This is the second month, i am using the dish tv connection and had shared my feedback last month itself regarding the pathetic services, receiving from dish tv. Without informing to customers and taking any consent they add additional packs into the basic packs.

This time, i got recharged my monthly pack with 299 on 14/09/2018 and ten times got confirmed from customer care executive about the same. But just seen the message on my tv screen that my monthly pack is going to end in next 6 days (Means) in 22 days the pack amount is closed instead of 30.

When i took a call with the customer care executive (Pappu singh), he told me that some add on packs has been added in my monthly basic pack but could not clarify that who requested to have added that one.
Sir, i dont have so much time to take a call with the customer care executive every month and concentrate on the tv screen that how many packs they peoples adding into my base packs.

I would request please confirm if i move back to airtel (My previous service provider) and surrender the dish tv how much money will i get back from as i have got completely frustrated with the services given by dish tv staff and company.

Two times, i have lodged complaint and asked to arrange a call with some senior guy, who can solve my problem but not one bother to have a call.

This is the pathetic services i have seen ever in my life. I would not recommend anybody for going with dish tv.

    I have complained about the signal problems and also my dish tv packages for the past 2 months and could not able to resolve. Now they have stopped my signals and they are sending the technician and he informs that there is a problem at nz customer care center have issues at their end, and customer care agent (General) informs that there is no issues from their end... There is no issue at my home antenna and box as well there is no issue from the customer care then why signal is not coming. I am getting only 101 message that i have not subscribed whereas my subscription is active till nov'18. I have called 5 to 10 times each time they are issuing a ticket and with the assurance will be solved in (Tkt no[protected] tkt no.[protected] tkt[protected] but the time goes on... But no resolve... Customer care executive calling me without talking to the customer he place the call on the queue (Normally wait period 4-5 min).. What type of ethics by a call center...
    Calling a customer instead of a manual call they are putting on automated. And then keeping the complainant/customer waiting instead considering the precious time of a customer...

    Dish tv is calling for the new customers or if the money is involved when the service comes to the subscriber... They are making a poor customer service.. Is there is no solution at all?

    In spite of assurances, again the same signalling problem crops up. I have done online recharge for one month to see but getting the message that your account balance is low...recharge again for disconnection...Customer care agents could not able to solve the issues and they simply say it is due to set top box issues, , , I do not have any problems with the new set top box provided in Sep/Oct18.

    How much patient? Is that 4 days not enough or waiting for my last day of recharge date i.e. 3rd Mar'19 so that you can disconnect connection and to run around although I have paid subscription till 4th of April'19.

      My dish tv a/c was switched/deactive off on 16 sep-18. I have asked to dish tv executive to activate and degrade my a/c from super family pack to swagat pack and also asked to recharge for 3 months, he said, ok sir, your a/c has been done degrade but you will have to recharge minimum of rs 100 for activate it. Then i recharged my dish tv a/c of rs 100 then 627 (Swagat pack) on 16 sep 18 for 3 months with rs 627. As per 3 months recharged scheme 7 days extra validity offer is therein.

      The issue:- my a/c not updated as per recharge, review below-
      Point 1. Rs 627 - 3 months plus 7 days - [should be 16 sep 2018 to 23 dec 2018 but updated as 16 sep to 16 dec 2018]
      Point 2. Rs 100 - 25 activation chg 75 in a/c i didn't get any validity of this rechg.

      Regarding this i have sent all payment confirmation and called many times to dish tv but they are avoiding every time. Their behavior on call is "sir we are updating hold for some time please" after 30 seconds he said "sir, we are not hearing you, we are disconnecting your call." and put down the call whereas i was properly listing and answering them.

      What is this behavior like? Is this kind you assist a customer? Does your customer care executive provide service like this? Please take up the matter and take an action regarding this monopoly.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I had recharged by VC No. [protected] with an amount of Rs 651 on 02 Aug 2018 via online recharge for NON STOP 1 YEAR pack after an SMS message from the same from DISHTV. My account was not activated after recharge and called them on theire TOLL FREE number about 35 times.I requested them to deactivate the current pack and activate the NON STOP 1 year pack. Everytime I called I was told to talk to seniors and they will escalate some email about this matter. The same was told to me everytime I talked to their seniors and nothing happed. My NON STOP pack was not activated and I was told to wait till 09 SEP 2018 (the date of expiry of my current base pack). I called them again on 09 Sep 2018 about 15 times and the same story was put forward again. After that too I called few times and the same story was repeated...talk to seniors. Please wait for 24 hours and matter will be resolved. Till date nothing has been done and when I called them today again, I was informed to make another recharge of Rs 651 to avail the NON STOP pack of 1 year.

