Hi,
This is regarding the new connection which i took but as per the new connection terms i'm supposed to receive rs 2000 coupes which 8 haven't received and moreover, i took connection for 37 months but got message stating connection will be stopped at 29 november 2018.
Request you to kindly address this issue on immediately. Else i will be left with no other options than going to consumer court.
I have attached the relevant snapshot of payment and new connection related.
