Hello
I am an old user of dishtv services.. Recently i sold an old set box of mine and called dishtv to remove my registered mobile number. I was getting calls and messages but i have been asking them to stop for so many times so i'm not getting any calls, but messages doesn't seem to stop.
And they are saying that we can't remove that number as this process doesn't exist.
So now i'm getting messages of recharge and offers of that settop box which i do not own and i dont have accesses to the new owner.
Everyday i get 2-3 mesaages from them and sometimes calls too.
I really need to get rid of it as it causes disturbance to my routine.
I hope you'll help me through this.

I paid Rs.1750/- on[protected] to dish tv through net banking in dish tv website. the amount was debited with refno:[protected]igadivqku9. dish tv people replying that they are not received payment.
please refund amount or install new setup box immediately

    I purchased dish tv setup box on[protected] at around 8pm though sbi net banking. But amount debited in my sbi account rs.1750/- with ref no: [protected]igadivqku9.
    Dish tv persons telling they are not received.in dish tv web site payment link was re-directed to payuindia, amount was debited without any confirmation message. While calling, mailing to payu customer support they ae not responding please try to reverse my money or install new setup box

    while purchasing HD NXT Premium set up box, they tell one offer(1 month free and then long term pack fo 36months @Rs.1179/- non refundable deposit + every month Rs.51/-. on 16.05.2018 i called to customer care they told me that offer has been increased to 1279/-(including gst) and i have activated DANCE+ pack activated, i have to pay 46/- for 2 months. actually i have not activated but i ready to pay and requested to close after 60 days. today i called to customercare they are telling that i have activated full hd pack, dance+ pack, longterm pack. so i have to pay Rs.300/- per month. i have not yet activate any pack. i just need only long term pack Rs.1279 deposit+Rs.51/- every month with telugu regional language channels.

      My name is kiran devi jhunjhunwala but they accounted my name as piran devi jhunjhunwala.
      Unfortunately, l m the customer of this dish tv operators, my issue for which l m complaining and saying all you that not buy dth connection of dish tv operator are as under:
      I) when you first buy this connection they will offer you a fraud promise of giving 2000₹ vouchers, which is actually not real.
      Ii) they will told you that there is a setup box which not get affected from rain, but this scamer are again deceiving you.
      Iii) its customers services is awesomely worst, very... Useless only transfer your call from one department to another and not solve your problem actually.
      All the above incident is happened with me, on 17april, 2018 my signal is lost due to rain (There in my neighbour flat eho has tata sky is running without affected by rain) when l call on there cc they told me it would get solved within 24hrs but it doesn't happen again when l had call l allot me a new time schedule but the problem is still not solve whenever l m reaching there cc they were only transferring my call and putting my call for hold around 14mins this people are scammers, don't waste money and time by purchasing this dish tv dth connection. You could also check it worst review be it on playstore or on google.

        Hi, my name is manish and for 48 hours there is no response frm them though they have commited for technician visit in 24 hours but nothing is happening. I have called them several times but they are just saying that that any how tech will visit in the evening nd resolve ur issue but nothing has been done. We have not received the payment for Oriya Delight Add-on pack on 13 Nov 2017. As per your request, Oriya Delight Add-on pack has been deactivated. Switch off date-25/Apr/2018. Currently subscribed pack is NEW SOUTH FAMILY SPORTS PACK (Rs.225*+18%GST) Rs. 265 per month. For unsubscribed channel issue, we have sent a refresh command on your STB (set top box). Please keep the STB on LCN-96 for 15 minutes. If the problem still persists, kindly contact to our customer care once available in front of the STB so that online troubleshoot can be done.

            I have subscribed for lifetime offer hd royale on 02.11.2013 by paying rs. 19490/- which is valid upto 03.10.2018. For the last few days i am not getting sports hd channels.
            I really dont understand that when i have paid for lifetime offer hd royale, and same is still active, why after time and again certain channels discontinued again and again.
            Hope my discontinued channels activated immediately.

              Dish tv was very proactive while registering us as a new customer. But post that they are not providing us with any help at all.in the first 3-4 months of subscription, we hardly got to watch any channel since there was no connection available. Even after repeated calls, no one came to help us. Disgusted we stopped recharging our account. Even today, after more than 2 months of our last recharge, there is no breakthrough in the issue. Now dish tv is asking for an additional amount for getting the usual subscription.
              Request you support and help. My dish tv vc number is [protected].

              I have received some useless calls from Dish TV asking me to restart with the connection. That only then can they resolve our problem. Which they couldn't resolve when we did have the connection.
              Due to Dish TV's inability to provide proper connection and their inability to resolve my issues, I have successfully resolved the issue by taking a new connection from AIRTEL.
              Request all customers reading this to do the same, their connection quality along with Customer Support is way better than that of Dish TV.

