I made a booking of a Dish Tv child connection with DishTVNXT premium set top box with an on line payment of Rs. 1199/- on 22.05.2018 on their web site, as per details given to me by their customer service deptt. The payment was confirmed several times on phone by various deptts. on phone as there was a confusion about the model of the set top box, which was cleared and the connection was provided by the company.
On checking the Dish Tv account on line, I found that the payment of Rs. 1199/- thru my credit card does not appear as per their records although my Bank credit card statement shows amount paid to DISH TV Paytm account, and also confirmed by them giving reference no, payment authorization no. etc. as below:

The Dish TV refuses the receipt of payment again and again asking for payment details etc. which have been given to them. Even the Token No. was given for the new connection after receipt of payment.

    Realy very fed up with tha services of Dishtv I am doing complain again in a month only

    Before some days I have activated channel no.615 (sony ten 3). At time of activation of channel customer executive told me u can deactivate this channel any time after 7 but now I tried to remove this channel from my pack customer giveing me different excuses like u have subacribe for xyz offer thats y it didn't removed, but i didn't applied for any offer. As usual always from dish tv team they did when u go for removal of any channel or pack

      Service interruption is very frequent. Balance is deducting for the service interruption period. This time I am not able to watch since around a week long. Continuously calling their customer care and they are not capable to resolve my issue. As discussed with their customer care executive my set of box is faulty and they will change it with a payment of around Rs. 600/-. And the warranty for the swap set of box is only 90 days. That means we may have to pay another Rs. 600/- after 90 days. We have to pay the hardware if required and again technician visit charges i.e 200/- + service tax.

      Again today the set box has changed again and again we have to pay rs. 450/- without any bill. You are earning money by providing poor set up box and service engineer charges. Perhaps this is your business policy. I have been with dish tv since more than last ten years. I think dish tv service is now most poor. So we may not continue with dish tv further.

        I have Purchase and installed DishTv on 19-May-2018, and before that I have received sales officer call from DishTv and gave some offers.

        They offered me that if I will purchase and installed DishTv I will get 7 HD chanels on every recharge, and now as per offer I have not received that 7 HD chanels on my 1st recharge.

        For the same I have write to Dish Tv on[protected] but they did not revert properly so I have called for the same to Dish TV 5-7 times and they revert me for my complain on[protected] till then still not getting any revert from DishTV.

        So, I have called to DishTV on[protected] and ask for solution.but Dish TV executive was unable to ans me for my query and tell me that they will arrange call back from seniors. but still no call from them. they revert called me but no conversation from dishtv side, only the advertisement record played till the end.

        I have yesterday's recording as a proof that no one calls me after commitment from Dish TV.

        I want my refund now, bcz found that there is no responsible person from Dish Tv who is taking customer's complain seriously.

          Dear All,

          I have been customer for more than a decade and was moved from SD to HD. However this weekend the set top box has stopped working.
          We have tried attaching the Pend drive and also checked and the TV is working.
          The company has been sent SMS and has not responded.
          Lately I had highlighted the issue about the connector and they did not help me.
          Even now the instrument was given under a exchange from SD to HD.
          This shows they lure with offer and give substandard equipment

          Dear all,
          This is going a real melodrama of cheating customers. the Technician has come again with a faulty box and when asked is this a new set top box, he says it is a refurbished one. The warranty initially mentioned for 6 mths and then changed to 3 mths. He goes ahead and when checks that he has to go back and bring in an hour. waited till evening and called him. he bluntly says that he will come tomorrow.
          This clearly shows that the boxes when faulty is tried at every customers house and giving warranty for service for one month means after 3 mths they get another income of service charge of Rs 200 plus.

          The Talk to ceo representative has not even called to know the status of the customers plight.

          They have resolved my issue but has not been able to answer my valid grievance or reason and taken as a feedback. This is all consumer of Dishtv, that they have replaced my set top box with a refurbished one.
          they couldn't answer that a new customer is given a lifetime warranty, but a customer who is more than a decade is given a warranty of 3 mths of a refurbished box (old). They have not even provided a valid bill for the payment made for the services / replacement box.
          This shows that if the box becomes faulty they have a way to charge for the service and the replacement again.
          The slogan for them would be Value New customer and degrade old customer.

