Dear team,
I had raised complain on 4th sep till date no resolution.
I was recharged of rs. 713 on 4th sep.
I need to terminate this service as per below reason.
1) i stayed in cbd belapur navi mumbai, as per dish tv we can't provide service to this area within 24hrs.
2) my dish connection not working & already recharge done, dish tv not able to refund this amount due to internal policy.
3) if dish tv network is not strong - i don't want this service.
4) i wanted to switch to other brand who can give me proper service within proper time.

Request you to refund my recent recharge & terminate my service from dish tv.
I don't want to take dish tv connection in future as bad service providers.
Even till date i haven't received engineer call.

    Monthly cost of my subscription is rs 301 including gst since last 3 years.

    I noticed today that i have been recharging my dish tv of rs 300 quite often.

    On calling customer care, they told that free hd channel was added to my subscription in june 2018. Once the free offer period had expired, dish tv continued charging me for hd channels. I had no knowledge of the free hd offer neither was i informed of charges on lapse of offer. I told the customer care representative mr ratan kumar jha to stop hd channel subscription and to reimburse the additional charges to my dish tv account.

    He stopped the hd subscription but refused to reimburse the additional charges borne by me without my knowledge.

    I request consumer complaints to take strictest action to prevent such scams wherein dish tv give free hd channels and continues to charge it in subsequent bill without intimation. The viewer had never asked for any hd channels. It is prerogative of dish tv service provider to give free channels under scheme and stop providing free channels after expiry of scheme.
    But instead, common man through no knowledge or awareness falls into the trap of these devious schemes by dish tv.

    I hope that strict action will taken at the earliest to dissuade such malpractices by dish tv.

      I have recharged for 225 packqge for 50 hd channels but i am not getting around 10 hd channels. Dish tv is not keeping there word. I have reached dish tv customer care service for many times and have mailed to them many times but they are not able resolve my issue.
      This is the 3rd month continously I am facing this issue still they are not able to rectify the issue

        Dear sir

        I am taking dish tv services but i am facing many problems to seen in channels, it is giving very poor quality of the services, dish tv have many poor quality of the services as well as in channel seen and very costly expensive.
        I am calling regularly for resolve this type of issues that i could not be seen any channel but they are telling you have to pay for this as technical fees but i was taken this services in july month and query was resolved only for that days.

        I am taking your services last 12 years but nowday i have been puzzled with your quality of the services due to not seen of your channels and i decided that i will be portability and shift in other company due to not seen your channels by us and we are not satisfied with your quality of this services,

          This is dineshkumar kamble, customer of dishtv since 2007. Our neighbour has tatasky dish & tatasky provides lord buddha tv channel on channel no.1064.

          I searched this channel on google. It displayed channel no.1360 for dishtv. But this channel number does not exist on tv when searched on my dishtv.
          This channel not available on dishtv. Due to this reason i am thinking to switch over to tatasky.

          It is kindly requested to add this channel on our dishtv at the earliest. So that i will continue using dishtv with my choice of channel.

            Hi,
            Dishtv team,

            I had recharged my dth account with family sports pack @ 266₹ vapidity of one month. But it always end before one month like in 21 days, several times.

            I had complaint to customer service but the worst representative response get it from there.
            Last words of that representative is bad voice occurrence and disconnect the call.

            I think, i am using a product with very poor service response.

            If possible, please do something.

            Otherwise rest is yours!

              Hello sir,

              As i'm complaining again for the same issue which i did 15 days ago... As i told you that my dish tv set up box is in warrenty period and i have the right to replace or company would replace if the setup box is not working properly.
              Last time a technician came and did not resolve the issue and also told me that the every dish tv set up box usually takes 3-4 minutes to start... And they are wrong... All i need to say that please advice or gave strict warning to a agent so that they resolve the issue corresponding and replace my setup box as soon as possible.
              Please send a technician who would resolve the issue not to leave it as they are before.

                    Tired of calls from Dish Tv network, always bombarding calls for recharging, plans, there is enough information available on their website, yet they call and call from different numbers. Blocking numbers wont do any good.

                    Just ask them to stop calling. We get SMSs, emails, that is enough, No need for calls everyday when the recharge due date is near.

                      We yet to receive any response.

                      Further we notice the bengali channels from 1404 to 1485 are not subscribed with error 101. These were by default in my base pack for years.
                      We called 3 times and spend more than an hr now to reactivate which is an unwanted obligation onour part. Time 13:59, 14:12 and 14:40.

