My VC no is [protected] and my registered mobile no is [protected]. I requested for re installation of my dish and set top box at my new place of posting on 08.06.2018. I was assured by call center that my work will be completed within 24 hrs but it is very true that my dish has not been re installed as on 12.06.2018 till 9.00pm. I received call from so called owner of service center on 09.06.2018 from mobile no [protected] at 10.40 am and they assured me that the work will be attended by today itsel[censored]p to 4.00pm. After 4.00pm I called on mobile no [protected] and they told me that the work has been allotted to mechanic with mobile no [protected]. I called on mobile no [protected] and the mechanic assured me that he will come at 5.00pm and will complete the work but he did not arrived. Then again I called on both no and they again told me that they will take up the job on next day i. e. 10.06.2018. I cancelled all my appointment on 10.06.2018 and waited whole day for mechanic and they did not come for job work. Many times I called them but they just told me to wait.
Thereafter again I called so called owner of service center on 11.06.2018 on mobile no [protected] and again he assured me that another mechanic with mobile no [protected] will attend the job and they will certainly re install the dish by today itself. Many times I called them but they did not perform the job.
Thereafter again I called so called owner of service center on 12.06.2018 on mobile no [protected] and again he assured me that another mechanic with mobile no [protected] will attend the job and they will certainly re install the dish by today itself. I called to call center also regarding all this and they forwarded my call to supervisor at call center. We have 10 min talk with supervisor and he also assured me that the job will be completed by today itself and they felt sorry for the delayed. Many times I called mechanic with mobile no [protected] and he assured me that he is reaching in 15 mins (last call record is attached) but till 9.15 pm, no one reached to complete the re installation work.
How we customer shall have faith on DISH TV AND THEIR SERVICE PATNER/ PROVIDER. A LITTLE TASK HAS NOT BEEN DONE DESPITE REPEATED REQUEST/TALK/ASSURANCE /WAITING. STILL WAITING AND WAITING.
DOES U SOLVE THE ISSUE AND WILL TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST DEFAULTER?

    I had requested to disconnect our one dish tv connection permanently under box sr. No.[protected] on dated 27 may 2018 vide complaint no.[protected]. I called to customer care several times but all the times they are giving different excuse by own and registering a new complaint and did not listen to me. I have two connection but one connection i am not using more so i requested them to disconnect permanently. I requested them so many times but they are playing with my sentiments and wasting my time and money unnecessary.

      My dish tv vc no is [protected] and registered no [protected]. I am not adding game on hd add on i have changes only swagat hd pack. I told your cc but he is saying game on hd add on is not deleted before november 2018 and not refund my amount. I also saying check my call record on 7-6-2018. Wait for 48 hours no response your side. Then decide i call your cc they said me our agent is not wrong. I am saying again plz check properly recording and send me conversation record on your agent with me.

Also, as per CSAT, Game On HD Add-On pack has been de-activated with effect from 11/Jun/2018. Now, next your recharge date has been changed to 26/Jun/2018 and Switch-off date 29/Jun/2018.

        Dear team
        This is a complaint against dish tv network. A month ago, i ordered a new dishtv connection online. I paid₹ 1500 but they provided me fake receipt having wrong vc number. When no technician came to install my dish, i called customer care and gave them my vc no. Only then i was told that this vc number belongs to someone else. When i approached their higher authorities through various mails and calls, only then they agreed that there was mistake at their end and asked me whether i want a new connection or payment reversal. Firstly i told them to give me new connection but when again no one came to install dish till 3 days, i called again to reimburse my money. They agreed to do so.
        But now even after a month, i have not been provided with my ₹ 1500. When i call customer care, sometimes they say that they have never received money from me, some other times they say they have reimbursed my money into my account. But i haven't got amy money yet. They don't even reply to my mails.
        Please help me to get my money back.
        I have provided them all essential details like receipt which i got while paying online for new connection, vc number they provided, my transaction number etc.

          Hi,

          I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different bengaluru land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime.

          Request to look into this & arrange to stop frequent calls.

            Respected grievances forum,

            I would like to share my experiences with dishtv for dish id [protected] dated 17.01.2015 before you for readdress of my grievances related to services and performances of channels on dishtv.

            The company fails as promised as promised at the time of connection by giving false information's. Since after the connections, never make a single visit to rectify the problems faced by me since connections.

            I have already approached several times through calls, sms & mails. My mail dated is 19.01.15, 16.02.15, 17.02.15, 05.10.15, 15.05.17, 02.06.17, 06.06.17 etc.

            Every time the company asking for charges though there is the provision for services laid down in the connection agreements and modified time to time by the ministry of broadcasting.

            Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                I purchased dish TV on 9.5.2018 through comparedth your representative told all the Tamil channels free up to 3 years.
                but now dish TV told me this offer is not available.
                I purchased dish TV based on your statement. You only solve the issues. I want 3 years all Tamil channels free or refund.

                  It’s been 3 days i am continuously complaining to dishtv customer care.. i have not yet received any agent to get the signal set! Poor service! And i am asking that i will not be paying 200 to the service agent as they have already taken 3 days from my on going back! Pls help to solve this problem! Problem has been not fixed still. Poor service! Zero percent support from customer care. Bad attitude from senior staff i talked today.

