I am Mahesh Anjarlekar, I customer since 6years to dish tv, my set-top box not working, so dishtv boy coming replaced it dish HD + box but his not giving remote and his charge me 840 Rs, after 15 day's set-top box giving me problems 301signals not found problem. I called customar care his saying this problem is 200Rs charge.

    My vc no is [protected]. My set top box stopped working after just 15 months. Had purchased on april 17.
    Last time it was working fine. I was back after a week yesterday and it is not working. When called they said i need to pay rs 613 rs including charge of service engineer. Break up rs 413 for set top box and rs 200 for engineer. Feel so cheated. I had already paid package for 3 years and it stopped working after 1 n half year. Why should i pay again. A definitely dissatisfied customer. Want my money refunded for 15 months and let them pick there product. Want refund. Please help.

    I recharged for Rs 300 from a dealer shop in kuzhithurai and not got accounted and in TV account not showing recharged.

      Non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [[protected]] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. This is mental harassment. I do not want to renew dish tv subscription for now.

      I have called dish tv customer care to stop such call for 2-3 times they told that you will always receive call regarding offfer & activate. They will not stop callling me. No such facility available in their system to stop call.

      They suggest changing my mobile number. This is not the solution. It's harassment. Customer care service is very bad.

      Can we take legal action on that?

        Hello sir,
        My name is sandesh prabhudessai, my vc number [protected], email i'd sanil. [protected]@gmail.com i bought dish tv connection on 21st july, i was using tata sky connection with vc number[protected], i was using multi tv connection on this. Because of offers and dish tv services i thought of closing tata sky connection and switch to dish tv, accordingly i registered online for new connection. I received a call from bina who is sales executive and she offered me fixed pay term offer, i clearly mentioned that i want dish tv multi connection during the call and i want this connection as parent. So she told me to buy this offer activate parent and later on book child connection. I followed the procedure and after a week i called customer care and she told me they cant provide multi tv connection. Since then i am calling daily and i am getting different response from different executive, i requested them to check call recording i if am faulty. I talked to escalation department, there team leader and other executives. I am facing all these difficulties because of wrong information shared by dish tv sales executive. Kindly look into the matter and try to resolve, if my problem cant be resolved at least refund my money so that i can again switch to tata sky again.

          Dish TV stopped Two Basic channel
          1) DD Chandan (It is Govt. Free channel)
          2) Kasturi Kannada Channel

          In All other DTH Company. They will give it free of cost.

          I Called customer care for these two channel and gave complaint. The Service Request No. is[protected] on Aug 6th 2018 But No Response. and still problem not solved. I Called them 3 to 4 times regarding this.
          they told we will take action immediately. But not taking any action.

          Somebody telling to me this problem is not solved until i have to Upgrade to HD Box. My question is why should I upgrade. For Upgradation I have to pay money to DISH TV. This Shows Dish TV is trapping old customer.

          So I lodge my complaint in Consumer Complaints. Because DD Chandana is a free channel and govt under channel. They should give free.
          Finally I Request to Dish Company give these two channel immediately OR Freely upgrade my SD Box

            Dish TV is deliberately creeping in disturbances in Sony TV channels. We have this compliant for a very long time and has been raising the issue to Dish TV but without resolution. They ask for money to rectify the same. Once when we complained, they set it right but only for a day.

              Why does it needs to have a hd set top box to see sd star sports select channel, i really dont get it. On top of that they have put these select channels in normal packages to fool people so that when they activate this pack they can charge for those channels, wont show those channels and ask costumers to buy their hd set top box worth 800. Well done dish tv well done👏👏👏

              I rechared todae of 1410 rs but now i wanted to uprade with another pack which is 235 per month...but they gave me pack of 350 rs per month...

                The technician who came to install said channels will come in 15 20 min and and went away.. and now he is telling he will not come to solve the issue. His number is [protected]. i have lodged many complaint via customore care but everytime gets same old answer than complaint will be solved in 24 hrs.. but after 24 hrs i get msg that my complaint is closed... no technician visit made ever and just like that closing my complaint and i everyday i am lodging fresh complaint.

