This is very very very bad. All of you are #.. Bludy hell. All bad words for dishtv.. I called 14 times. And send 6 msg to for call me.. But. I haven't received any response from you.. I make biggest mistake to choose dishtv. 12 times i called. And you disconnect my call manually every time.. Seriously. Sharam aan chahiye. Tum sab haramiyo ko. Bludy bc..

    My dish tv, vc number is [protected]. These people have added unwanted channel without our consent and are deducting money. Customer care service is worst as no one picks ups the phone, call waiting time is 30 mins. Redicules service.

    Please ask them to stopped the comedy active channel they have activated without our consent, we are asking them to stopped that channel since 2 month and they are not working on it. Otherwise we are going to throw there dishtv box into dustbin and never use it.

        From december 2017, dd bangla channel is not available in dish tv, though it is a free to air channel. On 31st march 2018, i upgraded the set top box to dish nxt hd.
        Earlier they told it's due to cricket match, which was going on at that time.
        Now, when i asked them about the same, they told me to upgrade to their hd+ service to get dd bangla channel.

        It is not clear to me why it is necessary to have hd+ service to get the dd bangla channel when other dd channels are available.

        Even at the time o[censored]pgradation they didn't mentioned about the same.

              I am user of dish tv. My v c no [protected]
              Initially we took this connection last year in october or november 2017. They told us that it will be with 7 hd channel.
              But after three months they discontinued it.
              We have complained it on their customer care. They said it will be not available in that pack and it was only for three months which they have not confirmed during connection.
              Anyway today i spoke to customer care again for helping channel in evening and some representative advise me that if i will recharge for 224 rs i will get 7 he channel, same time he said that if i will recharge it 295 rs than more he channels will come so i asked than what about if i pay for one year than he said twenty percent discount will be offered. So i had recharge it with 2832 for 12 month.
              After. 2-3 hours i checked but still no hd channel were there.
              Than i again dial customer care number and one person were saying it has not been activated and i have to charge more as your balance is low. I don't understand that still it was showing that three days was there in my next recharge and i did it before that. So he was clueless and dumb only say i can understand but can't help you.
              All customer care executive are useless and making fool to customer.
              I do feel now cheated by them as now already one year recharge done. And no he channels. Just they are cheating their customer.
              Even customer care representative disconnected my call and no response now from them.
              It's my hardened money.

                Dishtv connection id [protected] in the name of bhagirath singh
                I have recharged for full year on 19th march 2018. There was a add on in pack and before recharging i canceled it and 3 times confirmed from the customer care and strictly told them do not adjust the amount in my add on as i am cancelling it. They confirmed that it will not be adjusted and then i recharged with 2720 for full year.in the same evening i got a message form distv that your v. C is recharged and switch off date is in december. Then again i called in customer care and told them about this. They told me that do not worry i will be rectified and your switch off date will by 18 march 2019 and they again taken the request.
                After 4 days i again called the customer care but did not get any resolution about this. Request you to help me. I have recording of the conversation in which they clearly told that it will be rectified.

                  I had lodged complain to the customer care on 24th march 2018 at 22.00 i was given the assurance that the problem will be resolved within 24hours. I engineer called me and told me that videocon d2h has not me the my residence address. I gave him the correct address. He came and checked and told me that set box needs to be replaced
                  For which i have to pay the following
                  Rs 200 visiting fees
                  Rs 400 set top box
                  I agreed to pay and asked him to give me the bill but he refused to give me the bill
                  He came with faulty set top box and told he will replace the set top box on 25th march 2018.
                  I would like the company to pay the expenses of rs 600 since the company has not been able to change the set top box within 24 hours.
                  Kindly let me know what penalty has been imposed by the company on the engineer and what action has been taken against the engineer.
                  Every engineer needs to carry set top box if the engineer does not has the new set top box he can temporarly replace with working set top box and can replace the same as and when the new set top box is available
                  If any person has got 1 tv means he will not be able to watch tv for 3 days because of your engineer unable replace the set top box with 24 hours
                  Before i move the matter further i thought to write to you and see what action has been taken by you

                      hopper upgrade/information text too small to read!

                      Recently upgraded to hopper. Both my wife and i have great difficulty reading the information text. And, yes, we do have the large text button on. What else can be done to increase text size. At this point in time, the hopper upgrade is not functional for us as is. We need to have the text size increased so we can comfortably utilize the benefits of the hopper upgrade. Please do not sluff off this complaint. We, like so many of the aged population...

                      I am having Dish Tv connection in the name of my son. I got it coverted into HD pack and after some time I noticed that 10-11 channels are not coming. I contacted customer care and lodged complaint #[protected] who sent their technitian. Technitian was so untrained that one by one he changd my cable and Set Top box and charged Rs 670/- from me. But after this the situation further worsened and only 40% channel start coming. Then he further demanded Rs 800/- to experiment to replace the dish which I refused and asked him to atleast restore my original position which Dish TV refused. Now position is this that even after going through all this process I am reduced to only 40% channels. I had talked to their seniors and told them that I will approach the media but they did not bothered.

                      I advise all not to go for Dish Tv connection as their service is very poor and people are untrained. There are other brands in the market which are much cheaper and having good service quality.

                        My Self Ganga phuke, VC no.-[protected], had paid rechagre amount Rs.200/- on 17 March at around 10:pm. Through Net Banking, But the recharge not updated i called customer care they asked to wait till 24 hrs.for the updation of the recharge .
                        the next day i called customer care and they said that they did not received the payment. but the recharge amount was deducted from my bank account.

                          Complaint number:[protected] executive i spoke to is prashanth.

                          This is the third time i'm facing this issue where i had to pay for the service fault that the company has. My dish is not working for a few channels and i called to rectify. They say there might be some issue with the alignment, we will book the service but you need to pay for that. I already pay a monthly subscription and it's the companies responsibility to offer the best service and take care of any issues. Now, they say i'll have to pay for their fault and the service person will definitely say the device is broken and i need to get a new one. This happened twice before in 1yr. I asked them to refund my current month subscription that i paid so i can move on to a different service but they deny that too. I have no idea how to deal with such pathetic service providers.

But i m not getting any call for vc number verification. Kindly resolve the issue immediately. Please do the needful asap.

                              Hi, i am very much disappointed with the customer support service provided by dish tv. Customer care number is never reachable and even sms is never delivered to the given numbers..
                              Also, very much misleading and incorrect information about pack relayed queries.
                              If there was an option i would rate dish tv in negative
                              I would never ever recommend anyone to go for dish tv in future.

                                cant change pack from pick by channel to any other packs

                                I opted for pick by channels and the pack locking period is over, since mid Jan 2018.I have contacted customer care for changing the channel.The said that pack changes can be only made through there website.I have checked the website for changing the pack.Damn, there is no option anywhere in the website to change pack.When selecting any other packs, the website redirects to My Account Page, that page contains absolutely no options that are...

                                Hi team,

                                Please help me i have made a payment of rs.1075.00 in via dish tv instant recharge option from their home website payment has been deducted but the recharge is not processed. I have shared the bank statement to dish tv but they are not helping me and they are not providing any proof to me which states that the payment has not been received by them.