                    I have booked Dish TV on 04.06.2018, 11:00 hrs. thru Compare DTH website and paid 1999/- thru my Paytm.
                    I have received a No. [protected] from your office, and shortly a call will be received for installation.
                    I am surprised that till now the short time has not passed.
                    No body called or no one came for installation.

                    Today morning I have complained the same in toll free No. also, surprisingly no action from your side.

                    This is the service Dish TV Extending to their new customers.

                      My dishtv signal is not working from last 3 days and message is flashing as "signal not found due to bad weather". I have contacted dishtv customer service and a person came to resolve the issue. But he did nothing, just went upstairs checked the signal, came down, checked something in the box and said your box is not working change the box, launch another complaint for it and took money. After he went my tv started and sometimes later same message started flashing on my tv. Its not a problem with my box otherwise it could not have started at all. I request you please keep skilled technicians. As every time they visit they charge for it and do nothing.

                        My dish tv connection has some problem.
                        I am not able to watch tv since last 5 days.
                        Already lodged the complaint.

                        They have been informing me the technician will come and resolve the issue.
                        But no technician comes since last 5 days.

                        The customer care they are telling they are unable to contact their technician.
                        This is complete harassment to the customers.
                        Very very poor services.

                          We have been having problems with the connection for 2 weeks. First they sent someone to change the set up box, charged us for it n promised the problem will resolve. The problem continued.. After a week they said the problem lies with the wire. Then again they sent someone to change the wire and charged us for that. The problem continued.. After a couple of days they say its a problem with the card. Now they want us to pay for that too.
                          Either their technicians are unaware or illiterate or this is purely a money looting scam. There ia noone at the company to take onus and resolve the issue without having us to pay for everything irrelevant.
                          Dish tv is a chor company... Beware

                            Why i m not receiving star sports select 1 and 2? Currently i don't own a hd receiver. Because of this reason i am being forced to unnecessarily get an hd receiver. As sport fan fan this is not helpful. We miss a lot of cricket and football matches like epl. Is there anyway i can get these channels back?

                              I've purchased online dishtv on 29th may 2018 and got an email saying:

                              "your booking reference number is 628957 please save this unique reference no:628957 for future reference regarding this transaction.
                              Your installation will be carried out by m/s galaxy world (Sf), phone [protected]"

                              Now after 2 days i don't get any response and when i call the given number the person says he deals only in airtel dth and not in dish tv. Now i don't know whom to reach out. Such a useless and pathetic service by dishtv.

                                I had place 2 request of recharge for dish tv no.[protected] on 27th of may 2018 between 11.50 am to 01.00 pm but the same recharge has not been done & rs.299 debited twice from my hdfc bank saving account [protected] which has been not refunded yet.

                                What is the reason behind delay of refund.

                                Please clarify and refund it asap.

                                Plz call back as i am following up with dish tv and they don't have any idea about same..

                                  Locking period of one my add on "game on hd" is over and still dish tv care denied to remove the same. They are saying # reason that you have recharged for rs.300 so you cannot remove the same. They had automatically put my plan in fixed mode. But i did not made any such request. Totally unprofessional behavior as they are forcing me to watch which i did not want to. Planning to switch another provider who is more professional but before that i need to resolve the same.                                     Hi I am shailendra nagar my Dish tv vc no. is [protected] i had recharge it with rs 350 on[protected] by smartpay using my hdfc bank credit card. My transaction id no. is TLTP4119020 but today it is[protected] my recharge is not updated yet in my dish tv a/c. I have called dish tv customer care no. so many times but my problem is not resolved yet so I am requesting you plz check and do needful action as soon as pssible.

                                      I have taken a new dishtv connection on 24th April 2018 and my VC no is [protected], mobile [protected]. When the connection was installed I signed the KYC document providing all the required information to the installation person of dishtv. Now my connection was abruptly disconnected on 17th May before the recharge date.
                                      I contacted customer care and they said that it was disconnected since I did not provide the KYC information and I was called twice to know the same. I requested if I could get the call again. I was told that that they call only twice else I need to mail them the required information or post the details. I would not do so as I was not aware when they called me and how would I know if a particular call is from dishtv. Also I informed the customer care executive that I provided the details at the time of installation to which he replied asking me to contact the installation executive and request him to mail them the details that I submitted. Why would I contact the engineer when he is your person, it is your duty to contact him and take the required details from him.
                                      If you are unable to take the documents from your engineer it is not my problem. Instead of ordering me to send a mail ask your KYC guys to call me. What kind of customer service is this? How did your executive install the dish connection when you don't have my address. When I tried messaging you from my registered number I got an error saying that my mobile number is not registered with you, then whom did your KYC guys call. This is like a mad man holding a stone not customer service.
                                      I request you to settle this issue and restore my dishtv connection.

Please keep the STB on LCN-96 for 15 minutes. Your Switch off date is 01/Jun/2018. Now, having enriched our DishTV platform with more South Channels.                                         I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different land lines numbers for a new connection on my registered mobile number. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime.
