My name is prem prakash and my vc no is [protected].. I have given a plan change request for new super family on 30th aug and i was told to pay additional difference amount of 216/- by the dish tv executive while changing the plan, after 15 min, i recharged with 220/- still on 1st of sep my plan changed to previous one automatically.. I was running on 3 / 4 offer and i asked whether it will effect my current offer after change, executive said no i just need to pay 216/- extra and it will be fine..

So i called to complain abt the same and i was asked to pay 172/- extra which i denied because i was told 216/- total which i already did n executive was also not able to provide accurate reasoning why i have to pay 172 extra?.. So executive from senior team said he has raised a complaint and will listen the call recording whether agent informed me to pay 216/- or more and asked to wait 24-48 hrs, which never turned up..

I asked him to transferred to team leader, i spoke to monu team leader there, he agreed the amount was quoted right n i have sufficient bal as well, may be the technical issue, so he said he will mark a mail and will be done with in 24hrs..

But again no response, nothing happened... So i again called yesterday and executive said i have recharged after the plan change so may be that's the issue, so he has done changes and was working fine, but today again got switched to old pack... Also they have removed zeeq mahua n few other channels as well which were my favourite n other vendors n providing it..

So in short, i m not getting any correct information, response or solution from dish tv staff... They are lying, and also denying to refund the amount neither providing the solution of my issue.. No body has done followup by taking ownership... Very bad customer service... I had lot of trust on them but they broke my trust... I will never suggest any one to buy this connection now on.. There were near to 15 neighbors have bought this connection on my recommendations and removed cable connection count will stop here.. I will not recommend rather i will recommend them to be safe n buy some other connections cz lot of companies r there if we have to pay..

So kindly provide solution asap i[censored] can cz its already been 5 days i am not able to watch my channels even after paying the amount or refund the amount what ever you owe to me.. I will go with some other vendor...

      This is the only problem i am facing you require days to resolve our complaints. Do it immediately. No technician visited yet at my home. And you tell 48 hours. Just 1 thing requires you to do 48 hrs. Is it your image? You ######s. I am waiting since 3 days. Do you have a calculation of 3 days it is 72 hours. And you promise us within 48 hrs. What the false commitment you are giving to the customers you cant deliver it.

        My set-up box only show the error 402
        You plz solve my problem... I would recharge my dishtv... Then they hve no good response... Any channel not working i see only the error code 402...
        You can solve my problem other wise your service is very very bad... Then i use a new setup box of jio tv ya airtel... I dont use your service and in the relation i provide some information about your bad service...

          Subject: after recharge my monthly account, next day dish tv deactivated my account without any info,
          Vc no - [protected]

          Just 1 month ago, i got new dish tv connection. After completed 1 month i have recharged my package but after recharge my account next day dish tv stopped my service without any info through mail or message. We called to customer care but they did not tell me any valid reason. Now i have been very frustrated after getting this type of worst service as soon as switch on my service. If you can not do this please closed my dish tv account and return my recharge amount.

              Refund request was not processed and wrong details provided (V. C. Number [protected])
              I talked to their senior management multiple times and they concluded that the amount will be bounce back to my account (Bank account).
              After following with them multiple times they still don't have any reason of holding the account other than giving foolish reasons.

                After my stb has been found some internal problm, dealer have told me to swap the box. He charged me rs.800/- for stb, adapter and remote. But when i recieved my new stb on monday the 21st aug'17, there is no remote and adapter in the stb box. When i contacted the dealer regarding the missing items he told me to submit old remote and adapter. I paid extra rs.250/- for new adapter because my old adapter is ageing and not working properly i have not submitted it to the dealer. The most bizare thing is that the dealer refuse to issue new remote even after i submitted the old properly working remote for which he already charge rs 800/- instead of swaping charge of stb only is rs.590/-
                It is a very bad thing from dishtv dealer dealing in our area. If you are listening the grievences of humble dishtv customers like me, then this is for your kind information and necessary action against the dealer.

