Hello sir,
My name is sandesh prabhudessai, my vc number [protected], email i'd sanil. [protected]@gmail.com i bought dish tv connection on 21st july, i was using tata sky connection with vc number[protected], i was using multi tv connection on this. Because of offers and dish tv services i thought of closing tata sky connection and switch to dish tv, accordingly i registered online for new connection. I received a call from bina who is sales executive and she offered me fixed pay term offer, i clearly mentioned that i want dish tv multi connection during the call and i want this connection as parent. So she told me to buy this offer activate parent and later on book child connection. I followed the procedure and after a week i called customer care and she told me they cant provide multi tv connection. Since then i am calling daily and i am getting different response from different executive, i requested them to check call recording i if am faulty. I talked to escalation department, there team leader and other executives. I am facing all these difficulties because of wrong information shared by dish tv sales executive. Kindly look into the matter and try to resolve, if my problem cant be resolved at least refund my money so that i can again switch to tata sky again.

I recharged for Rs 300 from a dealer shop in kuzhithurai and not got accounted and in TV account not showing recharged.