Moreover, as per our records, you are currently enjoying WORLD PACK (Rs.390*+18%GST=Rs.460 Per Month) along with FULL ON HD (Rs.191*+18%GST=Rs.225 Per Month). Also, inform you that we have sent a Refresh command on your Set Top Box. To allow timely updation, please switch off and switch on the Set-Top-Box from the main power supply and keep it on Channel 96 for 15 minutes. Furthermore, You can also refresh the VC by giving a MISSED CALL on[protected]Toll-Free) from the Registered Mobile Number.

                  From 8th August 2018 night 102 Iow balance plate appears on my TV. I already have balance till 20th August 2018. This is happens the 3rd time in a month, after an employee contacting me to sell an HD box. Yesterday I contacted 3 times to your customer Care executives. But no use at all. I strongly doubted that your agenda for Selling HD boxes is behind this. But I don't want that. Now I am decided to quit your Subscription that continues from 2006. Thanks for your concern about customers.

                  My vc no. is [protected].and my monthly Subscription is 301 rupees. My Switch off date is 20th August 2018..But I don't get the channels from 8th August night with 102 low account balance plate. Tomorrow I contacted the reps 3 times. But no use. From 2006?use this DTH. 1 year ago I changed my set top box to dish plus. One month ago a guy called me to change the STB to HD. But I deny that offer. After that this is the 3rd time happens this.. Is the company deliberately cutting the Service for selling the HD Boxes? I want to get my channels with the lost days include.

                    My vc number is [protected] I am not able to view my any of the channels its showing 101 error and 103 error oh hd channel on my tv since 02/08/2018 and had a technician visit and paid Rs 200 but the problem remains the same .Their is no proper response from the customer care also they are just extending the time by hours and by days.Both the department customer care and technical department are saying the same thing its It related issue and we have mailed it to the concern department, Its a week now and still the problem remain the same .Its very disappointing when paying so much. I request you check the matter as soon as possible.

                      Usually i recharge my dishtv (Vc no. [protected]) for family pack. Recently i noticed that our pack is expiring without completing 1 month time and i found that there are 2 addon packs active in my a/c (Hd pack and dance pack), which were activated without my consent. I communicated by phone call and email to dishtv. But they have denied to accept their fault and refused to refund money.

                        Hi I am having new titanium South pack. But all my channels are coming as 101-unsubscribed channel. I am not getting even one channel.

                        I am in uae so I am not able to contact customer care also. So kindly solve this issue for me.
                        When I got the dish everything was working properly suddenly is stopped now.

                          I had done the recharge of 350/-, but most of my channel are skipped.

                          I had called 6 to 7 times but they are repeadeatly saying wait for 15 minutes your problem will get solve, but yet it not resolved.

                          Almost i can't able to see my 50% of channel which is available in my pack.

                          Second thing the problem is from there side then to they are charging me there technition charges.

                          I totally get frustrated.

                            Since last 1 year i am using dish tv (Vc no[protected] and on 25th of june 2018 setup box of same stopped working thereafter i have registered the complained and mr. Raju jha ([protected]) from goldcrest from patna came for repairing and replaced the box and for the same they charged approx 800 for old (Not new) setup box and 200 for technician visit and said that we are providing 3 months warranty for same after 1 month the setup box stopped working again i called the customer care and again they charged 200 for technician visit (Mr. Raju jha - goldcreast - [protected]) on 1st of august 2018, once again setup box stopped working on 6th of august 2018 just after 5 days of repairing and called raju jha more than 5 times but he is not picking ph and after picking saying whenever i will come that side will repair the setup box. Now i am requesting to dish tv that kindly refund may paid money and recharged amount (Balance amount approx 1500/-) because of the worst service you have been provided since last month. I dont have much time to call you after 5 or 10 days to repair the setup box.

                              I am having my dish tv connection with viewing card number [protected] (Vcn). The mobile number registered with dish tv was +91 [protected] (Current rmn) and would like to it to be changed to my new mobile number +91 [protected] (New rmn).

                              Old rmn is used by my brother and hence do not want to disturb him whenever there is any issue with my dish tv connection.

