding my choice of super family pack of rs, 265/-, i got confirmed sms but to my surprise, i got second sms that i have been without my permission and request, was migrated to new plan costing rs.484/-per month and charging dates were reduce for 15 days.
                    I am senior citizen of 74 years age and hardly see tv for 2 hours.
                    I feel cheated by dish tv. I request to you to please look in to the matter and migrate me to super family pack of rs.265/-

                      I am dish tv consumer vc no.[protected] and [protected]. On 23rd jan i had given my channels demand to dish tv as per trai new regulations. However from 2nd feb i could watch very few channels and couldn't watch channels as per my request. I tried to contact consumer care but it is not reachable. Even if you get through your call the representative gives you very vague answer says "system is being updated and it will soon completed". I m fade up with service provider as they are deducting my available balance daily though i could not watch channels as per my request. Even on 5th feb my problem is not solved. Pls help

                        Inspite of subscribing to HD channels, we are unable to view the channels and it's been more than three days. None of the phone numbers of customer care are reachable
                        We were told three days back that some upgradation is happening hence the issue but will be resolved soon
                        Nothing has resolved yet.

                            I Choose my Package before 10-15 days as per new TRAI Guidline and give it to Dish TV on Call to Customer Care

                            They give me Figure of Rs. 270 with GST which is perfectly match with Given Channel LIst Prices

                            I Recharge on 1st Feb. 2019 and now They add and remove channels at there end and change my package as Rs. 433 which I never Choose

                            and also cut my money as per that package

                            when I complaint to Customer care they tell me to call back after 2 Hours because there system not working
                            Now from 3 days I am continuously calling Customer care and they give same answer from 3 days

                            No one give properly Answer and Proper Guidance and I m suffering and my money Wasted between Dish TV And TRAI

                              Hi dishtv,

                              This is in regard to new plan after 1 feb.
                              I successfully chose my plan which included some channels from basic tier (130 rs) and some sd and hd channels.
                              The pack was also activated from 1 feb, but it also included 1 channel which i didnt add - comedy active worth rs 16.
                              How did it get added on its own?
                              And one of the hd channels - star sports 1 hd is also not broadcasted on channel 602, which i now want to remove from my selection.
                              I called your customer care and they are saying they cant remove these 2 channels and i can modify from site which will be activated instantly.
                              From yesterday i am trying to modify and did it successfully twice but nothing is getting updated, moreover your site is also toooo slow and its really testing my patience in logging and modifying my pack.
                              I want both of these channels to be removed asap and i wont do it on your stupid website which is not at all working after 1 feb.
                              Either set up a call / let me know if you can do it over email request.

                                My vc no-[protected]
                                I have already changed to new pack and given all the details. Wqhen i called on 31.01.2019 they said it will automaticaaly change from feb 1st. But on feb 2 all the channels except some tamil few channels all the channels as been disconnected
                                I was in south all sports and add on was english entertainment.

                                Now its showing joy pack + tamil.

                                Could not connect to the customer care as its always busy.

                                I could not login into my account itself now.
                                Full of error.
                                Installed in mobile app. But there too lots off bugs.

                                Want them to take back their dish and give back my money.

                                Better lets all switich on to set top box itself.
                                This dish is full of confusion and there is no one to help us.

                                    I am trying to recharge my dishtv account but there is some problems with their system which was reported by a customer care representative and after that i am in dark what should i do, because my last day of recharge expired on 02.02.2019 and switch off date coming after 3 days. Moreover, i have asked the person who talked to me on phone call at dishtv customer care service that if my dish connection will be switched off then who will be the liable to pay fine amount and my connection will be continue or not?

                                      DishTv is compulsorily making first 100 channels list in their pack by their own which are free to air. As per TRAI only 25 DD channels are mandatory . We can add other paid channels in first 100 channels list. Information based on DISHTV official website on 04/02/2019. Clarify what is process to select 25 DD channels only in first 100 channels free to air list .

                                        I am totally disturbed for last 48 hours for dishtv customer support team.

                                        Many times all lines are busy or not reachable. But the shocking thing is that one of the executive member talked to me yesterday at 8.17 pm. - not respond properly and when i ask about the validity extension, the executive disconnect the call.

                                        This is the help which you provide the customers. Shame on you all dishtv team.
