    This is Varun
    I had booked a new Dish Tv connection on Saturday, May 5, 2018 with mobile number [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com.
    On getting no response from their end, I called them myself on sunday, yesterday and today.
    Every time I get responses like, this vc number is not in your name, you will get resolution in 24 hours and a call back has been arranged for you etc.
    But in reality, no resolution has been provided till now.
    No token number or any other receipt was sent to my mail or phone on booking dish tv.
    All I got was a pdf containing transaction date, amount VC number
    I have also transaction number from ICICI bank, from where I made payment.
    So I want my ₹ 1500 to the source of payment i.e my bank account because I have already applied for a new DTH (Airtel) today.
    It was really a bad experience.
    If they are treating a new customer this way, I doubt what will be the service after one has installed Dish Tv
    Kindly help me to get my money back.

I got called from dish tv to active music active pack, i told them not interested in this offer but they activated this pack please deactivate this channel as soon as possible and please correct my next recharge date and switch off date.         I purchased a new dish tv d2h connection. After installing dish tv first day make problem like no clear picture any time picture black out and hanging problam. I complaint again and again but dish tv customer care worst to worst service. No solution and mis behaving. This is my big mistake that i purchased cheap quality product. Don't buy dish tv.

          In month of april 2018 dish tv made recording facility a paid service, which we had been enjoying without any additional cost.
          We agreed to pay additional charges and got recording facility activated after paying annual subscription.
          However from saturday 5 th may this facility got deactivated. This made us to seek help of dishtv back office.
          We were made to hold the line for long period and finally were told our subscription is active and facility would be restored in 15 minutes. Were made to refresh epg of set top box. But problem could not be resolved and error code 105 continue to appear. Since then we have been calling dishtv more than dozen of time. And still problem is unresolved

          I am getting daily multiple spam calls from DishTV and its so frustrating. I keep on blocking them but I keep getting calls from different numbers. Please remove my number from any promotional links, otherwise I will stop using services of DishTV soon.

            I purchased new connection through dishtv.in and paid through online channel which was routed through justrechargeit.com.

            To my surprise the receipt i got has a vc number printed on it and as per your customer care unless dish tv is installed and configured vc number is not possible.
            Request you to please ban justrechargeit.com from your portal which has hardcoded vc number for every transaction initiated from dishtv.in as well as refund my money.

            The fraud continues. The installation was done with Videocon D2H LNB and I am unable to view few of HD channels which you claim as part of Full ON HD pack while selling the new connection for 1750.

                I have replaced my hd set top box replaced 2 times within 2 years.

                Dish tv purposely manufacturing faulty or cheap quality set top box.

                Replacement cost is rs. 400 + rs. 200 visit charges.

                I am filing a suit against dish tv.
                If i am supposed to pay rs. 1200 in 2 years.
                .
                I may get new connection of airtel or videocon in rs. 1200.

                Set top box should have minimum 1 year warranty.

                ñ dish tv should replace it within 1 to 5 year free of cost.

                One more thing, when i recharge for 3 or 6 months, this problem has taken.

                  I have raised a request to re-install my dishtv connection at my new location on 30th april at 1:30pm bearing service request number[protected]. Till date the request was not served, local technical person called up yesterday and today and never turned to solve the problem. To my surprise today (4th may) at 5:15pm got a message stating the problem was solved and closing my ticket.

                  As per the initial commitment (24hours) i have waited for more than that before calling back to your support center on 1st may and escalated to get it resolved. Supervisor at that moment had promised to get it resolved by 2nd morning... Again on 2nd morning and evening and 3rd evening and today also i have called to your support team and talked to our supervisors..

                  Everyday im getting the commitment to get it resolved the next day but it is not happening.

                  Im a bit surprised to see that a simple request to get a re connection not getting done for a period of 5 days that to in a city like hyderabad.. Dont know how many more days it is going to take...

                  For your lack of service dishtv is charging me daily through your subscription and again for re-connection rs 200.

                    I booked a complain about my settop box which I s not working properly. I am not able to view all the challenges and when I spoke to Dish TV customer care they told me that technician will visit to fix the issue. It's been 2 days no one has visited my place. I got a message a day back saying that GOLDCREST Electronic City Bangalore technician will come and visit but no one came or called. I have already paid my recharge amount for this month and already lost my subscription money for 3 days. Who will compensate for this, who is responsible for this delay? Will Dish TV refund me the amount which I wasted by not watching any TV for last 3 days?

                      Hi i ordered new dishnxt hd premium online 0n[protected] at 11.19. I paid 1750. They shown a page with v. C n. O: [protected], and result description as in progress. Other then that they didn't sent any information regarding the purchase. After a conversation with customer care voice they said the v. C number doesn't match?? And they advised to send mail about that issue with photo copy. I send the mail but there is no response. When will i get the product?? You said installation is within 48 hours but i didn't get any information about that. Can you look in to it and install the connection asap.

                        Guys, Please don't go for dishtv. They will take around one week to ten days for installation of a new connection. If you try to speak with customer care service they simply forward your phone call to supervisor he simply says sorry and he says the installation will be done by tomorrow but you will not get the connection but you will get blood pressure. At last one fine day one person will come for the installation and he will ask you some money as a tip after installation you will get apology email. After some days you will get a signal error problem even though weather conditions are normal as usual you will have to call customer care service to register a complaint again the same process will be repeated only GOD knows when the issue will be going to solved. In one word I can say Dish TV will show you Hell. If you want blood pressure, irritation, angry etc just go for it.

