While purchasing hd nxt premium set up box, they tell one offer (1 month free and then long term pack fo 36months @rs.1179/- non refundable deposit + every month rs.51/-. On 16.05.2018 i called to customer care they told me that offer has been increased to 1279/- (Including gst) and i have activated dance+ pack activated, i have to pay 46/- for 2 months. Actually i have not activated but i ready to pay and requested to close after 60 days. Today i called to customercare they are telling that i have activated full hd pack, dance+ pack, longterm pack. So i have to pay rs.300/- per month. I have not yet activate any pack. I just need only long term pack rs.1279 deposit+rs.51/- every month with telugu regional language channels.
While purchasing setup box time also created problem where you can see my complaint on 24/04/2018.

    I am facing problem in using dishtv since 3 april 2018 till date but still my problem is unresolved very bad service by dishtv already done 100 of complaints but no solution till date. I am using dishtv since 2012 but now i think so they neglect their customers its almost more than 45 days i am facing problem but there is no positive response from dishtv only i get my complaint no which is never resolved never expected this from dishtv if my problem is not resolve within 24 hours i will move ahead with some better dth service provider.

    I have had this problem since last one week and not rectified by dishtv so far the technician keeps saying "iam coming in 5 min " but never shows up

    It is worst kind of service and promoted by none other Shah ruck Khan. Pls stop promoting such products iam banning your films.

      I'm facing big trouble of your servers.
      The customer exictive also call me in yesterday 1:30 pm and he tell me about dish tv special offer..
      The offer is he also tell me to all hd channels in just 99 rupee including sports i'm also saying to she's leady customer exictive to telling me to this all channel also included in this offers
      So i'm not viewing entertainment channel only view sports channel
      Also i'm call in customer care but they have did not solve to my query

        I am receiving unsolicited calls from several numbers which my truecaller app identifies as dish tv. It is highly irritating and sometimes the number of calls exceeds tolerance limits. If i block one number the call is made from some other number after some time.. It is extremely disturbing as the calls are made during working hours. If i pick up the call no one speaks.
        Please let me know the way out.

        I am going through same problem. DISHTV is doing this to all their customers.

        Dear Dishtv,

        I am using prepaid Dishtv service. Its my choice, whether I want to recharge it or not. I have been receiving many spam calls each day.

        Its totally ### thing about your service. If you do not stop calling my number for SPAM recharge calls, I am going to disconnect my connection and go with other vendors.

        Consider it a warning as well, don't force me to go to consumer court. Waiting for your response.

          Uneducated customer care seniors and irresponsible answer they gave since 3-4 days

              1) i had recharged on[protected] for vcno:- [protected] with rs 245 from the free-charge portal site as per the site it is valid for a month. But now its showing 17th may as last day not even two weeks.

              The recharge details are under order id is :- fcda[protected]

              2) also how the registered number for that v. C number is missing, we had registered it under [protected]. Without our information the number is removed as registered mobile number.

Hence, informed you that VC is active with South All Sports pack worth Rs. 250 + 18% GST = Rs. 295/- per month along with Game-on HD add-on worth Rs. 148 + 18% GST = Rs. 175/- per month and Marathi add-on worth Rs. 9 + 18% GST = Rs. 10/- per month. your monthly renewal amount is Rs. 480/- per month (including GST) and your billing have correctly been generated after your two payments of Rs. 245/- and Rs. 100/- accordingly.                 I was using a pack of ₹399 that is super sports pack in which i was getting channels like sony ten1, ten2, ten3 but suddenly it stopped and when i contacted customer care they told me that due to increase in input cost they have removed that channel from my pack but my issue is that i have paid for my pack for next 3 month and any changes made by company should must be effective after that duration as i am prepaying for that product.

                  Dear dishtv team, i am unable to view sony and mtv channels in my dishtv although i have subsrcribed titanium pack and hd pack.

