Hi,

This is jitendra jagtap customer of dishtv since last 3 months.
I am suffering ridiculous customer relationship service from your end since last few days.

Let me explain the issue:
I had purchased disttv 3 months back with lots of hopes looking at the offer free subscription for 3 months.
1. Without my consent/confirmation few packs were activated to consume my balance in the order to send me early notification to recharge even before 3 months.
2. I requested immediate change of my plan to super family 299 removing all additional, forced packages, the request was taken but not processed and got to know it will be changed on 5-jan-19
3. Plan was not changed and i called again on 6th-jan-2019, the person said he is changing my plan right away and during processing only he kept i cant here you where as i was completely audible.
Very unprofessionally he terminated call and later plan was not changed.
4. I requested call from web and its the same story, person terminated the call without changing my plan

Do you have any value for customer? Change my plan immediately else i will have to change my plan o[censored]sing your service

    I am really stressed out from recent behavior from dish tv. From different phone number daily they are calling me more than 2 or 3 times and even if i block one number each time they call from different numbers. Also they never see the time.. Sometimes at late night or even at early morning. I am really stressed and this thing is really out of control. Please don't make me take certain action against it because it's not legally right to harass the customer like this

      Hi,
      I have a dish tv account [protected]. I managed my account through dish tv app since last two years.in this app i choose five add on pack
      Popular hd rs. 10
      Star sports hd hindi rs. 25
      Star sports 2 hd rs. 4
      Sony ten 1 hd rs. 4
      Sony espn hd rs. 4
      On dated 04.01.2019 total cost 47 plus gst but after apply these add on they fraudly charged rs. 106 per add on only popular hd pack is showing his real price.
      Due to fraudly charged my monthly rent is rs. 718 instead of 340 when i calling to dish tv customer care they are saying we can't help you your add on pack in lock in period so hence they can't remove these add on pack. I have attached both snapshot while i choose these add on and after activate these channel including price. As per tri new rule if dish tv want to charge per channel maximum price is rs. 19 means total cost is rs. 76 while they changed me rs 424 extra. I am fully dissipointed with dish tv service

        Sir i m dish tv dth customer my dishtv registered mobile is [protected].

        Sir i contacted dish tv customer care executive mr. Khan on[protected] and asked that in rs.130 pack i i want to make my choice of 100 chhanels (25 dd chhanel+ fta *+ paid chhanels) bur they replied that 100 fta chhanel has been decided by them and you can not change in it. Respected sir i like to draw your attention to suggestive packs prepared by trai published on www.trai.gov.in (Trai website) in which they have suggested packs of 100 chhanels like (1] 25 paid +75 fta channel =100 (2) 27 paid +73 fta chhanels= 100 (3) 28 paid +72 fta= 100 (4) 42 paid + 58 fta=100 (5) 13 paid + 87 fta =100

        In view of above, it is very much clear from above suggestive pack of trai that customer can take 100 chhanels of their own choice (25 dd channels mandatory) either free to air or paid channels with rs. 130 pack
        However, their executive mr. Khan has refused to take advance request with my choice of 100 chhanels in rs.130 pack. However as stated above trai has already permitted to make choice of own to select fta / paid channels in list of100 chhanels of rs. 130 pack.

        Requested sir to order dish tv to allow me to make my choice of channels in rs.130 pack.

          I'm calling to dish tv team for 102 error (it's showing account balance) related and i have requested to for techneasion and he sed it's account related not hard ware problem. But customer care operater are telling your account will be refreshed within 15 min. I'm calling almost 6 to 7min from 31st December. Today 4th Jan, I'm only paying you without any use.

            Sir,
            I am a dish tv dth customer from 2013 and i have been paying my annual subscription charges in advance. I have subscribed to southall sports channels pack with monthly subscription charge of rs 295/-. I was receiving monthly statement of accounts stating my switch off date is 13/3/2019. But, suddenly on 13/12/2018 by their statement no. Dish tv 19381572 for the month of november 2018 without my knowledge or consent they misappropriated rs 450/- from my payment and advanced my switch off date to 26/1/2019 thereby depriving me of 45 days of subscription. I have not asked for or availed any additional services to warrant a deduction of my advance payment. I have written many letters to them asking for an explanation for this arbitrary change and unfair trade practice. But so far they have refused to give me an answer in writing. So i request them to revert to my earlier switch off date and restore my subscription validity to 13/3/2019 as intimated to me on payment of one year subscription.
            My vc no. Is [protected] and date of payment of subscription of rs 2717/- is 6/3/2018.

For channel MH1 dishtv has deducted Rs. 15.00 per month on 31/12/2018, while price of this channel is 0 after it my new plan cost will be Rs. 314.00 per month.                 As you can see in pictures i made a recharge on 20/10/2018 then dish tv gave switchoff date 22/12/2019 and then price of plan increased which i have already purchased for an offer they charged me it again with increased price and reduced my switchoff date to 09/10/2019

                      The channel was selected by me and the service was started by the service provider, but 5 channels are still not running. For this, the service provider has been contacted repeatedly, but no satisfactory answer has been received. And the phone disconnected by telling the fees for everything. When the channel fails to run, return my payment or run all my channels, otherwise it would be appropriate to go to the consumer court as per my opinion.

                        My dish tv vc no. Is [protected].
                        I have been receiving calls from unknown numbers many times. Today my account have been deliberately given an add on pack (Comedy pack) of rs. 47 without my consent or request. I have been charged extra with 47 rs. By giving me unwanted channels. Look into it and fix the problem immediately by cancelling the add on and refunding my account.
                        I don't expect such cheap tricks to exploit customers.

