Dear Sir/madam
I'm Divya my dish TV VC no [protected]. I use dish TV last past 7years but I have faced many problem. I was recharge my dish TV on August 5 th around 9.40pm BT tillday no activate my dish TV I have recharge rs590 BT that pack has year pack BT no Kannada channel there so raised compliant with your costumer care service center BT no one responded me. But one person th told me you want Kannada channel please reachage rs10 per month. And next hour I have recharge rs10 BT didn't any channels in there my TV and next day reachage rs30, 40 RS BT till day no any Kannada channels. Please take action and solve the problem. Otherwise cancelled my dish TV service. I don't won't this dirty service plz return my amount 590 RS. I don't like any service with yours plz take action.

    I had made two complaints on your helpline contacts, but the help was of no help at all. I was just told to wait for 15 minutes, the issue would be resolved.

        We bought a dishtv hd subscription 5 months back and i have paid in advance for 4 months of subscriptio. After relocating to noida, and registering a service request for installation 3 times, dishtv keeps closing the request without installation. What is this cable violent area and who's authority is it to notify??? How can they deny service without any refun? Highly unprofessional and unethical

          I have purchased 4 dishtv connections on 9th jan 2017,
          Vc no [protected] (Parent)
          Vc no [protected] (Child)
          Vc no [protected] (Child)
          Vc no [protected] (Parent)

          At the time of purchasing i made it clear that i want two parent connections with with 1 child connection to each parent connection,
          But the installation guy linked 2 child connection to one parent.
          Since then i have been trying to make this right by calling customer care again and again. But no one listened to my complain properly and said we cant do anything,
          I dont understand where is my fault in this, as i have cleared it from the beginning about my requirements,
          Why should i suffer from the mistake done by their staff (Installation guy)

          No one is interested to resolve my complaint and customer care service is not at all helpful,
          Why should i pay for all the connections,

          I demand to link my child connection vc no [protected] to
          Parent connection vc no [protected]

          Or just give my money back for all the connections.

          I am fed up of calling again and again for the same issue and getting a single solution from dish tv customer service.

          Better resolve my issue asap else i will post my complain on social media and will make sure it goes viral,

          Its your last chance to restore faith from this cutomer.

                Dear concerned, on saturday 29/07/2017 i upgraded to hd connection by paying rs 1199/-. Old vc no. [protected] and new vc no [protected]. However today 1st august 2017 my connection is deactivated abruptly. I wrote to dish tv through my mobile app, but received no reply. I called customer care today evening, they said to contact dealer who installed connection. When contacted to dealer he said everything is okay from his side. He also given transaction details as follows -
                Vc/rmn [protected] cr. With rs1, 199.00 transid pouper-1834950
                I again called customer care who said that he will arrange call back in 15 minutes. Till now even after more than 1 hour 30 minutes, received no call from dish tv.
                Balance of my account should be around rs. 1200 still could not be getting services and is disconnected.
                Pl also note that discovery blitz was updated since saturday many times but could not view single day.

                    Getting very bad, irresponsible service from dish tv customer care, raised complaint on 4th june to delete add-on packs but still not received any resolution on this. I recharged my dish tv for 3 months on 4 june and it's expired on 20 july, i was expecting 3 months + 1 month free service but it's expired within 1 month 15 days. Raised multiple complaints now they are not re-directing my call to dish tv customer care. I’ve a proof against your customer care executive regarding holding the customer for a longtime and disconnect the line as i record it in my mobile phone.

I called the customer care to activate full on hd pack but they activate different pack which is useless for me. This all happened on 31 jul. I call them, but they said we cannot do anything it is in locking period. Activation of wrong product is from dish tv end, why should i suffer. Plz help me out. My contact no is [protected].                             As per dishtv offers three months recharge offer one month extra i have recharged for three months through paytm on 22nd july but i have yet not received extra one in my dishtv account. My dishtv pack is maxisports and paytm demand for this pack for rs 960 and i had also payed same amount for this pack. After that i have talked many times with dishtv customer care executives and customer senior officers but nobody support and resolve my issue. One of dishtv customer care executive told me that this pack is rs990 so you should pay rs 30 for this benifit. As per dishtv custmer care executive i payed that rs 30 amount again but my problem not resolve and i have talked several time with dishtv customer care and senior officers and they told me your problem will resolve within 48 hrs now my registered mobile number is also not connect by dishtv customer care. This is not the right way to handle any company to the customer. Now the company has refuse to provide the offer.

                              I am a new customer with pic by channel subscription. I have dish hd plus set top box.
                              1. I noticed that all channels are not properly clear and sound quality is very bad.
                              2. Some time recharge advertisement appears on middle tv screen.
                              3. After recharge take a long time to start TV. Or it show validity period of 3 days and after 3 days it will deactive.

                              Please check my problem as soon as Possible.

I had yesterday recharged my dishtv account for 990rs as it was given that i[censored] recharge for 3 months, 1 month service will be given free as total comes to 4 months.. Now today i got call from customer care that i[censored] upgrade ur pack from maxi sports to all sports thn it will be provided in 345 instead of 378 while cashback of 33 rs will be given by dishtv.. But 378 rs are deducted from my account and when i try to call them they say all seniors are busy pls provide the time so that we may call u.. But after providing time also they dont call.. Regretting now of doing recharge yesterday.. Fraud service.. Totally fake service.. Tata sky best of all

                                      Please provide information about selection of pack itself as per requirement. That time i recharge 600 regarding one time payment for three month services and get one month benefits for tv add offer like charge 3 months and get 4 months. But my next recharge date is only upgrade 3 month why. I don't know. Previously activated pack 99+3 other packs and then my family member activate one additional pack i. E 99+4 packs but i have to change my offer and get 4 months upgraded recharge date. How it is possible pls help and change.

He came installed distv and started date is 25/7/2017. Same time i call customer service about my 2000rupees duniya gift voucher. Not good response customer service site.
