I am using dish tv since last 7 year, in the month of july2017 i was converted from dish to dish nxt hd at m/s kranthi traders, bobbili, vizianagaram dist. Ap. Cell no. [protected]. I have paid the amount to kranthi. But it is not working properly. I went to the above service centre so many times. But he is not responding.
He is saying that it is not duty. Go and complaint any where.

Getting very bad, irresponsible service from dish tv customer care, raised complaint on 4th june to delete add-on packs but still not received any resolution on this. I was offered to recharge my dishtv (Vc no. [protected]) for 3 months with an amount of rs 1344 to get. Later i was again offered to recharge my dishtv for 3 months with an amount of rs 1210 only instead of rs 1344 to get 1 month free. I am having dish tv hd and have paid charges almost upto 2018 end. I have main interest in business channels. A few months ago you stopped cnbc english and now btv shall also be off the air. As per dishtv offers three months recharge offer one month extra i have recharged for three months through paytm on 22nd july but i have yet not received extra one in my dishtv account. My dishtv pack is maxisports and paytm demand for this pack for rs 960 and i had also payed same amount for this pack. After that i have talked many times with dishtv customer care executives and customer senior officers but nobody support and resolve my issue....

I am a new customer with pic by channel subscription. I have dish hd plus set top box.
1. I noticed that all channels are not properly clear and sound quality is very bad.
2. Some time recharge advertisement appears on middle tv screen.
3. After recharge take a long time to start TV. Or it show validity period of 3 days and after 3 days it will deactive.

Please check my problem as soon as Possible.

Hello.. I had yesterday recharged my dishtv account for 990rs as it was given that i[censored] recharge for 3 months, 1 month service will be given free as total comes to 4 months.. Now today i got call from customer care that i[censored] upgrade ur pack from maxi sports to all sports thn it will be provided in 345 instead of 378 while cashback of 33 rs will be given by dishtv.. But 378 rs are deducted from my account and when i try to call them they say...

Am using dishtv hd monthly am recharging 755 rupees. After this time recharge am not getting kids cartoon channel. Now its showing unsubscribed channels. My package is south indian platinum sports and malayalam, tamil, sports, cartoon, english channels also hd. Please make the update immeidately. Its very bad as a customer. Please provide information about selection of pack itself as per requirement. That time i recharge 600 regarding one time payment for three month services and get one month benefits for tv add offer like charge 3 months and get 4 months. I purchase new connection dishtv to online. Dishtv date is:24/7/2017. Timing is around 12 to 1:00pm booking time. 2000rupees duniya gift voucher offer. I ask dishtv person by phone when i get this gift voucher he said installation time. Next day dishtv one technician call me he asking my house location. He came installed distv and started date is 25/7/2017. Same time i call customer service about my 2000rupees duniya gift voucher....

I am using dishtv d2h connection for more than 5 years. Few months back disthtv provided me offer to change stb (Set to box) from sd to hd.

The new stb failed in few months service.
After multiple followups they replaced my stb with charges.

2 months after new stb is installed, the stb has failed.

I am requesting dishtv to provide me replacement without any charge.

With ref to vc no. [protected] i have purchased new connection for popular hd club package with one regional pack offer.
But i am not able to see the entertainment/ education channels error code 103 (Discovery channel, discovery science, discovery turbo, id discovery) i had a talk on helpline no but my problem is not rectified so please solve the problem and let me know

I was having tatasky connection for last 8 yrs. About 4 months back i switched over to dish tv hd service. After 3 months i paid whole yr subscription fee of more than rs.10, 000/-to dish tv.
For last 3 days my dish tv set top box is dead. Vc no.[protected] and complaint no.[protected] dtd 21/7/17. Till date no one has responded in spite of reminders. I curse myself for switching from tatasky to dishtv.