                          Hi,

                          I had made several complaints regarding non working dish tv and after multiple follows your technician visited and said that the STB is faulty and is asking for the money for replacement of STB.

                          It should be Dish tv responsibility for change the STB rather than customer as Dist tv is a service provider and no a product company.

                          Dish Tv customer care is worst and never resolves the issue. You treat your customers like dirt and filth.

                          Bad company with worst Customer Care.

                              I am trying to register online using vc no.
                              I tried several time but i always get following error message :
                              "oops! Your no. Is not registered with us. Please use your registered mobile no./ vc no. To login. To register your mobile no. Sms dishtv rmn [vc no] to 57575"
                              I request you to kindly provide access to dishtv my account as early as possible.

                                DishTv Customer care is the worst Customer Care you can vote or rate as every Customer Executive will inform vice versa between each of their Own Customer Care Person. I was Informed that the Replaced Used Set Top Box of Dish NXT HD has a warranty of 1 Year by the First Customer Care Person & When I called for the 2nd Time, Other Customer care Person informs me that the same Replaced Used Set Top Box of Dish NXT HD has a warranty of Only SUPER STUPID 90 Days. DishTv Customer Service lacks in Tele- Communication of Fake Guidance & Lacks also in Service Technicians who cheats every time at a Good Cost with Polished Reasons & Fake infos. Price of any Product or Service Depends only upon their Choice that they can fix any cost as they don't follow or provide any Invoices & Bills to their Respective Customers. When I asked for an Invoice for their Service of Replacement o[censored]sed Set Top Box, They said Invoice can't be Provided. Actually, The Used Set Top Box was replaced to me without informing me that It's an Used Box & also the Technician said that It's New. This is a Complete Cheat & Shameful Business from DishTV. DishTV should be ashamed of such all things. But, I Don't think that DishTv will be ashamed of such things. I have also attached Photos of this used Set Top Box. It got opened at one side & the seal is teared, also the Technician has plugged the Set Top Box with a Different Company's Adapter of Videocon D2H. How does it sounds for DishTv. DishTv is only for Begging customers in name of cheating Services & Used, Repaired Products. They also didn't give a warranty card as everything is just with blabbering Business of Cheating Customers with Insane Reasons. I Demand for an invoice that stats the Price of the Used Set Top Box of Dish NXT HD which was replaced on 25th Dec 2018. I Demand also to get an information that in Replacement Option a Customer can only get a Used Stupid Box that too with a Videocon D2H Adapter ? I also demand a New DishTv NXT HD Set Top Box with its own Adapter to be replaced. I hope that the Service Technician came from the below mentioned Dealer. ''DONT BUY DISHTV. I MEAN DONT BUY FROM CHEATERS OF INDIA!!!''

                                  I am user of dish tv, on saturday 22nd dec.2018 suddenly when i switch on d2h massage on screen came, "no signal" after checking all posibility i confirm that set top box not working than immidiatly i call dishtv call center and lodged complaint they told with in 24 hrs service technician will attend the job. On sunday 23rd dec. Technician came after testing he also told about set top box problem. Than he have taken my set top box and my vc card. And he told that at same time tomorrow he will come. But next day up to evening he didnot came than i call him he was telling with in half an hour he will come. But finally he did not came. Than next 24 th dec i started calling call center and some time he is telling set top box is under testing, finally when i told him very roughly then he brought my box he told it is not working and new set top box is not available. Than again i started calling to call center but my complaint not attended by anyone on 25th dec. On 26th again i started calling to call center finally evening 5 pm technician came and he changed set top box and whatever formality was there he have completed and display came but on screen 102 no account balance massage is coming he called to call center and asked to refresh the account and he told me after 15 minutes your screen will come i have paid 410 set top bax+200 service charges+ 250 adopter charges. After waiting of one hour the same error 102 is coming so again i call to call center they have tried up to 30 minutes but problem was not solved.. And again they lodged complaint now i don't know when my problem will solved. My old vc no [protected] and new vc no is

                                      Dear sir /madam, as per telephonic discussed mis soha prasad senior department raised complent no[protected] today. I request to you many time call to costomar care person and vc no [protected] parraral connection, so my tv is not working and complent to 6 month connection deactive. Dated 9th sep18 your mail mention service deactive 9/9/18 to 9/3/18 at 12:01hrs, again one mail coming my email id show deactivate dated 9/9/18 to 28/2/18 same time two mail show my id. And your costomer executive rongly other vc no [protected] is deactivate. And my tv is not working but vc no [protected] is activate why this is your mistake. Olredy this issue and balance amount carry forward to vc no [protected] mail forward your mail id but return mail show not delivered. So fully enquiry and checked call recording update forwarded my mail id and resolved the issue imigiate, thanks from rajesh gawade panvel.

                                        All dth operator chargin double charge for same channel like for hd and normal channels thay given package and if we tell we do not want normal chanel which i have get in hd but thay did not provid this facility and taken double charge for same channel can you do somthing for this problem like zee star plus sony entertainment channel charge for hd and normal like all hd channel thay also inclued in normal tv channel which are not coming in hd so we have to pay double chargea for the same channel thay include in both hd and normal and charge more from us.

                                        Since 5 days my dishtv not working after so many hurduls finally mechanic changed Set top box, but after that 102 massage is coming, now again I made a complaint now how many days it will take to solve my problem I don't know, really very 3rd class and poor service of dish tv
