Mr Vimal From Siddh enterprise, Anjali Complex, 1st Floor, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad has personally visited and confirmed that he is having agency of Dish TV and informed by DISHTV to collect older Set Top Box and VC card and a refund of 1100 will be done by DISHTV and will be sent to my address registered with DISHTV.

I was not ready to handover it but was forced that its DISHTV policy that you cannot keep older set box with you and as you have paid DISHTV is bound to give you credit of 1100 for that.

Based on trust on DISHTV : I handed over my SET TOP BOX no - 1156ABR17DS04543 and VC no [protected] - 7. My contact number is [protected].

    (These all the tamil channels were also available on tatasky, videocon d2h, airtel dth, and sun direct dths with rs.99/mnth base packs only) and etc., — *give hd add-ons with basic joy pack.-*give pack price at rs.99 include all the tamil channels - don't make a separate cost for regional addons (Tamilbonanza)..

    3. Don't remove the tamil channels one by one. (Now ch. No.978 channel ufx, removed from 6th may 2016, already ch. No.973 vendhar tv removed as same reason. Why you are removing one by one tamil channel?? But no one tamil channels added in these last 3 years.??)

    I have sent 3 years of my feedbacks, about tamil channels addition. But
    There is no use 3 years of my feedbacks. So i am not satisfied with dishtv's services.

    Till now, you can't consontrate about tamil channels addition.

    So finally i have decided to change my dth operator from worst dishtv services to other good dths like tatasky, videocon d2h or airtel dths which they have 65+ maximum tamil channels.

        I changed my setup box from sd to hd and after some time found that they started the service of hd channels on their own for which they charged monthly for five months before being dicountinued manually. Even the ceo desk could not help. Pathetic state of them and also for indian consumers. Vc no [protected] and mobile no [protected]. Pl help to resolve the issue faster.

          I always pay for super family pack, and that's included few of my favourite channels, but last day I was watching tv suddenly EPG updating start and my tv was restart, after that I checked my channels and It was 101 error message. After that I talk with customer service and they told me few steps and unluckily that's not working and they told me that there is signal problem due disturbance of my antena, after that they suggest me techcian request. And I denied due to time problem. Tomorrow I go to my nearest service center and they installed my setup box with their antenna but it was not working, and they told me talk with their customer service through phone. And tidy I did many times and one of the customer representive told me that subscribe the channel then you can see your channels, I did, i also wait for 15 mins on channel number 999 and I got nothing. My time waste and again I called customer service regarding deactivating my add on (what I subscribed for my favourite channel) they told me that they can't because there is rule that until 30 days I can't deactivate my channel and again they suggest me for technicians. And there servicing charges is 170.00 Rs. I lost 75.00 Rs because I subscribed for " english entertainment " pack as they suggested me and I did and I got nothing. What is guarantee if I requested for technicians and if he can't solve my problem. Then what ?

          Exactly the same is happening with me also, since 5 days, i am trying to be in contact with them. They asked me for some steps to do manually, bt problem has not solved and now they are asking for technician. He will charge me 200/- rs for solving the issues. Why the hell are they they charging other charges for services.I am paying monthly charges, which must cover all the service charges. I am ready to pay, if technician ask to change any part.
          They all are cheaters. My cable operator of GTPL was pretty good.
          I have recharged my DISH TV with new subscription pack At 16 feb 2019. But till the date my channels are not coming. Still it is giving "Channel Is not Subscribed" error. I have called so many times to costumer care but no one is replaying correctly. And I have tried all the methods to solve the issue. They just keeping call on hold for 7 to 8 miniatures and after that also they have not guide properly. They just want money that's it. They are not providing good services.

          I have been calling customer care for the support and assistance with issue related with error 401-Channel not subscribed
          I have paid for this channel already and not only this many channels both FTA and paid not working and it shows 101 Error.
          When I contact customer care they are telling we have reset your settop box and changes will reflect in 15mins.
          I tried waiting and waiting and getting frustrated called 2-3 times. They are responding back telling it can be fixed by technician @250rs.

          This is most likely way of making money every 6months you get a problem from dish tv and you contact customer care and they will reply back telling a technician will assist you and if there is a need for replacement additional Rs250 will be charged.

          This is a money making strategy from DishTV. Switch to any other service provider would ease the maintenance charges than Dish tv.