        This is a breach of contract and fault of DISHTV. Why my pack has not been activated till date? It is a fault of DISHTV and breach of customer services.

        I hereby wish to lodge a complaint against DISHTV.

            I have been facing a lot of issues with your service and quite frankly no matter what you say i wont believe.

            So to cut it short. Restore my service to view the above mentioned channels in the subjecr as soon as possible.

            I dont know what problems you have with ndtv. And i am beginning to believe that what people talk about your company, let alone your employees is absolutely true. Need less to say. You better have good reasons to block the service.

              Dear concern... I have opted you dish tv connection one mth back and after a mth even after recharge discontinuing from last 2-3 days.
              After contracted mr nafish ahmed person is asking to pay full amount of 795 or so... I have asked him if i have opted pack of 206 why not updated...
              Feel cheated and please disconnect my dish tv services with immediate effect
              And refund my full amount paid till date

                From yesterday my set top box is not working. It is showing signal not found. Yesterday only the technician reinstalled it. Even in front of him the signal was very weak. He assured that if the problem persists then to call him, but now he is not picking up the phone. And set top box is completely not working. I paid the service charges also. Kindly look into the issue as soon as possible.

                    Dear sir/ma’am,

                    I would you like to inform you that i recharged my dish tv connection (Vc no – [protected]) on 07:16 pm 23-sept-2018 by rs199 but by mistake it’s recharged into wrong account that is (Vc no – [protected]).

                    I called to the customer care & talk about more than 1 hour but dish tv customer care executive (Ritik) did not provide any solution for same & always asking to send the mail on cc mail id with the txn no. But tell me why should i mailed when i provided all information on the phone call as per company policy. He told that payment received on the wrong account that is (Vc no – [protected]).

                    I told that i have txn id –[protected] so he told that this is wrong so i told them if i am wrong so please transfer my call to the senior so he directly denied for the same & told that there would be alphabetical digit in the txn id tell that. I again & again requested that there is no alpha digits but he denied to accept

                    I again & again told that person that i already contacted to the retailer & there is no alphabetical digit so he denied accept & also denied to transfer the call to the senior.

                    He told to arrange the call back within 15 minutes with the commitment i was waiting till the 2:00 am but no calls from the dish tv.

                    I am very fed up from this service from the dish tv as they provide world’s worst service. I think dish tv should close the customer care because very discusting service from the dish tv.

                    I am filing the case against dish tv as they did not provide the proper solution & wasted my time due to that i am very frustrate & i have so much loss due to the same as i was unable to meetings due to i was talking on the call with the dish tv around 2 hours.

                    Who is the responsible for my loss around 24000 /-.

                    I want proper solution for the same with my loss because dish tv executive did not provide the proper solution & wasted my lots of time due to that i am having this loss.

                      Now dish tv has started to cheat customers. Today dish tv has activated “popular hd add-on” without any notice or any request from me. Dish tv has also debited rs.69/- from my account and revised my recharge date. It is a case of crpc 420 means cheating. Why is dish tv doing this? Is dish tv under debt? I am not requesting but i am hereby giving notice that to credit my money back and cancel activation of popular hd add-on. As i do not have hd tv then how can you activate it without my permission?

                        Sir this is akshay das from kolkata i have recharge by mistake 1000 in wrong vc no - [protected] on 23/09/2018 through paytm and i have submitted the complaint in dish tv customer care department and my correct vc number is [protected] i have given all my invoice details along with order id - [protected] operator reference number - arec[protected] transaction id - [protected] after all conversation with the customer car department they given me the complaint num[protected] and assure me that they will forward my balance in my correct vc num within next 2 hrs the conversation time was 8:21 pm on 23/09/2018 but my problem is that till now they didnt do any thing till now i have call 5 time on 24/0/2018 from 9 am morning but every time they transfer there call to there senior officer my registerd mobile with dish tv is - [protected] sir its a humble request kindly do something for this fraud company

                          Dear sir,
                          I have changed my package to basic joy tamil, for that i contacted dish tv they told you pay rs.800 (Offer package) we will change it. So i have paid rs.800 on 16.07.2018. Then they informed ur package was changed to monthly package to rs.151/month, switch off date will be 11.01.2019. But i went for vocation and checked my dish tv deactived, no balance like that appearing. So i want tv programme i recharged to rs.400 on 22-09-18. After that also not activated till now.
                          So what happended my rs.800+400=1200/-
                          I given mail also no respond.
                          So i request you to return my rs.1200/- to my disch tv account or credit it in my bank account.
                          I am very disatisfaction over dish tv.
                          I hope so u will respond.