                                We wish to inform you that as a valued customer, we have replaced the Disney/Hungama channel instead of Cartoon network/Pogo. Moreover, we have activated Cartoon Network/Pogo and you can watch till your next switch off date i.e.27/Aug/2018. Post, that it will be available at Rs. 12.5 +18% G.S.T = Rs 15/- per month. Kindly note that a lock-in period of 30 active days is applicable on the requested Add-On pack(s) which cannot be deactivated before the completion of the lock-in period. To activate Cartoon Network/Pogo, you can also give a missed call on [protected]/ [protected]. To allow smooth updation, please switch-off your Set-Top-Box from the main power supply, then switch it on and tune in to Channel 96 for 15 minutes.

                                  I have recently renewed my service with dish tv.

                                  After renewal i have noticed that they have removed few channels from my earlier subscription. When i reached out to the customer care and the seniors they are asking me for additional amount to add the channel back which was part of my earlier subscription.

                                  There renewal notification is an eyewash and does not give complete information to the customer.

                                  A new way to generate additional revenue and taking customers for ride. I need to knock doors of consumer court so that at least other prospective costumers do not fall pray to the advertised services of dish tv. I am still receiving the same kind of response from all the corners. I feel Dish TV does not seem to interested in retaining the existing customers.                                     Dear mr dua, i recently bought a dish tv setup box console from_your company_ on 18-jul-18 after 12days i plan for shifting the setup box in my another house, i called on your customer service help line no [protected] five times when first time they picked my call they said... Sir we will send the engineer by today. I asking for charges then she said no its free of cost your i don;t need to be pay but when i got a call from your engineer he said its chargeable i said i have recording of your customer service the said its free of cost. So he don"t agree to understand and go back his office. Then i again received your customer care call they said mistaknly we have said that free of cost thing now you need to pay... That is starting... Very bad experience with your company i said your customer service please switch my account in your company so they switch my account as per my request... But your company like very very bad service and it stopped working i am disappointed and now console is completely useless. Please help me in installation service the product with the new one as the product is in warranty.

                                      This is regarding the pathetic and false promises.

                                      My VC no. XXXXXXX.
                                      Today I mistakenly added one Add-on pack. and with in next 10 seconds I tried to delete Add-on pack from their website and got message that My request has need registered. Then in 10 minutes, I called customer care, agent said that he has registered the request and add-pn pack will be removed in 1 hours.
                                      After waiting for 5 hours I called customer care again and agent misbehaved with me. He was very rude and hardly interested to hear my complaint and give me resolution. I requested him to have his senior/manage to talk to me. After many requests he said his senior is busy and can not talk to me. Then he said, he has registered a call back for me and his senior will call me back in 15 mins. But waiting for an hour, I had to call customer care again myself. This time, customer care agent was hardly interested to take call and talk to me. Finally he said that he has registered my complaint and with in 15 min my add-on pack will be deleted. I requested him to be on line for 15 mins while my account gets updated. He said Ok. Then he said its not possible because I have to wait for 29 days more to get add-on deleted as per my request. I asked him that he just said that with in 15 mins my pack will be deleted. He said he doesnt know anything. I again request this agent to have his senior talk to me, he put my call hold and then after 10 minutes call disconnected and nobody called me back.

                                      My Complaint Points are -

                                      1. They has put so called lock in period without my knowledge and no confirmation while mistakenly added add-on pack (I wanted to add Supreme Infotainment and mistakenly added Hindi Entertainment).

                                      2. There is no option to switch/modify channels/packs/add-on from website, while they have shown these services but none are working.

                                      3. I am very much disturbed and also insulted by rude behavior of customer care agents.

                                      4. Why the company is cheating with such so called locking period and false promises, that are mere useless.

                                      I want my package to be free from LOCK IN period and let me have the OPTION TO CHOOSE WHATEVER CHANNEL OR PACKAGE I WANT TO SEE. Its none of your business to decide whatever I see.

                                      GIVE ME SOLUTION AT EARLIEST.

                                        I took full on hd pack of dish tv last year which had all hd channels of dish tv..
                                        But dish people slowly started switching off there hd channels from the pack and asked for extra money to take them.
                                        First when india tour of sa they switched sony ten channels out of pack and asked for extra payment to watch them.
                                        Now they have taken hbo hd out and asking for extra money.
                                        They are cheaters and have no respect for customer.
                                        They just know how to make money from the customer.
