It is to inform that dish tv is giving some percentage discount if you subscribe for 3 / 6 or 1 year subscription.

I have subscribed for the yearly subscription, wherein every month some how or other the dish tv is removing the subscribed channels or increasing the monthly subscription. A deal has been made for 1 year subscription and why the dish tv is charging more or removing the channels? By giving discounts and later on collecting the amount by other means through back end channels. No one has time to look out for the monthly bill if so we need to fight for it.

    I keep getting messages from dish tv for VC No: [protected] on my mob.no. [protected]. plz unregister my no. for this account as I'm not a dish tv customer. Previously I used to get call from dish tv where I informed about the same, now I don't get call but still keep getting the messages. I'll appreciate the prompt action taken from dish tv.

      I recharge 300 on 7 sep.. But not able to watch any channel i paid 300 rs but not getting value for money i wasted 30 ruppes in calling them but no body is taking responciblity and getting it sorted its very bad attitude they have and taking a dish tv is like inviting a bucket full of problem.. From 7sep. To till date i can't able to watch channel.. So i request to dish tv solve my problems and refund the money for 11days of there poor service

      Please solved my problem as soon possible

        I am naresh kumar garg from abu road city, sirohi rajsthan. I have subscribed my annual pack. But channel no 610 sony ten hd 1 not programming. We have called many time to dish tv customer care but every time not reply properly and said every time that your channel will be start within 15 to 20 mint but every time my problem not solved and also this activity running last 4 day. We last talk to customer officer and they give me a sr no we have share with you sr[protected] but still problem is not solved. Sorry to say your dish tv customer service not poor, your service is very bad. So please we request you please provide us solution and restarts this channel. My detail are below.

          This is regarding complaint no :[protected] raised on 1 sept 2018 at 3.58 pm for vc no : [protected]

          Detail of complaint : i received message from dish tv that "movies active" was activated with rs 70 charges for it on 1st september 2018.
          But i did not activated it and it got by dishtv.
          So i called dishtv customer care and asked to cancel and raised complaint[protected].
          As per customer care it should get resolved in 24 hours, but i still did not get rs 70 back to my account.

          Request you to please resolve this complaint and transfer rs 70 wihch was wrongly charged.

          Also note that your customer care is playing a game and disconnecting calls immediately i talk about this issue.

              You have deducted Rs 42 from my account by adding one cooking ADD-on without my permission. Also, activated this add-on and put monthly charges of Rs 92 in my account statement. Kindly remove this ADD-on and refund my deducted money in my Dish Tv account.

                I am so fed up of dishtv. They are fraud people. I recharged my dishtv account for 70rs and when i switched on the tv the main channels are not being showing in the tv. Then i called the customer care executive and they were forcing me continuously to book technical executive so that they can take 300rs from me. They are fraud people. The subscriber name is nitin jain.

                Please take the action as soon as possible.

                  Dish tv authorities has forwarded a message that realingment work should be done soon on 26. 7, 18. But the same hasnot done evenafter repeated request tocustomercare.                     Congratulations! Your mobile number has been successfully registered with dishtv. For any query, just sms or call from your registered mobile number. And my last comunication with custmer care senior department but she says sorry and also say please stay tune channel no.96 but errors was there

                          Hi dear sir i have recharged my dishtv subscription but the some of the available channels are not showing if i open that channel it's showing 301 error code signal not found. There is rain in my area weather is also good. I don't why they are just collecting the money not providing any service properly. And if we call for customer care these people asking for service charge to send a engineer and disconnecting the call abruptly.

                            They given free subscription of 3yrs of some channels.
                            But none of the channel is working
                            Now they told no free channels activate plan by recharging.
                            I am informing not to buy new dish tv conection. 10days continuance i called they replied mam 24hours n tv channels will be displayed.
                            Now telling you don't have any offer or plan please recharge.
                            They are fraud.

                                    I have been getting non stop promotional calls from dish tv from different land lines and mobile numbers on my registered mobile number ([protected]). As these numbers seems to be private number, probably my do not disturb does not work. I don't know if that's even legal.
                                    I have asked them many time to not call for any reasons, and if needed i will call them, however, they keep on calling multiple times a day. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers because they call from different numbers.

                                      Hi i am registered user of dish tv customer and my vc number is [protected]. I subscribed to one add-on pack and after one-month customer care executive told me that it will deactivate automatically, but i can't remove the add-on [tenadd on] l. After one month still is add-on is not deactivated and they are charging for this after the subscription also. They are not providing any customer care contact number in site there are two number are there toll and toll free but no use, dish tv is simply cheating the customer

                                        I had raised complain on 4th sep till date no resolution.
                                        I was recharged of rs. 713 on 4th sep.
                                        I need to terminate this service as per below reason.
                                        1) i stayed in cbd belapur navi mumbai, as per dish tv we can't provide service to this area within 24hrs.
                                        2) my dish connection not working & already recharge done, dish tv not able to refund this amount due to internal policy.
                                        3) if dish tv network is not strong - i don't want this service.
                                        4) i wanted to switch to other brand who can give me proper service within proper time.

                                        Request you to refund my recent recharge & terminate my service from dish tv.
                                        I don't want to take dish tv connection in future as bad service providers.
                                        Even till date i haven't received engineer call.
