I got a new DishTV connection recently. I tried to call DishTV but I didn't got any reply. Everytime I tried to login to The app it says that my mobile number is not registered. When I sent a message to the number given by them I'm getting a message that my VC number is not verified. I want my VC number to get verified please solve this issue as soon as possible.     Hi,
    I have taken Dish TV setup box services from Aug 2017. I got 1 month free as promotional offer. On 2nd September 2017 I did recharge for non stop 3years pack. After that I have choosen add on pack "Telugu super star" per month Rs.51, on the same I did recharge for 1 for the add on pack with Rs.612. On that day it is showing the date for services last September 2018 for add on pack. But in between they deducted balance from account and stopped services for 7months. I make call to customer care and asked them why, they told unrelated answers. Finally they agreed to credit my account. then it is showing the validity upto 2nd sep 2018. But now(10th July 2018) again they stopped services. I am not willing to continue with dish tv service. I want my money back and I want to sue on them for this ridiculous services

      On 12th may i sent Rs6800/ to dish tv for Titanium pack for twelve moth they were offered that they will give 60 days extra on one year payment.Again they advertised that they will upgrade without any charge for one month on mis call as such i did.Now they informed me that istead of july19 they reduced it to may19.Ihave also requeted them to close Abadat and family HD chanel but of no use.pl restore my Titanium pack four forteen month. Thanking you.

      My vc no is01527212467 and phno 7033873250.I took Titanium pack for Rs6800/ for one year on13th may18 they offered 60 days extra as such ihave to get 14th months but it not happed.l also requested to withdraw Abadat and Family HD. Pack from my a/c.pl help.

        My name is pundalik pai and i have dish tv connection.
        Recently i had recharged dishtv with 1050 rupees. I wanted to downgrade my pack and i contacted dish tv customer care. They refused to do so arrogantly. And when i insisted to talk to seniors they added an addon pack as revenge. Again next day i raised complaint to correct their mistake. But they refuse to do so. They said i myself has raised the request. I have necessary proofs in my mobile of same. All things are done arrogantly.

          Dear Sir, I request for activating Sony ESPN for Rs2/- but they deduct Rs71/- without any reason. It all done on dish TV app. I request many times for deactivating the channel and refund of my 71/- deducted but no response. My registered moblle no. is [protected]. Kindly look into it and do the needful. This is 2nd time dish TV is making frauds please instruct your custom care executives not to do such frauds .

            I requested to change my set top box from SD to HD box due to not proper working of sd box. Your technician have visited but he was not able to change my sd box to hd box due to your work information that i can not change my package from pick by channel to any base pack before 11 july 2018. But i have changed my pack from pick by channel to super family pack before 11 july 2018 how could it possible. Because you tolf that i cann't change my pack your technician had to close my call without cahnging my set top box and i have paid 200₹ as service charge to your technician. Now i want to convert my sd box to had box but you are demanding service charge again to me. I choosed 599 plan and i have paid 200 already on 8 july 2018 now there is no need to pay any amout for service but your sales team demanding full charge to me.

                Dear Dish TV Team,

                V.C.No.:[protected] - My complaint on your product and deficiency of services - Not getting picture clarity – Replacement of setup box.

                I communicated number of times over phone, mail and twitter that I am not getting picture clarity and wanted to replace with HD box. Your people have agreed for the free replacement. Over telecom your people conceded for replacement because of picture clarity. Following are the telecom details for your information. I request you to go through the telecom taken place on 3rd June 2018 specifically.

                1-6-2018 – [protected] – Dish TV Executive regarding email sent by us
                3-6-2018 – [protected] – Dish TV Executive referred about email regarding closing account. He assured that lifetime warranty of setup box and free replacement because of picture clarity
                [protected] –[protected] – Referred about social media post regarding Dish TV concern. Call disturbance. He called again from [protected]
                [protected] –[protected] – Executive referred about social media post. Executive informed that it is in deactivation mode 48 days.
                [protected] –[protected] – Executive from Head Office discussed – he told free of cost setup box and remote charge is Rs. 250. Technician charges are Rs. 200 including GST
                [protected] –[protected] – Dish TV Technician regarding his visit
                [protected] –[protected] – Dish TV Technician regarding his visit
                [protected] –[protected] – Dish TV Hyderabad Office
                [protected] –[protected] – Dish TV Hyderabad Office

                My concerns are:

                1. On 5 – 5 – 2018 On 5-5-2018 we have received a call from [protected] at 9.20 am for recharge. we have communicated that time to address our concern, the set up box is in activation i.e. running condition with monthly recharged plan. Your people waited until the closing of the monthly plan and asking us to recharge to get it in active mode and they will address.
                Why your people waited until the closing of the plan without addressing my concern as this is not first time. This clearly shows that your people are engaging the customer with maximum recharges without addressing concern.