            I have been recharging my dish tv continously, but now days as i am nit having time to watch tv much there for i would like to change my plan from platinum pack to family pack... I have been trying this many times there fore i think this is a sort of complain from my side regarding not changing my plan. I order your company to change my pack at the earliest...

              We have been lodging our complaints in two matters, neither of which has been resolved for weeks.
              Complaint#1: Our channel pack was upgraded by DishTV which we didn't request for. It is being imposed on us, even though we have repeatedly bringing out to their notice in every possible manner that we don't want this upgrade and never asked for it. Nothing like that is even shown in our activity log as a proof on their website. We are asked to recharge for this imposed pack and keep paying with no downgrade allowed.
              Complaint#2: DishTV Gold Crest KR Puram Bangalore sent a technician who did a jugaad setup and promised us the proper installation the next day. He even charged us for the extra cable which was to be installed the next day. But he didn't turn up for more than a week and is not even receiving the calls. The matter has been lying escalated with the managers of DishTV but no actions or responses regrading the same for more than 3 weeks, though we have registering this complaint repeatedly.

                I am pick-by-channel subscriber of Dish TV. Recently I added few channels. Which are locked in for 3 months. Means I cannot delete the channels for 3 months and I have already paid for the channels. After my pack is activated, I found 2 channels are not showing because of 'no signal found' error. I contacted Dish TV, they are saying my dth needs 'alignment' which will cost another 236 rupees. Otherwise I can just forget about the channels. My question is - 1) why other channels are showing and problem is only with these two sports channels ? 2) if the service needs alignment, it should be free of cost, because I am consumer, if service is not properly installed, it is not my fault. Company should compensate for their installation mistake.

                I would recommend others to stay away from these fraud people and switch to some other dth providers. They will weaken signal on specific channels so that you call them and fix the alignment with your own cost. Blood-sucking loosers.

                    If someone says HD it means HD. Yesterday 14th july 2018 i had made a recharge of 4200 to dish tv under SWAGGAT HD pack with an english movie add on . I was clear that swaggat hd pack as it says it must b HD. And under it wqs written 214+ hd channels. In matter of fact there are only limited hd channel and its waste. Called customer care about these issue and the informed me hd channles are limited and if i want any extra i need to upgrade or change plan. I was like omg this is a big one. And the channels mentioned was non hd. But how come a customer knows that channel under the HD PACK is not hd. Thre was not even mention that these are non hd channels.and as i was trying online i dint knew that they dont mention like that. Like me there would be many who are unware of these hidden terms. Now suppose if we customer take this as our fault we dint understood your high intellectual writings. We should allow to change plan to DOWNGRADE as adjustment should be made. DISHTV only allow upgrade as they said on phone, as they will be benefited as their minetary value will increase, but what abot customer? Cant we adust according to ourself? Why all the powers in your hand? Atleast u should hav option to downgrade the plan and make plan better according to customer wish. Also i was said i cannot change the add ons i selected while rechrging. But Y? If a cystome is recharging for one or more year thre prefrences can change right.I AM not saying dishtv should allow refund. But you should give permission to change plans all the way round. I am very much disapointed. I am bound for 14 months with dishtv. Hope only on RELIANCE JIO DTH in coming months.

                      Package not downgrading Dishtv looting Rs 570 pack activated!

                      First i was using Rs220swagat hd pack in dishtv but one offer came upgrade to higher package for one month free! So i activated it but have not T&C...in advt. After that i call to cc but they dont so downgrade so i again miscall that offer number to deactivate upgrade request but upgrade my package to more higher package.. They are looying peoples by giving hidden fake offers by giving incomplete offer detail so i request to take complaint against this company.. I condemmed this company... This company saying that you have to 90 days then you can downgrade after locking period offer... I will not recomnend anyone to use dishtv ever... Fraud!