                      Every time they told that they were adding on or refresh and in 15 mins all channels would be reactivated in my parent and child vc.
                      But after last call with talk time about 21 mins, we noticed reactivation of said channels in child vc only

                      Now this is going to be clear harrasment of customers.
                      I refer this to consumer complain cell.

                      No resolution yet. In spite of their misrepresetation and therefore misleading us to change their package they are not changing to my old package with old terms. This is an act of fradulence, out right arbitration. This case must be investigated and must be used for customer awareness about DISH TV.

                      We got a phone call in our RMN at 5:05 PM from Mr. Yogesh.

                      He explained, the pack terms will remain unchanged and if we request downgrade they will further deduct the switch off date.
                      But we need our old package of 659 Rs per month for 14 months.

                      This case has now been turned into clear arbitration stated from inappropriate saling. Why can't we call it as fradulent action by DISHTV!

                      The conversation, negoriation over phone is out and out harrasment.

                      This arbitration followed by fradulent action of DISHTV is not acceptable and must be subjected to appropriate legal action for customer's interest. We need to have our old package of Rs 659/ pm for 14 months since 16/08/2018 must be reinstated in our system.

                      After a long and stressful negotiayion, DISH TV, resolved our issue, today.
                      We regained our previous pack with previous term as claimed with our rational demand.

                      However for last 10 days the issue has been creating an unwanted stress and imbalance in our life which is ireecoverable.

                      We expect DISH TV will emphasise on right CAPA to prevent recurrence of same or similar issues.

                        We refer several tele-conversation as their standard procedure on today, aug 28 with dish along with our feedback either in chat or email in thierr format; we expressed extreme unhappiness for toady's incidence. At present we felt cheated by dish tv.
                        Today afternoon at 13:54 hrs in rmn their representative informed about inclusion of 14 hd channels to my present package @659/- p. M (Recharged for 12 months plus 2 months additional as extra benefit on 16/08/2018). Inquiring about the reason, they explained that this has been an offer on foc with my existing terms of next switch off date in my present offer. And that has been attributed to us as old customers.
                        We reconfirmed, that there should not be any change in my present package contents and terms specially in switch off date. After having their assurance over phone, we asked to go ahead. Immediately we received mail confirmation about up gradation of my package and the same in my dishtv account.
                        My next recharge amount became rs 730 against 659/pm with switch of date sep 2, 2010 which has been 60 days less than my existing package.
                        Subsequently we talked with them and requested to change to my old package with same terms. The call times by your representative from several number to my rmn were 14:11 hrs, 14:25 hrs, 15:29 hrs and lastly 17:12 hrs.
                        We astonished, knowing that any further change demand from us will loss the additional benefit, like extra 60 days switch-off date which we took for annual recharge on 16/08/2018.
                        We spend almost 3 hours in week days today and further till resolution, loosing focus on our professional activities and creating imbalance in family life. By summing up the total incidences, this has been a clear case of cheating to their customer by false marketing. This is a legal punishable offence and we demand quick resolution with appropriate compensation from dish tv.

                        Although they are clear defaulter by mispresentation and misleading us, they are stand in their position which is against customer interest.

                        We wonder how the online team of DISH TV yet to receive the claim forwarded to DISH TV custometcare at several occassions since 28/08/2018. All comm8nocation to DISH TV customer care were also coped in my portal of consumercomplaints.in.
                        Surely this resemble, how customercentric DISHTV is! And no wonder, they hardly bother their customer feedback.

                        Today they asked for RMN and we replied the same.
                        We like to see the resolution now i.e. my old package before 28/08/2018 afternoon with validity of 14 months.

                        Just now, I got a call from Dish TV the Number [protected] at 12:01 pm from Ms Shalini.

                        She explained that she will down grade my package to Super Sport with a deduction of Rs 81/- and with no adjustment of my 60 days additional validity, which I used to have before they changed.

                        They claimed, they upgrade to my package to World Pack... on our request. We have to spend lots of time to negotiate this DISH TV Team once again telling that - IT WAS A CALL FROM DISH TV ON 28/08/2018, OFFERING 14 HD CHANNEL FOC AND WITHOUT CHANGING THE EXISTING TERMS OF VALIDITY. WE SAID OKAY. AND THEREAFTER IMMEDIATELY WE NOTICED THE TERMS AND COST WAS CHANGED. WE LODGED A COMPLAIN IN WRITING AS WELL IN TELECON, BUT THEY REPEATEDLY TELLING DISH TV CAN CHANGE THE PACKAGE BY WITHDRAWING ALL MY BENEFITS WHICH I OPTED DURING RECHARGE ON 16/08/2018."
                        I also repeatedly told you not do anything, once we confirmed in writing.

