I got my dishtv vc no - [protected] by rs 511 on 1st february, 2019 as it was the switch off date. The payment has been successful but i didn't receive any notification regarding the confirmation of the payment and my connection has been turned off.
I have called the customer care a lot of times but all they ask me is to wait for some time because 'systems are being updated'. How can the system take more than 22 hours to update?!!
I tweeted, emailed and tried complaining through their app but i have got no response from the company.
Also attaching the image confirming the payment.

    We have recharged our account, but after that all our channels have been showing as not subscribed. I called them more than 10 times, but received no proper solution and the agents are soo rude that they will immediately disconnect our call. Its more than a week there is no response to emails and calls.

    Never recommend this service to anyone.
    They are thinking they are giving us the service for free.

Last month your customer care person told that music active, sports hd pack and thriller active packs willbe deactivated from 1st february-2019 onwards when i requested to deactivate those add-ons. Till now they are not dectivated and the balance amount is not remitted to my account. Hence you should deactivate those 3 add-on packs and remit the amount to my account. Thank you.

                As per trai regulations, all the dth provider has to provide an option to customer to select channels on their own choice. We have been contacting the service provider from so long and they kept on saying that the scheme is not available, now when 31 jan has come, which is the last date to apply for your selected channel pack, they have deliberately slowed down their website server. As a result, i as a customer is not able to log in to my dish tv account to select the pack as per my need. This is highly corrupt and ill practice showcased by dish tv. They are waiting for the date to pass by so that we can’t access our right to select pack of our choice. I request you to take some actions against the service provider, and also extend the last date for applying the channel pack of our choice.

                    My tata sky hd connection not working since last five days and i can't enjoy my tv programmes. On power on the settop box message appear on tv screen that signal not receiving. I have comptaned three times on website but no result came out.
                    Please registered my complaint and take immediate action for restoration of my dish tv connection.
                    Please also extend my validity period for not providing service.

                      I cant get channels and on 28 jan 2019 there showing an error signal not found (Photo attached). And i complaint to dish tv customer service and follows their instructions after that they said it may other problm because of that they file a complaint and said they will send technician for resolving issue. Today 30 th jan 2019 not yet they send the technician and i cant get tv channel in my subscription period.

                          My customer id no is [protected]. From last four days satelite signal not received to my setop box. Such type of fault always repeated in two or three months. Your service engineer never solved problem parmently. The dish is in loose fitting condition. Please send earliest a good service engineer who can solve problem parmently so i can enjoy tv programmes.

                            To dear respected sir my name is rajesh kumar my videocon d2h id is 622366.
                            महोदय मैने26/01/19 को सुबह 11:00 बजे अपने पुराने सैट बाक्स को upgred के लिए कस्टम केंद्र को कहा व rs.999.00 बताये गये पैसे का रीचार्ज भी करवा लिया इसमे ही मेरा चैनल पैक का रीचार्ज भी था। जो कि 27/01/19 को इजीनियर द्वारा 24hr की समयावधि मे बदल दिया गया पर मेरे एक दिन पहले रीचार्ज करने पर भी कम्पनी मेरे पैसे को मेरे खाते में रखने के बजाय अपनी जेब मे रख कर घूमती रही जिस कारण से मेरा सैट बौक्स अपग्रेड होने के बाद भी नहीं चल पाया क्योंकि मेरा खाते का बैलेंस सफिसेट नहीं था।
                            कस्टमर केयर मे काल करने पर पहले03:27pm का समय दिया गया फिर दोबारा काल करने पर 28th11:05am का समय दिया गया और तीसरी बार काल करने पर इनके सूपरवाइजर जिनका नाम उनके द्वाराइन्दर जीत यादव बताया गया ने बत्तमीजी से बात करते हुए फोन काट दिया व समय को और बढाते हुए और 28th 12:29am कर दिया गया है।
                            महोदय मै उक्त कम्पनी की ओर से हुए अभद्रतापूर्ण व अपमानजनक व्यवहार से काफी अपमानित महसूस कर रहा हू।
                            जिस वजह से मै अपना खाता बन्द करवाना चहता हू व महोदय से निवेदन करता हू कि मेरे द्वारा कम्पनी को दी गयी धन राशि rs.999.00 व हर्ज खर्ज समेत मुझे वापस दिलवाने की कृपा करे। व कम्पनी के खिलाफ कठोर कारवाई करने की कृपा करे जिससे की यह किसी अन्य के साथ इस तरह का व्यवहार न करें धन्यवाद।