              I have a dish tv subcription with a monthly package of Rs 270. The account balance is Rs1200. But dish TV is charging as per the rate of Rs 495 monlty which is unfair and unlawful. This issue is outstanding since december 2016 and even after multiple phone calls and email my switch off date is not getting corrected by the company. My VC no. is [protected]

                  I keep getting messages from dish tv for VC No.[protected] on my mob.no.[protected], plz unregister my no. for this account as I'm not a dish tv customer.                       Hi I am Vasudev i had recharged the wrong VC number [protected] through freecharge app instead of my current VC number [protected]. The wrong VC number also belong to me itself but we recently changed the Set top box thus VC number has been changed. So Can you please move the amount from old VC [protected] number to new VC number [protected]. The order Id for the wrong VC number recharge was FCDA[protected] through Freecharge app.

                          My vc no. Is [protected] rmn is [protected]. My tv screen showing 201 error. After so many time talking to cc problem is not solved. Every conversation ended up with paid technician visit. Why i pay when i know nothing is wrong with my dish or stb. Customer care only harrassing me.
                          Ps:- i have ordered for 2 new connection but after this i have canceled.

                            I'm Ankit Shukla and I have purchased a new Dish TV HD connection on 31st Jan, 2017. My registered mobile number is [protected]. My Installation Request Number [protected]

                            1) The express installation that your company advertises that the connection would be installed in 24-48 hrs was violated as the connection has still not been installed at my house.

                            2) My local service area DTH provider has falsely without even asking me for any kind of ID proof, not even a call has updated that my Installation Request Number [protected] has been closed due to no ID proof being provided.

                            3) Since 1st Jan, 2017 I have been talking to three senior customer care executives namely Mr. Anuj Singh, Rahul Kumar and Surjan Chaudhary. Anuj Singh on 31st jan promised me that the Technician would come for installation on 1st Jan, 2017. However, even after today which 2nd Jan, 2017 no one from the technical team has neither contacted me nor given me any calls as to when they would be coming. Mr. Anuj Singh promised me that the technician would arrive on 1st Jan, 2017, however that turned out to false information as no technician arrived on 1st Jan, 2017.

                            Mr. Rahul Kumar had promised me that the technical team would arrive in the evening on 2nd Jan, 2017 but that too has been false information again, as nobody has arrived for installation.

                            4) I urge DISH TV to take firm action against the technical person who has falsely updated that no ID proof was available when infact nobody from the technical team has ever contacted me.

                            5) The phone call recording and my conversation with Mr. Anuj Singh, Mr. Rahul Kumar and Mr. Surjan Chaudhary should been scrutinized in details as this would reveal how much false information and commitments were done, however, everything turned out to be false information.

                            6) I urge DISH TV to not promote such false advertising as express installation since my experience has been contrary to what has been stated by DISH TV company.

                            The customer care at DISH TV has handled my case terribly and i'm left with no answers, just false information and promises.

                            I still look forward to having my connection to be installed as soon as possible as I do not have any faith in DISH TV company anymore.

                                I had requested for a new connection from Dish TV and received a call back for the same on 26th Jan 2017. I explained them my requirements of channels and was offered an annual package stating it fullfills my requirement list and was told that i am getting HD cable box with un-limited recording for lifetime. I gave it a go and the installation was done on Saturday 28th Jan 2017. The services were activated late evening on saturday around 09:30 PM, and while going through the channels i found that most of the channels from my requirements are not working and giving a message to subscribe.
                                My concerns:
                                1. The HD cable box i have received does not have a recording feature, rather it have a pen-drive slot which can be used for recording. So it seems that it is a wrong information provided by Distv before taking the connection.

                                2. Should have informed my prior taking the connection about the channels that will not be available in the package so that i can look for other alternatives.

                                3. Have been following up on this since Sunday which is also affecting my phone bill.

                                Desirable resolution:
                                1. Compensate for the incorrect information provided and also for the calls that i have been making to get the issue resolved.
                                2. Take back your equipments, and refund my money back :
                                1500 (installation fee) + 120 (wire charge) = total of 1620

Please remove this as this is messing up with my recharge date, earlier it was in jan2018, now in oct2017. I don't want these. I don't want to hear any ######## about locking period and ####.