                2. Why you are levying Service Executive visit charges Rs. 200 on customer when your executive visits to address the technical problem of Dish TV set up box.

                3. If recharged after 3 days of expiry of monthly, quarterly etc. plan, Dish TV is levying additional Rs. 25 even on Dish TV fault. Why such charges.

                4. Now your people are saying that for HD Box they are charging Rs. 800 (including your executive visit charge). They will give free replacement of STB only. You know my purpose of picture clarity will not solve with this moreover since beginning I am asking for HD and your people agreed (refer telecom call, mails and twitter, I will provide screenshots and audio recording if required).

                Yesterday Dish TV setup box upgraded. Not getting picture clarity. given complaint. received a message that technician will visit from DishCare Centre SURYA ENTERPRISES (SF) will visit u between 13:13-14:13 hrs on 21/07/18 against Req No.[protected]. Attached Screenshot for your reference.

                your people tried to address today by online troubleshooting but invain and told that they will send technician and informed that the problem lies with smartcard which can be replaced as it is under warranty.

                Besides this received call from [protected], [protected], [protected] today. i have to explain them my concern from the beginning as they are not aware (surprising). they told that the technician will visit today. but the entire day wasted, no technician visited.

                at around 5 pm requested a call back by logging into dish tv account. message was prompt call back. till now not received any call.

                Didnt expect this type of service after setup box upgradation from your technician yesterday. Please respond immediately. we got the waiver which was discussed, but the purpose of picture clarity is not solved.

                There is no responce on phone and mails, hence approaching on this platform.

                  In order to get channel no 610, 611, I tried to send firstly SMS--DISHTV GET 610 and secondly 610 at provided no 57575 but the SMS were not received./sent.
                  Then after I looked to send my choice of selection online.Your dear site did not accept either my registered mobile no and even the VC no.
                  I could not understand as why my requests are being neglected.Due to such type of negligence from your end, I am reducing my recharge amount every month and will have to close your DTH services soon.

                  I have recently shifted to a new residence. I have called up Dish tv Customer care number several times for a re-installation. Even after a week, I have not received any call from the CC. I am extremely unsatisfied and will soon think of changing the services.

                    It seems like you have disallowed customers's access to their favorite add on packs. I can't remove my channels forcing me to pay extra money. The other packs are gone, only 6 packs left. This is very rude from you. I told u last month to remove ten add addon pack but u said it has a 30 days lock in period and you submitted a request to remove it. I am calling you, you guys are cutting our phone. This months bill is 586 rs. and the next month bill is 645 rs.I want Ten add and popular hd add on pack removed with immediate effect.

                      It's been more than 3 weeks requesting a call back to my registered number for fixing my antenna and on tv screen it says 301 signal not found error.
                      For this i requested a service technician appointment through dishtv.in portal, no one called back. Requested through email like 3 to 4 times and received a call only once after the follow up and they started speaking to my parents in hindi or english. Even after requesting for telugu customer service over phone the guy didn't transferred the call and till now no one has come to my home no one has fixed the issue.

                      Worst ever experience and we are using this service since 10 years now.

                        I am regular customer of dish tv since last 10 years, i have recharged my dish tv before a week for 3 month but unnecessarily dish tv has started active movie tv with out my request and deducted 70 rs from my recharge money. I have complain it many times in your customer care center but no one gave me the proper answer. One executive has promise me to revert back my deducted amount in my account but it will be not done so again call to customer care center and get replied that due to month end it has not credited but starting of july it will be credited. It's regret to tell you that still the deducted amount is not credited in my account. The matter is not of rs but your poor service. I want my amount back otherwise i will go in consumer forum and switch over to tata sky

                          I ordered online dth connection of dishtv. First of all there customer agent (Jyoti) provided incorrect information that both dth box will be delivered together. I paid online but next day when technician came they brought only one... When i called there customer agents just switched with there statement stating that it will be delivered in 3 days...

                          When it was not dilvered in three days they said within 7 days you will get but now its 8 days nd i haven't received yet.

                          There customer care service is worst they are rude with customer they can disconnect your call anytime if they dont want to talk. And if by luck its connected they are providing another number[protected]dikhsha) this number they will provide you tracking number.

