My vc no is [protected]. I have been receiving error number 102 page, though i have sufficient balance in my account. On repeated reset requests from the customer service end, nothing happened in return. Now the company intends to send a technician whom i should be paying, how justified is this! For none of my mistake why should i pay the service personnel??

    Attention attached!! Beware of fraud calling of dish tv executive s

    My name ramesh vc #[protected]. One of dish tv executive called me stating that i have a free subscription offer for 30 days with no extra cost, and i can view 68 more channels for 30 days trial pack with no extra cost. And my switch off date will remain same i. E., 4 dec 2019 if i deactivate this same pack within a month i. E., till 11 jan 2019.

    But later i received a message & email stating that "my pack has been upgraded from swagat pack to new super family pack for 30 days at 50% cost. 60 days lockin is applcable. After 30 days the pack will be charged at rs299/month. And the charges are also applied".
    I had already recharged for 1 year in advance guys be aware of dish tv executive offers if they offer 2 month extra offer they reduce it by 4 months later by making such fraud calls.

    Hence it was a sheer lie and cheating was done by dish tv executive by making false and incorrect statements to me. I also got a confirmation email that my pack has been changed and switch off date will be 23 aug 2019. This shows the clear cheating done by the executive by misleading me and charged me for it.

    As per our conversation on 7016106927, your unused amount of Rs. 299/- has been transferred from Wrong VC 02512930402 to Correct VC 02512930302. Moreover, your pack has been downgraded to New Super Family pack worth Rs. 253 + 18% GST = Rs. 299/- per month as you are not interested in retention offer and wants to downgrade even after offer lapse. Also, removed Popular HD add-on from VC. Now, the total renewal amount is Rs. 299/- per month (including GST) Moreover, the next recharge date is 6th Feb. 2019 and next switch off date is 9th Feb. 2019.

      Hi,

      I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call log for yesterday n today is attached.

      I have also been informed that my number has been removed from promotional calls/messages list but i am still receiving continuous calls from dishtv.

        I have made the payment for 3 months yesterday and since then my HD channels are not working.
        I asked for call.back twice but when call gets escalated to senior mr. Ankit then he disconnected my calls.
        He is not providing and solution and my money has taken by dish tv with no services.

        Please.return my money or resolve my problem.
        I have all the recordings of my calls with customer care dish tv, which i am going to upload on social sites for your pathetic services and illterate executives.

          I was frequently having 402 error. I waited till next recharge date and just previous day called dish tv. They asked me to restart the set top box and it started working.

          Now afterrecharging, they are again airing me the 402 error. The initial advertisement just works fine.

          Why are you trying to tap my money?

          I am planning to change service provider.

              My name is rakesh bhatia, [protected], dish tv vc.[protected], i am customer of pick by channel, i choose chanels at end when i enter my personal information system not except my information message is enter valid e mail i'd, i try so many times sum time you not remember or after so many attempts may be i pick wrong chanels, and they are showing. When i complaint one of their person said according to our system your balance is 436 you select again and less that amount my total is 740-436 i pay through amazon pay because i have fractur in my leg and i am unable to walk after receiveing money they call me sorry before 3 month another one call me sorry ser give me some time we are working on your complaint. Then another person call go to 96 chanel for 15 minutes after that your problem solved. This happen so many times. I complaint consumer forum they give complete number also but every time dish tv persons misguided them that problem solved. Consumer forum gives me [protected]@km dishtv.in i send complaint to them but same treatment one person said we are resolving your problem another said sorry before three months you not changed your chanels. If your policy is this way your person told me to deposit 354. They said at last our system not take request from cellphones so you send your request through pc or laptop. If your system not taking request through phone then how you start my chanels it means you people making fool of your customer. It's case of 420 and of fraud with customer. I have all mail and answer from dish tv also. They are cheating customer. Every time they said we start news 18 india (Hindi) but wich channels i not request are showing my request they not cear or ignore/cheating customers.

