Hi,

I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different land lines numbers and mobile numbers on my registered mobile number [protected] with them. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. Please stop calling and disturbance.

    Following packs are not availble on dish tv's website but these are defined by trai and have also been uploaded on trai's website.

    1. Ndtv - ndtv ultra bouquet
    2. Tv today network - tvtn news bouquet
    3. Star network - marathi - kannada value (The one which is available at same price on dish tv has not all the channels as defined by trai.)

    The dish tv network initially refused to book my complaint; later they have given only complaint no.[protected]. No sms or email has been received by me. They said they will not send any message or email.

        They have deliberately arranged such system that i am unable to choose my desired channels, which is violation of trai guidelines

        Irrespective my continuous efforts to approach my cable operator dish tv they neither communicate me any thing in this regard

        I am asking them to call me but they didn't call me

        Also the picture quality of broadcaster has become poor

          Dishtv website does not list the hd packs for sony. I had reached out to customer care multiple times and habe also escalated the matter with dishtv - they said they cannot help it and i have to choose from only what is available. I am unable to chose my packs whereas the goi has given me the rights to do so. This is an insult to trai regulations. Expecting strong actions.

            I have been using dish tv since 5 years they charged money for the technical issues at their end. They always have satellite frequency issue and when i complain to customer care they arrange the technician and he demand rs 500 complaining that there is some issue in the device which needs to be repaired. But technician never does anything they just call to area manger and share my details and they setup something from back end and issue get resolved.in five years i have more than 5000 of rs only for technician visit.in a recent issue dish tv upgraded their setup box which has to be replaced with free of cost but technician demanding 700 rs for setup box and adapter. I would like to file a consumer complaint complaining about the issue.

              Hi.

              On jan 5th one person from dish tv called us and informed that one of dishtv employee will visit our home and do changes in dish tv because of trai update. But no one came to our home regarding this, on jan 7th we got another call asking for feedback of that service, we informed them that no one came to our home from dishtv. Dishtv representative said that an respresentative has signed in the form saying that they have visited our house and serviced our dish. We strongly disagree this as no one ever came to my home from dishtv as promised, now my dishtv shows error "account de-active low balance", i recharged for 300rs after seeing this, but still my dish tv didn't come up, i called dishtv serveral times, they said that they refressed it from their end and it will show up in 15 mins but it didn't, then i sent email to [protected]@dishtv.com copying chennai dishtv nodal officer, he called and informed that we have to pay 200rs for a dish tv technician visit to fix it, how can a technician fix a account low balance issue? And why would i pay 200rs if my recharge amount is reflecting in my dish tv. Why was a fake sign of mine shown in dishtv report when no one ever came to my home from dishtv to do trai changes. I think that i am getting this error because of trai changes, i need to get this fixed from dishtv for free of cost or this is will be delt seriously.

              You strongly informed that I need to pay 200 for the technician and I will need to pay extra to change the entire dish box when the error was about the dish payment and account related, you cheap DISH TV network is trying to steal people money, I switched to my local dish TV network and started sharing my poor experience about dish TV with my apartment people so that they don't get cheated in future..

                  I am very disappointed there service. They told me 212 rs. Amount for one month after that it works for one month only. After that they started end my pack in 3 week for same amount and they just didn't resolve my issue even i contact them their answers are not satisfied. And they are disconnecting call. They are very irresponsible. If there is any option for negative marking i will give them.

                    According ur regulation we can avail 100 (Dd+fta+paid) with network capacity fee 130 +gst, but i choose (26dd+26 fta+ 17 paid=69). But dish customer care said ur price (₹130 (Fta)+₹59 (Paid)+gst=₹223 +₹20 (Gst)=₹247.
                    17paid channels have extra ₹20+gst as network capacity fee
                    Which is write ₹223 or ₹247
                    My question for trai and govt - is trai for people or jio?
                    This regulation is 2times costlier than before.
                    Why network capacity fee where dd free
                    Dish has nothing like this?

                      Suddenly my dish tv stopped picture, red light was coming but dontknow why it stopped display. I raised a complaint to team for vc no: [protected]

                      They informed me that it should be replaced as it is 2 years old and charged me 613 rs for that.

                      Here the thing is they've replaced the box but the adaptor, remote are old same pieces left over also they didn't mentioned me about the warrenty and spares provided which disobey the indian consumer law 'right for information'.

                      I have called the customer care to readdress this issue and by lying that the voice was not clear, the customer care lady disconnected the call which disobeys consumer law of "right of readdressal '.

                      Even though the power adaptor and remote are also old they didn't replace them.

                      Whenever we purchase or replace any goods the charge adaptor which contains the exact power input set to the respected electronic device will be provied for free. But in this case this also didnt happened.

                      I want to deeply deny this things from the dish tv and also i want the respected spares like power adaptor and also remote to be replaced for the same.

