This is Varun
I had booked a new Dish Tv connection on Saturday, May 5, 2018 with mobile number [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com.
On getting no response from their end, I called them myself on sunday, yesterday and today.
Every time I get responses like, this vc number is not in your name, you will get resolution in 24 hours and a call back has been arranged for you etc.
But in reality, no resolution has been provided till now.
No token number or any other receipt was sent to my mail or phone on booking dish tv.
All I got was a pdf containing transaction date, amount VC number
I have also transaction number from ICICI bank, from where I made payment.
So I want my ₹ 1500 to the source of payment i.e my bank account because I have already applied for a new DTH (Airtel) today.
It was really a bad experience.
If they are treating a new customer this way, I doubt what will be the service after one has installed Dish Tv
Kindly help me to get my money back.