                        I recharge my DishTV VC [protected] on 03 july for Rs.885 and on 4july they called at my wife and she told that she don't know about pack but Customercare changed my base pack from Tamil Bonaza to Punjabi. I send 10 emails to change my pack back to Tamil Bonaza but no response.
                        Now I m sending email that start add-on 05 Tamil channels but after 02 week nothing done. Even they are n o t changing UNATHORIZED BASE PACK or Don't add-on extra 5 Tamil channels where im agree to pay.
                        They ar e charging for a service which i d id not opted.

                          U ppl are nly forwarding the issue to the so called concerned team since last 2mns.u ppl have surpassed the govt offices culture in harassing the customer from one table to another.
                          looting customers hard earned money by means like switching off the channels, technician visit every now and then etc. is your side business now.
                          ill take this matter with the highest possible level and already posted the matter in Consumer Forum.will take all necessary legal actions.
                          u ppl refund the recharge amt which i have paid for 1year and for these channels which are not coming.take away your settop box and refund me the total cost.

                            On 23 june 2018, i have made a payment of 500rs, from registered dish tv mobile application. It shows status as successfull, from my bank 500ra cut. But dish tv customer care denies that they have not received any payment. I have shared many times all the required snap shots for payment, but they simply reply in mail that they have not received payment. They are just simply copy paste reply every day. I am fed up of this dishtv. Will not recommend to any one. Dish tv is harassing people and cheating people.

                              I have purchased hd box & it was installed on 6th July after two days it was stop to work then I called customer care & logged the complaint engineer come & told me that my dish antina got damaged which is not acceptable as there is no damage on antina service center demand for money which is not acceptable I called 15 to 20time for help but there is no proper response from customer care & service center

                              Hence requesting you to plz resolve my issue or give me refund or am going to port my connection to other service provider all my other dish connection as well I am going to port which my relatives are using as dish tv not giving proper solution

                                I having problem in viewing dish tv when rain starts.if it's heavy rain i can understand if it's raining heavy no services available, but it's just some drops or drezzel dish tv goes off.
                                I have complaint to dish tv customer care there's nothing happened from there end.
                                If we fail to pay them are they provide service?

                                I fed up with this kind of customer care.Even this is brought to the notice of the nodel officers but no response.

                                  My vc no is[protected], sir i am from Pakistan. Current package i am using is costing me 1200 pkr per month but this time when k recharged my DishTV, the sony entertainment channel (SET) isn't working.Why is that? I am hoping for a kind notice of my issue.Please resolve this issue and re-subscribe SET to my vc no.Moreover, please provide me details of your authentic Dishtv dealers in PAKISTAN.i am hoping for a fast resolvation of my issue.

                                    My FAMILY HD ADDON pack is active since 11th June 2018. please Deactivate it. This is really unfair to force service on me.. But DishTv Said that i have to finish the lockin period for that pack. i.e 1 month.
                                    they are forcing the the service on me for another month.

                                    Check the Attached Statement of account. its clearly stated. Pack is activated on 11 June 2018. And While Adding Addon i have been told that Lockin Period will be 1 month.

                                    Dishtv should Stop Family HD addon. And Stop Fooling Customers.

                                      I got a new DishTV connection recently. I tried to call DishTV but I didn't got any reply. Everytime I tried to login to The app it says that my mobile number is not registered. When I sent a message to the number given by them I'm getting a message that my VC number is not verified.                                         Hi,
                                        I have taken Dish TV setup box services from Aug 2017. I got 1 month free as promotional offer. On 2nd September 2017 I did recharge for non stop 3years pack. After that I have choosen add on pack "Telugu super star" per month Rs.51, on the same I did recharge for 1 for the add on pack with Rs.612. On that day it is showing the date for services last September 2018 for add on pack. But in between they deducted balance from account and stopped services for 7months. I make call to customer care and asked them why, they told unrelated answers. Finally they agreed to credit my account. then it is showing the validity upto 2nd sep 2018. But now(10th July 2018) again they stopped services. I am not willing to continue with dish tv service. I want my money back and I want to sue on them for this ridiculous services