                          I called on above number there agent diksha first fooled me 3 days.. Then she said call on another number[protected]anuj).. This person was very rude he said call dikhsha she will provide you tracking number nd hanged up the call and dikhsa is saying he will provide... What the hell is going on?
                          I am frustrated with there service and thats why i ma posting here i would request dth company dont allow this kind of site to sell your product.

                          Also i have forward my concern to dishtv hoping that they will look into seriously that going forward one1 suffer what i am going through

                            It's very disheartening that the customercare didn't manage well over the recharge of the pack. I was a subscriber of gold pack but i want to change it to bharat pack with some extra add-in packages. So i called on to customercare and asked them about the recharge amount and they told me that the amount will be 161. The last date of disconnecting of my pack is 29 june so i recharge 161 before 29. But after some that once again it showed me to recharge again. Then i called the customercare to confirm, and they told me that it was done but the message was not forwarded. Later some days once again it showed to rechage and i called customercare again... And they told me the pack was not activated and you have to recharge before 12 july. I told them everything but i think they were not professional people. They are careless about customer support. They told me to called back but they were not.

                            When I take a new connection on 24th may from online site https://onlinedthstore.com/contact-us?s=Y .2990 offer given 36month non stop pack.but today 25th connection off. Why wrong communication given. Pls problem solved as soon as possible.

                            I am a disthv user and I am getting continues promotional calls from them which is irritating and disturbing. I have already raised this several time to their customer representative but no luck. I think they should be penalized for this.
                            I am trying to register my mobile number to my vc no [protected]. But when i sent message on 57575 to register I am getting no reply. My reacharge date is due tomorow and I need to recharge soon. When I type my vc no online it shows it's not registered. Please provide access to my dish tv online acc soon.

                              Sir,
                              I am user of Dish TV but his service are very bad and no body are response on Complaint in customer care service I was recharge my DISHTV account by yesterday on dated 29-Jun-18 and found that signal are not found than I call to customer care of Dish TV by yesterday at 11 am than they said that your trouble will be shoot within 24 hours and technician will call you within one hour but no one call me than I again call to customer care and inform him that I have not received the call than they said that don't worry we are working on this and Complaint will be resolved within 24 hours but after 24 hours I mail them that I am waiting for this than they drop a SMS that today on 30-jun-18 technician will directed visit on your place between 3.45 Pm to 4.45 Pm but no one visited on place neither call me for any updation regarding resolve the issue.
                              So, it is humble request to you Kindly intervene in matter and provide me compensation for mentally harassment which is doing by DISHTV.

                                I recharge dish tv for three month through Paytm but only one month recharge is done on dishtv.

                                Non-receipt of 3months recharge through Paytm.

                                I had done recharge of rs 705 from dishtv's online website.

                                I used wallet recharge method for the payment and i paid the amount using paytm wallet. I didn't get any transaction details from dishtv's website as i was presented with feedback dialog when payment was completed. I never received any recharge successful/failure sms. I only have details of paytm transactions. I contatcted paytm customer care they are saying that payment was done successfully so no issue at their side. I tried contacting dishtv's customer care many times but their service is worst (Don't reply on the mail, calls get disconnected automatically). I had explain from the start each time i call to their customer care service. They didn't logged my complaint as there is no transaction id. I want to ask dishtv, isn't it possible that payment is successful (You received money on your account) but recharge is not done for any technical reason. How can i provide transaction id in this case if i don't have any?

                                Hello Sir,
                                I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different numbers on my registered mobile number with them.Many times i told them to stop calling me but they don't. They always call me from different numbers.This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime

                                      In april 29 2018, i add rs 400 to my dishtv set top box (Vc# [protected]) via an online wallet.
                                      I had 2 hd addons which have 30 day lock in period.
                                      On jun 26 2018, i tried to remove these 2 addons but it did happen online.
                                      Calling dishtv, i came to know that since i added 400 rs on apr 29, dishtv secretly and without my consent locked me to some promotion giving me just 7 days free over 3 month charge and have on their own converted 30 day lockin to dec 31 2018.
                                      When i asked why was i not informed or consented, their response is that this is their decision and they cannot do anything about it.
                                      Since last 2 days, they have been torturing me putting me on long 30-40 min. Holds whenever i call them, transferring me from one person to another, and only to come back saying nothing will be done.
                                      This is absolutely not acceptable.
                                      Requesting consumer court to help mw.

                                        I have call dishtv yesterday and started the sport channel because of the india vs ireland t20 match, and also upcoming series of india vs england
                                        But the problem is heare the package includes not the sony channels. The customer executive only says the new offer are available for you and kindly you getting this offer but fault is the sony channel not working to this package
                                        So my request is please downgrade my old packege super family and started sony channel packege...