                  I tousif kamal siddiqui had taken connection last 5 years. But i had given request for signal strength due to channels not showing to dish tv "himanshi madam" by telephonic. She told me the amount will be pay for site visiting is 150/- + gst 18%. As per telephonic discussion, order has given by me. After two hours site engineer reached as given address. He made a bill without gst number as amount of rupees 177/- including gst. I inform you that this is not a bill. This is only memo. There are no mention bill number, gst number and invoice. If i am paying gst then how can possible that make bill from suneha electronics without gst number by dish tv dealers. This is a totally theft with the government. Also inform dish tv customer care. They are also involved. So i request you that please take the action immediately due to theft. They are working for same at all places.

                    Dishtv sent me following message today on 24.8.17 at 7.49am.

                    "india-sri lanka has been activated at rs50+18%gst=rs59 till 10-sep-17. Your revised switchoff dt is 02-09-17. Pls tune into chnl 96 for smooth updation"

                    I talked to customer care for clarification. He told me that you've activated through ivrs by calling. But i didn't make any call for this service. Company can check call details from airtel, will find that no call has been dialed. Dishtv imposing charges by themselves. Kindly take action against them and refund my money.

                        Hello,
                        I am mukul nirwan from hapur (U. P).
                        I have interacted with different personnel regarding the amount to get my dish tv recharged. But the person's whom i have interacted with, misguided me. They have told me that you should get ur dishtv recharged worth rs.283 if you don't want music active and i[censored] want music active the recharge amount is rs.330.
                        I get my dish tv recharged by rs.283. Even then the amount of music active is deducted. And if i tried to contact the customer care, they are not able to clarify the doubt. Just going on repeating the account details which i already know.
                        I get my dish tv recharged on 2 aug.2017 with 250 and within next 20 days the switch off date arise i. E..22 aug.2017.
                        So i contacted customer care to know what is the matter. After conversation i get recharged my dish tv again on 21 aug.2017 with 283 as directed by the customer care. Again the switch off date is 17 sept.2017 i. E..27 days.
                        If we have to get the recharge within the period of 20 days, then why should we opt for this service.
                        Kindly look into this matter and trained the customer care personnel to give the correct information to the customers.

                          I am ashish from delhi. I am not satisfy from dish tv services. There has no option to filter the channel.

                          Also the not provide the invoice at the end of the month with complete details. They provide only account statement some time only.

                          As we know after gst many items rate have been effected, dish tv subscription charge one of them.

                          After gst my monthly subscription charge reduced and now rs. 110 has to pay.

                          Now in july 2017 month rs. 110 had should be my monthly subscription charge but was not. They had

                          Tax rate

                          Other charges etc.

                          They always provide account statement. Also i had contacted customer care services center many time but no solution found. Even that i had tired to explain same think to different person (Customer care services center).

                          So guess please please be care full update you with your account balance and asked invoice the them.

                            I have not been able to get my recharge for 22 days even after saying many times.

                            I was given an offer of 1199, in which 1199 was redeemed only to be recharged.

                            But in just 109 days i have been given 85 days, the remaining 24 days were cut.

                            If it is not conspicuous then what else is there?

                            The company has rigged. Minting money from the customers should not be the sole reason of running businesses.

                            In the entire social media, the company must swear to remove the name of dishtv.

                              I have been calling dish tv on a regular process for the past 2 months to query on why starsports select sd 1&2 were not made available for the customers.

                              Everytime, i call they say feedback has been taken and nothing else is said on the reasons why the channels have not been added. The social media response (On twitter) is even worse, they send a automated reply every time.

                              Today i called their customer care again and spoke for 1 hour (Including their floor lead anubhav), but the response was same that they can take feedback at most and the call was disconnected from their side.

                              I don't understand why they or so ignorant on customer issues and straightforward questions. As a customer, i have the right to question why specific channels are not available on the platform and why?

                              Hopefully, they don't give the same automated reply on this platform too.