                        I have been a dish tv user from quite some time now and i found that there are no islamic channels available on dish tv. However there are other religious channels for other religions available. I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and ensure to watch islamic channels like peace tv, qtv etc.

                          Using dish tv, till the normal stb was installed ok but after converting to hd stb, the frequent problems and failure of stb continues since they replace on chargeable basis refurbished [protected]@rs600/-, no option for new stb? More over during failure non watching days, no refund or adjustment on non watching days? I need either newto discontinue dishtv and want refund of remaining subscriptions charges already paid for 3 month.

                            Star network giving star telugu value pack for rs39 with 10 channels, but dish they give for the same pack they provide only 8 channels, as per trai new regulations the gst for tv channels and packs should be 18%, but dish tv mention 20+taxes on their website, please take an action on dish network, they are trying to cheat the customers, and they didnot follow trai new regulations.

                              We have done recharge on 29th december 2018 of rs 3060 through paytm for glod club north hd annual packs validity 12months but after recharging they did not gove me the same pack so we request for the refund but they are no processing even refund complaint no.[protected] and[protected] now they have closed the issue without my concern if required as the for the call record in which i have said that my problem is resolved

                                  I am try to recharging my dishtv on 31'st dec 2018.but not recharged. I am trying to recharge three times.amount debited. After calling dishtv customer care executive he told like that, your number vc number changed.but till now no one coming to my home for changing old stup box and vc number changing, without my knowledge he's changed my vc number.
                                  On 5th Sunday 2019 calling to customer care executive, he told like that technician will come and resolve the problem before 6th Monday 5pm.but not resolving the problem. Again i am calling customer care executive, Then he told like that, 7th 7pm before we are solving the same. But not resolving.again calling customer care executive, he told like that 8th 8pm before we are solving. But not resolved till now.
                                  Dishtv technician's and executive's don't have responsibilities and not giving safety services, without my knowledge changing my vc number. I am fully stressed.
                                  Last one month trying to chnange my setup box. But no responsible for dishtv services.
                                  I want immediate response for this problem.

                                    I'm Vijayan from Avadi, Chennai. VC No. is[protected]. Technician Mr. Aravind Raj who handles both services from DishTV & Videocon D2h from Goldcrest Dealer & Service Centre, Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai reached us for the Request of Set Top Box Issue which was not working Completely. Mr. Aravind Raj came on 25.12.2018 at Morning to handle the issue. Mr. Aravind Raj, the Stupid Lunatic Technician swapped with a Damaged Set Top Box & also without updating the Software. DishTv customer care of Tamilnadu circle is the Best in being Titled as the No.1 Worst Customer Care, Even the Supervisor also doesn't responds properly & in time also. DishTv Customer Care as always acts as Tortoise or as a Statue. I demand that DishTV should cancel their Dealership agreement with Goldcrest. No Proper Invoice, No Skilled Technician with GoldCrest. I demand DishTv to take actions upon Mr. Aravind Raj & also with GoldCrest Service Centre, Thirumullaivoyal. for the clarity of Consumer Compliants forum, I have also attached invoice with which I signed after again reswapping on 4th Jan, 2019 with Technician Mr. Jeevarajan of same Service Centre.

                                      I call dish tv for having inquiries about some channels, i. E. Sony ten 1, sony six & star sports 1 english. I call to the customer care executive that please give me the price of these channels. If i deactivate my current super sports pack. First, they deactivate my current pack, then give the details about the channel. They told me that you have to pay rs 50 per channel.
                                      For more information you got the details from the day they deactivate pack. After that i call more then ten time about this but they didn't give me proper response. Now i show u one more thing i take some picture from these channel i have clicked some of his photos in which channel price is mention, but still they asking for 50 channel. Sony ten 1, sony six & star sports 1 english. And one more thing this channel is also in hd mention on tv channel wall and you also see that they want 42 per month on sony six hd

                                        This is jitendra jagtap customer of dishtv since last 3 months.
                                        I am suffering ridiculous customer relationship service from your end since last few days.

                                        Let me explain the issue:
                                        I had purchased disttv 3 months back with lots of hopes looking at the offer free subscription for 3 months.
                                        1. Without my consent/confirmation few packs were activated to consume my balance in the order to send me early notification to recharge even before 3 months.
                                        2. I requested immediate change of my plan to super family 299 removing all additional, forced packages, the request was taken but not processed and got to know it will be changed on 5-jan-19
                                        3. Plan was not changed and i called again on 6th-jan-2019, the person said he is changing my plan right away and during processing only he kept i cant here you where as i was completely audible.
                                        Very unprofessionally he terminated call and later plan was not changed.
                                        4. I requested call from web and its the same story, person terminated the call without changing my plan

                                        Do you have any value for customer? Change my plan immediately else i will have to change my plan o[censored]sing your service