                I submitted a complaint to dishtv's so-called customer care against my dishtv stb is not working and showing notification 301 (Signal not found) and i received confirmation message that your service number is[protected] and technical representative didn't come to my home and avoided his so-called work with a frustrated excuse of not able to find my home address even after that was the same person who gave connection to my home and talking with me very ridiculously on phone call like he was showing his murphy instead of full payment for which i am ready to pay him but he doesn't come to serve us and submitted wrong report to so-called dishtv's office wherever it is in city. I am really frustrating with the dishtv's technical representative named rajiv kumar and his mobile number is [protected]. I don't know why and how these types of vulgar and illiterate people getting the job.
                Worst experience with dishtv. I will never recommend to get a single connection of fraud dishtv.
                Each and every single customer of dishtv or any other firm should raise his/her voice against these types of shameful issues and also against fake and nonsense tv ads.

                    We have raised the complaint om some channels not coming in dish tv set box. For that customer care team told to upgrade the set top box.                       I have sent many mails to deactivate my add-on pack but there is no proper response from dish TV customer support they are not deactivating add-on pack they want their customer to keep forcefully instead i have not activated the pack the called me and activated this pack they told this is free but they are charging for that add on .

                          Since last 6 months, i am facing the issue. The service provider has asked me to get the camera and set top box changed, which i have already changed, but still the issue continues. The technician does not visit in time. They dont resolve the problem. I have paid the charges too. Also everytime i call the service provider, the call is put on hold for long duration. I have taken subscription for one year otherwise i would have got it disconnected immediately.

                          I have already responded.The service provider is pathetic.Now they say that internal wiring is faulty.As they have already changed all other things.I will switch over to another service provider for TV connection as soon as the balance in my account is zero.As I am fed up of Dish TV.

                            I recharged my account with Rs. 5000/- and activated ""DISH PRIME HD SOUTH PACK" on Nov 14 2018. Package deactivated / changed from Dish TV on 23rd of Nov 2018 and Senior Customer Service Representative Reactivated on 23rd. Again package deactivated / changed on 1st December 2018 and it never activated back. I had 10 days conversation conveying that, I have already paid and also got confirmation email on 14th as well as 23rd (reactivated) and today 12/11/2018, Mukul Sharma from DishTV Customer services calls and says that, they won't activate and will send email on the same. Huge pain the way, they did this transaction / case handling, not only wasting my time every day 1 hour but as a customer of DishTV from past 9+ years and without any fault, how this company can state this even communicating at manager level. I have all the emails and phone conversation. Please do the needful and not only I want activation but also penalize this company as they should know that...its consumers who pays them not other way and managers of customer service was horrible.

                            Javid from Dish TV saw message from this site. He spoke to me around 4:00 pm on 12/12/2018 and asking all the concerns and he told me that, he will get back to me. Around 7:30 pm on 12/12/2018, he called and confirmed that, my package been activated. Thank you Javid and Consumer Complaints team helping me.

                              I have been facing a problem with many channels that my folks watch... They have all just disappeared...

                              For over a week now, i have been trying to register a complaint with dish tv, after a few tries, i did manage to book the complaint and was told that they will send their technician for a visit for find the problem and that it will be on a chargeable basis... Which i agreed to...

                              Nothing happened, on several attempts after, i figured out that the tv channel has upgraded their format from mpeg2 to mpeg4 and hence the channels disappearance...

                              Fundamental question, if dish tv the service provider knows about it, why was no proactive action taken to replace the needed hardware?

                              Now its been over a week and nothing has been done!

                              People please don't even try to reach them over they 1860.258.3474 call center, you will loose your bearings... They are not annoying, they are frustrating...

                              Escalation to the senior is usually met with the response "we will arrange for a call back" and lo that never ever happens

                              Even if it does, on the ground nothing happens...

                              Suggest you move to another service provider!