                    My name is madhav and i have made a request for new dish tv connection on 12th april 2018 by making online payment for which i haven't received an invoice copy in my email.

                    Following are the details of my connection request:

                    It has been 4 days and so far, i haven't received any response nor any call back from the concerned team for installation even after multiple follow-ups.
                    Also, i tried to cancel my connection request by calling customer care but they did not help me. I am not happy with their non-responsive nature and irresponsible behavior.

                    I would need my money (Inr1500+18% service tax for the 4 days time i have invested in making follow-ups) to be refunded to original payment mode.

                      I have subscribed to kids bonanaza, discovery, bbc, india today, ngc in addition to bharat pack. The money for these additional channels have already been deducted but these channels are showing as unsubscribed.
                      Efforts to seek help from dishtv customer care have been stone walled. They asked me to clean the sim and re-insert, which doesn't help. Please help.

                        Dear dishtv, my vc number is [protected]. I opted for pick by channel, on 9 april 2018, went to dishtv.in, selected channels and submitted. As soon as i submitted, a a message given as a call from marketing within 24 hours. I called several times but no resolution. Till today i have not received any call or any resolution. Can i expect a resolution from this forum? If not then remove pick by channel option from your site if you don't want to offer it. But don't make false promises to customers and fool them. - nirmal

                            Right now my all HD channels are not working .

                            Even after complaining they are not responding. Everytime they are assuring that it will be resolved in 24 hours. Its more than 10 days whenever i call them they give me asurance that it will be resolved in priority, but still no action is taken yet.

                                Whenever something good is coming in any channel, that channel automatically gets disturbed. Right now my all channels are working fine but in star sports channel its showing as ipl issue.

                                Even after complaining they are not responding. Everytime they are assuring that it will be resolved in 24 hours. Its more than 4 days whenever i call them they give me asurance that it will be resolved in priority, but still no action is taken yet.

                                  I have this terrible experiences each and every time i recharge my dishtv account number [protected]. I have platinum pack with full add-ons.

                                  Sony ten channels will never work and it takes days to get a response from dishtv. Many a time they say we operators are being charges too much but they will give us free. Most of the times this happens whenever there are important football matches. I missed out on uefa cl matches last night and i don't want to miss out today's matches.

                                  Below are email communication with dishtv. Please note i have even marked cc to customercare and write2us emails of dish tv - so kindly ask them not to mention again to write too them!!!

                                  I am truly disgusted with your service and attitude. Every month or every time i recharge my account [protected], sony ten channels are not working and it takes days and days to contact you via emails. My son whose phone is rmn with you - 900*697; has been calling your numbers non-stop for 3 days - but no one is answering. This is the 4th email i am sending. I am also registering complaints on consumer forums and with sony tv.

                                  I need a assurance from dish tv - next time onwards - whenever i am recharging - i need sony ten channels to be working. I know the tricks of the trade - so you don't need to give me excuses. Whenever there are important football matches - you will do this nonsense coz of problems between dth and sony.

                                  I also want to remind you - even for a day if payment is late - you people take from the day of switch off!!! I have faced these outages of sony ten many times this year and last on every recharge. I want compensation in terms of extra days for all of the times and days my sony ten has not worked.

                                  If you think you don't need old customers and complaining customers, please let me know and i will cancel my subscription.

                                  It is my recharge time again and I want to remind you that once I recharge - please ensure SONY TEN channels are also activated.

                                  You have been keeping on sending the same messages - "To allow smooth updation, please switch off your Set-Top Box from the main power supply, then switch it on and tune into Channel 96 for 15 minutes." - we always do this - let me remind you I have send error code 301 which comes for MNX - which has never worked so far. Please check at your end. We know how to do the basics.

                                      This complaint is against the dish tv connection no. [protected]

                                      I have choosed add on pack of star sports 1 hindi hd for rs. 25 for one month but they deducted rs. 106 for this which is fraud with us as a customer. I have attached the screen shot of all add on with their respective charge.in this screen shot it is to be notices that the value of all sports hd which also include the above mentioned channel is rs. 99 then how they can charge rs. 106 for single channel. I have filed a complaint on their app and also called to them but no one is ready to reply me.in last, i have lodged this complaint to you for seeking justice. Kindly impose fine on them for fraud and compensate me for rs. 500 as i have caught them red handed with proof.

                                        With high expectations i buyed dish tv connection from dth connect and was told that product will be reached to and also will be installed in 4 hours yesterday. Yesterday i received a sms from dish tv with deatils of the product and was also told that they have scheduled an appointment today 4 oclk. It's 6 pm now no one reached to me with any products or not even a call till now. Since yesterday i am calling help line and wasted 60 rs till now but no use..

                                        Can some one please look into this or atleast let me know if you will not be able provide service so that i can cancel my order.
