I am from alappuzha, kerala, india and purchased dish tv vc no [protected] in september 2018, and from the last week we can see only two channel wiz dish buzz and d2h, complained several time but no response, and when i contacted the technician who install it in my home, he told me that he cant attend for the same,

I am regred to write this complaint that some of channels has beeb disconnected by Dish TV without intimation. We have recharged jumbo pack (south india channels). From last 10 days some of the channels not coming i.e. channel numbers are 1613, 1615, 1617, 1631, 1633, 1637, 1639, 1651, 1653, 1661, 1667, 1675, etc... In this connection we have contacted Dish TV customer care executive tow days back and he told us some of channel holders are increased price, but, Dish TV has not put this burden on customer and he going to connect again. Two went, but, till now that channels has not re-connected. Today again we contacted customer care executive, he is saying that is your antenna problem, we will arrange Technician to resolve the issue, for that have to Rs. 200/- as Technician charges. In past 4 months we have called Technician for 3 times and paid Rs. 200/- each time visit. Now again they are saying to take Technician support. We are surprised that 2 customer care executives are giving different statements. Hence, requested to kindly look into this and resolve the same.

It is to inform that dish tv is giving some percentage discount if you subscribe for 3 / 6 or 1 year subscription.

I have subscribed for the yearly subscription, wherein every month some how or other the dish tv is removing the subscribed channels or increasing the monthly subscription. A deal has been made for 1 year subscription and why the dish tv is charging more or removing the channels? By giving discounts and later on collecting the amount by other means through back end channels. No one has time to look out for the monthly bill if so we need to fight for it.

I keep getting messages from dish tv for VC No: [protected] on my mob.no. [protected]. plz unregister my no. for this account as I'm not a dish tv customer. Previously I used to get call from dish tv where I informed about the same, now I don't get call but still keep getting the messages. I'll appreciate the prompt action taken from dish tv.

I recharge 300 on 7 sep.. But not able to watch any channel i paid 300 rs but not getting value for money i wasted 30 ruppes in calling them but no body is taking responciblity and getting it sorted its very bad attitude they have and taking a dish tv is like inviting a bucket full of problem.. From 7sep. To till date i can't able to watch channel.. So i request to dish tv solve my problems and refund the money for 11days of there poor service

I am naresh kumar garg from abu road city, sirohi rajsthan. I have subscribed my annual pack. But channel no 610 sony ten hd 1 not programming. We have called many time to dish tv customer care but every time not reply properly and said every time that your channel will be start within 15 to 20 mint but every time my problem not solved and also this activity running last 4 day. We last talk to customer officer and they give me a sr no we have share with you sr[protected] but still problem is not solved. Sorry to say your dish tv customer service not poor, your service is very bad. So please we request you please provide us solution and restarts this channel. My detail are below.

This is regarding complaint no :[protected] raised on 1 sept 2018 at 3.58 pm for vc no : [protected]

Detail of complaint : i received message from dish tv that "movies active" was activated with rs 70 charges for it on 1st september 2018.
But i did not activated it and it got by dishtv.
So i called dishtv customer care and asked to cancel and raised complaint[protected].
As per customer care it should get resolved in 24 hours, but i still did not get rs 70 back to my account.

Request you to please resolve this complaint and transfer rs 70 wihch was wrongly charged.

Also note that your customer care is playing a game and disconnecting calls immediately i talk about this issue.

I have paid for settop box 1950 rs online. But after one week they haven't installed the settop box. When i called the customer care they said there is no details available about me nor my payment.

I am so fed up of dishtv. They are fraud people. I recharged my dishtv account for 70rs and when i switched on the tv the main channels are not being showing in the tv. Then i called the customer care executive and they were forcing me continuously to book technical executive so that they can take 300rs from me. They are fraud people. The subscriber name is nitin jain.

Please take the action as soon as possible.

Dish tv authorities has forwarded a message that realingment work should be done soon on 26. 7, 18. But the same hasnot done evenafter repeated request tocustomercare. Then another message is received stating that hewillvisit on5.9.18, but no progress. Today dishtv authorities sent amessage that the chapter is closed without doing work. Kindly help me. N. Hi i am dish tv customer i had recharged the wrong vc number [protected] through internet from credit card instead of my current vc number [protected]. The wrong vc number as per email received by dish tv email so can you please move the amount from old vc [protected] number to new vc number [protected].

Hi dear sir i have recharged my dishtv subscription but the some of the available channels are not showing if i open that channel it's showing 301 error code signal not found. There is rain in my area weather is also good. I don't why they are just collecting the money not providing any service properly. And if we call for customer care these people asking for service charge to send a engineer and disconnecting the call abruptly.

They given free subscription of 3yrs of some channels.
But none of the channel is working
Now they told no free channels activate plan by recharging.
I am informing not to buy new dish tv conection. 10days continuance i called they replied mam 24hours n tv channels will be displayed.
Now telling you don't have any offer or plan please recharge.
They are fraud.

Dear sir,
Kindly stop unnecessary calls and sms against vc number [protected] on register mobile number [protected]. It simply disturb me on Bssy hours, which very annoying. So, it my heartiest request not make any unnecessary calls to avoid disturbances occur during important working time.

I am frustrated with DishTV service any time you can remove channel without any intimation
any when i am going to complaint for sony channel no 105 is not clear your customer supporter ask me to raise service our service man come to your home and solve your problem and for this i have to pay.
i am 7 year old your customer then why not your proved us free service.
very bad service.

I have been getting non stop promotional calls from dish tv from different land lines and mobile numbers on my registered mobile number ([protected]). As these numbers seems to be private number, probably my do not disturb does not work. I don't know if that's even legal.
I have asked them many time to not call for any reasons, and if needed i will call them, however, they keep on calling multiple times a day. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers because they call from different numbers.