                            From last 3 days, my set up box is not working, i think it may be due to bad weather but other companies like tatasky, big tv, reliance, airtel are working fine in my vicinity. Request you to please look into the issue & rectify as soon as possible. After calling customer service team they insisted me to pay 200 inr for the respresentative to come & solve the issue

                              I have booked dish tv on[protected] on compare dth site and i paid 5090 in this they are offering me 15 months for subsription and free shoes. They also told me that the installation will be done within 4 hours. Now it more than 6 hours and they are not recieving my call and not replying to mail. Could you please help me in this.

                                I purchased a new dish tv connection with DishNXT HD receiver on 31/08/2018, they were offering one month free ‘Premiere joy’ package with the connection, I paid Rs.1950/- for the connection, few days I got the subscibed channel after that I am getting only some of the free channel and other channels giving message ‘YOU ARE NOT SUBCRIBED TO CHANNEL’, also in my account information it is showing that switch off date is 29/09/2018, also I recharged Rs.1600/- on 11/09/2018 but it is still not reflecting in the dish receiver, many time I called the customer service from by registered mobile but every time they are telling the silly things like switch off power from main then switch on keep channel in 96 for 15min(the funny thing is channel 96 also showing not subscribed even though it is there promotion channel). Two days back when I called them they told me that there was some technical issue now issue was solved you switch off and switch on keep it on off 15 min then it will update but still it is not getting also my account is not updating. Sir please do something to get rid off this issue, if they cannot do anything please advise them to return my money and take away this rubbish from home.

                                  Hi,

                                  I am currently at new hd world package, 516 rs/month. My usage of tv are very low, as the connection is in jaipur and i am mostly out of town due to my job, i want to change the pack to "maxi sports hd", rs 314/month.
                                  On dishtv website, it gives error, you can not downgrade as you are fixed term plan subscriber. I am not aware how i am subscribed to such plan, please remove my subscription from this type of plan and change my pack to "maxi sports hd".

                                    I have purchase rs350 on pos 80400732 at payments paying tnx[protected]. On 17/09/18. Accordingly sms was sent on 18/09/18 from dish tv accepting the recharge amount. Service was continued biut on 19 evening my dish tv account vcno [protected] was de activated. I have contacted coustomer care. They assured me that recharge was done on 18 oct but due to defect on set up box this dificultities were arise. They send a mechanique on 20 oct and found box ok. Then customer care told me that recharge amount is bouncy back. But in reality no money is refund in my account. Coustomer care executive mis lead me two days in a fraudulent manner.

                                      I am from alappuzha, kerala, india and purchased dish tv vc no [protected] in september 2018, and from the last week we can see only two channel wiz dish buzz and d2h, complained several time but no response, and when i contacted the technician who install it in my home, he told me that he cant attend for the same,

                                        I am regred to write this complaint that some of channels has beeb disconnected by Dish TV without intimation. We have recharged jumbo pack (south india channels). From last 10 days some of the channels not coming i.e. channel numbers are 1613, 1615, 1617, 1631, 1633, 1637, 1639, 1651, 1653, 1661, 1667, 1675, etc... In this connection we have contacted Dish TV customer care executive tow days back and he told us some of channel holders are increased price, but, Dish TV has not put this burden on customer and he going to connect again. Two went, but, till now that channels has not re-connected. Today again we contacted customer care executive, he is saying that is your antenna problem, we will arrange Technician to resolve the issue, for that have to Rs. 200/- as Technician charges. In past 4 months we have called Technician for 3 times and paid Rs. 200/- each time visit. Now again they are saying to take Technician support. We are surprised that 2 customer care executives are giving different statements. Hence, requested to kindly look into this and resolve the same.