                  Kindly help. I am not getting sony and mtv channels in my dish tv. I am using titanium pack with full hd add on but still my family watches only mtv and sony, both are not coming.
                  It is showing set hd at 104 and then jumps to 106 channel.

                  Channel 105 is not coming for sony.

                  Please help else i have to cancel this package in total as its of no use.

                    I bought a dish tv connection on 15 april 2018 and 14 april was the last date to recharge it. I tried to recharge through the official website and through the dishtv app but even after a month my number was not registered with them. When the registration problem got solved and i again tried to recharge, i wasn't able to that again. I called the customer care yesterday night and they said that the problem is emerging because i am already active on titanium pack (Which was given by dishtv for the first month) and said that if i am active on a pack it is not possible to modify the pack so he told me to recharge after 12 am. Now today (I. E 15 april 2018) i wasn't able to recharge and the same problem existed. I called once again to the customer care and now they say that no modifications can be done once the previous pack is deactivated and i have to recharge with the previous pack only. I wasn't aware of such a poor service given by dishtv and with this much of misguiding and problems encountered it is no doubt the worst dth service in the market.

                        Dish tv dealer installed dth on friday 1 am. Vc no [protected]. Its been more than 2 days. Channels are not activated. It says 102- low account balance. I contacted customer care more than 10 times till now. They connect to supervisor everytime, he/she says sorry for inconvenience. Issue will be solved in 24 hrs. Its been more than 48 hrs. Issue not solved.

                        I demanded technician to visit home to solve the issue. At first they said technician will come home next day on saturday. But now they say, its not technical problem in the home. Its their server not working properly.

                        And after all, they deducting recharge amount per day, which i paid to activate channels. Its 3 days, i wasted money on activation. I have recorded call while speaking with customer care. I wait for 2 days upto tuesday. Issue not solved, i file complaint in consumer court with call recorded evidence. Never going ro recommend dishtv any of my friends & relatives.

                          Since acquisition by dish tv fraudulent practices are adopted it appears that company dishtv is dishonest to the core.

                          I received a message that i am upgraded to goldlite of rs225/ - per month instead of rs 200/- plan which i have opted my recharge for rs 300/- was adjusted for rs 225/- per month since than i am taking up the matter of proper adjusting of my recharge account and reverting to my original plan of rs 200/- but the are sitting over it please be very cautious while dealing with dish tv as they are cheats

                          I am enclosing two screen shots of charges made by d2h in excess of legally leviable charges as per TRAI Guidelines.

                          As visible from (screen shot 1attached herewith) I have selected 61 pay channels and 25 mandatory channels totaling to 86 only for which NCF comes to Rs 130 only.

                          In order to fraudulently and illegally increase their NCF they add 105 free to air channels. (screen shot 2 attached herewith) which are not desired by me, and they provide no option in their software to delete these unwanted channels.
                          My total charges for this package should be Rs 141+130+48.78 =319.78 but they are charging Rs411.82.
                          .
                          THUS THEY ARE CHEATING me for 92.04 per month for forcing the services on me which I do not want.
                          It is requested that strong action be taken on the D2H for cheating the public

                            Dish tv has stopped broadcasting dd news for last two weeks in navi mumbai. I complained the them to which they replied as follows:

                            Communicated regularly to our customers through channel 96, sms, emails, &
                            Voice messages. Request you to access the same in order to stay updated.

                              I recharged my account today and subscribed to an annual package.
                              But they have activated a useless add-on pack on there own without my consent. As i can see my account, they had activated 2 add-on packs prior to this too. They are just looting the customers by activating useless add-on packs and deducting the charges from packages.

                                Myself manjunath, having dishtv bearing vc no [protected] with the name of d. Gopi. I had recharged my dishtv through paytm on 24th jan 2018 with 695rs/- and changed my plan from south silver regional pack to non stop pack for one year.