                          I requested dish tv folks to terminate my dishtv connection. They are not ready to take back the device and are asking me to give money to first activate and then only they would terminate.
                          I am not using this since past 1.5 years and now relocating from the city, so why should i activate the connection to return back their device?
                          Please help me in terminating this dish tv connection

                            Hi,
                            I had a dishtv connection last month. After the first initial free packs I tried to recharge my connection on 29th Apr 2018 and thought “World HD Pack” is suitable for me as it was giving "#Get extra 7 HD channels" with other channels. I put Rs. 480/- and enjoying my matches and movies.
                            This morning (30th Apr 2018) none of the channels we enjoy watching were on HD, every channel is on SD. On enquire I came to know “World HD Pack” comes with only 7 HD channels and there is no extra 7 HD channels. As a whole 7 HD channels and others are all SD. I felt like a stupid. My earnest request to you pl change the pack name to "Only 7 HD channel” instead. You taking people fro granted, you think we are stupid.
                            As I wanted to watch all HD channels, one person from customer care suggested me to switch to “Bharat Pack” and opt for “Full-on-HD” add on pack and I will be getting the desired channels of my choice and I switched.
                            But it seems you people have other plans. Now all my desired channels are not there. It was showing error – 103, which asks to subscribe those channels. Once again I talked with the 2nd customer care person and guess what I was enlightened with the knowledge that “Full-on-HD” add on pack channels don’t work without “Swagat Pack”. Well I was stupid enough to choose dishtv, I asked the customer care person to change my plan to “Swagat Pack” with add on “Full-on-HD” pack.
                            But one or the other problem seems persists with dishtv, now all of the “English Entertainment channels” are missing which are there in your website with this add on.
                            I have spoken thrice to your customer care persons I have no energy left to argue with them regarding what I have paid for and what I am not getting.
                            I there anyone who can tell me
                            1) Why World HD channel pack has only 7 HD channels and if so why is it called “World HD Pack”?
                            2) Why am I not informed at the first place that Full n HD channels don’t wotk with Bharat Pack? Why you are wasting my time?
                            3) After choosing “Swagat Pack” and “Full-on-HD” add on pack Channels, why there is no English Entertainment Channels as shown in your website?
                            4) How come “kids active” pack got activated”
                            5) Whenever I am going to modify my plan why are you pressing for Quarterly plan? Pl. let me choose my plan, show monthly plans only, if required I will go for quarterly or yearly plans. Don’t irritate with you 7 days extra quarterly plans.

                              I recharged for 12 month as an offer given by them that i will get 2 months free. I recharged on 29 april and noticed next recharge date as 30/12/18. I called them and told them. They said they have provided two free channels previously which is chargeable now.. Advised i don't need those channels. Said can't change that. Customer service agent are pathetic and they argue with customer unnecessary without any resolution. Refuses straight away. Then just to escape they transfer to sup. Long hold no response.

                                  I complaint about my problem for more than 3 times that is i cant see my tv because my dishtv setup box cable is broken and i complaint about it as my connection is in warranty also my VC no [protected] and RMN [protected] for dishtv till now no technician came to resolve this problem because they have to work for free as my connection in warranty.
                                  The dishtv customer care is registered my complaint and they who taken the franchise for sales and service is bad name is Perfect system in chaibasa jharkhand i dont why they doing like this they change my RMN to their no and the no is [protected] name rahul kumhar every time i complaint my problems he closed it.

                                    Dishtv dth service provider is deliberately hiding information from customers. I have subscribed service of 15 sd channels under pick my pack service for my sd+ set top box. I am repeatedly told your channels are activated but yesterday i got to know out of 15 channels i won't able to watch 8 channels because my settop box is not compatible for those.

                                    Dishtv dth has happily received 3 months subscription money from me for all 15 channels and in process of receiving money nobody has never told me this compatibility issue.

                                    Dishtv dth service provider is clear sheer cheat for me. They should justify this cheating.

                                    I requested nodal officers to step in but they seem to me a fake email addresses just to comply trai grievance redressal guideline. I, very well know trai grievance guidelines about reaching nodal officers but dish have sleeping nodal officer firdous, [protected]@dishtv.in or nodalofficer. [protected]@dishd2h.com.

                                    Dishtv customer care are deliberately not generating complaint numbers for these issues and ignoring resolution. I can't listen to their senseless customer care executive. It took me hours to explain them issue. This is torturous.

                                    I requested their nodal officers to bring to me some answers from dishtv, dth service provider which they are ignoring to answer.

                                    1. Why should not i think that dishtv service provider is stealing money from customers as technical up gradation of set top boxes without at customers' will?

                                    2. Why dishtv has not declared these up gradation over their website or given any public notification?

                                    3. If sd boxes or channels are not compatible with present set top boxes then why these appear on theirs website under sd categories?

                                    Please tell me how can i bring such misconduct done by such service provider to trai.

                                        I am an old user of dishtv services.. Recently i sold an old set box of mine and called dishtv to remove my registered mobile number. I was getting calls and messages but i have been asking them to stop for so many times so i'm not getting any calls, but messages doesn't seem to stop.
                                        And they are saying that we can't remove that number as this process doesn't exist.
                                        So now i'm getting messages of recharge and offers of that settop box which i do not own and i dont have accesses to the new owner.
                                        Everyday i get 2-3 mesaages from them and sometimes calls too.
                                        I really need to get rid of it as it causes disturbance to my routine.
                                        I hope you'll help me through this.