                        In addition now this has becoming a stressful activity in negotiation with DISH TV.

                        This is an act of cheating the customer without putting the right information for our decision.
                        Also this must be subjected to a suitable legal proceedings for harassing the customers and stealing a substantial working hours. We refer to consumer complaints.in portal.
                        Pls brothers don't use dish TV they r always cheating people and there set up boxes r very bad they r giving only 90 days warranty.there set up boxes r giving problem in with in six or seven months and they r charging amount every time

                        You are absolutely right.

                        My case is a clear example of how DISHTV is cheating their customer.

                        At first they gave proposal of for recharge - in my case I opted Annual recharge with a benefit of extra 2 months.

                        Then they started calling in our Registered Mobile No and gave proposal of additional free services without no additional terms.

                        And after that there has been no confirmatory sms or else, they straight adjust our account with their convenience. In my case I have been losing Rs 1400/- in my base package of around Rs 7800/- i.e. 18%.
                        Not only that, as a consequence of changing package, many of your favorite channel will be disappeared And then you have to chase their so called customer care unit in your busy schedule for n No of times, considering auto disconnection without an auto call back service, Different representative will treat you differently and if you fortunate enough, then the solution may be considered within 1 hr.
                        Be careful for subscription with DISH TV.

                          I m a dish tv customer (Vc no [protected]) and that was a black day when i chose dish tv as my dth provider.
                          I m fed up of receiving several irritational calls sometimes thrice or fortimes in a day, from dish tv call centre. I have told them several times not to call me or block my no. But they dont listen.
                          I want these calls to stop immidiately.

                            I called dish tv customer care in morning on 27.08.2018. I told to customer care executive that i am not interested in non hd channels. I want only hd channels for viewing. Then executive told me that you recharge a unique amount 1279 and then for three years you are able to view only hd channels. It was full on hd channels. No need to recharge again within three years. The hd pack will convert on your base pack. Now then you can view only hd channels. After recharging the 1279 amount. I called again customer care and confirm twice. But today on 28.08.2018 the customer care executive told me that you can only able to view free to air channels. I need justice. I already paid the amount 1279 and i don't want to view non hd channels. Please help me.

                              I signed on to dish for 2 years, i had to call to ask if my dish contract was up and they said yes. I then chatted with a dish rep asked why i was now being charged for local channels without me being notified. I told her a didn'want to pay for local channels so she took 12 dollars off the bill, and i had a credit coming for 4 dollars and some cents.

                                I recharged my dish TV well in advanced, I'm facing pathetic service by dish TV .It started with few channels starting to show 101 error, On contacting customer care they say keep TV on for 15 min...Since yesterday no channel is visible, only 101 error, my registered phone number is [protected]. I have Rs 1197 balance.Dish TV costomer care says we have reset already. Just negligence and false assurance from Dish TV since since last 2-3 Days.please see attachment for further details.

                                  Dear Sir/ma'am, I am using Multiple connection of dishtv, but due some problem I want to convert multiple connection in to individual connection. I am requested many time to customer care, but all is vain. So kindly do the need full so that i can enjoy your service lifetime. OtherWise I am take new connection of any other DTH .                                     I have booked dish tv set top box from
                                    https://www.dishtv.in/pages/welcome/products.aspx on[protected]:45:10). I have received confirmation email from dish tv also with reference no 634247 for rs. 1950/-.

                                    But when i contacted dish tv customer care, they are saying this is not valid no. After that i have provided all the details with email which i have received from dish tv and screen shot. After that also they are saying they are unable to fetching details.

                                    It is a one kind of fraud which is doing by dish tv. Since i am having all proof for booking i think i have to go for further action against dish tv. I don't know how they doing business with this kind of fraudulent. After given all the details, this kind of reply and no phone call fro dish tv means i think one kind of fraud business dish tv is doing with common people.

                                      I have requested multiple number of times regarding reinstallation of my dish tv at newly shifted residence but nobody has come yet... On calling customer care they say that technician visited my place and i hv refused for installation wen he never came to me... Nobody from your side is able to help me out with this issue
                                      It's worst experience ever being part of this bloody dish tv service... Action should be taken against that fraud technician and those # sitting as customer care executives
