They said within 24 hrs complaint will be solved. But 72 hrs passed my complaint not solved related to new vc card issue.
In the city of nandyal which is going to become a district in few months.. They provided one and only one service man in my city. I think 24hrs complaint solved (Tag) should be removed in their website. From 5 days i'm calling to dish tv customer care... It takes 10-15 minutes to talk with them. My phone bill was nearly 100rs for 5-6 day's and as well as time waste. I am senior customer (8-9) years with yearly subscription of 2500 inr per year. This is really stupidity by dish tv customer service. Especially the local service boy was not responding property.

        My name is joseph and i have a dish tv connection on vc code
        [protected]. Two months back i got an offer from dish tv that, my standard
        Clarity stb can be upgraded to hd for 1199 rs. As it was my house shifting
        Time (To a newly built house), i accepted the offer as per which i get new
        Antenna, stb, cables and remote for 1199rs. All these will be fixed by
        Service engineer with out any additional cost. Also i got assurance from
        Customer care executive that, my existing base pack and add on (Joy pack
        Nd
        Sampoorna malayalam) will be continued until the current switch off date
        (13/03/2019). Also he offered me tht the amount 1199 will be credited as
        Cash back nd i can subscribe any hd channel until the amount finish off.

        Then comes the real cheating

        1) when the service engineer came to fix new box, he claimed for 500 rs
        Saying that there is charge for fixing connnection in new houses and it is
        Fixed amount. And i paid the amount thinking tht that is true.

        2) in new stb, base pack and addon pack allotted by dish tv was a soprts pack. My new vc code is [protected] md my new disconnection date
        In november 2018 instead of march 2019. When i contacted customer care,
        Executive said that there is locking peiod for all packs and if the pack
        Changed before tht, 300 rs will be cut from main account. He advised to to
        Contact customer care just before disconnection date. So waited for these
        Days and contacted customer care again for the pack change before
        Disconnection. After several calls they changed my packs to original (As
        In
        Previus stb) but the switch off dates didnt changed.
        When i contacted again, they checked the details and said that, i
        Requested
        For a pay later option??? But i didnt requested any.

        Even if though contacted before switch off date (As per their instruction),
        My validity is ending in 18 november. I lost 4 months cash because of dish tv peoples
        Negligence.

        I wrote several e mails to dish tv but no staisfatory reply. Customercare executives just disconnect my phone when i explain my issue.

        Plz help my to solve my complaint and those who read this, plz be carefull about fraud offers like this. They will steal your cash in either of the way.

          Hi

          I want to inform you that, because of some renovation we disconnected the DishTV for 2 days. Once renovation done at home nd we re-connected all the devices properly. But now its not working at all. Remote was not working so we purchasw new remote thought DishTV will work but still its not..we don't know why. We call to customer care too so that person told might be the problem in set-up-box.

          I don't understand how the problem occured in set-up-box of DishTV. I am ready to pay around 300-400 rupees not more than that as when we start TV so after few second DistTV adds starts but we can't go to the next channels so might be their is some problem.

          Can some one come soon to solve the problem..please let me know soon

            1. Dd national channel no. 193 suddenly not visible
            2. Disney story channel is not required please unsubscribe that channel

            When called on call center number for dish tv does not get any satisfactory answer and dd national is free to air channel if dd sport is visible dd national should be visible. Some dd channels are shown and only dd national is not shown what can be the issue and ideally dish tv should provice proper service by looking in to the issue but they never entertain people who calls them for issue

              My dish tv setup box is not working. I have called dish tv many times for the same but they are asking for more money to get it replaced along with engineer charges.
              I used to get many offers from dish tv to replace setup box but couldn't trust on dish tv so not replaced it but now it stopped working.
              I have called local dealer he sent engineer and charged 200 as visit charge but not resolved issue and asked for more money to replace the box.
              It's really disgusting.
              I am using dish tv since last 10 years but now frustrated of its worst cheating service.
              Please please do not take dish tv connection they are fraud and cheating customers.

                Dear sir/mam
                I purchased connection in the month of august of rs 2340 and they promised me for 1 year subscription for some channels. But within one month, it started to show on tv screen low account balance. I called to customer care and i came to know they had recharged only 1750 rs.
                When i did not get the proper response i recharged myself amount of 299 on 14th october 2018. It started working.

                But after 1 week again it started no account balance. When i contacted to customer executives they told me that my connection has been swiped without my knowledge and they changed my vc number even i have not received new set top box.
                My old vc number is[protected]It is mentioned on setbox and tv screen)
                New vc number is[protected]Told by customer service by registered number.)
                Again i recharged an amount of rs 100 on new vc number[protected]. But its message is - 102 no account balance.
                The main points are -
                1. They have made wrong promise.
                2. They changed my vc number without my consent.
                3. My set up box is not working till date.
                4. They are not giving proper response (They told a lie that their technicians went to us but none has come to visit my house) as i have called them again and again as they have given request id are

                  I recharged the package of 294 and money is deducted from. My account. But after deduction, i didn't get any confirmation message. I got the error session expired. But my money is deducted from account as i have message and bank statement. Please recharge my box to earliest or refund my money back.

                    I am calling dish tv customer care for 4 months but i have not found any solution yet. He is cutting the money from an additional package for 4 months which is not.

                    I called many times on dish tv customer care but his executives always lie that next time it will not happen. And it always happens that my money is cutting. I would recommend dont use dish tv connection.

                      This is regarding the new connection which i took but as per the new connection terms i'm supposed to receive rs 2000 coupes which 8 haven't received and moreover, i took connection for 37 months but got message stating connection will be stopped at 29 november 2018.
                      Request you to kindly address this issue on immediately. Else i will be left with no other options than going to consumer court.

                        I have booked online setup box (D-7000 hd) on dated 31-oct-2018 with your booking reference number 637751 amount 1950 with recording facility. But i have been supplied setup box d-5004 hd without recording facility which i do not need.
                        I therefore request you to replace the setup box as soon as possible. As it was wrongly delivered.
                        When i booked online it is showing the recording facility (D-7000 hd) which i need but the set up box which i received doesn't have recording facility. And the setup box supplied to me it's model no d_5004hd. Please replace with d-7000 hd setup box same i booked online.

                                  The dish tv has upgraded the sob from mpeg2 to mpeg 4 with new one free of cost. But the clarity of the picture is very poor compare with mpeg2 and many existing channels of sob is not getting in the new one. When i asked to reverse back they are not responding.                                     We have applied for the swaagat pack of the dish tv service which is of rs 209 for 28 days, but within the 10 days of the recharge we are getting recharge alert notifications in the screen which is absurd. It has been going on since 2 months and is a huge disturbance. We are not supposed to pay extra because that's the price for the pack we have applied for.                                         As you are probably aware, most of the residents in uae have been using dish tv for many years now and of course dish tv has major share / business from uae.

                                        It was going good and even now also it is good however in the recent past most of the tamil channels are not able to view and all of them are coming as 301 - signal not found error.

                                        I am affriad if this is not resolved asap, resident may resort to other providers and hence dish tv market share may reduce.

                                        Requesting you to take action to rectify the situation so that you continue to retain customers.