                                    I am a dishtv consumer with vc# [protected].
                                    6 months ago they have made me to upgrade to their hd+ box and since then i had issues. First they wrongly charged me upgrade options. I had an argument and it was escalated to many levels without proper attention. Nobody cared in responding properly and i was fed up with a lot of back to back calls and sms that did not resolved the issue but made the upgraded box start to work finally and i have decided to not to use the box for a long time once my balance is over because of horrific support staff conversations.

                                    Lately 3 days ago, due to my family request i have re-activated the service after calling support team and taking their advise with a recharge of 100 (Re-activation)+500 (Recharging) and made some online changes to the base plans and was expecting to go smooth this time but the stb did not helped me to go further and was not able to catch signals. The dish remained as it is all the time and the cables are intact. The moment i turn on tv it comes with error 102 and then stays still on error 301. I reported this to support but they tried to see if a remote help could fix it. After pressing the blue button on my remote it listed the channels and the frequencies but all of them are coming in red. They are asking me to go for an onsite field tech visit as it is a hardware failure or alignment issue which is beyond their support and confirms that it will be a chargeable service. I was against it and have argued that a new stb hardware was untouched and there is no such need for me to pay as i believe they have sold me an equipment that ain't functional after few days of non-usage. They kept on fighting against for paid service. Finally yesterday i had logged on online and raised an sr# [protected] for which i received an sms that i will be contacted about the tech visit. But, to my surprise no one called and when i called their support[protected] the lady responded that the case is already in resolved status claiming that this is an alignment issue and she can help me by taking a new complaint. I was wondering on how come case can be resolved without anyone calling me or visiting my place and taking the sign-off for the job done! I am fed-up with their service now. Actually to evaluate properly, they never provided me a valued service at any given point. Robotic confirmations, useless reading of same case descriptions by calling me without providing details on what they are working with the case. I do have few of those call recordings in case may needed. I would like to file a complaint on this, towards worst service and in-appropriate closure of service request and for a possible refund of the amount spend lately with a clear closure of the subscription account with them as i strongly believe they are not good for service or product delivery. The support staff lack a lot of apathy, understanding about the needs of customer and are only focused towards sales pitches for upgrade or recharge offers.

                                      This guys are making fools i have extended the warranty for two years and now sudden off its not working i have logged a complaint and they are saying you need to pay service charges rs 236, whereas whats the meaning of warranty then my vc no is [protected]

                                      Guys never buy dish tv these guys are not even trying to understand.

                                      I have also explained that if you or any body buy a product from any company and if the product is under warranty does any body ask for service charges dish tv are the first ones who is asking for same

                                        I have subscribed for dish TV through online subscription.
                                        They were unable to process this order on account of some problem in the concerned area. The refund process was started 10 days ago from Dish TV.
                                        There is no action taken from Dish TV from the last 15 days. They just call and give fake reasons. My Request no. is [protected]. i wish consumer court to take action against this. mobile no. [protected]

                                        We canceled our service the first of September 2019. It's been over 3 weeks and still no refund. What's the problem?

                                        I am continueing with Dish tv since a long time inspiteof somany difficulties. on 20th Octobar 2020, suddenly Dish transmission stopped to work. I coplained and nobody turned. On 21 dish custumer care personnel received my complaint and not yet resolved. itried to get information from the Telugu language custemar care personnel. some times the transfered the call to the supervisor and they nevver answered properly. several times they disconnected without proper answer. AS my grand children are at home, I requsted the custemer care to inform if itis delayed to enableme to get another connection. But every day they postponing to nextday since aweek causing much inconvenience in these kovid days. when I asked to abut refund of my advance payment, they bluntly rejected and said, youhave to lose your mony if you chose anether service provader. The phone numbers (Oterthan custemer cara) are not workig. finally I decided this most worest in providing service to custemers

When called for customer care several times, (more than forty times in a week) they are not answered properly and disconnecting the call abruptly. Hence I wanted to go to State consumer forum for compensation for the inconvenience and mental agony, apart from disconnecting the dish