                                On the same day (24th jan 2018) i got an email confirmation and my dish tv account got updated to non stop pack and i was enjoying the same plan till 25th april 2018
                                And suddenly on 26th april 2018 without my confirmation my dish tv account got changed to old plan which is south silver regional pack.

                                I have raised a complaint on 29th april 2018 and spoke to the senior customer executive (Sekhar) and they requested me to wait for 24hrs to get the issue resolved,
                                But nothing has happened.

                                Again i have given a call to dish tv customer care helpline and this time i spoke to senior customer executive (Uday kumar) on 30th april and he told me
                                To wait 2 to 3 working days to resolve the issue and again hasn't get any solution on this issue.

                                On 3rd may i had given a call again and this time spoke to naga and got the same answer to wait 24 to 48 hrs and i was said ok to wait again.

                                I have been waited till today (12th may 2018) for the call back and solution from dish tv but nothing was happened.

                                Again i have called dish tv (12st may 2018) and no proper response and the call got dropped.

                                Tried again and thank god this time i was connected to the same executive (Naga) which i spoken on 3rd may and again i got the same answer to wait till 14th may 2018
                                And i was told to get a call back from dish tv senior executive on 13th may 2018 for the issue details.

                                Every time when i had given a call to dish tv after providing the vc no, customer executives have been asking me newly about the issue
                                And i was been telling the same issue again again again and again...
                                (It sounds like they don't have any track of issues raised and not sure how will they provide the solution which is so disgusting)

                                So, please let us know whether this issue will get resolved or dish tv is accepting that will always cheat the customers on the services which they are providing.

                                Kindly find the attached screen on confirmation of non stop pack.

                                  I am a current subscriber to dishtv for many years.

                                  In spite of paying my subscription money on time, for the last 3 (Three) weeks, i am not being able to watch few channels like r plus, 24 ghanta, news time bangla, music fatafati, zee bangla hd, colors bangla hd, etc although dishtv had confirmed in their mail that the above channels are already part of my subscription.

                                  I had sent quite a number of emails to them and lodged my verbal complaint to them over phone, details are as per the files attached.

                                  Although their customer service personnel had been assuring me both over phone and email that my problem would be looked into and resolved immediately after taking my complaint, but all my complaints seems to fall in their deaf ears.

                                  I have now no other alternative than to put my case before you for your intervention and immediate resolution. Moreover, i do hereby demand, a full refund of my monthly subscription amount from dishtv as a penalty for their failure to deliver the required service due to me and not paying any heed to my regular complaints to them.

                                  I sincerely hope that with your intervention, my complaint will be resolved and compensation paid to me without any further delay.

                                  Instead of playing hide and seek game with the customer and getting away with providing the adequate after sales service, DishTV should immediately send their technician to the place of connection and resolve the issue once and for all. This is matter of immense displeasure and calls for a strict and stringent action action against the service provider, who fails to deliver their proper service even after the customer's regular complaint for the last three weeks,
                                  Else, the matter will soon be put up in all the possible channels of Social Media and reported to the editors of all leading news papers about the poor after sales service of the Service Provider and for the knowledge of all their prospective customers.

                                  The organisation have rectified the anomaly, after complaining regularly for 3 weeks, but only after raising the complaint at your forum. In that case, do the corrective action is taken only for those customers who raise their complaint with www.consumercomplaints.in?

I was recharging my DISHTV through SBI net banking with rupees 531.i did two attempts to recharge my dish tv on 4 may 2018, on every attempt my account got debited but there was no confirmation of recharge from your side .I contact my SBI bank they told transaction is successful from their side, the two transaction id are IHH5269569 and IHH5270394 each transaction of 531 rupees .please look in to this issue.

                                      My stb was showing 301 error and i called them for service and none attended even the customer care guys doesnt have any knowledge expect making over action of calls and every day i am hearing it will happen today but not happening...every time when i called customer care says we will solve it by 6 pm but truely no one solved
                                      every day same drama...if you cant say you cant directly...dont cheat subscribers..