                              P. S. Most of the employees of dish tv call center are rude!

                                The sony six and sony espn are included in my south all sports package. They are not coming for the current month and this time there is cricket match telecast. Getting 301 signal not found error. Most of the other channels are coming up and i am seeing a sufficient signal strength of 90% and signal quality of 88%. When called to customer care they are stating alignment could be an issue and technician visit with 200 rs. Charge. This is fault from dishtv side that for these two channels alone if there is alignment problem it is fault from their side and they should do it on their own and not charge us. Why should i pay 200 rs for this. My monthly payment for my pack itself is 295 and why should i pay for their service problem. It is irritating.

                                I have seen same issue in Dish TV connection in chennai region for the same south family sports pack-ie., Sony ESPN, SONY max and few other channels are not coming in my friends DishTV account.He has received call from the customer care that they will do the alignment change without any charge and they have done it after calling to them without any cost.I have reported the same issue and after taking it to next higher level, they have confirmed to do the alignment without technician charge by december 17th. But i have not received call from technicians.My location and dish tv connection are in hyderabad region.

                                  I was a regular dish tv viewer since 2004 and the service was good enough to be with. During oct 2018 some dish tv technician called and told that dish tv changing the sob from mpeg 2 to mpeg4. I thought the updated version may be better than existing. But the picture and audio quality was bad hence i didn, t hand over my old vc bearing no m[protected]. Then i demanded for swaping to old one they did it. I was happy subsequently on 8th of nov 18 i recharged for three months and i was told that my switch off date is feb 2019.
                                  But they suspended my viewership since from midnight of nov 14. Then made repeated appeals through mails, call and sms. But they refused to reinstate the sob service.
                                  Now i appeal you to refund my initial deposit made on sob and the unused three months recharge amount at the earliest.

                                    Trying to connect to dish tv's customer care service from 29th november 2018 as my dish tv suddenly stopped broadcasting.
                                    Their technicians suggested to install a new set top box. But next day, another technician from their team calls up saying that they can repair the same box. But since then, there is no action taken.

                                    I am unable to view channels since then although i have a subscribed pack! My money is wasted

                                      No resolution since 5 days. I have given several complaints. Nobody is resolving this issues.very bad customer care.

                                      Technicians have visited and replaced the Box and adaptor and have charged 950 rs which is nearly half of the dish tv cost. After fixing the new box, they have not even configured and just went away.

                                      When a complaint is given then rarely some technician calls and asks the address, then he tells this address is not under my workarea.

                                      Pathetic and waste customer service. Till now the issue is not resolved.

                                      Since 5 -6 days my issue is not being resolved. I had lodged a complaint on 30.11.2018 regarding no Signal from Dish Service. I have repeatedly tried to call customer care . First they take the call and tell us they are transferring to their supervisor and keeps the call on hold. Supervisor will never take the call most of the times and call will be in held status for a long time. After a long time they say supervisor is busy and will arrange a call back. Initially I received only once call back and that too he just told that he will look into the issue . After that called so many times and complained so many times that technician not yet received. No call back and no resolution.
                                      After 2 days Some 4-5 technicians called us and asked address, after taking the address details they said this is not our work area.
                                      Later one of the technician had visited us and told to replace the complete Receiver Box and adaptor. We do not know why this happened. However we told ok and he collected 930 rupees and replaced receiver box and adaptor and I got a message of 610 rupees only as payment received. After setting the receiver he tested some channels found ok. After some time some Boot error was appearing on the screen.We asked the same technician, then he told to wait for some time and check and he disappeared. Next day we could able to get signal for half a day and evening suddenly the signal got stopped and 301 error was appearing. Wen we called hin he said his work is upto fixing the receiver only and not getting the signal.

                                      Since then we are calling customer care and and trying to complain. But no use. Everytime these useless calls come from techinicans and they say we are not from this work area.

                                      Such a pathetic and useless Customer service from DIsh and they including technicians are never bothered of resolving the signal issue. Till now no resolution.
                                      Now there is an automated message when i call the helpline .
                                      Can any body help on this?

                                        What is problem if amount debited from my bank.Dish tv also shows online my balance bt showing 102 error and not shows my balance
