This is a complaint against dish tv network. A month ago, i ordered a new dishtv connection online. I paid₹ 1500 but they provided me fake receipt having wrong vc number. When no technician came to install my dish, i called customer care and gave them my vc no. Only then i was told that this vc number belongs to someone else. When i approached their higher authorities through various mails and calls, only then they agreed that there was mistake at their end and asked me whether i want a new connection or payment reversal. Firstly i told them to give me new connection but when again no one came to install dish till 3 days, i called again to reimburse my money. They agreed to do so.
But now even after a month, i have not been provided with my ₹ 1500. When i call customer care, sometimes they say that they have never received money from me, some other times they say they have reimbursed my money into my account. But i haven't got amy money yet. They don't even reply to my mails.
Please help me to get my money back.
I have provided them all essential details like receipt which i got while paying online for new connection, vc number they provided, my transaction number etc.