                              महोदय मैने26/01/19 को सुबह 11:00 बजे अपने पुराने सैट बाक्स को upgred के लिए कस्टम केंद्र को कहा व rs.999.00 बताये गये पैसे का रीचार्ज भी करवा लिया इसमे ही मेरा चैनल पैक का रीचार्ज भी था। जो कि 27/01/19 को इजीनियर द्वारा 24hr की समयावधि मे बदल दिया गया पर मेरे एक दिन पहले रीचार्ज करने पर भी कम्पनी मेरे पैसे को मेरे खाते में रखने के बजाय अपनी जेब मे रख कर घूमती रही जिस कारण से मेरा सैट बौक्स अपग्रेड होने के बाद भी नहीं चल पाया क्योंकि मेरा खाते का बैलेंस सफिसेट नहीं था।

                              To Dear respected sir my name is Rajesh Kumar my videocon d2h id is 622366.
                              महोदय मैने26/01/19 को सुबह 11:00 बजे अपने पुराने सैट बाक्स को upgred के लिए कस्टम केंद्र को कहा व rs.999.00 बताये गये पैसे का रीचार्ज भी करवा लिया इसमे ही मेरा चैनल पैक का रीचार्ज भी था। जो कि 27/01/19 को इजीनियर द्वारा 24hr की समयावधि मे बदल दिया गया पर मेरे एक दिन पहले रीचार्ज करने पर भी कम्पनी मेरे पैसे को मेरे खाते में रखने के बजाय अपनी जेब मे रख कर घूमती रही जिस कारण से मेरा सैट बौक्स अपग्रेड होने के बाद भी नहीं चल पाया क्योंकि मेरा खाते का बैलेंस सफिसेट नहीं था।
                              कस्टमर केयर मे काल करने पर पहले03:27pm का समय दिया गया फिर दोबारा काल करने पर 28th11:05am का समय दिया गया और तीसरी बार काल करने पर इनके सूपरवाइजर जिनका नाम उनके द्वारा इन्दर जीत यादव बताया गया ने बत्तमीजी से बात करते हुए फोन काट दिया व समय को कम करने के बजाय और बढाते हुए और 28th 12:29am कर दिया।
                              महोदय मै उक्त कम्पनी की ओर से हुए अभद्रतापूर्ण व अपमानजनक व्यवहार से काफी अपमानित महसूस कर रहा हू।
                              जिस वजह से मै अपना खाता बन्द करवाना चहता हू व महोदय से निवेदन करता हू कि मेरे द्वारा कम्पनी को दी गयी धन राशि rs.999.00 व हर्ज खर्ज समेत मुझे वापस दिलवाने की कृपा करे। व कम्पनी के खिलाफ कठोर कारवाई करने की कृपा करे जिससे की यह किसी अन्य के साथ इस तरह का व्यवहार न करें धन्यवाद।

                                They are doing fraud, star comapnay giving star telugu value pack for 39 rs with channles, even all companies giving smae, dish tv give only 8 channles reduced 2 channels for 39 rs. If iam ask about that they are cut the call, even iam trying to call they are not responding. And also iam unable to select channels in their website, i am click to select channels, one message pop on website giving some information continue, if click on continue it goes to home, how can i select channels

                                  I am a dishtv customer (Kerala).

                                  1. I notice, dish tv does not provide any bill/ invoice for the service charges. Is it true for other customers too? If yes, any specific reason for it?

                                  2. The response time to resolve any service related complaint takes more than 48 hours. Last experience was horrible, it took 21 days to resolve.

                                  3. The technician and service manager does not maintain and refer the warranty related info about the customer. They just like that demand the cost of any hardware, with out knowing the warranty conditions. I was a victim.

                                  4. Service team avoid to provide any kind of tax bill.

                                  I request feedback about other states/dish tv as well.

                                    I like to inform that i have recharged my airtell dish by rs.150 on dated 17.01.2019 but this amount of rs.150 is not being credit to my account by airtell dish till yet.& all the detail is mentiined below

                                    Hence i want to know that where is this amount.. Which should be credited to my account of airtell dish..
                                    Therefore i like to request kindly sourtout my problem. Which is created by airtell dish.

                                      Dear team,
                                      As per new trai mandate customer of dth has to pay rs130 +gst. For 100 free to air channels. No paid channels if we add some 50 more channels our bill will 300 plus. Currently we are paying 200 we are getting more than 50 paid and 400 plus free. Channels why trai forcing customer to pay rs150 for100 free channels. Dd direct giving all free to air channel's free.

                                      As per the new TRAI tariff order, a Network Capacity Fee of Rs. 130 + taxes will be applicable for first 100 channels. After that charges will be applicable on every slab of next 25 channels or less:

                                      1, Rs. 20 + taxes if no. of channels is more than 15.
                                      2, Rs. 1 + taxes if no. of channels is Less than 15.

                                        Myself dileep kashyap recharge my dishtv service on[protected] andd my service number[protected] my vc number[protected] my dish tv recharge successfully but dishtv service not on then few minutes i call in customer care but customer care have no any solution for my problem and my dish tv service off 1 to 2 days dish tv customer care miss guide me miss behave with me and dish tv customer care senior not available i am mentally harassed and my 1 to 2 days enjoyment waste
